A Cause Analysis of Learning Environment Variables of Change in Science Attitudes on Elementary and Secondary School Students (초.중.고 학생들의 과학 태도 변화에 대한 학습환경의 원인 분석)

  • The importance of science attitudes is more increasing in science education. Science attitudes may influence students' attainment, consistency and quality of classwork as well as their later views of science education and scientific occupations. According to the international comparative researches and longitudinal studies on Korean students' science attitudes, it has shown that the more grade, the less science attitude. This research was survey the science attitudes and learning environment variables, and then make a inquiry that causes of decline of science attitudes. To study this purpose, the participating students in this study will be selected from 3th to 11th grade. 6,925 participants were administered 3 times in questionnaires of science attitudes and learning environment variables during a year. The result of this study showed that science attitude got low after June. Science attitude was changed from 4th grade to 8th grade students. Science attitude much more decrease second semester than first semester, high school students' science attitude fell much. It was experience about science that cause the biggest effect in science attitude and other learning environment variables influence in science attitude change. Learning environment variables made different influence from students of increased and declined science attitude. As category that influence in science attitude, in elementary school were gender, area and grade, in middle school were grade and area, and in high school was area.

Textmining-Based Analysis for Duty and Knowledge structure of Vocational Counseling Service Industry (텍스트마이닝 기법을 통한 직업상담서비스산업의 직무 및 지식구조 분석)

  • This study attempts to analyze the structure of the knowledge and duties of the vocational counseling service industry by using the text mining method and network analysis, which are methods of big data analysis. The subjects of the survey were vocational counseling, job placement and career change support, three fields in the unit elements of competence included in the National Competency Standards (NCS) which areproposed by the government. Although the analysis results of frequently used words showed that all three fields had independent duties, many were overlapping, such as counseling, examination, employment support, etc. for clients, job seekers, and others. The knowledge required by the employees of this field includes many new fields, such as start-up development, lifelong career consulting, job adaptation and culture conflict, besides the five subjects of vocational psychology, vocational counseling, labor market, job information, and law, which are included in the vocational counselor certification examination. Also, we suggested that the consultants adhere to emotional approaches, such as empathy, acceptance and attentiveness, and take a neutral stance. This study isvaluable in that it is the first attempt to objectively analyze the duties of the vocational counseling service field by big data analysis. In addition, it is also meaningful that we first confirmed the difference between the direction of government policy and the actual practice in the field.

The Effects of In-School Work Experience on Subsequent Labor Market Outcomes (재학 중 근로경험의 실태와 노동시장 성과)

  • Many students accumulate work experience while they attend college. Using data from Korean Youth Panel, I investigate the effects of in-school work experience on school-to-work process. Work during college contributes to take first job quickly after school, but has no significant effect on wage level of first job. These results show that in-school work experience might help job search but not provide skills and knowledge. These findings suggest that it is necessary to link the youth internship programme to in-school learning in collaboration with school.

  • NCS 기반 교육과정은 산업현장의 국가직무능력(National Competency Standards: NCS)을 고교 직업교육과정에 적용한 2015 개정 교육과정이다. 따라서 전문교과 교사는 학습자가 학습 종료시점에 NCS 수행준거를 만족하는 역량을 갖추도록 교육할 수 있는 교수역량을 필요로 한다. 이에 본 연구는, NCS 기반 교육과정 '전자' 교과의 실무과목, 학습모듈, NCS를 분석하여, 기초과목이나 실무과목으로 편성되지 않은 마이크로 프로세서 기본 역량에 대한 선수지식을 여러 영역에서 요구하고 있음을 밝혔다. 그러므로 NCS 기반 교육과정의 원활한 운영을 위해 '전자' 교과 교사는 마이크로프로세서관련 지식, 기술, 태도에 대한 교수역량을 강화할 필요가 있고, 학습모듈과 NCS는 수정 보완될 필요가 있음을 제안한다.

