Analysis the differences of re-finding a job for women who has a career break following personal peculiarities (경력단절여성의 개인특성에 따른 재취업욕구 차이 분석)

  • 본 연구에서는 경력단절여성의 개인특성에 따른 구직의사와 구직활동의 재취업욕구 차이를 분석하기 위하여 직업교육경험이 있는 자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 개인특성에 따라 재취업욕구에는 차이가 있으며, 구직의사와 구직활동에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 구직의사는 30-40대 이상 연령이 높게 나타났고, 구직활동은 20대가 활발한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 개인특성에 따라 재취업욕구가 차이가 있으므로 구직활동과 구직의사를 분리해서 정책수립을 해야 하는 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide necessary data and information in order to support economic activity of career interrupted woman by analysis the differences between seeking work need on individual characteristic and re-employment need of job-seeking activities. This study includes the result of reviewing a prospective study and an enpinical analysis based on the theoretical background of career interrupted woman, vocational education, individual characteristic and re-employment need to achieve its goal. The collected data from 150 career interrupted women who had a vocational education was analyzed by one-way analysis of variance, T-verification and SPSS 12.0v program. In summary of this study, re-employment need would be different by individual characteristic, seeking work need and job-seeking activities. It shows that the method of re-employment should be provided as considering the individual characteristic of career interrupted woman. Therefore, this study suggests the necessity of suited education and improved system for individual characteristic of career interrupted woman.

The Influence of Dental Hygienist Images and Career Advice among High School Teachers (인문계 고등학교 교사가 지각한 치과위생사 이미지와 치위생직 진로 권유 의사에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of dental hygienist images and career advice among high school teachers. A self-reported questionnaire was administered to 212 high school teachers in Gwangju, South Korea. The questionnaire contained subject's general characteristics, images of dental hygienists, and career advice. We performed an independent t-test, the Kruskal-Wallis test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis, and logistic regression analysis using the IBM SPSS ver. 21.0 software. Using a five-point scale, the average of all the dental hygienist images was 3.50, with personal images receiving the most positive rating at 3.83 and social images receiving the least positive rating at 2.86. The images of dental hygienists were significantly more positive in instances where the subjects recognized the dental hygienist or received treatment within one year. There were positive correlations among different kinds of images. Through multiple regression analysis, occupational images were associated with business and social images. Business images were associated with occupational and personal images. Personal images were associated with business images, especially in cases where the subjects recognized the dental hygienist. Social images were associated with occupational images, especially in cases where subjects received treatment within one year. Through logistic regression analysis, career advice was associated with social and occupational images. Therefore, our study provides suggestions on how to enhance positive recognition of social images of dental hygienists.

  • The purpose of the study was to provide an educational environment for designing and producing virtual reality practice contents that can be used in semiconductor production lines and clean rooms. Through this process, the user can acquire practical knowledge through experiences close to reality, such as experiencing the main semiconductor solar cell manufacturing facilities as well as procedural knowledge before and after entering the clean room.. In particular, it provides users with an immersion experience close to reality by creating an environment for experiential content necessary for semiconductor and solar cell manufacturing processes and clean room entrance procedure experiential content, which is expected to improve education immersion, realism, cost, efficiency, and education satisfaction. Depending on the characteristics of Dangerous, Impossible, Counter-productive etc, immersive content makes learners immersed in the learning content, induces proactive/active learning, and embodies the learning content, resulting in positive results in the field of improving educational effectiveness.

  • Large-scale online platforms such as MOOCs-Massive Open Online Courses, which provide a variety of educational contents, have provided a learning environment that allows students to freely access and learn anytime and anywhere. Currently, the proportion of online lectures and home-based learning is increasing, and portfolio or experience-based learning such as bootcamp, field activities, and team project-based group learning are also being actively carried out for educational outcomes. At present, interest in nano or microdegree focused on core technology in units of hours or credits is increasing significantly because such strategic intensive education enables effective learning in terms of continuity and efficiency of education. In an era of large changes in job market due to the reorganization of the industrial structure by new technologies, intensive education in specialized new technology fields such as smart mobility, big data, and artificial intelligence is much more conducive to finding a job. With this reason it is attracting attention as an alternative to lifelong learning are receiving In this paper we propose an educational platform that can efficiently and effectively support the purpose learning for the personalized microdegree education in the online learning era.

