A Study of the gimbal system control unsing the Intelligent PID (지적 PID를 이용한 짐벌시스템 제어 연구)

  • 드론이나 이동형 촬영장비에 장착된 카메라로부터 깨끗하고 안정된 영상을 획득하기 위해서는 짐벌시스템의 안정화기 설계가 필요하다. 짐벌시스템은 카메라 모듈을 지지하는 구조와 외부로 부터의 진동을 차단하면서 정확한 각도를 추종하는 안정화기로 구성된다. 이동형 촬영장비나, 비행중인 드론에는 매우 다양한 주파수 성분의 진동이 발생되는데, 이러한 진동을 제어하기 위하여 6자유도 운동방정식을 유도하고, 이 중에서 본 논문에서는 일반적으로 rolling, pitching, yawing 운동에 대해서는 PID 제어기를 사용하여 안정화를 제어하기만, 카메라종류나 짐벌시스템 구조가 바뀔 때 마다 PID 파라미터를 변경해야 되는 경우가 빈번하다. 본 논문에서는 이런 문제점을 개선하기 새로이 제기된 제어 기법인 지적 PID(intelligent PID) 제어를 통하여 진동제어를 수행하여 짐벌시스템의 안정화를 위한 제어기법을 제안하고자 한다.

  • 본 논문은 일반적이 가진 시스템의 설계에 있어서 입력에 대한 추종과 비주기적인 외란이 발생하였을 때 주어진 입력을 추종하는 성능과 인가된 외란에 강인성을 가지도록 시스템을 설계하여야 한다. 이러한 제어기 설계에 가장 많이 이용되는 제어기가 PID 제어기이다. 본 논문에서는 일반적으로 널리 사용되고 있는 PID 제어기와 본 논문에서 비교하고자 하는 지적-PID(intelligent PID control) 제어기에 관하여 비교하였다. 이러한 제어기의 성능 검증을 통하여 가진기 시뮬레이터의 주 제어기로 사용하고자 한다.

  • This paper is concerned with applicability of intelligent PID controller which is proposed by Fliss and Join recently. First, we analyze the stability regions of intelligent PID control systems when parameter α is varying, and propose a new method to determine the suitable range of α by using the roots locus. Second, the simulation study of magneto-rheological (MR) damper to the structural vibrations due to earthquakes is presented to verify the effectiveness of the intelligent PID control method.

  • The primary goal of the line tracer is to accurately and quickly detect the movement up to the target position given by the sensor juhaengseon. It has been used in applications in various fields such as the current unmanned transport vehicles, laser cutting machine, autonomous mobile robots and unmanned driving is possible, and is held annually at various universities in the competition field with the possibility of great progress, depending on the application. However, there arises a large difference in running performance, depending on the hardware design and control. In this paper, improving the characteristics of the tracer line and characters to design a PID controller is to apply the point on ways of improving the properties of the system.

  • This paper is designed to develop a Gimbal control stabilizer for drones Gimbal system control for drone for 3D image to make sure clean image in the shaking and wavering environments of drone system. The stabilizer is made of tools which support camera modules and IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit) sensor modules follow exact angles, which can brock vibrations outside of the camera modules. It is difficult for the camera modules to get clean image, because of irregular movements and various vibrations produced by flying drones. Moreover, a general PID controller used for the movements of rolling, pitching and yawing in order to control the various vibrations of various frequencies needs often to readjust PID control parameters. Therefore, this paper aims to conduct the Intelligent-PID controller as well as design the Gimbal control stabilizer to get clean images and to improve irregular movements and various vibrations problems referenced above.

Performance/Robustness Improvement of i-PID with Two-Degree-of-Freedom Controller (2자유도를 가지는 지적 PID 제어기를 이용한 시스템의 성능향상)

  • This paper is concerned with applicability of two-degree-of-freedom controllers to the recently suggested i-PID controllers, in which unknown parts of the plant are taken into account without any modeling procedure. First, i-PID controller with two-degree-of-freedom is applied to a specific model, called Anisochronic model, to confirm the usefulness of this method. Second, using the original examples of i-PID controllers, it is confirmed that performance/robustness of system are to be improved due to two-degree-of-freedom, especially when the input changes suddenly. It is seen that as the desired robustness increases the optimal value of two-degree-of-freedom parameter ${\alpha}_A$ would be negative. It is checked and verified that if this value was limited to 1 or less as is generally known, performance would be degraded.

