간호대학생의 직업기초능력이 학과적응, 진로정체감과 진로탐색능력에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Core Competencies on Adaptation of the Major, Career Identity and Career Search Ability in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to explore the effects of core competencies on adaptation of the major, career identity and career search ability in nursing students. Methods: A correlational research design was used with the convenient sample of 360 nursing students. After explaining the purpose of this study to the participants, those who signed the consent form were provided with a self-descriptive questionnaire. Results: The highest average score of leadership of core competencies was 5.5 on 7 point-scale. The lowest average score of problem-solving ability was 4.4. There were significant correlations between adaptation of the major, career identity, and career search ability and core competencies, with the exceptions of nursing students. Adaptation of the major could be explained 25% by the instrument application ability, leadership, organizational structure, teamwork and career development. Career identity could be explained 13% by leadership, responsibility, teamwork, and career development. Career search ability could be explained 12% by responsibility, conflict management, teamwork, communication ability and career development. Conclusion: Based on the results, core competencies showed statistically significant effects on adaptation of the major, career identity and career search ability in nursing students. Thus, it is necessary to develop an educational curriculum to improve core competencies, career identify and career search ability.

부모 지지와 고등학생 진로발달과의 관계 연구 - 일반계, 산업정보계, 실업계의 비교 - (A Study on the Relationship between Parental Support and Senior High School Students' Career Development)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between parental support and senior high school students' career development. For this study, the data was gathered from 1,468 students in 15 classes(different divisions) at 9 high schools (3 Academic high schools, 3 Industrial technology schools, 3 Vocational high schools) in Seoul. The results of the study were as follows: 1. There is significant difference, statistically, in the relation between parental support and career development by gender. 2. As for the division factor, the recognition level of parental supports was higher in girls than in boys and the average of their career development level was also higher. 3. As for the division factor, the recognition level of parental supports was most highest in academic high school students than in other groups and the average of their career development level was also the highest. 4. There were significant correlations between the parental supports and career decision-making self-efficacy, vacational identity, career decision. 5 As for the effects of parental support on the student's career development, career decision-making self-efficacy was higher than other vacational identity, career decision.. The $R^2$ value was weak but still statistically significant.

대학졸업예정자의 진로정체감 발달과정이 이후의 진로결과에 미치는 영향: 진로유연성을 중심으로 (The Longitudinal Effect of Vocational Identity on Career Outcomes of Individuals Transitioning to Adulthood: Focusing on Career Flexibility)

  • 본 연구는 대학졸업예정자들을 대상으로 진로유연성의 종단적 기능을 알아보기 위해, 진로유연성을 중점으로 한 진로정체감 및 인구통계학적 변인(성별, 나이, 부모소득수준, 학생이 지각한 가정경제수준)과 3년 동안의 실제 취업여부, 경력성장, 직무만족과의 관계를 살펴보았다. 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 553명의 졸업예정자를 대상으로 조사를 실시하였으며, 첫 번째 측정시기로부터 1년 뒤 1차시에는 259명, 2년 뒤 2차시에는 229명, 3년 뒤 3차시에는 182명의 학생들이 조사에 참가하였다. 다변량 회귀분석과 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 진로유연성은 2년 후, 3년 후의 취업여부를 정적으로 예측하였으며, 전반적 진로탐색은 3년 동안 지속적으로 취업여부를 정적으로 예측한다는 사실을 밝혔다. 특히 시간이 지날수록 진로유연성이 취업여부를 예측하는 정도가 커지는 것으로 나타나, 진로유연성의 종단적 기능을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 심층적 진로탐색은 2년 후, 3년 후에 경력성장을 예측하였다. 한편, 본 연구에서 직무만족을 예측하는 변인은 밝히지 못하였다. 이를 통해 미래의 진로 교육에 새로운 관점을 제시하였고, 한계점과 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