홈쇼핑 매체별 소비자 인식 비교

  • 본 연구는 카탈로그와 케이블 TV, 인터넷 홈쇼핑 정보전달 매체별로 의류제품에 대한 소비자의 인식 및 기대 수준을 비교 분석하여 홈쇼핑의 정보전달 매체 개발에 기초적인 자료를 구축하기 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 대상자는 20세 이상의 카탈로그 홈쇼핑사 회원 219명, 케이블 TV 홈쇼핑사 회원 213명, 네티즌 972명이었다. 매체별 이용자의 분포는 카탈로그와 케이블 TV 홈쇼핑의 경우 여성과 기혼자가 많았고 직업은 주부와 사무직이 많았다. 반면 인터넷 이용자는 남성과 미혼자가 많았고 직업은 사무직이 많았다. 학력은 세 매체 모두 응답자의 절반 이상이 대졸 이상으로 교육수준이 높았다. 설문조사 결과 의류 홈쇼핑에 대한 매체별 소비자의 인식은 다음과 같았다. 1. 케이블 TV 홈쇼핑 이용자들은 케이블 TV를 통해 판매되는 의류제품이 디자인, 색상이 다양하며, 제품의 소재나 품질, 치수에 대한 정보도 충분하다고 느끼며 의류의 품질 신뢰도와 구매의사도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 2. 통신판매를 이용해서 의류를 구매해 본 경험이 있는 집단은 구매를 경험하지 못한 집단보다 구매의사도 높으며 통신판매에 대한 신뢰성도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 케이블 TV 홈쇼핑을 통해 의류제품을 구매해 본 경험이 있는 집단이 의류제품 정보의 다양성에 대한 만족감과 품질 신뢰성이 가장 높았다. 3. 매체와 성별의 차이를 살펴본 결과 케이블 TV를 이용하는 여성은 의류제품의 다양성, 충분한 제품정보, 품질의 신뢰성, 구매의사에 가장 긍정적인 인식을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 4. 케이블 TV를 이용하는 기혼자와 고소득자가 다른 집단보다 의류제품의 다양성, 제품정보와 품질 신뢰성, 구매의사에서 가장 긍정적인 인식을 가진 집단이었다. 본 연구의 결과는 케이블 TV 홈쇼핑은 카탈로그와 인터넷에 비해 소비자의 욕구를 충족시키는 제품과 소개방식으로 의류를 판매하고 있으며, 특히 의류제품 구매 경험이 있고 고소득층이며 기혼인 여성들을 만족시킬만한 다양한 상품을 구비하고 자세한 제품정보를 제공하며 품질에 대한 신뢰를 심어 주어 긍정적인 구매의사를 갖도록 유도하고 있는 것으로 해석된다.

Effects of Pre-Employment Efforts of the College Graduate Youth in Korea (대졸 청년층 취업준비노력의 실태와 성과)

  • This study examines the effects of pre-employment efforts of the youth on their transition to the labor market. Labor market performance is accessed by the transitory period, the employment at workplace with more than 300 employees, and the wage level. Based on the effects of employment efforts for the first transitory period, job experience during school and preparatory period for employment would raise the likelihood of employment, but the school credit, grade in English, and the frequency of interviews, on the contrary, failed to reduce the transitory period. Employment effect varied according to educational background. In case of college graduates, vocational education and job experience during school were statistically significant variables leading them to decent jobs. On the other hand, in case of university graduates, job experience and language skills were proven to be important factors. Lastly, for the wage effect, in case of college graduates, vocational training, job experience during school, and English ability were proven to increase the wage level. However, vocational training after graduation and job experience during school decreased the wage level, but grade in English and pre-employment efforts during school increased the possibility of getting a decent, highly paid job for university graduates.

  • In this study, we want to analyze the aspect that required in the classroom for the operation of NCS-based curriculum, the interest of specialized subject teachers on implementable teaching and learning methods. As a result, the overall interest in teaching-learning method of specialized subject teachers was similar to that of non-user patterns among four types of interest patterns. In other words, specialized subject teachers want to know more about teaching-learning method for applying NCS-based curriculum, but we are only aware of the general facts at present, and it seems that there is low interest in actual operation. In addition, there was no statistically significant difference in the degree of interest in the teaching-learning method according to general variables(gender, related training experience, career, and curriculum group) of the specialized subject teachers. The specialized subject teachers are not well aware of the influence of the teaching-learning method according to the introduction of NCS-based curriculum, and to that end, there was little interest in collaboration with colleagues.

An Ethnographic Study of Factors Contributing to the Occupational Socialization of Librarians (사서의 직업사회화 영향요인)

  • Using Spradley's ethnographic method, the study was designed to describe and understand the factors contributing to the occupational socialization of librarians. Three in-depth interviews and one observation were conducted with each of the sixteen participants who have practiced for longer than 5 years in libraries and were selected by theoretical sampling. Eight factors emerged from the data: education in universities, social changes, work, human relationships, users, the library organizational climate, social perception, and striving to enhance the professional. 'Overcoming a lack of understanding about the profession' was the cultural theme for describing and integrating the factors contributing to the occupational socialization of librarians.

  • 공간 능력 및 공간 시각화 능력의 향상은 우리가 살고 있는 세계를 표현하고 설명하는데 도움을 주고 실생활과 직업에 관련된 문제해결 능력을 기를 수 있게 한다. 초등학교에서는 비형식적인 방법으로 일상생활에서 접하는 대상과 다른 구체적 자료를 사용한 조사, 실험, 탐구를 통하여 여러 위치에서 도형을 시각화하고, 그려보고, 비교하는 활동을 강조하고 있다. 제7차 수학과 교육과정에서 공간능력 및 공간 시각화 능력을 향상시키기 위한 학습으로 구체적 조작물과 학습지 사용을 병행하고 있다. 하지만 초등 기하는 공간적인 경험을 현실 상황이나 구체물 조작을 통하여 형성된 공간직관을 수학화하도록 하여야 하나, 실제 현장에서는 학교여건 등의 여러 실정으로 조작 자료들이 제대로 마련되어 있지 않거나 잘 사용하지 않고 있다. 3차원을 경험할 수 있는 공간 시각화 학습프로그램을 적극 활용하여 어떤 방향이든 상관없이 가상의 공간에서 물체를 옮기거나 회전시킬 수 있으며 시간적, 공간적 제약을 받지 않고 학습자들의 공간시각화 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 학습 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이런 요구에 의해 아동과의 상호 작용성과 접근성을 향상시킨 웹기반 가상현실 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과 분석을 통해 웹 기반 가상현실 학습 프로그램에 대한 가능성을 진단해 보고자 한다.
