Electromagnetic Consideration on the Source of Geomagnetism (지자기 성인의 전자기학적 고찰)

  • 지구자기장의 성인에 대하여 고찰하고 기존 학설에 대한 신 모델을 제안하였다. 지자기 성인의 가장 유력한 이론적 모델은 열전류와 열화학적 전류에 의한 자기장 형성이다. 하지만, 이 모델은 매우 한정적 조건을 바탕으로 설명하고 있으며, 동시에 지자기의 분산과 세기의 상쇄 요인을 내포하고 있기 때문에 설득력이 저하된다. 그러나 본 제안의 가설에서 주장하는 이온층 전류에 의한 지자기의 성인은 그와 같은 분산 요인이 있을 수 없으며, 그 결과로 나타나는 지자기의 새기와 방향도 일정하게 형성됨이 해석 가능하기 때문에 타당성과 설득력이 높은 완벽한 이론이다. 따라서 이온층 전류에 의한 보다 안정적인 지자기성인의 전자기학적 신 모델을 제안한다.

  • 정박선의 증가로 인해 VTS에서는 정박지를 선박에게 권고함에 있어서, 보다 효율적인 방법을 요하게 되었다. 정박지라는 한정된 범위 안에서 가능한 한 다수의 선박을 안전하게 투묘시킬 수 있는 방법을 모색하여 보았다. 각 항구의 정박지 권고 방식을 비교해보고, 포항항을 중심으로 격자형 정박지 권고 방식을 교신의 간소화와 함께 효율을 높일 수 있는 하나의 대안으로 제시하였다.

  • 클라우드 스토리지에 저장되는 데이터가 급증하면서 데이터 중복으로 인한 스토리지의 저장 비용이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 데이터 중복 문제를 해결하기 위해서 기존의 스토리지 환경에서는 다양한 데이터 중복제거 기술이 제안되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 클라우드 스토리지를 위한 데이터 중복제거 기술의 분석을 통하여 대규모 클라우드 스토리지에서의 데이터 중복 제거율을 높이기 위해 데이터 유형의 특성을 고려한 스토리지 중복제거 기술의 필요성을 제시한다.

Soil Physical and Chemical Properties of Kaolinite Opencast Mines and Adjacent Red Pine Forests in Sancheong-gun (산청군 고령토(백토) 노천 광산 채굴지와 인접 소나무 임분의 토양 물리·화학적 성질)

  • Soil properties in opencast mines are a key factor in reclamation (revegetation) of mining areas. In this study we determined the soil physical and chemical properties of kaolinite tailings, reclaimed areas, and adjacent natural red pine (Pinus densiflora S. et Z.) forests in kaolinite opencast mines in Sancheong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do. Six sites were chosen for collection of soil samples to determine soil physical and chemical properties at a soil depth of 10 cm. Soil bulk density was significantly higher (P < 0.05) in the kaolinite tailings (1.51 g·cm-3) than in the reclaimed areas (1.19 g·cm-3) and red pine forests (0.93 g·cm-3), whereas air phase in the kaolinite tailings (14.2%) was significantly lower than in the red pine forests (32.6%). Clay content in the red pine forests was significantly higher than in the reclaimed areas (18.7%) or kaolinite tailings (14.8%), whereas soil structural stability index was significantly lower in the reclaimed areas (1.61%) and kaolinite tailings (0.87%) than in the red pine forests (7.75%). Soil pH was significantly higher in the kaolinite tailings (pH 6.68) and reclaimed areas (pH 6.27) than in the red pine forests (pH 5.31). Soil organic carbon and total nitrogen were significantly higher in the red pine forests (C: 36.03 mg·g-1; N: 2.08 mg·g-1) than in the reclaimed areas (C: 5.00 mg·g-1; N: 0.31 mg·g-1) than in the kaolinite tailings (C: 2.12 mg·g-1; N: 0.07 mg g-1). The amount of available phosphorus was not significantly different among the three treatments. The concentration of exchangeable potassium was significantly lower in the kaolinite tailings (0.08 cmolc·kg-1) than in the reclaimed areas (0.21 cmolc·kg-1) and red pine forests (0.30 cmolc·kg-1). These results indicate that, because of high soil bulk density and low soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, available phosphorus, and exchangeable potassium in kaolinite tailings and reclaimed mining areas, soil nutrient management is needed in order to reclaim the vegetation in these type of areas.

