This study was attempted in order to offer basic data for performing systematic and desirable task through improving job by surveying the actual condition and the task weight in dental hygienists. As a result of analyzing daily task weight in subjects of this study, the ratio of medical-cure cooperation task was indicated to be highest with 35.45%. It was indicated to be in order of periodontal therapy service with 21.54%, of administration & management task with 16.08%, of oral health education task with 15.88%, and of preventive treatment service with 11.23%. As for kind-based utilization ratio of the oral health education contents and oral health education data, a toothbrushing education method by subject was indicated most highly with 3.70 points. It was indicated to be in order of usage on oral hygiene device with 3.51 points, of educational method on regular check-up with 3.26 points, of educational method of preventing dental disease with 3.13 points, and of educational method on diet control with 1.39 points. Jaw-plate model was indicated to be used the most with 38.0%. It was indicated to be in order of orally explaining with 23.9% and of camera inside the mouth with 12.2%. Thus, establishment of a system is considered to be necessary in order to promote quality of oral health education for patients in the future by performing diverse programs with high utilization value in addition to a steady interest.

This study proposes that a diving supervisor, who can perform the role of both a field manager and a supervisor, be introduced in the national qualification system. The goal was achieved by surveying the general status of the commercial diving sector, including the statistics of an underwater construction company, commercial diving equipment operation condition, diver working hours, diver supply and demand status, and underwater construction market size. The national qualification and national competency standard (NCS) systems were also analyzed to deduce the role definition and work scope of the diving supervisor. Consequently, the following proposition is made: the diving supervisor should be an "on-site manager with the highest job skill in the commercial diving field, who can perform the on-site process management as well as guide, supervise, and educate project participants and serve as an intermediary between the contractor and the workers." The responsibilities of the diving supervisor are proposed to include "diving planning and operation of the diving team," "diving with surface-supplied air and mixed-gas diving system," "chamber operation," "underwater construction," and "ship salvage." The persistent issues in commercial diving sectors, such as diver career development, management, and worker supervision, are expected to be largely resolved with the introduction of this qualification.

The duty of fire officials are very complicated and various that a subject replacement for the fire officials' public examination for service is being required. The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual conditions of the fire officials' public employment system and find out current problems of it, to reconsider the speciality of the examination based on them, and to suggest a subject replacement for the examination to evaluate the duty accomplishment ability. This study presents not only assuring the speciality of fire officials but also the desirable plans to execute the Fire Relating Act effectively by replacing introduction of political science with fire service administration and adding the Fire Relation Law which is more connected on the local fire officials public written examination for service with duty.

This study was designed to analyze the present condition of the lifelong education field training program and to implement the need assessment of field training program based on the job model application. In order to achieve these goals, surveys were conducted through questionnaires and in-depth interviews targeting staffs of lifelong education institution in Busan area. The 115 subjects were analyzed by frequency distribution, the paired samples t-test, and the Borich's need analysis. The result showed that the field training program was poorly executed during the year of 2013 due to deficiency of certified practitioners and systematic guidelines. Also, the most highly demanded tasks were promoting change, networking, planning, developing programs and conducting surveys among various roles of lifelong educators. On the other hand, the need for the assisting and supporting programs were relatively low. Finally, this study concluded the need for developing systematic guidelines and for accrediting as a lifelong education field training institution nationwide. The results of this study would ultimately contribute to enhance the quality of lifelong education field training program.

Recently in Korea, the need has increased for the systematization of the qualifications of subject specialist librarians who have both knowledge and work experience on specific subject. The purpose of this study is to analyze the domestic situation of subject special library services as well as the education backgrounds or work experience of current subject librarians in Korea. At the end, the study attempts to suggest an appropriate framework for the qualification system establishment and operation in Korea based on the supply and demand analysis of domestic subject specialist librarians.

