"사성현추(四聖懸樞)"에 관한 연구(硏究)

  • "四聖懸樞"於前四卷分別對溫病 疫病 痘病 疹病的起源和研究結果進行了論述, 皆采用了六經辨證, 而在後五卷則以問答的形式, 對前四卷未能詳細闡明的疫癘之含義給予了補充論述. 在治療方面, 對溫病 溫疫 疹病采取了透表淸氣 涼營泄熱 益陰伐陽等治法, 對痘病 寒疫則強調了因寒致病的病因特點, 從而指出不當與溫病 溫疫 疹病進行混淆而犯下誤謬. 溫病的根源, 在於冬季未能藏精使陽氣不守, 從而導致相火發泄, 這樣一旦到了春季, 陽的根源皆被排泄, 木則變火而成其溫, 結果出現熱症. 若風邪傷衛, 致營血受阻, 則成溫疫; 若寒邪阻礙營血, 則衛氣受阻而成寒疫. 溫疫主要在木火之年因木火不得發散而成. 寒疫是因金水之年未得斂藏而於秋冬發病, 以寒熱和無汗爲症狀特點. 痘病同於成人的寒疫. 如果小兒感患傷寒, 則因其皮毛緻密, 衛氣旺盛, 陽氣充滿, 而致外感寒邪不易從肌表得到排泄, 所以即使與成人患同一種疾病, 也會症狀難消, 而發爲顆粒, 此即痘病發生之因由. 疹病爲風傷衛氣, 導致衛氣閉塞, 而致營血鬱滯. 若衛氣開通, 營血發散, 則會生出疹點. 總之, "四聖懸樞"乃黃元禦以四聖之理論爲本, 以創造性的觀點對溫病 溫疫 寒疫和痘疹進行了闡明, 與現代的疾病病因與治法之說頗爲相近.

  • One of the most important marketing strategies is how to solve customers' complaints. Under developing internet environment, it is possible to use internet multimedia consultant system to do cope with the problem. In this paper, we have realized the customer consulting system which is based on Linux as the operating system. Java is used as a programming language. With the use of the RTP(Real-time Transport protocol), the system provides picture and sound transactions between a consultant and customers in a real-time fashion.

  • The purpose of this study was to establish a set of standard values for the form of the nose and its relationship to other craniofacial structures in young korean adults in angle's class I occlusion. The subjects were 40 (20 male, 20 female) Korean dental students in angle's class I occlusion. Lateral cephalometric radiographs were used to determine the form of the nose and its positon relative to other craniofacial structures. The results were obtained as followed. 1. There was a significance between the registered male and female measurements in nasal height(P<0.05). (Male: 58.23mm Female : 54.62mm) 2. There was a significance between the registered male and female measurements in nasal length(P<0.05). (Male : 54.18mm Female : 49.38mm) 3. The vertical distances from the tip of the nose in Korean adults were significantly greater in the male(P<0.05) and were smaller in both sex in comparison with caucasian.

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the interrelationship of the soft and hard tissue changes after both maxillary and mandibular anterior segmental surgery in bimaxillary protrusion patients. 11 patients had received both maxillary and mandibular anterior segmental surgery and were investigated radiologically with lateral cephalogram. The results were as follows : 1. The correlation of maxillary hard and soft tissue horizontal changes were relative high. : Coefficient between UIE and Stms was 0.89 (p<0.001). 2. The correlation of mandibular hard and soft tissue horizontal changes were very high, especially at the chin. : Coefficients were over 0.90 (p<0.001) 3. All points were moved superiorly except SLS, LS, Stms. 4. Upper and lower lip convexity to the E-Line were decreased (p<0.001) and postsurgical facial profiles were changed very esthetically.

  • The purpose of this study was to aid the case analysis and diagnosis of the maxillofacial deformities for orthognathic surgery. The applied method for analysis was a Cephalometries for Orthognathic Surgery(COGS) by Burstone. Lateral cephalograms were obtained from 59 subjects over 21 years old, that consisted of 30 males and 29 females with normal occlusion, acceptable profile. The results were as follows : 1. The author made the tables of means, standard deviations in each item, sex. 2. The author performed whether there was significance (P<0.05) between the registered male and female's measurement in each item.

  • In this paper, Analyzed the multi-channel signal processing algorithms for digital-transponder. To analyze suitable multi-channel signal processing algorithms, compare algorithms about four criteria. Four criteria are as follows, perfect reconstruction, interference rejection, resource usage and power consumption. Analysis for each algorithm in accordance with these four criteria. then propose the multi-channel signal processing algorithms for digital satellite communication system.

  • The electromagnetic compatibility and its effects, and the system design considerations in space environment are studied in this paper using Multipator. The system level EMC test results of digital channel amplifier(DCAMP), its affects upon the H/W improving methods regarding its over exceed value of EMC specification are discussed. These analysis values and test results can be used as the criteria for the selection of EMC requirements and of the MILSATCOM system design.

  • A 25 year and 7 month old man patient who had Angle's classII division 2 malocclusion combined with anterior crowding of upper & lower part was treated by bioprogressive mechanism. After setting our objectives through the use of V.T.O., we programmed a sequence of mechanics. The possible objectives of treatment in the classII division 2 malocclusion can be listed as follows. 1) Relief of crowding & irregularities. 2) Relief of anterior gingival trauma & correction of interincisal inclination. 3) Correction of buccal segment relationship. We'd applied the classII intermaxillary elastics, Quad helix, utility arch wire and sectional arch wire in order to achieve anticipated objectives. As compared with pre & post treatment cephalogram, the result accomplished by this mechanics showed to us that interincisal angle was improved and favorable molar relationship was achieved.
