Competency Theory and Practice for Developing a Extension Competency Model (농촌지도 역량모델 개발을 위한 이론과 실제)

  • 본 연구는 국내 농촌지도인력 역량모델 개발을 위한 기초 연구로서 역량의 정의, 역량모델 개발방법, 인적자원개발을 위한 역량모델 활용 현황에 대한 문헌을 고찰하였다. 역량은 사용되는 상황이나 맥락에 따라서 다양하게 정의되고 있어 사전적인정의와 다양한 연구자들의 역량의 정의에 대한 이론, 특정한 조직이나 직업군에서 사용되고 있는 역량의 정의를 비교 분석하였으며, 결과적으로 역량은 개인의 역할 수행과 직무성과와 상관관계가 있으며 훈련과 개발을 통하여 개선되어질 수 있는 관련된 지식, 기술, 태도의 집합체로 정의하였다. 역량모델을 개발하는 방법도 다양한데, 초기단계에서는 탁월한 직원과 일반직원의 특정한 업무추진사례를 인터뷰와 관찰을 통하여 분석하여 이들 간에 차이를 가져오는 특성이나 행동을 추출하는 직무역량진단법이 주로 활용되었다. 이 방법에는 많은 비용과 시간이 소모되어 이를 간소화한 여러 가지 방법이 개발되었다. 또한 기존 직원 특성 분석보다 다양한 정보원과 미래에 대한 가정을 활용하여 바람직한 직무 결과와 역량, 역할을 추출하는 방법도 개발되었으며 직업이 빠르게 변화하는 시대적인 특성상 이런 방법의 활용이 확대되고 있다. 이런 다양한 방법 중 역량 모델을 활용할 직무나 조직의 특성에 맞는 방법을 선택하여 적용하여야 한다. 역량모델을 활용한 인적자원개발을 통하여 기업뿐만 아니라 정부조직에서도 효율적인 직원 역량 개발, 개인과 조직의 성과 향상 등의 효과가 나타나고 있으며, 앞으로 농촌지도조직에서도 지도인력 역량 개발과 지도사업의 효율성을 향상을 위하여 역량모델을 개발 활용할 필요성이 있다.

  • Expenses in the form of personnel expenses in the past, in modern times, machine guards to gradually transition has been. This is because the machine guard is more efficient than personnel expenses. But due to false alarms, despite the high expectations of the effects of electronic security in the operation of the electronic security system due to factors that hinder the development of machine guards growth slows. Defect removal aspects of this paper, using IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) techniques to study the operation of electronic security systems and its importance in the development of machine guards, look at how high the technical aspects of electronic security systems composite type of malfunction to minimize crime sensor are presented.

The Influence of Private Security Guard's Stress Coping on Job Burnout (민간경비원의 스트레스 대처방식이 직무소진에 미치는 영향)

  • As time goes by, the diversity of crime has become a serious social problem in modern society, and the policing is increasing the role of private security guards in order to fill the policing. But Private guards stressful experience to perform the actual work is exposed to various crisis situations. Then, private security guards should be management because of private security impact on job burnout. This study aims to determine the empirical work experience in the field of private security guards to cope with stress according to the degree of job burnout. The results are as follows: First, it was the negative effects of the stress coping strategies of private security guards on physical and psychological burnout, and the statistic effects of the wishes coping strategies of private security guards on physical and psychological burnout. Second, stress coping strategies of private security guards, were not found to affect the dehumanization of job burnout. Third, the center of the problem of private security guards of the ways to cope with stress coping was lacking in a static(+) affecting the accomplishment of the job burnout. Therefore, the different types of stress that may arise private security guards physically exhausted, psychologically exhausted, lack of accomplishment in the course of the private security business perform. Finally, Managers of the private security guards, job burnout occurs should be focused on the factors pre-management and co-ordination.

A Study on the Usefulness of NCS based Employment in Port Public Enterprise (항만공기업의 NCS 기반 채용 유용성에 관한 연구)

  • Being in the globally competitive environment, public port enterprises which accentuate on the employment of excellent talents to procure competitive advantage are introducing the NCS(National Competency Standards)-based employment system that focuses on job skills. This study mainly aims to analyze the actual status of NCS utilization among public port enterprises and its usefulness as well as performance. The appropriateness, efficiency, satisfaction, comprehensiveness and performance of the current NCS - based employment system were analyzed by using collected data from the recruiting officers and new employees as subjects. And eventually an improvement plan was suggested. The result of analysis shows that the appropriateness and satisfaction level of NCS - based employment system are generally high; while its effectiveness, applicants' recognition and acceptance level as well as performance are slightly higher. Moreover, the job capability and performance on the job of new employee selected by the NCS employment system were analyzed to be higher when the appropriateness and satisfaction level of that system is high. In order to establish NCS - based employment system, early formulation and implementation of job performance assessment system to evaluate the actual abilities and performance of job is necessary. This study suggested the NCS - based employment system is effective for public port enterprises to procure excellent talents, as well as being useful for job preparation of job seekers according to the job competencies requirement of the enterprises. Therefore, this study contributes to the proliferation of NCS - based recruitment system.

Reconceptualization of Job Autonomy in the Context of Smart Work (스마트워크 상황에서 직무자율성의 개념화 고찰)

  • With the development of information and communication technology, smart devices, and COVID-19 pandemic, organizations and individuals using Smart Work are increasing. Constant connectivity has become commonplace while using smart devices such as smart phone and tablet PC, and based on this, workers can communicate and exchange data and information anytime, anywhere, resulting in increased job autonomy in determining method, time, and place to work. However, existing Smart Work research has the following limitations: the concept of job autonomy developed in the industrialization era of the 1970s is still used, job autonomy is verified in unidimensionality, and the paradoxical 'tied autonomy' in the context of Smart Work is not demonstrated. In order to overcome these limitations, this study examined the literature that demonstrated job autonomy in a Smart Work situation. Through literature research, this study suggested how previous studies have dealt with job autonomy in Smart Work context, how to develop the type of autonomy according to the Smart Work situation, and directions for future empirical research.

