An underwater sound surveillance system detects and tracks enemy ships in real-time using hydrophone arrays, in which seabed-mounted sensor arrays play a pivotal role. In this paper the conceptual design of seabed-mounted, cylindrical hydrophone arrays for use in shallow coastal waters is performed via finite element calculations. To stabilize the receiving characteristics under the ocean ambient noise, a technique for whitening the ambient noise spectrum using a metal baffle is proposed. Optimization of the array configuration is performed to achieve the directivity in the vertical and azimuthal directions. And the effects of the sonar dome shape and material on the structural vibration and sound scattering properties are studied. It is demonstrated that a robust hydrophone array, having a sensitivity deviation less than 4 dB over the frequency range of interest, can be obtained through the whitening of the ambient noise, the optimization of the array configuration, and the design of acoustically transparent sonar domes.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of institution trust on customer-orientation of hotel practician. Comparison between two types of governance structure demonstrated that the relationship between institution trust and customer-orientation were significantly different each other. As hypothesized, influence of organization trust on customer-orientation was much stronger in privately owned organizations than that of public ownership organizations. In the test of mediating effect of job engagement between two variables were statistically significant Based on the results from SEM model, we can suggest that improvement of institution trust need to be emphasized through the rational introduction of customer-oriented system, establishing priority task system according to individual business criticality, admission and enhance of fault. Empirical evidences from structural equation model support the governance type positively influence the job attitude in service organizations.

The aim of this study is to understand the effects of a social capital discovery program on career identity and empowerment in adolescents under probation. As a result, it was discovered that the social capital discovery program had statistically significant differences in stability, goal orientation, distinctiveness and self-presence consciousness in the sub-area of career identity in adolescents under probation while there was no significant difference in the area of self-assertion. The social capital discovery program had statistically significant differences in internal and personal relationships among the sub-area of empowerment of the subjects while there were no significant differences in political-social areas. These results suggest that the social capital discovery program had significant effects on career identity and empowerment in adolescents under probation. In order to improve the career identity and empowerment in adolescents under probation, further studies on the social capital discovery program are needed and care should be paid to its usability.

The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effect of anger expression between covert narcissism and SNS addiction proneness. It was conducted to measure anger expression, covert narcissism, and SNS addiction proneness from 252(132 male, 120 female) university students. The mediating effect was analyzed through Preacher and Hayes' SPSS Macro and bootstrapping analysis. As a result of analysis, first, there were positive relationship among covert narcissism, anger expression, and SNS addiction proneness. Second, anger-out had significant mediating effect within the relationship of covert narcissism and SNS addiction proneness. Third, anger-out had significant mediating effect within the relationship of covert narcissism and disturbance of adaptive life and control failure, preoccupation and tolerance, avoidance of negative emotions. Forth, anger-in and anger-control had significant mediating effect within the relationship of covert narcissism and virtual life orientation and withdrawal. Implications of these results were explored in relation to the importance of covert narcissism and SNS addiction proneness. In addition, this implication and suggestions for future research are provided.

In this paper, Dualband internal antenna for GSM/DSC handset is proposed. The antenna has a size of about $38mm{\times}90mm{\times}1mm$, giving a total mobile phone PCB for support and fold type patch of about $30mm{\times}8mm{\times}3.2mm$. This antenna characteriatic facilitates the fine-tuning of the two operating frequencies of 909MHz and 1762MHz in the dualband design. The measured radiation pattern in the E-plane and H-plane for operating frequencies of 909MHz and 1762MHz is compared and analyzed. The designed and fabricated two band internal antenna for GSM/DSC handset have a gain between 0dBi and 2.0dBi at all bands. Also, the electric firld distribution and directivity on human head caused by portable phone is analyzed. An analysis model is composed of a human head model and the antenna mounted on the same ground plane as portable telephone size.

Recently, the domestic food service industry has grown in quantity and quality. Among them, the foodservice market in the group has grown to become infinitely competitive as well as the growth, and the role of the dietitian has been diversified. The professional self-concept refers to the feeling of self-own work as a professional person and his or her opinion, and the professional worker with a positive professional self-concept improves his / her ability to perform his or her job. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of dietitian's professional self-concept on job satisfaction and customer orientation. Among the subordinate factors of professional self-concept, leadership, usability, technology, and communication showed that technology and communication had a significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows. First, the effect of technology was found to be significant. Customer orientation is significantly influenced by communication and technology. In other words, the attitude of trying to satisfy the needs and desires of the customers as a nutritionist was found to be higher when the self-evaluating ability of the customer or other people is high.

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effect of service value in the effect of service fairness on service quality and structural causal relationship between service quality and reuse intention of domestic airlines. The impact between the variables was analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 based on a survey of 320 airline users. The results are as follow. First, all the three factors of airline service fairness had a significant effect on service quality. Second, out of the three service fairness factors, distribution fairness and interactivity, had a positive effect on reuse intention. On the contrary, interactive fairness had no significant effect on reuse intention. Third, airline service quality had a significant effect on reuse intention. Finally, there was a moderating effect of value orientation in the relationship between service fairness and service quality.

RTLS used to track the location of object or person in real time. However, if there are a lot of tags and readers, the conventional single RTLS server may fail to estimate location of tags. And if the server cannot receive the tags signal due to pass-loss or NLOS from more than three readers, the server fail to estimate location of tags. In this paper, we propose a special reader which embeds RTLS location engine for distributed RTLS. And by using multi-directional antenna, alleviating multi-path effect and allowing estimate tag's location only using two readers. We also implement the system, we can reduce server packet 16times and get the all results of location estimate in single second. We achieved the location error within 1m.

The objective of this study is to analyze such discourse as mission statements and objectives, goals, and strategic plan of iSchools. Educational changes created by the digital reality and prevalent information systems and computers became an increasingly important part of library and information science. As a result, library and information schools joined iSchools as the cooperative effort to advance and to understand the rapid changes. These positioning validated the missions, objectives, goals of iSchools and thus an analysis of these documents can lead the way to the future of LIS education. For this job a qualitative analysis were performed to scrutinize the awareness of, support for and involvement with the field among key constituencies.

we analyzed simulation of the effectiveness for one or two DIRCM on a helicopter. The survival rate of helicopter followed increase of the deception rate of DIRCM. When the deception rate was over 70% at 100% detection rate, the survival rate was 10~30% when one DIRCM was installed and the survival rate was 70~80% when two DIRCMs were installed. When the detection rate was over 70% at 100% deception rate the survival rate was 10~30% case of one DIRCM was installed. survival rate was 20~30% when two were installed. Survival rate of 70~90% was observed with one DIRCM when the deception rate and detection rate were 100%, and 100% with two DIRCMs.