  • 80년대 초 GIS의 개념이 국내에 도입된 후, 1988년 대구광역시를 필두로 지자체의 GIS 구축이 시작되어 국가에서는 GIS 구축의 체계적인 관리의 필요성에 따라 1995년 제1차 국가GIS 기본계획을 수립하고, 2000년 ‘국가지리정보체계의 구축 및 활용 등에 관한 법률’을 제정, 공포하여 각 지자체의 실정에 맞는 GIS 기본계획을 수립하도록 유도하고 있다. 그러나, 바람직한 지자체 GIS 기본계획 작성의 표준이 제시되지 않아 지자체 GIS 기본계획이 개인의 안목이나 타 지자체의 내용을 참조로 만들어져 형식적이고 획일적인 결과물이 산출되고 있다. 그리하여 기존에 수립된 지자체 GIS 기본계획이 일부의 지자체를 제외하고는 해당 지자체의 GIS 구축 사업에 활용되지 못하고 책장속의 책으로 존재하고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문의 목적은 지자체 GIS 기본계획 표준안을 제시하여 향후 해당 지자체에서 GIS 기본계획을 수립할 때, 구성적인 측면의 틀을 제공하여 일정수준을 만족할 수 있는 지자체 GIS 기본계획의 수립을 지원하고자 한다. 지자체 GIS 기본계획 표준(안)을 도출하기 위해서 정보화전략계획과 해외 관련 연구, 국가GIS 기본계획의 검토를 통하여 지자체 GIS 기본계획의 구성요소를 도출하고, 기존지자체 GIS 기본계획의 목차를 중심으로 분석하여, 문제점을 도출하고, 그에 따른 시사점을 제시하여 지자체 GIS 기본계획 표준(안)의 기반이 되도록 하였다. 제안된 지자체 GIS 기본계획 표준(안)은 향후 각 지자체의 활용가치가 높은 GIS 기본 계획의 수립에 도움이 될 수 있도록 하며, 나아가서는 수립된 지자체 GIS 기본계획이 지자체의 성공적인 GIS 구축을 유도하는 가이드의 역할을 수행할 것으로 기대된다.가 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 지방자치단체 GIS 기본계획에 있어 조직 측면의 장기적 비전의 제시가 가능하며 이를 통해 보다 성숙된 GIS 사업의 추진과 효율적인 시스템의 운영이 가능할 것이다.. 이상의 결과를 종합해볼 때, ${\beta}$-glucan은 고용량일 때 직접적으로 또는 $IFN-{\gamma}$ 존재시에는 저용량에서도 복강 큰 포식세로를 활성화시킬 뿐 아니라, 탐식효율도 높임으로써 면역기능을 증진 시키는 것으로 나타났고, 그 효과는 crude ${\beta}$-glucan의 추출조건에 따라 달라지는 것을 알 수 있었다.eveloped.   • Recently, the National Emergency Management Agency of Korea has been operating the National Disaster Management System. Nevertheless, there are numerous difficulties in systematic controlling the steep slope DB promptly, because the system's functions in input and control for steep slope information are merely simple. Futhermore, the hazard degrees of steep slope lands nowadays have risen suddenly in accordance with the increase rate of large scale landslides such as the landslide cases of Umyeonmountain, Chuncheon province and others or sever rain storm cases. these lead to rapid increases in frequencies of nature disasters nationally. therefore, it is needed to develop the GIS-based integrated management system for steep slope information in order to manage disasters in advance or high-degree control. This study shows the national GIS-based integrated management system to prevent the disasters that caused by steep slope lands. The integrated management system developed in this study consists of surface information input modules, realtime DB liaison modules of integrated underground information, V-world background map-based GIS, integrated management system for steep slope information user modules, realtime liaison interface modules designed for utilizing steep slope information. Also, tests about stability of data storage, system stability and consistency of processing speed were performed.