A Convergence Study on the Demographic Differences in Technostressors (테크노 스트레스 유발 요인의 인구통계학적 차이에 관한 융복합 연구)

  • The aim of this study is to investigate the demographical differences in technostressors(cause technological stresses). Although previous studies have been conducted to investigate the factors that affect technostress, little studies have examined the differences in demographic factors. Therefore, this study empirically attempts to investigate how level of technostressors differ by demographic factors. Independent sample t-test was used to identify differences after dividing sample into two groups. The technostressors used in this work are work overload, life invasion, complexity of technology, job insecurity, pace of technological change. We found that, sex and position show a significant difference in pace of technological change. In the educational level, there is a difference between work overload. Work overload, life invasion, complexity of technology, and pace of change show differences in age group. In computer knowledge, there are differences in complexity technology, job insecurity, and pace of change. On the other hand, there is no difference in computer using hours. Conclusions and implications are discussed in final section.

The Impact of Job Stress on Job Satisfaction and Life Satisfaction among Local Government Officials: A Survey of Reading Academy Participants (지방공무원의 직무스트레스가 직무만족 및 생활만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to investigate the impact of job stress on the job satisfaction and life satisfaction of local government officials who participated in the reading academy from January 2023 to March 2023. The research involved collecting 300 questionnaires and conducting multiple regression analysis to analyze the obtained data. The results of the study are presented below. Impact of Job Stress on Job Satisfaction: The analysis revealed that among the sub-factors of job stress, inappropriate compensation significantly increases job stress among local government officials in the reading academy. Moreover, the study found that turnover intention was particularly high when compensation was not recognized as appropriate, indicating it as the most significant source of job stress. Impact of Job Stress on Life Satisfaction: The findings demonstrate that several factors negatively influence job stress, leading to reduced life satisfaction among local government officials in the reading academy. These factors include undesirable changes in working conditions or situations, anxiety about reorganization, inconsistent work orders, gender discrimination, and an authoritative organizational atmosphere. Effect of Job Satisfaction on Life Satisfaction: The analysis of the relationship between job satisfaction and life satisfaction indicated that turnover intention and remuneration level in job satisfaction positively influenced emotional satisfaction. Conversely, the job itself and interpersonal relationships had a significant negative effect on emotional satisfaction. Furthermore, the job itself and the level of remuneration in job satisfaction showed a significant positive effect on physical satisfaction. Similarly, the job itself and the level of remuneration in job satisfaction positively affected social satisfaction, while the intention to change jobs had a significant negative impact.

  • Since 2008 Korea's fire administration has recognized the importance of human resources by introducing a mentoring system for new employees. This mentoring program is helping new employees adapt to the organization quickly and effectively. In addition, prevention inspectors are improving their job ability and expertise by ensuring the mentoring system has been introduced and operated. However, the current operating and fire officials mentoring system has a variety of problems including lack of expertise on the part of the mentors, deficiency of the legal system, lack of mentoring for information and materials, and lack of compensation, and formal mentoring training for mentors. In this study, the fire officials' mentoring system analysis and previous studies on the fire officials' mentoring functions will be analyzed to determine its effect on job performance. Results of this study of fire officials' job ability show that the variables that affect the mentoring program include the role model, business achievement, teaching method, attitude, interest, and achievement.

Influence of the Job Performance upon the Hair beautician's Job Satisfaction (헤어미용인의 직무만족이 직무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was implemented to amass and analyze the data from 500 Seoul district beauty shop workers, which came from the use of the SPSS18.0. The statistical analysis was conducted through frequency for demographic characteristics, validity for factors analysis by using Varimax rotation, and reliability for Cronbach's alpha coefficient.. Also, the analysis was once again analyzed through the Pearson correlation coefficient, where our hypothesis was proven through regression analysis. Our research results have shown that, first, job satisfaction and job performance differed over matters like gender, age, education level, employment conditions, job category, overall work experience, daily work hours, and monthly income. Second, job satisfaction was shown to have a significant influence on job performance, where higher job satisfaction levels led to higher job performance. Thus, job satisfaction was a great factor to increase job performance by fulfilling their needs level. Also, they would act more positive and future-oriented when they have special needs like motivate achievement, wage, promotion, and reward. Therefore, managerial staff should continually develop any programs in order to upgrade beautician's job performance through their job satisfaction.

  • This research studied the impact of the customer orientation and job satisfaction by lowering the desire of the kind for customers and the desire for fulfillment as a result of emotional exhaustion of the consultant who performs emotion labor at the call center. This research sets study model and hypothesis to verify that call center consultant's emotional exhaustion how to effect customer orientation and job satisfaction. We took questionnaires from 157 call center(financial institutes) consultant's in Seoul for the verification of the hypothesis. I show that the consultant's emotional exhaustion had negatively affected the customer orientation and job satisfaction. In this paper proposed the importance that the experience of the consultant's emotional exhaustion who is the main agent of the performance should be minimized by removing ad improving the factors to lower emotion exhaustion through lowering time pressure in the work performance reduce the consultant's emotional exhaustion, granting work autonomy and authority, and active support of relevant departments and the ongoing communication between the managers and consultant This study makes a significant meaning in that it proposed the consultant's emotional exhaustion was negative factor on the customer orientation and job satisfaction factor in operating call center worker.