The purpose of this study was to explore the institutional protection scheme to identify the factors influence physician turnover of social workers. The main reference comes from the 2014 research on wages and work conditions of Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs. The result of the analysis shows that 33.7% of the social workers intend to change jobs and that the possibilities of changing jobs have factors in gender, age, education levels, job satisfaction, wage, and contractual factors. This result shows that in order to enhance support of underprivileged, the treatment of social workers needs to be improved. This research proposes settings of switching job position system through facility M&A and institutional development.

The main purpose of this study is to present the scheme to reinforce the leadership of field supervisors in order to effectively prevent construction accidents. To this end, first, the researcher reviewed the meanings, functions, types and characteristics o( the leadership of field supervisors in safety management activities on construction sites through the literature review. Second, he investigated the types of supervisors' leadership and the level of field safety management activities through qestionnaires. Third, he categorized the types of supervisors' leadership by that level. Fourth, lie suggested the leadership type of field supervisors to effectively prevent construction accidents, and then he developed the plans to reinforce their leadership.

This survey's purpose was to understand the duties of the school dietitians' foodservice management and to identify the uses of preprocessed and processed food in Seoul Metropolitan area schools. The survey was distributed either via e-mail or in person to nutrition teachers and dietitians working at elementary, middle and high schools who participated in training sessions in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon areas from December 2006 until June 2007. Four-hundred fifty-nine out of the total 760 schools that completed the surveys were analyzed. The following summarizes the main duties of school dietitians related to foodservice management: hygiene (100%), nutrition (99.8%), nutrition education (97.2%), cost (96.9%), and food production process control (96.3%). Preprocessed foods were ordered as the following: seafood (2.89) > poultry (2.78) > seeds (2.37), process foods comprised the following order: pastes (4.94) > kimchi (4.91) > dressing materials (4.50). Based on these results, elementary schools must improve methods for developing effective study materials for nutrition education which arc appropriate for each grade.

A survey was conducted to get information on the job attitude of cooks working for deluxe hotels at Bomun, Kyongju. Total 203 cooks participated the survey and the results were as follows: They believed that the most important factor for good cooking is the deep attention. Although 51% of the cooks estimated their level of expertise as average, 64％ of them believed that their level of cooking is higher than those of other areas. They indicated that an important factor to be a good cook is a sincere attitude but not an academic background or knowledge. However, they believed that their insufficient knowledge on cooking is the greatest hinderance for improvement of cooking skill. For promotion, the ability of cooking and human relationship were indicated as important factors. Cooks for Korean dishes had the best prospect, while Western cooking had relatively lower prospect among them. For the improvement of hotel cooking department, a recruitment of superior manpower, adjustment of hotel policy, expanded study opportunity, and proper arrangement of equipments were suggested in order.

PURPOSE: This study examined the actual condition of physical therapy in residential facilities for the disabled and determined the degree of job satisfaction of physical therapists. METHODS: In this study, data were collected using a structured questionnaire targeting 117 physical therapists (male: 49, female: 68) working in residential facilities for the disabled. The questionnaire consisted of 21 items, including six general characteristics, one job satisfaction, and 14 actual situation-related items. RESULTS: The job satisfaction of the physical therapists working in residential facilities for the disabled was 3.81 ± .83, which was between 'normal' and 'satisfactory'. One physical therapist worked in 91.5% of places. The physical therapy room was used only by the physical therapist, occupational therapist or speech therapist, and a nurse and other departments in 65.8%, 9.4%, and 23.1% of cases. On average, six to 10 patients per day were treated the most with 45.3%, followed by physical therapy alone at 19.7%, and work related to medical rehabilitation and other departments at 72.7%. A higher number of overtime hours and nurses resulted in lower job satisfaction. CONCLUSION: The job satisfaction of physical therapists working in residential facilities for the disabled was similar to those of physical therapists working in medical institutions, but the factors affecting the job satisfaction were different. Professionalism in physical therapy was not secured, and the relationships with colleagues were an important factor in increasing job satisfaction.