  • This paper is concerned with the problem of setting controller's parameters when applying the intelligent PID (i-PID), which has recently been proposed and had many successful results, to the two-degree-of-freedom (2DoF) PID controller structure. Generally, the parameter settings of conventional PID controllers are known to be quite difficult and be dependent on the characteristics of the plants. In addition, it is less known how the two 2DoF parameters are set up for the improvement of transient characteristics. Here, we are going to present one of the criteria for parameter setting in the case of using a 2DoF i-PID, by evaluating the error signals to the set-point and disturbance. That is, we first, obtain parameters of i-PID by optimizing the disturbance responses, and then determine two parameters of 2DoF component through optimizing set-point response. The standard values of all parameters are calculated for the 7 types of test batches and rounded up as a table.

  • Type of Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) can be divided into Analog and Digital Type. Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) of the synchronous generators of the brushless type are to be reduced to the voltage fluctuation on the basis of the total load. The PID control method is a general control technique is commonly widely used. In this study, the control target parameter iPID does not reset the parameters of the controller for the variable (Intelligent PID) using the controller synchronous generator Digital automatic voltage to you like all applied to the adjusting device (AVR) the voltage change is small, improved responsiveness was studied in this controller.

Position Control of Capsule Filled with Magnetic Fluid for Targeted Drug Delivery System (지적투약시스템을 위한 자성유체 캡슐의 위치 제어)

  • In this paper, in order to apply magnetic fluid with superparamagnetic property as the substitute of ferromagnetic materials, physical properties of magnetic fluid are investigated. A targeted drug delivery system using a capsule filled magnetic fluid is proposed where a magnetic fluid capsule and cylinders are considered as a drug and vital organs, respectively. The dynamic governing equation of this system first is derived. Fluid viscosity, clearance between a cylinder and a magnetic fluid capsule, and levitation height with respect to different cylinder height are considered as major parameters to evaluate dynamic characteristics of the system. The experiments and simulations for the position control of the magnetic fluid capsule in various cylinders are conducted using PID controller. The results show that magnetic fluid with the superparamagnetic property can be applied to a targeted drug delivery system.

  • 압력유도연성(Pressure-lnduced Ductility) : 금속성형공정에서의 가장 중요한 인자는 가공물의 연성이다. 금속학적인 측면에서의 연성이란 실온에서 측정되는 것이며 가장 일반적인 연성연성측정방법은 인장시험이다. 금속재료의 연성을 증가시키기 위한 보통의 방법은 가열이며 대부분의 경우 가열된 재료는 보다 연하게 되므로, 보통가열은 변형한도를 증가시키고 성형력을 줄이기 위해 사용되어 왔다. 그 런데 Bridgman은 금속의 연성이란 금속학적 성질 뿐 아니라 주변압력이라는 기계적 방법에 의해서도 조정될 수 있다는 것을 지적하였다. 그는 응력-연신률 선도에서 얻어진 금속의 연성은 정수압을 가함으로써 증가될 수 있다는 것을 보였다. 중간응력, 평균응력, 정수압 응력, 정수압 압력, 주변압력 등의 용어가 같은 의미로 사용되어진다. 재료의 금속학적성질 뿐 아니라 공정의 압력도 변수로 작용하여 성형성을 개선시키게 되는데 이런 현상을 압력유도연성(PID)은 주변압력이 재료내부에서의 공동발생 및 그 성장을 억제하기 때문에 얻어진다. 공동 의 합체 및 성장은 연성파괴의 전제조건이 되므로 이러한 현상이 발생되지 않도록 하면 성형성 및 연성이 증가된다. 공동의 형성 및 예방 과 인장봉의 강도와 변형에 미치는 압력효과의 수학적 해석은 참고문헌 2에 나타나 있다. 이 압력유도연성은 Bobrowsky, Pugh와 Green, Alexander등에 의해 확인되었다.