The Knowledge, Attitude, and Practices Related to Noncommunicable Diseases Among Korean Adults Residing in Urban and Rural Areas -Focusing on Hypertension, Diabetes, and Cancer- (도시 및 시골에 거주하는 성인들의 성인병에 대한 지식, 태도 및 실천 - 고혈압, 당뇨병 및 암을 중심으로 -)

  • 의학이 발달하고 수명이 연장되고, 그리고 식사가 보다 서양화되는 등 생활양식이 변화됨에 따라 성인병이 1970년대부터 한국에 보다 늘어나게 되었다. 본 연구는 면접 및 설문지법을 이용하여 성인병, 특히 고혈압, 당뇨병 및 암에 관하여 도시 및 시골 거주자들의 지식, 태도 및 실천을 비교 연구하였다. 연구기간은 1990년 1월 부터 12월까지 1년동안이었고 대상은 전체 716명으로 그중 360명은 부산시 거주자였고 356명은 부산 근교의 시골거주자였다. 고혈압, 당뇨병 및 암에 대해 알고 있다고 응답한 대상자는 각각 92.6%, 92.0% 및 74.7%였다. 고혈압, 당뇨병 및 암의 지식도에 있어서 도시 거주자들이 시골 거주자보다 유의하게 더 많이 알고 있었다(각각 p<0.001). 그러나 성인병에 관한 태도와 지식에 있어서는 도시 거주자와 시골 거주자 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었다(p<0.05). 고혈압의 지식도는 거주지(r=0.2159, p<0.01) 및 수입 (r=0.1882, p<0.01)과 유의한 상관관계가 있었고, 당뇨병에 관한 지식도는 거주지(r=0.3952, p<0.001), 수입(r=0.3663, p<0.001) 및 직업(r=0.2576, p<0.001), 수입(r=0.4138, p<0.001), 직업(r=0.3044, p<0.001) 및 성별(r=-0.1887, p<0.01)과 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 성인병에 관한 태도는 성별(r=0.4748, p<0.001), 경제상태(r=0.2209, p<0.01) 및 고혈압 지식도(r=0.1844, p<0.01)와 유의한 상관관계를 나타내었다. 성인병에 관한 실천은 본 연구에서 어떤 변수와도 상관관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 성인병이 이전보다 더 많아짐에 따라 연령이 증가하는 나라와 개발국가에서 성인병이 주요한 대상질환이 될 것이고, 질병예방과 건강증진의 차원에서 성인병을 예방하기 위해 보건교육에 보다 중점을 두어야 할 것이다.

A Convergence Study about Married Couples' Attitude toward Family-Birth according to the Spouse's Participation Range of Family-Birth (배우자의 가족분만 참여범위에 따른 부부의 가족분만에 대한 태도에 관한 융합연구)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to assess married couples' attitude toward family-birth according to the range of spouse's participation in family-birth. Method: Data were obtained by the 54 couples who used to visited in order to participate on family-birth at two teritary women's hospital in G-city. Result: There was a significant difference in pregnant woman's attitude : the status of having a job(Z=-2.01, p=.044) & type of nuclear family(Z=-2.17, p=.029), planned pregnance(Z=-2.54, p=.011). The spouse who partly participated in the process of family-birth showed higher(t=2.30, p=.030) compared to the spouse who participated in the whole process of family-birth. Conclusion: The results of the study suggest that hospitals and women's hospitals should support pregnant woman's social work and encourage spouse who partly participation and develop education programs.

Effect of Career Group Counseling Program on Career Attitude Maturity and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy of Adolescents on Probation (진로집단상담프로그램이 보호관찰소 청소년의 진로태도성숙도와 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향)

  • The aim of this study is to analyse the effects of a career group counselling program on career attitude maturity and career decision self-efficacy in adolescents under probation. As a result, it was discovered that the career group counselling program had statistically significant differences in reality and preparedness among the sub-areas of career attitude maturity while there were no significant differences in determinacy. Also, the career group counselling program had statistically significant differences in goal selection, job information and future plans among the sub-area of career decision self-efficacy while there were no significant differences in problem solution. These results suggest that the career group counselling program had significant effects on career attitude maturity and career decision self-efficacy. For better career attitude maturity and career decision self-efficacy in adolescents under probation, more organized studies on career group counselling programs are needed and their usability should be reinforced.

