The vibration isolating system using a magnetostrictive actuator (자기 변형 작동기를 이용한 진동 절연 시스템)

  • When a magnetostrictive material is exposed to a magnetic field, its geometry changes due to a magnetostrictive effect. The magnetostriction is analogous to the piezoeletricity. The displacement of the magnetostrictive material is proportional to the applied current while that of the piezoelectric material is proportional to the voltage. A magnetostrictive material generates large displacement and higher compressive force compared with a piezoeletric material. These advantages provide a good performance of a vibration isolation of a platform. In this work, it is applied to a driving actuator for vibration isolation of a platform. The properties of a magnetostrictive material are investigated in terms of hysteresis and displacement vs. applied current for a various preload. Modeling of the displacement of the vibration isolating actuator is performed as it behaves as a flow source. A sliding mode controller is designed to demonstrate the ability of the magnetostrictive actuator to reduce the vibration at the platform. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is demonstrated through experimental works. The experimental results of the vibration of the platform axe presented in terms of time response and frequency response.

  • 본 논문에서는 배선용 차단기 단자와 전선간의 접속결함에 의한 아크발생 및 화재위험성을 분석하였다. 실험 및 분석에 사용된 배선용 차단기는 단상 2선식의 국내외 제품으로 외형분석결과 단자구조는 제품마다 상이하였으며, 단자와 전선간의 접촉저항 측정결과 국내 제품은 접속방식에 따라 접촉저항의 편차가 컸다. 배선용 차단기 단자와 전선간 접속결함에 의한 접촉불량 발생시 단자구조에 따른 아크 및 화염의 특성 실험의 부하조건으로는 저항부하를 사용하였으며, 가진기의 축에 배선용차단기를 설치하여 진동에 의한 영향을 받도록 하였다. 인가시간은 10[분]으로 하였으며, 접촉불량이 진전됨에 따라 배선용 차단기 단자에 아크가 지속적으로 발생하였다. 대략 수분이 경과한 후 차단기가 차단되는 경우도 있었으며, 차단되지 않는 경우도 있었다. 또한 4개사의 제품 중 1개사의 제품은 접속단자 주변 절연재료로 아크에 의한 화염전이가 용이하였다.

  • In this paper, a novel monitoring system, data acquisition & diagnosis unit (DADU), for high-voltage rotating machines is proposed. This system monitors the insulation condition, current, voltage, vibration, and temperature of the stator winding by on-line measurements of partial discharge (PD), flux, etc. This helps more efficient operation and maintenance of the rotating machines.

  • This paper presents a new prototype of an engine mount for a passenger vehicle featuring ER(elector-rheological) fluids and piezoactuators. Conventional rubber mounts and various types of passive or semi-active hydraulic engine mounts have their own functional aims on the limited frequency band in the board engine operating frequency range. However, the proposed engine mount covers all frequency range of the engine operation. A mathematical model of the proposed engine mount is derived using the bond graph method which is inherently domain, the ER fluid is activated upon imposing electric field for vibration isolation while the piezoactuator. Computer control electric fluid for the ER fluid H.inf. cotrol technique is adopted for the piezoactuator. Computer simulation is undertaken in order to demonstrate isolation efficiency of the engine mount over wide operating frequency range.

Design and Performance Evaluation of the Vibration Absorber of Vertical Direction Using Numerical Simulation and Shock Test (수치적 시뮬레이션과 충격 시험을 통한 수직방향 진동절연 완충기 설계 및 성능 평가)

  • Vibration/shock affects biggest taking a train subtraction of vehicle and durability decline. Therefore, absorber is used for vibration/shock isolation and various qualities of the material and design are applied to isolation. This paper proposes vibration/shock absorber that applies 'Disc' spring. Through comparison with 'Disc' spring that has nonlinearity and coil spring that is having linearity, see effect that nonlinearity of isolation gets in vibration/shock Isolation. Coil spring and 'Disc' spring are non-linear numerical analysis and simulation through theory for this, get and investigate comparison result through an experiment finally. Expressed and formulated shock through 'Runge-Kutta' method/impact response to nonlinear-vibration-equation of 1 degree of freedom for numerical analysis. Double half sine pulse of excitation used and analyzed result through spectrum response analysis here. Response of disc spring is compared to response of coil spring by changing $h_o/t$ ratio with computer simulation and the usage of disc spring is increased through analysis of effect of design factors. The purpose of this paper is that the shock response of disc spring is calculated through numerical simulation and to design the optimal absorber under the limited condition. And then, the isolation effect was analyzed through the shock test.

