The Acquisition of Geo-spatial Information by Using Aerial Photo Images in Urban Area (항공사진 영상을 이용한 도심지역의 지형공간정보 취득)

  • Generally, the latest acquisition method of geo-spatial informations in urban area is executed by generation of digital elevation model (DEM) and digital ortho image by digital photogrammetry method which is used large scale photo image. However, the biggest problem of this method is coarse accuracy of DEM which is automatically generated by digital photogrammetry workstation system. The coarse accuracy of DEM caused geo-spatial information in urban area to reduce of accuracy. Therefore, this study is purposed to increase of DEM accuracy which is applied to method terrain classification in urban area. As the results of this study, the proposed method of this study which is increased to accuracy of DEM by classification of terrain is better than accuracy of DEM which is automatically generated by digital photogrammetry workstaion system. And, the edge detection method which is proposed by this study is established to capability of 3D digital mapping in urban area.

  • 최근 기후변화에 따라 극한 강우로 전 세계적으로 국지적 홍수 피해가 증가하고 있다. 또한 극한 강우 발생시 다양한 건설 현장의 상황에 따라 침수 취약성이 나타나 인적 물적 피해로 이어질 수 있다. 특히, 시공에 따른 현장 지형 변화에 대해 실시간으로 침수 예측이 불가하여 위험 판단이 어려운 실정이며, 극한 강우 발생에 대비하기 위해 강우 정보 획득 및 분석을 효율화하여 강우예측 정확성을 높일 필요가 있다. 이러한 필요성에 따라 본 연구에서는 건설 현장의 침수 피해를 최소화하기 위해 침수 위험을 판정하고 예측하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 침수 위험 판정 방법은 건설 현장에서 실시간 지형변화 정보 확보와 침수 위험 판정의 정확도를 높이기 위한 침수심 분석에 인공 신경망 기법을 활용하였다. 또한, 침수판정 알고리즘은 지형, 강우 분석 모듈과 침수판정 모듈로 구성하였다. 지형 분석 모듈은 건설 현장이 시공진행에 따른 지형 데이터의 변화를 고려하기 위해 실시간 영상 정보의 객체 탐지를 구분하는 인공 신경망 기법을 적용해 지형 분석 모듈을 구축하였다. 강우 분석 모듈은 다양한 강우 정보를 취합할 수 있는 서버를 구축하여 강우 임베딩 정보를 실시간으로 분석하도록 고안하여 정확도를 높였다. 이러한 자료를 바탕으로 강우-유출해석에 의한 침수심 값과 실측값, 침수 지표를 활용하여 인공 신경망 기법으로 침수 위험을 판정하도록 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 건설 현장에서 지형 상태의 지속적인 변화와 강우데이터의 정확도 향상에 대응할 수 있는 침수 위험 판정이 가능하고 인적 물적 피해 최소화를 기대할 수 있다. 향후, 본 연구에서 제시된 방법은 건설 현장에서 분석 시스템과 실측 모니터링에 의해 검증되어야 할 것이며, 건설 현장 외에도 스마트 도시 및 지하 공간에서 확대하여 적용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Comparative analysis of ground settlement and tunnel displacement due to tunnel excavation considering topographic information based on GIS (GIS 기반 지형 정보를 고려한 터널 굴착에 따른 지반침하와 터널 변위 비교 분석)

  • Recently, as the development of underground spaces has become active due to rapid urbanization and population density, interest in the ground behavior according to the construction of underground spaces is increasing. In large cities with high population density and many buildings, ground subsidence has a great impact on structures and there may be a risk of collapse, so the analysis of ground behavior due to underground construction is essential. Previous studies have been conducted on the subsidence pattern of the surface and the deformation of the tunnel when constructing the tunnel, but analysis has rarely been conducted by using actual topographic information. Therefore, this study analyzed the difference in ground behavior between the actual topography and the flat topography. As a result, it was confirmed that ground settlement occurs at higher elevations, such as in mountainous topography, and when the numerical analysis is performed considering topographical information, the crown settlement of the tunnel is up to about approx. It showed a difference of 10 mm, and it was found that the sensitivity was less in the case of displacement of tunnel wall compared to the crown settlement and ground settlement. The numerical analysis considering the actual GIS-based topographic information presented in this study can be used to obtain more accurate surface subsidence data to understand the behavior of the upper structure due to tunnel excavation.