간호대학생들의 간호전문직관 관련요인에서 진로준비행동의 매개효과 (Mediating Effect of Career Preparation Behavior on Nursing Professionalism Related Factors of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생들의 간호전문직관 관련요인에서 진로준비행동의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 실시한 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상자는 경북지역에 소재한 대학의 간호학과 학생 1, 2, 3, 4학년 265명이며, 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2018년 5월 7일부터 5월 25일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 Program을 이용하여 기술통계(빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차)를 실시하고, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation coefficient, Multiple regression analysis로 분석하였다. 연구결과 진로정체감과 진로태도성숙은 간호전문직관과의 영향관계에서 진로준비행동이 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 간호전문직관에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인은 진로태도성숙(${\beta}=.38$), 진로정체감(${\beta}=.17$), 진로준비행동(${\beta}=.14$)이었으며, 이들 변수들의 설명력은 19%로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생들의 간호전문직관을 높이기 위해서는 매개효과인 진로준비행동을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육방법의 개발 및 적용이 필요할 것으로 보인다. 그와 더불어 진로와 관련된 구체적이고 실천적 행동인 진로준비행동이 진로관련 다른 변인들에 대해서 어떠한 영향을 받고, 어떤 영향을 미치는가에 대한 구조적 관계에 대한 후속연구의 필요성이 제기된다.

전문직 여성의 자아정체감 발달에 관한 질적 연구: 부모자녀관계를 중심으로 (A Qualitative Study on the Self-identity Development of Career Women: Focusing on Parents-daughter Relationships)

  • The purpose of this study is to qualitatively investigate how career women form their self-identity in relationship to their parents from the viewpoint of life-span development, and to provide practical information helpful for understanding the change of relationship between parents and adult children and forming desirable parents-daughter relationships by developing the substance theory which suits the socio-cultural context of Korea. In this study, 24 unmarried women who have parents and engage in professional jobs were selected for an in-depth interview. From the findings of this study, 67 concepts, 29 subordinate categories and 13 categories were extracted during the process of open-coding; a research model was then constructed according to the paradigm of the grounded theory. It was found that there are three types: the reality-convinced type, the conflict-compromising type and the self-regulated type who "persistently worry about themselves and try to develop". These results verify the process of career women "worrying about themselves and developing constantly" and its structure by forming their self-identities, adjusting the effects of several contextual factors and using mediatory strategies in the developmental process of self-identity.

영화를 활용한 진로 집단상담 프로그램이 보호관찰 청소년의 자아정체감과 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Career Group Counseling Program using Cinema on Self Identity and Career Decision-making Self-efficacy of Adolescent on Probation)

  • Purpose: This study was to examine the effect of career group counseling program using cinema for the improving self identity and career decision-making self-efficacy of adolescents on probation. Methods: The subject were 36 (Experimental. 20, Control. 16) adolescents on probation who were referred to N mental health center in G city South Korea, but 2 of the experimental group did not complete the program. The program consisted of 8 sessions and was conducted from November, 2008 to February, 2009. The study variables were 'self identity' and 'career decision-making self-efficacy' surveyed by self-reported questionnaires. Results: Self identity (t=-2.797, p=.005), and career decision-making self-efficacy (t=-3.354, p=.001) changed more significantly in the experimental group than in control group after career group counseling program using cinema. Conclusion: Based on these results, career group counseling program using cinema for adolescents on probation was especially effective in increasing self identity and career decision-making self-efficacy.

대학교 국제개발협력의 이해 수업이 세계시민의식, 진로정체성, 진로준비행동 및 협력적 효능감에 미치는 효과에 대한 융합연구 (Convergence Research on the Effect of Awareness Enhancing Education of International Development Cooperation on Global Citizenship, Career Identity, Career Preparation Behavior, and Cooperative Efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 한국국제협력단(Korea International Cooperation Agency, KOICA)에서 주관하는 대학교 국제개발협력 이해증진사업이 대학생의 세계시민의식과 진로정체성, 진로준비행동 및 협력적 효능감에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 수행되었다. 본 연구는 유사실험연구 설계를 적용하였으며, C시 소재 일개 대학교에서 국제개발협력의 이해 수업에 참여한 32명의 수강생 및 수업에 수강하지 않은 32명의 대조군을 대상으로 학기 초와 학기 말에 세계시민의식, 진로정체감, 진로준비행동, 그리고 협력적 효능감을 수집하였다. 연구 결과 국제개발협력의 이해 수업을 수강한 실험군의 세계시민의식(p=.003)과 진로준비행동(p=.013) 수준은 대조군에 비해 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 그러나 진로정체성(p=.385)과 협력적 효능감(p=.488)은 두 집단 간 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 본 연구는 국제개발협력의 이해수업의 효과를 확인하여 국제개발협력 이해증진사업의 방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 중요한 의의가 있다.