A Study of Knowledge about Dementia, Empathy and Attitudes toward Dementia in Caregivers of Older Adults with Dementia (치매전문요양보호사의 치매 지식, 공감 및 치매에 대한 태도)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among dementia knowledge, empathy, attitudes toward to dementia in caregivers of older adults with dementia. Data were collected 147 caregivers who worked in long term care centers. The self-report questionnaire was used for data analysis. SPSS Win. 21.0 was used to analyze data via descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. The mean score of dementia knowledge was $20.18{\pm}3.58$ out of 30, and the means of empathy was $82.12{\pm}9.68$ out of 105 and the means of dementia attitudes was $96.45{\pm}13.72$ out of 140. Attitudes toward dementia in caregivers differed significantly depending on their age, motivation of job. Attitudes also had a positive correlation with dementia knowledge and empathy. The most significant preditors of attitudes were empathy, job of motivation and age. These factors explained 33.0% of the variance for attitudes toward dementia. Above results suggest that dementia education programs depending on age, job of motivation, and empathy level is needed.

우리나라 정부투자기관(政府投資機關) 이사회제도(理事會制度)의 문제점(問題點)과 개선방향(改善方向)

  • 본(本) 연구(硏究)의 목적은 기본법제정(基本法制定)으로 도입된 새로운 정부투자기관이사회제도(政府投資機關理事會制度)가 갖는 특징과 그간의 운영현황 검토를 통해 문제점을 파악하고 개선방향(改善方向)을 모색하는 데에 있다. 정부투자기관이사회(政府投資機關理事會)의 제도적 특징 중의 하나는 이사회(理事會)가 집행(執行)에 직접 관여하지 않고 비상임(非常任)으로 운영되며, 비상임이사(非常任理事)의 법적책임(法的責任)이 불확실(不確實) 하다는 점이다. 운영면(運營面)에서는 이사장(理事長)의 임명(任命), 이사(理事)에 대한 대우(待遇), 당연직이사(當然職理事)의 참여자세(參與姿勢)와 태도 등의 문제점을 지적할 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 문제의 개선(改善)을 위한 포괄적 개선방향(改善方向)으로서 전문성(專門性) 있는 이사장(理事長)의 임명(任命)을 위한 노력, 이사(理事)에 대한 대우(待遇)의 재조정(再調整)과 이사(理事) 스스로의 직업윤리제고노력(職業倫理提高努力), 당연직이사(當然職理事)의 참여자세(參與姿勢)와 태도 등의 시정노력, 이사회(理事會) 활성화(活性化)의 정도, 관리운영(管理運營)의 개선(改善) 등을 제시했다.

The Influence of Mother's Child-rearing Attitude, Temperament and Goodness of Fit of Infant's on Adjustment to Childcare Center (어머니의 양육태도와 영아의 기질 및 조화적합성이 보육시설 적응에 미치는 영향)

  • The current study aims to examine differences of mother's child-rearing attitude by background variables of infant's and mothers, the influence of mother's child-rearing attitude, temperament and goodness of fit of infant's on adjustment to childcare center, and relative influence among elements. Subjects for the study were 165 infant's of two year old attending 8 childcare centers in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Jeju-do, and their mothers and homeroom teachers at childcare centers. As a result of the study, it was found that there was no difference in background variables such as sex and order among siblings of infant's, childcare experience and average hours at childcare centers a day, and mother's age and job, while there were differences in mother's child-rearing attitude by mother's education, household's monthly income and mother's working hours per week. Also it was observed that mother's restrictive attitude, positive attitude and infant's regular temperament influenced their adjustment to childcare centers, and relatively influential elements on general adjustment to childcare centers were mother's restrictive attitude and positive attitude. That IS, it was found that as mother's restrictive attitude and positive attitude were high, infant's general adjustment to childcare centers became high. These study results show that if infant's learn basic rules and habits from parents at home by having positive relationship with mothers, getting appropriate educative instruction, having proper autonomy and obtaining positive assessment from their mothers, rather than strict restriction or bluff, can adapt themselves to childcare centers with no difficulty.
