Development of Job Description of Clinical Dietitians in Hospitals by the DACUM Method (DACUM 기법에 의한 병원 임상영양사의 직무기술서 개발)

  • The present study was conducted to develop a standardized job description for clinical dietitians working in hospitals. A developing curriculum (DACUM) method was used for the job analysis of clinical dietitians. Based on DACUM analysis with 14 members, including clinical dietitians and professors majoring in clinical nutrition and job analysis, information on the duties, tasks, and task elements of clinical dietitians was determined. To verify the job descriptions derived from DACUM analysis, a total of 46 tertiary and general hospitals with over 500 beds were recruited for the survey. The final developed job description for clinical dietitians included 7 duties, 27 tasks, and 93 task elements. The duties consisted of nutritional assessment, nutrition diagnosis, nutrition intervention, nutrition monitoring evaluation, consultation cooperation, nutrition research, and self-development. The mean scores of perceived importance, performance, and difficulty on the clinical dietitian's task elements (out of a maximum score of 5.0) were 4.5, 3.7, and 3.5, respectively, with significant differences between the items (P<0.001). The perceived importance and performance grid of clinical dietitian's tasks showed that "construction and maintenance of collaboration" (E2) and "activity of quality improvement" (F1) received relatively low scores for performance despite their high importance scores; thus the performance of these tasks requires significant improvement. In conclusion, the job descriptions of clinical dietitians developed from this study are useful for the qualitative improvement of clinical nutrition services in hospitals.

  • There are 82 dental hygiene departments and clinical training institutes across the country with a very wide range of clinical practice content and evaluation methods, making standardization difficult. Therefore, there is a need to establish a standard protocol outlining clinical practice content and evaluation methods for systematic and efficient operation of clinical practice. Thus, this study attempted to propose such a protocol for standardization of dental hygiene clinical practice in dental clinics and hospitals to examine the contents of clinical practice by reviewing relevant literature, and relating it to professional practice within the dental hygienic curriculum to facilitate enhancement of expertise. Clinical practice content was extracted from 74 cases, and was consisted of classifying mandatory and optional clinical practice, training time, and activity methods for each component. To standardize effective clinical practice, it is necessary to organize the components acquired in the course of clinical dentistry training in line with their arrangement on each university's curriculum, in order to learn all components step by step. To do this, it is necessary to present a standardized clinical practice protocol and a organic cooperation between educational institutions and clinical training institutions.

  • The objective of this research is to investigate how implementation of smart factory systems(SFS) effects management accounting(MA). The results based on data collected from 108 Korea small and medium enterprises(SME) confirmed that SFS implementation caused significant MA changes. Estimated regression models revealed that the most important SFS characteristic were the analytical capabilities since it positively influenced MA changes in four dimensions: internal reporting, budgeting, application of modern accounting techniques and MA employee's job. In the segment of budgeting, the quality of implementation of specialized bedgeting software had significant and positive influence. The only negative correlation founded was the one between the uncertainty of business environment and adoption of modern accounting techniques. Results from this study provide that SME should put special focus on implementation of business analytics modules in order to achieve comprehensive benefits in MA prctices.

  • This study was intended to analyze the present condition and problems of education by examining the curriculum of departments relating to IT design in community colleges in the environment of IT that more rapidly grew than any other sector due to the development of information and communication and smart device, focusing on the actual condition. And it was intended to present a scheme for the improvement of IT design curriculum in community colleges in preparation for the surveyed industry demand in IT sector. First of all, this study attempted to check how IT designers' work changed according to the change of technology in industrial scene through a survey of job in IT industry and an analysis of IT industry trends. As a result, it was shown that the work of IT designers who had carried out web design work extended to mobile design, and school education also required mobile education according to the change of the times. Here, through task analysis, it was possible to find that web design and mobile design was not fundamentally entirely different, but was within the range where it was perfectly possible to carry out mobile design work if mobile environment and condition was understood and an education was given together with the existing curriculum.