  • 본 연구에서는 전기적 특성, 기계적 특성, 내수성 및 내유성이 우수한 고분자 화합물로 산업용, 콘덴서절연재료용, 의료센서용 등 각종 절연재료 및 유전재료로 활용되어 지고 있는 변환기용 PET박막에 광자선을 10[Gy] 15[MeV], 30[Gy] 15[MeV], 50[Gy] 15[MeV]를 조사하여 물성분석 및 전기적 특성중 유전정접 특성에 관하여 검토하였다. 물성분석으로 X-선 회절(XRD) 분석 결과 조사량에 따라 피크의 크기가 커지므로 결정성이 더욱 좁아짐을 알수 있었으며 적외선 분광(FTIR) 측정결과로 파수 1752[$cm^{-1}$]에서는 C=O기의 신축운동 기여로 피크가 나타나며 파수 1266[$cm^{-1}$]에서 =C-O기의 신축운동기여와 그리고 1019[$cm^{-1}$]에서는 벤젠환의 진동기여로 흡수 피크가 나타남을 알 수 있었고, 전자현미경을 이용하여 800배로 확대한 시료의 파단면을 조사한 결과 결정질과 비정질 영역이 혼재하고 있는 것을 확인하였다. 유전정접 특성으로는 측정온도범위 상온에서 130[$^{\circ}C$]와 인가전압 범위 1[V]에서 20[V]를 변화시켜 각각의 조사량에 대한 PET 박막의 유전특성의 온도의존성 및 주파수 의존성에 대하여 실험한 결과 변환기 재료의 가능성을 조사하였다.

  • 현재 시대에는 자원의 부족으로 인하여 원재료의 낮은 등급을 정제하는 것이 중요하다. 자기분리 기술이 산업 계 원재료들의 정제에 적용되는 것이 기대된다. 예를 들면 고순도의 유리나 절연체를 제작하기 위한 원재료에서 철산화물의 제거는 매우 중요하다. 자기를 띠는 입자들과 자기분리 필터 와이어 사이에 발생하는 끌어당기는 힘은 다른 자기분리와 비교 할 때 초전도 자기분리에서 훨씬 강하다. 초전도 마그네트를 이용하여 높은 자기장을 형성하기 때문에 일반 자기분리의 자성 입자 포획력을 능가한다. 본 연구에서는 습식 조건에서 산업계 원재료로부터 철계 산화물을 제거하기 위해서 초전도 자기문리를 사용하여 실험하였다. 실험에 사용된 시료는 유리원료로 사용되는 2종류로 시료A는 0.1 ~ 0.3 mm의 평균입도를 갖는 모래형상이며 시료B는 평균입도 0.03 ~ 0.1 mm의 고운모래 형태이다. 자기분리를 위해 상온에서 100 mm의 직경을 갖는 600 mm의 높이의 전도냉각형 Nb-Ti 초전도 마그네트를 사용하였으며 시료를 위에서 공급하고 아래로 배출되도록 수직형으로 설치하였다. 시료 500 g과 증류수 2 L를 혼합하여 교반시키고 6 T의 자기장 하에서 실험하였다. 자기분리 필터는 초전도 마그네트에서의 자기장의 분포를 해석하여 디자인하였다. 자기분리 필터의 자기적 특성을 알아보기 위해 진동시료형 자력계를 사용하였다. 산업계 원재료는 X선 형광분석기를 사용하여 성분을 분석하였다. 산업계 원재료를 이용하여 초전도 자기분리를 실시한 결과 철계 산화물은 시료A에서 43.5 %제거되었으며 시료B에서는 77.3%제거되었다.

  • The mission objective of STEP Cube Lab. (Cube Laboratory for Space Technology Experimental Project) classified as a pico-class satellite is to verify the technical effectiveness of payloads such as variable emittance radiator, SMA washer, oscillating heat pipe and MEMS based solid propellant thruster researched at domestic universities. In addition, the MEMS concentrating photovoltaic power system and the non-explosive holding and separation mechanism with the advantages of high constraint force and low shock level will be developed as the primary payloads for on-orbit verification. In this study, the feasibility of the mission actualization has been confirmed by the preliminary system design.

A Study on Dynamic Modeling of the Vibration Isolation System for the Ultra Precision Measurement (초정밀작업을 위한 제진시스템의 동역학 모델링 연구)

  • The anti-vibration tables that use air suspensions as dampers have been widely used due to their high anti-vibration performance in wide frequency band. However, they face a problem of easily accelerating the vibration when triggered by external force because their air suspensions have low rigidity and dampness. In response, there has been a study on active/semi-active dampers that use only the passive components like air suspensions to complement the passive-control format. Thus, we have dynamically analyzed the active/semi-active control of such passive anti-vibration tables. To demonstrate the anti-vibration table's control system, we have also constructed a kinetic model based on the physical characteristics of an anti-vibration table with 6 degrees of freedom and verified its applicability through analysis and experiments.
