A Study on the Factors Affecting Knowledge Contribution in the Public Sector (공공부문에서의 지식기여 영향요인에 관한 연구)

  • The purposes of this study are to find factors that have influences on the knowledge contribution activities, and to offer some suggestions to improve the knowledge contribution. Especially this study suggests to improve knowledge contribution by analyzing both on-line and off-line knowledge contribution activities in the public sector. The results of data analysis by structured equation model(SEM) indicate that leadership, intrinsic motivation, and knowledge quality significantly influence on-line and off-line knowledge contribution. Based on the results, the potential implications for the strategy of effective knowledge contribution are discussed.

Development of Precise Vectorizing Tools for Digitization of Cadastral Maps (지적도면 수치화를 위한 정밀 벡터라이징 도구 개발)

  • Cadastral map is the basic data that prescribe a lot number, the classification of land category, a boundary and ownerships of the parcels. Because the analogue cadastral map is not appropriate for the Parcel Based Land Information System, computerization of cadastral map is needed. When considering other automatic vectorizing softwares, we conclude that they can not satisfy the accuracy needed in cadastral map. Also screen digitizing methods demand lots of time. So we developed semi-automatic vectorizing program that realized almost capacities, such as overlay display which is needed for screen digitizing , window link, vector file generation , and so forth. As comparing screen digitizing method using AutoCAD with our developed program, we could obtain not only almost same accuracy , but also 35 minute reduction in vectorizing.

  • Pelvic floor muscle is the main subsystem that maintains urinary continence. It is possible to diagnose the degree of the stress urinary incontinence(SUI) by evaluating the contraction pressure of the pelvic floor muscle. Bio-signal measurement system was developed to measure the contraction pressure. Diagnostic parameters were drawn out by analyzing the measured data. Statistical evaluations were done to classify the all subjects with five groups each has similar characteristics. SUI diagnostic algorithm was implemented to each group separately. The accuracy of the algorithm was about 78.9% and utility was confirmed by clinical trial.

  • This paper is concerned with the domestic and foreign PV integrated projects in view of structural design. These projects are classified with public and display 6 facilities. The evaluated items are natural integration with building, engineering details and innovative new design. 6 domestic public and display facilities are frequently using isolated supporting system at roof, but show weakness in design integration. But the cases, using the PV panel in the stage of design some display facilities, are increasing. In the other hand, foreign public and display facilities are using the modul connection majorly and the structural and design integration are obtained.

  • In this paper, the case studies of reducing rotational errors is theoretically done for a grinding spindle with an active magnetic bearing system. The rotational errors acting on the magnetic bearing spindle are due to mass unbalance of rotor, runout, grinding excitation and unmodeled nonlinear dynamics of electromagnets. For the most case, the electrical runout of sensor target is big even in well finished surface, this runout can cause a rotation error amplified by feedback control system. The adaptiveed forward method based on LMS algorithm is discussed to compensate this kind of runout effects, and investigated its effectiveness by numerical simulation and experimental analysis. The electrical runout form the rear sensor target of grind spindle is about 70$\mu\textrm{m}$ with harmonic frequencies. The rotor orbit size in rear bearing is reduced about to 5$\mu\textrm{m}$ due to 1X and 2X rejection by feedforward control.

  • MEMS technology with micro scale is complete system utilized as the sensor. micro electro device. The metallization of MEMS is very important to transfer the power operating the sensor and signal induced from sensor part. But in the MEMS structures local stress concentration and deformation is often happened by geometrical shape and different constraint on the metallization. Therefore. this paper studies the effect of supporting type and thickness ratio about thin film thickness of the substrate thickness for the residual stress variation caused by thermal load in the multi-layer thin film. Specimens were made from materials such as Al, Au and Cu and uniform thermal load was applied, repeatedly. The residual stress was measured by FEA and nano-indentation using AFM. Generally, the specimen made of Al induced the large residual stress and the 1st layer made of Al reduced the residual stress about half percent than 2nd layer. Specimen made of Cu and Au being the lower thermal expansion coefficient induce the minimum residual stress. Similarly the lowest indentation length was measured in the Au_Cu specimen by nano-indentation.

  • Fluid dynamic bearings (FDBs) have been replacing ball bearings of the HDD spindle motor very rapidly. But there are several demerits of HDB, such as high friction torque, variable viscosity of the fluid lubricant depending on operating temperature, low stiffness, and etc. Eccentricity is one of the major parameters which affects the static and dynamic characteristics. As the static eccentricity is larger, the stiffness and the damping coefficients become bigger. But friction torque is relatively unaffected by the static eccentricity. This research proposes a new type of journal bearing with asymmetric journal grooves which results in better dynamic characteristics. The static and dynamic characteristics of the new journal bearing are investigated by solving the Reynolds' equation with FEM, and the transient analysis is performed to predict the dynamic behavior of rotor by solving the equations of motion of a HDD spindle system with Runge-Kutta method. The result shows that the proposed Journal bearings have much bigger stiffness and damping coefficients compared with the conventional symmetric ones. And consequently, it has smaller whirl radius and tilting angle.

Based on this advancement, various classes which utilized a computer is opened in the educational field. However, because of the shortages of ICT quality of leaner, It must spare a section equivalent for ICT literacy during educational contents. In secondary education and the culture process of a university It is because ICT literacy education was not realized directly. This study is purposed to present more desirable direction the curriculum of Fashion Design, in order to study like the fashion design technical education division, defined the ICT literacy ability that leaner must have and under the tyrannies that that kind of ICT quality ability was had, designed a educational 'process in the fashion design that utilized the ICT which was suitable for information oriented society.

  • Recently, Hi-pass system(non-stop electric toll collection) using DSRC is working. However, it has various problems such as system errors by EM wave interference or multi-path reflection. The EM wave absorber is able to solve these problems. In this paper, we designed and fabricated EM wave absorber using amorphous substance. As a result EM wave absorber with composition of amorphous metal powder:CPE=45:55 wt.% has the thickness of 2.65 mm and absorption ability was higher than 40 dB at 5.8 GHz.

  • This paper presents the characteristics of lateral vibrations of rotor system supported by hydrodynamic journal bearings. Finite element model is developed for the dynamic analysis of rotor system. Hydrodynamic bearings are modeled with the distributed springs and dampers in shape of the 2nd order polynomials in the direction of bearing width. Experiments are conducted to measure the natural frequency, and experimental results are compared with the theoretical results that are calculated using the point model and distributed model. Theoretical results using the distributed model agrees better with the measured results as bearing width increases. Also, this method is applied to actual three-stage turbo blower model. Then, critical speed and forced vibration analysis are performed.