  • 1990 년대부터 본격적으로 시작된 국내 휴대폰의 역사는 불과 10 년 사이에 전체 인구 중 3600 만명 이상의 가입자가 휴대폰을 사용하고 있는 모바일 강국으로 발전하였다. 국내 이동통신사들의 다양한 서비스 전략과 단말 제조사들의 다양한 기술의 발전으로 휴대폰은 단순한 전화기능만을 담당하는 커뮤니케이션 디바이스(Communication Device)에서 다양한 VOD, AOD 서비스들의 도입으로 엔터테인먼트 디바이스(Entertainment Device)로 발전했고, DMB, TV, MP3, 카메라 등 다양한 디바이스들이 결합된 컨버전스 기능성 기기(Functional Device)로 발전해 가고 있다. 이런 과정에서 사용자들은 휴대폰에서 다양한 경험을 하게 된다. 본 연구는 다양한 매체와 디바이스가 결합 된 모바일 환경 속에서 이동통신사와 제조사의 관점에서 분석한 자료를 바탕으로 하나의 통합된 경험을 사용자들에게 제공할 수 있는 방법을 고찰해 보고자 한다. 휴대폰을 만드는 제조업체가 수행하는 경험 디자인은 이동통신사에 상관없이, 자사의 경험 통일성(identity)을 강조하게 되고, 이동통신사는 제조업체와 상관없이 자사의 경험 통일성을 강조하게 된다. 통일성 뿐만 아니라 기능이나 직무(task)의 중요성도 다르기 때문에 경험 디자인을 위한 우선순위도 다르게 된다. 이것의 결과는 모두 사용자가 떠 앉게 된다. 즉 사용자의 경험이 복잡해지게 되고 이것은 장기적으로 제조업체 및 이동통신사 모두에게 불이익을 주게 된다. 본 논문에서는 제조사와 이통사를 위한 사용자 경험 모형을 세웠고, 각 요소별로 접근 방법의 차이에 대해 논의를 하였다. 사용자가 휴대폰 경험에서 혼돈을 적게 하기 위해서는 제조사와 이통사의 인터랙션은 서로 일관성이 있어야 하고, 스타일 부문에서는 서로간의 입장차이가 좁히기 쉽지 않으므로 둘 다 사용자의 선택의 폭을 넓혀주는 방향으로 진행을 한다. 기획단계에서 부터 협력을 함으로써 양사의 갭을 줄일 수 있다.

3D Interactive Virtual Space System based on VRML and EAI (VRML과 EAI를 이용한 3D 상호작용 가상공간시스템)

