  • This study is key competence port logistics companies analyze the priorities of evaluation factors. key competence index of NCS(National competency standard) was designed on the basis of the research model. The priorities of evaluation factors were analyzed using AHP method. The results of the analysis of 1 layer's key competence priorities are as follows: Interpersonal skills(0.217), communication skills(0.153), ability to develop problem(0.148), ability to understand the organization(0.103), and resource management skills(0.090), self-development ability and professional ethics(0.070), information skills(0.065), technical skills(0.049), numeracy skills(0.035).

  • The recent development of engineering design education has brought enormous influence in many engineering educations. But, most studies in this area have focused only on the system or curriculum development rather than on the effect of the program to the real situation, the transfer. The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of learning and learning transfer in engineering design program at the university level. Transfer is defined as the use of trained knowledge and skill back on the job. The results of the study are as follows. First, learner characteristics and curriculum design had a significant influence on learning effectiveness. Second, learner characteristics had a significant influence an learning transfer. Also, the learning had a significant influence an learning transfer.

  • 소방조직의 효과성을 제고시킬 수 있는 수요자 중심의 교육훈련 프로그램 설계를 AHP를 통해 재난관리 중요도를 산정하여 과학적이고 체계적인 직무중심 교육훈련 프로그램 설계 방향을 제시할 수 있었는데, 이러한 방법에 의한 교육훈련 프로그램 분석은 소방학교를 포함한 모든 공공교육기관에게도 적용시킬 수 있어 과거 답습적인 교육훈련 프로그램의 재활용에서 벗어나 새로운 환경변화에 적극적으로 대응하고 변화를 촉진할 수 있다는 측면에서 본 연구의 의의가 크다고 할 수 있다.

  • In the paper, we designed a context aware task-role based access control system(CAT-RACS) which can control access and prevent illegal access efficiently for various information systems in ubiquitous computing environment. CAT-RACS applied CA-TRBAC, which adds context-role concept for achieve policy composition by context information and security level attribute to be kept confidentiality of information. CA-TRBAC doesn't permit access when context isn't coincident with access control conditions, or role and task's security level aren't accord with object's security level or their level is a lower level, even if user's role and task are coincident with access control conditions. It provides security services of user authentication and access control, etc. by a context-aware security manager, and provides context-aware security services and manages context information needed in security policy configuration by a context information fusion manager. Also, it manages CA-TRBAC policy, user authentication policy, and security domain management policy by a security policy manager.

  • This study was conducted to develop and test the effects of an emotional intelligence program for new nurses. The study design was a mixed method research. Participants were 29(intervention group: 15, control group: 14) new nurse. The emotional intelligence improvement program was conducted once a week for a total of 8 weeks (20 hours).The emotional intelligence program was provided for 8 weeks (20 hours). Quantitative data were analyzed using Chi-square, Fisher's exact test, t-test, repeated measure ANOVA with SPSS/WIN 18.0. Qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis. Quantitative results showed that emotional intelligence, Job stress were no significantly better in the experimental group compared to the control group. According to the qualitative results, the new nurse experienced improvement in emotional intelligence, empowerment, a reduction in stress, Changed from 'alone' to 'us', and as well as I dream of my future self after participation in the emotional intelligence program. A study to apply the emotional intelligence improvement program to nurses at various times and to verify its effectivene.

The Relationship Between Empowerment and Innovative Behavior, and the Moderating Effect of Psychological Ownership in Small Musiness (중소기업 구성원의 임파워먼트와 혁신행동의 관계 및 심리적 주인의식의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between empowerment and innovative behavior, and the moderating effect of psychological ownership in small business. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data are gathered and analysed from 315 employees in manufacturing enterprises of Kangwon-do province. Multiple regression and multiple hierarchical regression analysis were applied to test the proposed hypotheses: 1) the relationship between empowerment(meaning, autonomy, self-efficacy, impact) and innovative behavior(idea development, idea implementation), 2) the moderating effect of PO(psychological ownership for organization) on the relationship between empowerment and innovative behavior, 3) the moderating effect of PJ(psychological ownership for job) on the relationship between empowerment and innovative behavior. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, empowerment(meaning, autonomy, self-efficacy, impact) appeared to be positively related with innovative behavior(idea development, idea implementation). Second, there was no evidence of moderating effect of PO on the relationship between empowerment and innovative behavior. Third, meaning of work was more positively related with innovative behavior(idea development, idea implementation) in higher PJ group than in lower PJ group. Fourth, impact was more positively related with idea implementation in higher PJ group than in lower PJ group.

Factors Affecting the Depression of Elementary School Teachers (초등교사의 우울에 미치는 영향요인)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the factors affecting depression in elementary school teachers. The research design was a descriptive study. Methods:Data were collected by questionnaires from 283 elementary school teachers. Data were analyzed using a t-test, ANOVA, a $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The mean scores were 2.44, 3.07 and 3.68 out of 5 on Likert scales for burnout, job stress and ego-resiliency, respectively. The mean scores were 1.47 and 2.95 out of 4 on Likert scales for items of depression and job satisfaction, respectively. Teaching experience and class size affected depression significantly. There was a positive correlation between depression and burnout(r=0.465, p<.001), and between depression and job stress(r =.220, p<.001),while a negative correlation was observed between depression and job satisfaction(r=-.249, p<.001), and depression and ego-resiliency(r=-.643, p<.001). Multiple regression analysis showed that ego-resiliency(${\beta}=0.639$), job satisfaction(${\beta}=.141$), burnout(${\beta}=.094$), and job stress(${\beta}=.067$) affected depression in order and the four research variables led to a 42.7% prediction for depression among elementary school teachers. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, a systematic plan for decreasing job stress and increasing eco-resilience is needed to improve depression among elementary school teachers.
