The objective of the field professional education is to train up students with knowledge and technic and to supply them to companies. One of the good methods for the field professional education is to establish the school based enterprise(SBE) in school and university. The SBE program for the field professional education could improve the cooperation between industry and school(or university). In this paper, the foreign SBE programs and the domestic SBE programs are investigated and some improvement are suggested for the technical high schools.

The purpose of this study was to explore how the college students of the beauty department changed their perspective about jobs, career development, and self-reflection in the process of job shadowing. We selected 8 students who were enrolled in the beauty department of a college located in the capital area and conducted individual in-depth interviews with them. According to the result of the study, First, participants have learned attitude, knowledge, competence, and an important matter necessary to achieve a excellent performance in the beauty job. In particular, they figured out that a core competency for a successful beauty job is to share a social relationship with the clients. Second, they recognized that doing a beauty job is very tough and then set a criteria to make a decision of their future job. Doing a Job shadowing made them being change in the area of job and their job perspective. Finally, they looked themselves back how they are satisfying with developing their career at the beauty department. This study is significantly meaningful in that it contextually showed how the college students are developing their job careers through an indirect job experience from a constructive point of view. Moreover, this study is different from the existing studies focusing on student's direct work experiences such as the existing internship programs, which focused on exploring the student's indirect work experience and the process of their vicarious learning. The result of the current study has a practical implication in terms of providing a basic perspective for career education for students of colleges.

This study is planned and designed to develop an education program for students majoring health care in order to improve their knowledge and attitudes of ethics and service. First, this study examine the educational needs of 505 students majoring health care and 175 field workers through literature reviews, survey of questionnaire, and opinions of experts. And then, the educational goals, contents, methods are selected and established in this study. Lastly, the effects of the ethics and service education program shown by their knowledge and attitudes are examined. In the effect analyses, we can see there is meaningful difference in average variation of knowledge level in before and after the education, and also find that average scores after education was higher than before education in the field of intrinsic, social, and altruistic compensations. We can conclude that the developed education program in this study, has an effect on increasing a standard of value of the students participated in the program.

현장경험교육이란 학교교육의 일부로써 학생을 재학 중에 전공관련 작업 환경에 직접 참여시켜 교양적 혹은 직업적으로 필요한 교육경험을 얻도록 계획된 프로그램으로 우리나라에서는 현장실습이라는 용어로 행해지고 있다. 식품영양학 전공과 관련된 학과인 경우 단체급식과목의 일환으로 영양사 현장 실습이라는 교육과정을 시행하고 있는 학교는 많으나 현장실습에 대한 교육효과나 학생들의 요구사항등을 구체적으로 파악한 연구는 매우 제한적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실제로 영양사 현장실습을 체험한 학생을 대상으로 현행 영양사 현장실습이 안고 있는 제반 문제점들을 파악하고 효과적인 실습 운영 방안을 모색하고자 설문조사를 시행하였다. Continuing Education institutions of the university will be activated to increase opportunities for adult education and to give educational functions of the university back to society, but professional development programs conducted by institutions does not recognize as a formal education because those programs do not share the quality of education using the university's infrastructure. In this paper, by breaking away from the issues of Continuing Education, we develop the incumbent professional development programs through the sharing of high-quality education programs of university, and analysis the effectiveness of those programs in which university students participate during their school vacation. The proposed programs was to verify the educational effect through survey of students who participated in the proposed training. Grafting professional development programs onto future engineering education of university would like to be introduced.

This study tried to investigate the possibility and expectation effect to organize and operate NCS(national competency standards)-based vocational education curriculum in technical specialized high schools and meister high schools and the perceptions of specialty subject teachers about support plans for effective operation of the NCS-based curriculum. For this, the survey was conducted targeting 286 specialty subject teachers in technical specialized high schools and meister high schools. And the results are as follow: First, the specialty subject teachers in the technical specialized high schools and meister high schools recognized that the positive expectation effect can be obtained through the NCS-based vocational education curriculum and the NCS-based vocational education curriculum should very much be applied to the school curriculum but it is impractical to organize and operate the NCS-based vocational education curriculum as the school curriculum from 2016. Second, the specialty subject teachers in the technical specialized high schools and meister high schools recognized that industrial education needs can be analyzed, industry duties-based educational objectives and contents can be set up, industrial duties-based education can be done, the capability to develop and operate teachers' curriculum can be improved, and the NCS-based curriculum will be effective for industrial and academic cooperation and connection with communities by applying it but the realistic possibility will relatively be low. Third, the specialty subject teachers in the technical specialized high schools and meister high schools recognized that tools for practice should be reorganized and expanded, the number of students targeting practical classes should be reduced by 15 to 20 persons, teachers' field education capability should be strengthened, supply and demand of teachers should be supported, industrial and academic cooperation-based field-centered education should be reinforced, and support of the NCS-based teaching materials to be textbooks should be required in terms of operating schools to operate the NCS-based vocational curriculum effectively. Support of finding jobs and field education which correspond with the NCS-based vocational curriculum should be provided, field instruction by ability of the national competency standards should be supported, field practice education projects about the NCS-based vocational curriculum should be provided and introduction and operation of the industrial employee performance evaluation system should be required in terms of the support plans of relevant organizations.

This study explored the lifelong education field experience of adult college students. For this purpose, a qualitative case study was conducted with 5 adult college students from November 17, 2020 to May 14, 2021 through practical diaries, assignment analysis and in-depth interviews. As a result of the study, we discovered two things. First, the lifelong education field practice experience is a 'mountain to overcome! Lifelong education field practice', 'expansion of awareness of lifelong education', 'confidence field practice', and 'A picture is worth a thousand words'were revealed. Second, the meaning of the lifelong education field experience is 'formation of a learning community through teamwork with colleagues', 'realization that people are the core of the lifelong education', 'changes in the professional identity of the lifelong education history', and 'The life of a lifelong learning practitioner who wants to challenge' life' was revealed. These results will lead field training participants to grow qualitatively, and can be used as basic data for securing professional expertise and providing quality field training. A follow-up study was proposed for adult college students who belong to other colleges.

현대사회의 구조변화에 따라 직업교육의 효율성과 산업현장의 전문인력 양성을 위한 교육방안의 일환으로 연계교육(2+2)이 실시되고 있다. 그러나 연계 교육은 학교 현장에서 정상적으로 교육과정을 진행할 수 없는 현실적인 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 연계교육을 병행하고 있는 실업계 고등학교에서는 아직 졸업하지 않은 학생들의 연속적인 교육을 위해 인터넷을 이용한 교수-학습 방법을 제시할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 연계교육을 위한 효율적인 교수-학습방법을 제시하고, 이를 효율적으로 운영 및 평가할 수 있는 원격대화식 학습 평가시스템을 설계 및 구현한다.