  • 본 논문에서는 월드와이드웹상에서 3차원 인터페이스를 기술하는 표준 사양인 VRML과 자바의 EAI(External Authoring Interface)를 통하여 사용자 간에 발생하는 상호작용들을 동기화 시키는 방법을 소개한다. 제시한 방법에서는 별도의 독립적인 응용프로그램을 작성하거나 동기화를 위하여 확장된 VRML을 사용할 필요없이 웹브라우저와 바로 호환하여 사용할 수 있으며 기존의 방대한 웹문서와 연계가 쉬우므로 범용적인 자료구축이 가능하다. 하지만, 가장 최근의 VRML97에서조차도 VRML이 제시하는 가상공간 다중 사용자 환경의 지원은 아직 미비하다. 더 이상 단순히 3차원 월드를 탐험하는 시기는 지났으며, 같은 공간상에서 혼자가 아닌 여럿이 함께 하는 다중 사용자 환경을 제공해야 할 것이다. 이에 자바의 네트웍 기능과 가상공간의 외부에서 동적으로 월드를 제어할 수 있는 EAI를 이용하여 부족했던 다중 사용자 환경을 지원함으로써 가상 공간 시스템을 구축할 수 있다. 그러나, 가상 공간에서 일어나는 이벤트는 단지 동일 브라우저에서만 유효하기 때문에 다른 사용자에게 전달할 때는 이벤트를 원격지의 이벤트와 연동하기 위하여 다른 방법이 필요하다. 사용자 상호작용 시스템에 있어서 이러한 이벤트를 결정하는 가장 중요한 요소는 아바타의 행동양식(avatar's behavior)이라 할 수 있다. 가상 공간에서 일어나는 이벤트의 대부분이 사용자에 의해서 발생되는 것들이다. 즉, 아바타의 행위에 따라서 사용자 서로 간에 상호작용이 일어나게 되며 이들 이벤트를 서로 동기화 함으로써 실시간 3차원 상호작용 시스템을 구현한다. 이렇게 구현된 시스템을 구현한다. 이렇게 구현된 시스템은 전자 상거래, 가상 쇼핑몰, 가상 전시화, 또는 3차원 게임이나 가상교육 시스템과 같은 웹기반 응용프로그램에 사용될 수 있다.물을 보존·관리하는 것이 필요하다. 이는 도서관의 기능만으로는 감당하기 어렵기 때문에 대학정보화의 센터로서의 도서관과 공공기록물 전문 담당자로서의 대학아카이브즈가 함께 하여 대학의 공식적인 직무 관련 업무를 원활하게 지원하고, 그럼으로써 양 기관의 위상을 높이는 상승효과를 낼 수 있다.하여는, 인쇄된 일차적 정보자료의 검색방법등을 개선하고, 나아가서는 법령과 판례정보를 위한 효율적인 시스템을 구축하며, 뿐만 아니라 이용자의 요구에 충분히 대처할 수 잇는 도서관으로 변화되는 것이다. 이와 함께 가장 중요한 것은 법과대학과 사법연수원에서 법학 연구방법에 관한 강좌를 개설하여 각종 법률정보원의 활용 내지 도서관 이용방법에 관하여 교육하는 것이다.글을 연구하고, 그 결과에 의존하여서 우리의 실제의 생활에 사용하는 $\boxDr$한국어사전$\boxUl$등을 만드는 과정에서, 어떤 의미에서 실험되었다고 말할 수가 있는 언어과학의 연구의 결과에 의존하여서 수행되는 철학적인 작업이다. 여기에서는 하나의 철학적인 연구의 시작으로 받아들여지는 이 의미분석의 문제를 반성하여 본다. 것이 필요하다고 사료된다.크기에 의존하며, 또한 이러한 영향은 $(Ti_{1-x}AI_{x})N$ 피막에 존재하는 AI의 함량이 높고, 초기에 증착된 막의 업자 크기가 작을 수록 클 것으로 여겨진다. 그리고 환경의 의미의 차이에 따라 경관의 미학적 평가가 달라진 것으로 나타났다.corner$적 의도에 의한 경관구성의 일면을 확인할수 있지만 엄밀히 생각하여 보면 이러한 예의 경우도 최락의 총체적인 외형은 마찬가지로 $\ulcorner$순응$\lrcorner$의 범위를 벗어나지 않는다. 그렇기 때문에도 $\ulcorner$순응

Search for Viable Alternative for the Korean Occupational Welfare System at the Crossroad (전환점에 서있는 한국기업복지제도의 한 대안으로서 근로자협조프로그램의 적용성에 관한 연구)

  • There is a general consensus that fate of the differentiated welfare state had fallen into the brink of demise during the 1970s while the integrated welfare state model has emerged instead. Indications are all that such trend spotlights occupational welfare which has been relatively neglected, especially, in the field of social welfare. Nevertheless, the occupational welfare system in Korea faced crisis due to two major incidents. One is the IMP crisis which necessitates massive scale of restructuring of the general fabric of the Korean business and industry. There is little doubt that the economic crisis will surely cut down occupational welfare expenditure substantially. The other is a report released by the Korean Labor Research Institute which argus that there is no correlation between the Korean occupational welfare system and labor productivity. Thorough investigation of the Korean occupational welfare system suggests that current system is so outdated that it doesn't meet needs of the industrial workforce which, in turn, fails to enhance workers productivity. Consequently, a need for new paradigm and system arises and employee assistance program(EAP) emerges as a viable alternative. EAP is thoroughly delianeated of it's definition, motivations, functions, ingredients, historical background as well as cost-effectiveness. But major tasks center around an investigation and an analysis of it's applicability. In-depth analysis was carried out on the issue of it's indispensable natures and stumbling blocks on the way to lay it's root in the Korean industrial environment. It seems harder than the herculean task. However, EAP is not simply an alternative but is rather a pressing imperative for the present occupational welfare system in Korea which stands at the crossroad.