Weed Population Distribution and Change of Dominant Weed Species on Upland Field in Gyeongnam Province of Korea (경남지역 밭 잡초 발생분포 및 군락변화)

  • This study was conducted to provide basic information for weed control by surveying the occurrence of weed species in upland crop fields in Gyeongnam province of Korea. The result of this survey, 55 weed species 21 families in barley fields, 56 weed species 22 families in garlic fields, 47 weed species 19 families in onion fields, 68 weed species 26 families in Chinese cabbage fields, 54 weed species 22 families in potato fields, 62 weed species 25 families in sweet potato fields, 87 weed species 29 families in red pepper fields, 79 weed species 28 families in corn fields, 84 weed species 29 families in soybean fields. The most dominant weed species in upland crop fields of Gyeongnam province were Alopecurus aequalis var. amurensis 20.7% (barley fields), Cardamine flexuosa 12.3% (garlic fields), Chenopodium ficifolium 18.7% (onion fields), Portulaca oleracea 8.1% (Chinese cabbage fields), Chenopodium ficifolium 13% (potato fields), Digitaria ciliaris 12.6% (sweet potato fields and red pepper fields) and Digitaria ciliaris 11.3% (corn fields), 13.2% (soybean fields). This information could be useful for establishment of future weed control methods in Gyeongnam province.

A Comparison of the Gravimetric Geoid and the Geometric Geoid Using GPS/Leveling Data (GPS/Leveling 데이터를 이용한 기하지오이드와 중력지오이드의 비교 분석)

  • The geoid is the level surface that closely approximates mean sea level and usually used for the origin of vertical datum. For the computation of geoid, various sources of gravity measurements are used in South Korea and, as a consequence, the geoid models may show different results. however, a limited analysis has been performed due to a lack of controlled data, namely the GPS/Leveling data. Therefore, in this study, the gravimetric geoids are compared with the geodetic geoid which is obtained through the GPS/Leveling procedures. The gravimetric geoids are categorized into geoid from airborne gravimetry, geoid from the terrestrial gravimetry, NGII geoid(geoids published by National Geographic Information Institute) and NORI geoid(geoi published by National Oceanographic Research Institute), respectively. For the analysis, the geometric geoid is obtained at each unified national control point and the difference between geodetic and gravimetric geoid is computed. Also, the geoid height data is gridded on a regular $10{\times}10-km$ grid so that the FFT method can be applied to analyze the geoid height differences in frequency domain. The results show that no significant differences in standard deviation are observed when the geoids from the airborne and terrestrial gravimetry are compared with the geomertric geoid while relatively large difference are shown when NGII geoid and NORI geoid are compared with geometric geoid. Also, NGII geoid and NORI geoid are analyzed in frequency domain and the deviations occurs in long-wavelength domain.

An Empirical Research on the COO Performance effect from the Brand equity and COO Capacity (브랜드 가치와 원산지 역량이 원산지 제도 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증적 연구)

  • Recently, as most companies are getting globalized, global sourcing of raw materials are also provided actively. Since each country has different, strict and complex rules-of-origins, importance of COO(country-of-origin) is increasing more and more. This study was surveyed with 127 manufacturing companies in South Korea. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect relationship how brand equity and COO capacity impact on the COO performance. The research hypothesis and model was derived from the basis of existing theory and empirical research, and obtained the following results. Firstly, brand equity of the COO showed positive (+) effect on the COO information capacity and product brand equity showed positive (+) effect on the COO management capacity. Secondly, the COO information capacity showed positive (+) effect on the COO management capacity. Lastly, product brand equity and the COO information capacity showed positive (+) effect on the COO performance. This study is differentiated from previous research information by empirically evaluating the relationship between the brand equity and the COO. This study contributed to academic by examining the research on the COO management in South Korea and also practically suggested the direction how manufacturing company in South Korea is to take the advantage of the brand equity and the COO capacity.

Development of Hybrid Geoid using the Various Gravimetric Reduction Methods in Korea (다양한 중력학적 환산방법을 적용한 한국의 합성지오이드 개발)

  • Nowadays, the accuracy of the geoid model has been improved through development of the combination model which was composed of traditional gravimetric geoid and geometric geoid by the GPS/leveling data in USA and Japan. It is a state of the art method in geoid modeling field that what so called hybrid geoid. In this paper, as a basic study to develop Korean hybrid geoid model, we studied gravimetric geoid solutions using three gravity reduction methods (Helmert's condensation method, RTM method and Airy-isostatic method) and evaluated the usefulness of each method in context of precise geoid. The gravimetric geoid model were determined by restoring the gravity anomalies (included TC) and the indirect effects were made from various reduction methods on the EIGEN-CG03C reference field. The results are compared with respect to the geometric geoid undulation determined from 498 GPS/leveling after LSC fitting. The results showed that hybrid geoid with RTM (Residual terrain model) reduction method was most accurate method and the value of the difference compared to geometric geoid was $0.001{\pm}0.053m$.
