Cymbidium 'Orange Bowl' (Lucky Rainbow 'Randevous' ${\times}$ 'Eastern Star') was developed from a cross between hybrids at the National Institute of Horticultural & Herbal Science, Rural Development Administration in 2006. A cross was made between the pink colored flower C. Lucky Rainbow 'Randevous' as maternal line and pure yellow colored flower, C. 'Eastern Star' as paternal line in 1995. The seed germination, cultivation, selection, and characteristic trials were conducted from 1996 to 2006. The line was named as Wongyo F1-18 and phenotype was characterized in 2006 as a new 'Orange Bowl'. The 'Orange Bowl' has having light yellow basal color (RHS, YO21D) and orange line (RHS, OR30B) on both of sepal and petal with red lip (RHS, OR30B). 'Orange Bowl' has about 10.9 flowers per flower stalk and flower size of 7.4 cm. General appearance of the petals and sepals is slightly incurved shape. The plant size is intermediate having erect peduncle. Blooming is started from the late of January (mid winter) under optimal culture condition. Leaf attitude and twisting is half- erect and very weak respectively. This hybrid has attractive floral arrangement, long flower stalk (71.8 cm) and vigorous growth. We expect that 'Orange bowl' has a great potential for exporting to Chinese market.

This study analyzed the factors that affect the emotional intelligence of clinical dental hygienists' psychological well-being. The study was conducted from September 1, 2019 to November 30, 2019 with 180 dental hygienists living in Jeollabuk-do province. The data was analyzed by independent t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS 18.0. Psychological well-being has a significant correlation with emotional intelligence (r=.596, p<.001). Emotional intelligence of clinical dental hygienists was found to be significant in a suitable regression model (F=116.575, p<.05), and the explanatory power was 53.6%. The higher the psychological well-being was, the higher the emotional intelligence was. The factors related to emotional intelligence of clinical dental hygienists were psychological well-being, self-acceptance, positive relations to others, personal growth, environmental mastery and clinical experience. The results of this study show that psychological well-being is related to emotional intelligence. It is necessary to establish an effective strategy to enhance the psychological well-being of clinical dental hygienists and strengthen their emotional intelligence.

The purpose of this study is to find the development of the personal protection business plan based on the problem that guards are now aware of personal protection service. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, we analyzed the data after expert survey and interview conducted by seven experts engaged in personal protection services more than 15 years. The guard who perform personal protection service proposed a development plan of personal protection services as follows. First, the current education system for new employees' training is required to improve the educational program of 40 hours in subjects related to personal protection duties by reorganization Second, the personal protection service training for guards also appropriate to switch to 8-hour training program for three months through an educational organization controlled by country. Third, the personal protection guards should be proceeding the practical programs required in the field and quality education in the different section by competent and professional instructors. Fourth, it should be revised Regulating that on the site of collective civil petition including in Events related to events across the board in the security services law. Fifth, there needs to be a change of recognition between police and private security firms, and to be set up the organization for supervision of management by police and private security firms jointly. Sixth, there needs to be organized a subcommittee which is consisting of experts in each task on Korea Security Association, and founded Korea Personal Protection Association for development associated with the personal protection service and to protect the rights of personal protection guards.

We bred a mulberry cultivar named Shimheungppong, through local adaptability test, which is under registration as a new cultivar for fruit production. Local adaptability test had been carried out at three places(Suwon, Wanju, and Jinju) for six years from 2004. This is tetraploidy variety belonging to (Morus alba L.) selected among mulberry genetic resources preserved in Suwon. Shimheungppong was high yielding cultivar in fruit productivity by 5% compared to control cultivar 'Chungilppong(Morus alba L.)' for four years. Although Shimheungppong was a little lower in sugar content of mulberry fruits, it was bigger than that of Chungilppong. It is adaptable to every where except the places where cold damage and sclerotic disease happen frequently.

This study aimed at comprehending the duty, role, and difficulty of intermediary manager through in-depth investigation of dental hygienist intermediary managers experienced over 10 years working in a dental clinic. In-depth interviews were conducted with 10 dental intermediary managers and Giorgi's analysis method was used to analyze the data. Findings revealed that the work experience of the dental hygienist intermediary managers appeared in the range of "becoming an intermediary manager through various processes", "various duties that they experience as an intermediary manager", "difficulty as an intermediary manager", "ability that they perceive as necessary for being a dental intermediary manager", and "worthiness they feel as the intermediary manager". The dental intermediary managers complained of difficulties at work, and appeared to perform various tasks such as human resource management, clinic management support, and patient's management. Accordingly, the researcher considers that research on dental intermediary managers' capacity development necessary.

With a distinction made between contract breach and contract violation, this study develops a structural model that investigates whether each dimension of contract breach influences experience of a contract violation in the hotel industry. At the same time, the impact of such a violation on hotel employees' work outcomes has been studied. One hundred and seventy eight employees, who are employed in five star deluxe hotels participated in the study and a structural equation modeling(SEM) is employed. The result indicated that good working relationship, and training and development, a so called relational oriented breach, make positively significant impact on contract violation. Whereas, benefits and salary categorized as transactional oriented breach does not. Also, the suggested employee outcomes including high turnover intent, low job satisfaction, and person-organization fit have been influenced by contract violation. As a result, hotel practitioners need to clarify the contract items prior to employment and during employment and to prepare to react to unmet promises.