국내 베트남 어학연수생의 생활만족도, 진로정체감과 우울의 관계에서 문화적응 스트레스의 매개효과 (Mediating Effects of Acculturative Stress in the Relationship between Satisfaction with Life, Career Identity and Depression among Vietnamese Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of acculturative stress on the impact of satisfaction with life and career identity on depression among the Vietnamese students enrolled in a language course in Korea. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted to get answers of 225 Vietnamese students enrolled in the language course in a college in Busan. Data were collected from November to December 2018. The Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients and path analysis using SPSS/WIN 20.0 and Amos 18.0 program. Results: Acculturative stress was affected by satisfaction with life (β=-.43, p<.001) and career identity (β=-.45, p<.001). Furthermore, depression was affected by acculturative stress (β=.49, p<.001) and career identity (β=-.25, p<.001), but depression was not affected by the satisfaction with life (β=-.15, p=.029). The mediating effect of acculturative stress between two exogenous variables(satisfaction with life and career identity) and depression was proved. Conclusion: The result of this study suggests that it is necessary to develop an intervention program to reduce the acculturative stress and depression of Vietnamese students enrolled in the language course.

MBTI를 활용한 성장프로그램이 간호대학생의 대인관계 및 진로정체감에 미치는 효과 (Effects of a Ready Planned Self Growth Program through MBTI on Interpersonal Relationships and the Career Identity of Nursing College Students)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of a self growth program through MBTI on interpersonal relationships, and the career identity of nursing college students. Methods: A randomized controlled pre-post test experimental design was used for this study. The 24 nursing students were randomly assigned into two groups: 12 for the experimental group, and 12 for the control group. The subjects were junior nursing students, who were randomly selected from an undergraduate nursing program at K university located in Daegu, Korea. The data was collected from March 18 to April 1, 2002. The MBTI self growth program used in this study was based on the one developed by Shim and Kim (1997). The 12 experimental group students received the group self growth program through MBTI for 15 hours, while the 12 control group students received no treatment, except a series of tests. The Korean version MBTI test used in this study was developed and verified for reliability and validity by Kim and Sim (1990). Change in inter-personal relationships was measured using the Relationship Change Scale developed by Schlein and Guerney (1971), and modified by Lee and Mun (1982). Career identity was measured using the My Vocational Situation developed by Holland. Daiger and Power (1980), and revised by Kim (1997). The data were analyzed with the SPSS Win 10.0 program, through which the 2 test, t-test, and Repeated measures ANOVA were examined. Results: 1) The first hypothesis, 'the experimental group that received the self growth program through MBTI will obtain a higher interpersonal relationship score than the control group', was supported (F=5.295. p=.031. Interaction: p=.000). 2) The second hypothesis, 'the experimental group that received the self growth program through MBTI will obtain a higher career identity score than the control group', was supported (F=28.575, p=.000, Interaction: p=.000). Conclusion: The results showed that the ready planned self growth program through MBTI had positive effects on improving the interpersonal relationships, and the career identity of nursing college students.

결혼이주여성의 직업적응 프로그램 개발 및 효과 (The Development and Effects of Vocational Adjustment Program for Marriage Immigrant Women)

  • 본 연구는 취업욕구가 높은 결혼이주여성들이 한국에 정착하여 사회의 한 구성원으로 역할하는데 필수적인 직업적응 프로그램을 개발하고 이 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 일반 대상과는 다른 결혼이주여성의 특수한 논점과 경험을 반영하여 프로그램을 개발하기 위해 설문조사, 결혼이주여성 면담, 관계자 면담 등의 결과를 통하여 프로그램을 구성하였다. 결혼이주여성 직업적응 프로그램은 다문화의 이해, 기초적인 경제개념에 대한 이해 및 활용, 직업 및 노동시장의 이해, 자기이해와 분석, 조직적응과 직무능력의 배양, 진로목표설정 등 6회기로 구성하였다. 직업적응 프로그램에 대한 실험집단과 통제집단을 선정하고 실험집단에는 프로그램을 실시한 후 두 집단의 사전 사후 검사를 통해 효과검증을 한 결과 직업적응 프로그램을 받은 결혼이주여성들은 진로정체감, 직업정보, 직업문화적응, 진로포부에 있어서 유의미한 차이가 드러났다. 이러한 결과는 직업적응 프로그램이 취업을 희망하는 결혼이주여성에게 한국의 직업세계에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 진로를 설계하고 준비함으로써 더 나은 미래를 기대하고 보다 긍정적으로 한국 사회에 적응하도록 지원할 수 있음을 보여주었다.
