HITSP(Healthcare Information Technology Standards Panel)은 헬스 케어 관련 산업의 상호 운용성을 위해 일반적으로 수용되고 유용한 표준들을 선별하여 표준 세트를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. HITSP에서는 평생전자건강진료정보(EHR, Electronic Health Record)의 활성화를 위해 첫 번째 해결해야 할 영역으로 검사실 결과 정보 교류를 정하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 검사실 결과 정보 교류를 위한 방법으로 HITSP에서 제시하는 HL7 버전 2.x 메시지와 CDA 방법 중 인증(authentication) 처리가 가능하고 영속성(persistence)이 있는 CDA 방법을 선택하였다. 또한 CDA를 작성하고 처리하는 방법을 제시하고, 더 나아가 평생전자건강진료정보(EHR)를 위해 CDA를 적용하여 검사실 결과 정보를 교류하여 보았다. 이에 병원과 EHR 시스템의 상호 운용성이 높아져 진료 과정의 효율성을 높일 수 있었고 환자와 의료진에게 양질의 검사 결과 정보를 제공할 수 있었다.

To investigate the actual conditions management of infectious prevention in dental office, questionnaire about infection control and education of infection control was performed on 50 dentists, 176 dental hygienists, 100 aide nurses who are working in Deagu City from march to April, 2007. The results are as the following. Dentists are the highest on the health inspection's ratio, dental hygienists are the highest on vaccination's ratio. Experience ratio about education of infection control is the highest on dentist and the lowest on aide nurses(p < 0.05). Dental hygienists are higher than dentists and aide nurses on ratio of wearing protective gear(p < 0.05). Dentists have the highest ratio on washing hands after treat(p < 0.05). Practice of instrument's sterilization is higher in dental hygienist than other groups. Disinfection of equipment's surface practice mainly on bracket table, dental hygienist's ratio is the highest among the three groups.

The purpose of this study is to investigate guidelines and safety and precautionary devices for prevention of needlestick injuries in dental offices. This study conducted comparative analysis on the domestic and overseas guidelines for infection control and surveyed safety and precautionary devices for prevention of needlestick injuries. Based on the result of analysis and survey, this study suggests safety and precautionary guidelines to prevent needlestick injuries. To prevent needlestick injuries, staff in dental offices should be well aware of the guidelines for infection control and how to use safety and precautionary devices.

This study aims to decide optimized size of a dental care unit. The efficient treatment room makes its user so comfortable that treatment can be easier and faster. Therefore, an operating room is the most important part in the dental hospital. This study focused on the outpatient care unit of dental hospital. The hospital for the case study is selected recently rebuilt dental university hospital. This study is to survey the behavior of all user in the sector and treatment unit. As the result, optimized plan type and size for each cases are proposed.

Traditionally the diagnosis and treatment of the diseases of the knee is based on the findings of the x-rays and the MRI. The x-rays provide good information of the changes of the internal structure of the bone. However, there is a limitation in providing information of the soft tissue and the cartilage. The MRI is one of the most expensive diagnostic modalities and it can not give us a dynamic and real time information. The sonography has a role in diagnosis and treatment of the soft tissue disease and surface of the bone. It gives us a real time dynamic information and it is really cheap. In this article the sonographic findings of the normal and pathologic conditions of the knee joint are introduced in relation to the findings of the x-rays and the MRI.

With the recent development of digital dentistry, fully digitalized methods for fabricating dentures, using intraoral scans and computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD-CAM), are getting popular. Digital methods have the advantage of simplifying the fabrication process in the clinic and laboratory, supplementing digital data. This case report shows a fully digital fabrication method for interim removable dentures in a patient with anterior tooth loss in which implant placement is impossible or delayed. Interim removable dentures were fabricated using two methods. One method is printing tooth and base parts separately and combining, and the other method is printing the whole denture at one time and coloring on the base part. Afterward, dentures were delivered and adaptation was evaluated using the triple scan technique. The extracted site was scanned intraorally (first scan) and the interim removable denture was digitally scanned both intraorally (second scan) and, after removal extraorally (Third scan). In both method, denture adaptation was shown favorable. We report this case report as both the patient and the operator were satisfied with a simplified process using a fully digital method in the clinic.

강북삼성병원 당뇨전문센터 운동처방실은 지난해 5월 개설해 단체 운동 교육, 운동 능력 검사 및 상담 교육 등을 하고 있다. 운동 처방을 받기 위해서는 의료진의 진료를 받은 뒤 운동 능력 검사 처방을 받아 3개월 간 한 번에 약 50분 동안 운동 능력 검사와 상담 및 교육으로 이루어진다. 문여진 운동처방사를 만나 운동처방실의 역할과 환자들의 반응, 효과에 대해 이야기를 들어봤다.

After 1980's, more and more people expect to the mysterious treatment of herb medicine about chronic and degenerated disease, according to growth of income level and old population. So the herb medicine hospital is begin to increase rapidly. But, they apply western hospital plan to the herb medicine hospital project which cause a lot of problem. To solve the problem, we suggest the new design standards for the purpose of this thesis which considered treatment method and system of herb medicine hospital.