Ecological momentary assessment (EMA) is a method that captures the current experience and behavior of subjects in real time in a natural environment. The data collected by EMA reveals alterations according to the time and context of experience and action. The Trier Inventory for Chronic Stress (TICS) is a tool that measures momentary stress, and is capable of measuring stress experienced in real life. This study was undertaken to verify the validity and reliability after translating the short form TICS into a Korean version. Totally, 89 police officers working at the police station in the capital participated in this study. The mobile application developed for this study was installed on their smartphones, and data were collected four times a day for seven consecutive days. Confirmatory factor analysis and content validity index (CVI) was applied to test the validity, and concurrent validity was evaluated by correlating with the occupational stress score. The model was validated by confirmatory factor analysis, and we obtained good reliabilities (I-CVI=0.83-1, RMSEA=0.104, SRMR=0.104, CFI=0.948, TLI=0.919, Cronbach's alpha=0.839). Our findings indicate the reliability, and validate use of the Korean tool for measuring momentary stress.

New orchardgrass(Dactylis glomerata L.) variety named as 'Kordi' was developed by the National Livestock Research Institute(NLRI) in 2003. Five superior clones on selected to develope the new variety of orchardgrass, and polycrossed for synthetic seed production. Synthetic seeds were examined on the agronomic growth characteristics and forage production at Suwon from 1995 to 1998, and regional trials were conducted in Suwon, Pyungchang and Jeju from 2001 to 2003 and Icsan in 2003, respectively. 'Kordi' showed semi-erect growth habit in fall and spring, and long type in length of flag leaf and short in upper internode. Plant height of 'Kordi' was little short compared to that of standard variety, Ambassador, and heading date was delayed about 3 days as 14th May compared to Ambassador. Characters such as winter hardiness. lodging tolerance, regrowth, disease resistance of 'Kordi' were stronger or better than those of Ambassador. 'Kordi' showed $10\%$ higher dry matter yield as 15,174 kg/ha compared to Ambassador. Nutritive value was appeared to be similar in both varieties.

This purpose of this study is to analyze the causal relation among constituent concepts and verify the relation among internal marketing, service quality and customer satisfaction in shipping companies. To achieve the goal of this study, the author studied literatures on internal marketing, service quality and customer satisfaction, and carried out a survey targeting people working for shipping companies and international logistics freight forwarders to make an empirical analysis. The results are as follows. It was confirmed that education and training, reward system, empowerment among internal marketing elements of a shipping company have a positive effect on the service quality and customer satisfaction of the shipping company, and the service quality of a shipping company also has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. As it can be known from these results, it would be necessary to concentrate on internal marketing of a shipping company in order to increase service quality and customer satisfaction.

원자력발전소 운영의 중추적 역할을 담당하고 있는 운전원과 발전소시스템 사이에서 발생하는 인간공학적 요인(인적요인)은 다중방호벽의 존재와 자동화 기술의 확대에도 불구하고 원전의 가동 성 및 안전성을 위협하는 최대의 요인이다. 최근 원자력발전소 시스템에 고도화된 전자공학 및 인공 지능기술 등이 반영되고 있는 추세이나 이러한 기술의 도입이 운전원과의 복합적 상호작용관점에서 원전의 안전성과 효율성에 적합한가를 실험적으로 평가할 수 있는 실험평가기술의 확보가 필요한 실정이다. 한국원자력연구소에서는 차세대 주제어실의 설계 및 평가를 위한 실험적 자료의 생성 및 설계 대안의 평가를 위한 기술확보라는 목적을 가지고 1992년도부터 수행하고 있다. 1992년도(1차년 도)에는 새로운 주제어실에서 실험적으로 평가해야 할 평가항목을 구체화하였고, 4년간의 연구추진 내용을 설정하였다. 기존의 원자력산업계에서 요구하고 있는 인가/허가 요건, 사업자요건서, 인간 공학분야에서 제기하고 있는 문제점 등을 분석하여 10개의 실험평가항목을 도출하였으며, 실험평가 항목을 실제로 실험을 통하여 연구하기 위한 장비 및 설비 그리고 소요기술 등을 고려하여 연구방향을 설정하였다. 1993년도(2차년도)에는 차세대 주제어실의 특징을 규명하고 실험연구의 대상시스템을 설정하였다. 설정된 대상시스템을 기능별로 분석하여 설계변수를 도출하였으며, 인간공학 실험실의 구축에 필수적인 원자력발전소 시뮬레이터의 기능요건 및 실험실의 구성요건 등을 개발하고 있다. 3차년도부터는 인간공학실험을 수행하면서 자료분석체계의 개발, 원전직무 시나리오의 개발, 측정방법의 개발, 인간공학 실험실의 설계, 구축 및 검증, 평가기법 연구, 실시간 자료수집체계의 개발 등을 수행할 예정이며, 연구종료시점인 1996년도(5차년도)에는 원자력발전소 주제어실의 인간공학적 평가를 위한 실험 환경의 구축 및 실험평가기술의 확립이라는 목표가 달성된다.하는 것으로 간주된다. 2.