Development of Management System for Feature Change Information using Bid Information (입찰정보를 이용한 지형지물변화정보 관리시스템 개발)

  • As the generation and application of spatial information is gradually expanded not only in traditional surveying fields but also a CNS and an ITS recently. The Accuracy and the newest of data grow to be an important element. But digital map is updated with system based tile. So, it is hard to get the newest of data and to be satisfied with user requirements. In this study, management system is developed to manage feature change efficiently using bid informations from NaraJangter which service the bid informations. A construction works with change possibility of feature from bid informations are classified and are made DB. And the DB is used as the feature change forecast informations. Also, It is converted from bid information of text form to positioning informations connected to spatial information data. If this system is made successfully, this system contributes to reduce the cost for the update of digital map and to take the newest date of spatial informations.

  • Using SPOT satellite imagery, 3 dimensional geographic information can be obtained from SPOT's oblique viewing image. Especially, SPOT provides high spatial resolution, adequate base/height ratio and stable orbit characteristics. In this paper, 3D terrain features were extracted using SPOT stereo image and also the techniques for generation of 3D graphic data were developed for the extracted terrain features. We developed computer programs to generate automatically 3D graphic files and to display geographic information on the computer screen, The results of this study may be effectively utilized for the development of 3D geographic information using satellite images.

  • The Digital Terrain Model(DTM) data in the Geographic Information System(GIS) needs to be interpolated for various purposes. Three interpolation methods-Bilinear, Bicubic Spline, and Gregory-Newton interpolation-were used, compared, and analyzed in terms of the visual comparison and numerical analysis in the hilly terrain and relatively flat terrain.

  • Recently remote sensing technology is applied for construction planning and design areas by use of remote sensed satellite images according to engineering application technology in the various experimental tasks. In this study, it was applied for 3 dimensional terrain analysis and basic design by comparing with present railway and newly expanded double-tract railway route of forest sites on the new construction site of 15km at national railway lines, and then showed 3-D perspective images and fly simulation images to examine possibility of various application as terrain analysis modeling and running simulation at the corresponding course. As a result of its application, it gained the results not only improvement of present methods but also real various application possibilities.

  • 본 연구는 전년도 지형참조항법(TRN; Terrain Referenced Navigation)에 근거하는 3-D 헬리콥터 항법 시스템을 위한 알고리즘 개발의 후속 연구로서 실용적 완성을 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구에서 헬리콥터의 위성항법장치(GPS)로부터의 정보(X,Y,Z 좌표)는 자동차가 도로주행중 매 1초 간격으로 수신되는 GPGGA Code로 대체되었다. 비행체는 3차원 직교 좌표 체계(Cartesian coordinate system)로 표현되는 수치지형모델(DTM; Digital Terrain Model)상에서 시점(Origination)-종점(Destination) 분석 기법에 의해 항로를 결정한다. 본 시스템은 우선 조종사에게 지형의 사전 인식을 위해 시점-종점 주변 3차원 지형도와 항로의 종단면도를 보여준다. 본 시스템은 직접적인 지상 충돌을 피하기 위해 지형 여유 층면(Terrain Clearance Floor)의 개념을 도입, 기복 지형 표면에 일정 높이의 완충 공간을 설정한다. 본 시스템은 매초 GPS로부터 실시간 수신되는 X,Y,Z 위치와 DTM상의 x,y,z를 비교하여 만약 비행체가 완충 공간에 접근하게 되면 즉시 경고음과 메시지를 발한다. 수치지형모델은 (주)첨성대가 확보하고 있는 3초 간격의 DTM을 채택, 작성하였다.

  • Since the industrialization spread out, the metropolitan areas of Seoul have been urbanized rapidly in Korea, without concern for the quality of further development and sufficient environmental management. Due to this fact, it has become increasingly more apparent that natural hazards, such as floods and landslides, occur frequently after the summer's heavy rains, and because of that, the scale of damage is getting larger. The purpose of this study is first to analyze the relationship between development and floods in the sub-basins of the study area. In addition to this, I would like to compare the influences of geomorphological characteristics upon the floods occurring in both the whole study area and the developed area in sub-basins.

  • For effective mobility control of UGV(unmanned ground vehicle), the terrain cover classification is an important component as well as terrain geometry recognition and obstacle detection. The vision based terrain cover classification algorithm consists of pre-processing, feature extraction, classification and post-processing. In this paper, we present a method to classify terrain covers based on the color and texture information. The color space conversion is performed for the pre-processing, the wavelet transform is applied for feature extraction, and the SVM(support vector machine) is applied for the classifier. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has a promising classification performance.