Musculoskeletal Workload Evaluation in Physical Therapist (물리치료사의 근골격계 부담작업 유해요인 조사)

  • This study investigated the symptoms of work-related musculoskeletal disorder(WMSDs) for physical therapists who have different work duties. We analyzed the symptoms in the musculoskeletal system and the degree of work-harmfulness by the survey of the symptom in the musculoskeletal system and rapid upper limb assessment(RULA) for pain control group(n=56), adult exercise group(n=53), and pediatric exercise group(n=22). As a result, 69.6% of the pain control group, 84.9% of the adult exercise group, 81.8% of the pediatric exercise group show the observable symptom. The adult exercise group has the biggest work load per hour in the final wrist & arm score of the ergonomic risk assessment using RULA. The action level of the pain control group is $3.0{\pm}0.9$; the Action Level of adult exercise group is $3.3{\pm}0.6$; the Action Level of the pediatric exercise group is $3.2{\pm}0.8$, and so it is shown that the adult exercise group has a problem of working posture. It is considered that devices and education system for preventing from WMSDs should come into wide use.

Nurses' Image perceived by College Nursing Students : Q-Methodological (간호대학생의 간호사 이미지에 대한 인식 : Q 방법론 적용)

  • This study was conducted to examine the nursing image types and characteristics of nurses perceived by nursing college students by applying the Q methodology and to manage effective nursing education and clinical education. The survey was conducted from May 15, 2017 to May 24, 2017, and the data collection for the Q population composition was based on in-depth interviews and literature review. First, nursing college students were searched for convenience and 158 statements were obtained based on open questionnaires and 64 statements extracted from in-depth interviews and after a literature review. To select the Q sample, Q population was categorized by taking several repeated readings. Five categories were developed from these processes: quality and role, social awareness, professionalism, uniqueness, and working conditions. The selected statements were reviewed and revised by experts and 35 Q samples were finally selected. Based on this, 46 students in one nursing college classified 35 Q statements, and analyzed data using PC QUANL program. The results of the study were as follows: 2) Type I-1: Job related anxiety, Type I-2: cold and professional, Type II-1: Complaint of treatment and Type II-2: Profession-Unacceptable. These results are expected to provide useful data for understanding the characteristics of nurses' images and provide data enabling development of image improvement strategies of nursing education and clinical education.

Validity and Reliability of a Korean Version of the Trier Inventory for Chronic Stress (한국어판 축약형 순간 스트레스 측정 도구(Trier Inventory for Chronic Stress: TICS)의 타당도 및 신뢰도 평가)

  • Ecological momentary assessment (EMA) is a method that captures the current experience and behavior of subjects in real time in a natural environment. The data collected by EMA reveals alterations according to the time and context of experience and action. The Trier Inventory for Chronic Stress (TICS) is a tool that measures momentary stress, and is capable of measuring stress experienced in real life. This study was undertaken to verify the validity and reliability after translating the short form TICS into a Korean version. Totally, 89 police officers working at the police station in the capital participated in this study. The mobile application developed for this study was installed on their smartphones, and data were collected four times a day for seven consecutive days. Confirmatory factor analysis and content validity index (CVI) was applied to test the validity, and concurrent validity was evaluated by correlating with the occupational stress score. The model was validated by confirmatory factor analysis, and we obtained good reliabilities (I-CVI=0.83-1, RMSEA=0.104, SRMR=0.104, CFI=0.948, TLI=0.919, Cronbach's alpha=0.839). Our findings indicate the reliability, and validate use of the Korean tool for measuring momentary stress.
