IS 부서 구성원의 직무기술과 직무만족 간의 관계

  • IS 구성원의 직무수행에 요구되어 지는 지식이나 기술의 유형을 크게 기술적 지식/ 기술과 기업업무 지식/기술, 그리고 시스템 지식/기술로 대별될 수 있다. 이를 세분화하면 기술적 기술은 하드웨어와 소프트웨어로 기업업무 기술은 업무과정, 관리적, 사회적 기술로, 시스템 기술은 문제 해결과 개발방법의 하위 차원으로 유형화 할 수 있다. IS 구성원의 직 무 지식/기술은 직무만족과 높은 관련성을 가지고 있으며, 구성원이 지각하는 직무만족의 정도에 따라 조직몰입에는 정의 관련성을, 그리고 이직의도와는 부의 관련성을 가지게 된 다. 이는 IS 부서의 성과제고를 위한 중요한 시사점을 제시해 준다.

  • IT 기술은 최근 20 년간 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 직무를 수행하는 기술자는 변화하는 IT 기술에 맞추어 자신의 기술능력을 개발하고 학습했다. 하지만, 체계를 갖춘 직무구분, 직무에 필요한 IT 기술요소의 정리 및 효과적인 교육과 향상된 기술력에 대한 적절한 평가 및 검증 체계의 부족함을 인지하고 있다. 일례로 ISP 혹은 HRD 컨설팅 서비스를 제공하는 회사도 결과를 도출하는 자사의 프레임워크는 가지고 있으나, IT 기업에 적용해야 하는 적합한 직무체계 및 기술요소의 분류, 평가 및 검증 체계는 제공해 주지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 IT 기업의 기술능력 향상에 필요한 체계 및 IT 산업계에서 인정하는 표준 직무, 기술, 평가 및 검증에 대한 방향과 이를 실제 기업에서 적용한 적용사례를 바탕으로 그 효율성에 대한 효과를 보여 주고자 한다.

A Study for Developing Generic Competency Standards Focusing on Professional Engineer Qualification in National Technical Qualification Act (공통직무능력표준 개발연구: 국가기술자격법상 기술사 자격을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the national generic competency standards for professional engineer and so improve the quality of Korean professional engineer into an international level. First, this study intends to develop the national generic competency standards for professional engineer that contributes to maintain and enhance the quality of professional engineers in terms of a linkage among education and training, qualification, and labor market. Second, this study aim to obtain the national generic competency standards for professional engineer that applies to reform the criteria of certification, testing, and interview of National Technical Qualification System as well as to develop the curriculum of engineering education and continuing professional development and the system of human resource management in corporations. As a result, a final draft of the national generic competency standards for professional engineer was confirmed to include 12 clusters of competency standards and 56 elements of competency standards.

  • The past quantitative analysis of the demand for job skill training had mainly focused on personnel shortage and oversupply, so it has the problems of the qualitative discrepancies called skill mismatch. As a supplementary study relating to specific industries and occupations, a discussion to improve the job skills training programs through a qualitative analysis is needed. This study provide the analysis of urgency evaluation using the relative importance and gap of the job skill elements in the display industry. And renewal possibilities of the training program based on this qualitative bottom-up approach will be discussed. We carried out a job skill demand survey in the display industry as research methods. Industry related jobs and each job task, the qualitative demand for each job skills, and procurement methods for each job skills were analyzed. Adequate supply of vocational training programs have tried to find ways by illustrating some related training courses.

A Study on Development Skill Framework and Analysis of It's Linkage to National Technical Qualification Items in Machinery Sector (기계분야 직무체계 개발과 국가기술자격종목 연계실태 분석 연구)

  • The goal of this study is an analysis on linkage system between in machinery sector. The development of skill framework and national technical qualification items. This paper researched skills and created the skill level through reviewing domestic & foreign documents, interview with experts and in-depth discussions with expert group focusing on terminologies commonly used in the industrial settings. As a result of skill classification, authors were able to classify skills into three categories in medium-scale classification and 11 categories in small-scale classification, and also into total 42 categories through the re-classification of the small-scale classification. The skill level in the area of machine were classified the skill level in the area of machine into 7 level by reflecting the level system of the korean qualification frameworks, qualification and education course, and skill level in the industrial setting. Based on the skill frameworks, we provided definition of skill and skill group, definition of each different skill, and performance standards by skill and level. also, This paper suggests improving measure of national technical qualification items through analysizing linkage situation between skill frameworks & qualification items.

  • 본 연구에서는 가전제품 서비스 엔지니어의 직무만족도가 계속근무의사에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 조사 분석하였다. 또한 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 조사 분석하였다. 그 결과 엔지니어 개인적 특성에 있어서는 성격이 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 파악되었으며, 조직적 특성에 있어서는 사회적 지지와 급여 및 복리후생이 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석되었다. 직무 자체의 특성에 있어서는 업무 적정성이 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 이러한 직무만족도는 계속근무의사에 의미있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사 분석되었다.

The Impacts of Information Technology on Job Satisfaction among Academic Librarians in Korea (대학도서관의 정보기술 도입이 사서의 직무만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is to maximize the efficiency of university libraries' human resources management by determining the followings : the relationship between the level of information technology(1T) implement and the job satisfaction of the librarians, the main factors that affect job satisfaction, and how organizational characteristics and individual characteristics affect job satisfaction. Questionnaire was sent to 485 librarians from 27 universities chosen by stratified sampling and the methods of ANOVA, T-test, and correlation analysis were used. The results of the analysis are as follows. 1) there is a significant difference in the level of job satisfaction and the motivation factor according to the level of implementation of IT. 2) There is a relatively high correlation among the participation in decision making, the leadership in implementing the IT, the IT support of the CEO and job satisfaction. 3) There is a significant difference in job satisfaction by the level of computer skills, and a relatively high correlation is shown in the training experience while implementing the IT and job satisfaction.

  • This study is to investigate the relationship between job characteristics and job satisfaction in manufacturing company and difference of perceived job satisfaction from employment type(employees and temporary employees). The result of this study are as follows: (1) job characteristics such as skill variety, job identity, autonomy are related to job satisfaction, (2) the perceived job satisfaction is made a no difference between employees and temporary employees. The results above indicate that the job satisfaction difference from employment type can be used for organization to improve the organizational effectiveness including organizational competitiveness and employee's job satisfaction.

  • Automotive field specialist developed National Competency Standards for Automotive Maintenance to apply for the education and evaluation of automotive maintenance. National Competency Standards scope and system for Automotive Maintenance has been developed and provided Performance Criterion, knowledge, skill, attitude, and evaluation methods for each item. Also it has provided vocational basic knowledge level and qualification frame for automotive maintenance.
