중소기업 유형별 R&D 참여 요인 연구 - 정부 R&D출연금 지원받은(대전/충남/세종)지역 중소기업 중심으로

  • 본 연구의 목적은 정부의 R&D 지원사업에 참여하는 유형별 중소기업들의 R&D참여 요인에 관한 연구이다. 각 정부부처별 R&D 지원사업이 지역전략산업별, 뿌리기술전문기업, 부품소재기업등 특수 산업분야별, 다양한 형태로 운영되고 있으며, 각 기업에 보조금, 지원금 및 마케팅, 기획, 교육등의 다양한 지원이 이루어지고 있고 각 기업들 또한 이에 참여하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구는 이와 같은 정부 R&D지원사업의 참여요인 즉, 다양한 유형의 중소기업이 정부 R&D과제 참여에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 지에 대한 가설을 검증한다. 또한 기술적 성과인 R&D 참여강화와 기술역량 강화에 영향을 미치는지에 대한 가설을 검증한다. 이 분석결과를 통한 연구결과, 중소기업의 연구개발투자에 영향을 미치는 요인중 지역전략산업별, 뿌리기술전문기업, 부품소재기업등 특수 산업분야별등 기업유형에 따라 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다는 결과를 바탕으로 정부지원사업에 참여하는 유형별 중소기업들의 전략적 R&D참여를 위한 방향설정에 도움이 될 것이다.

Mining Generalized Temporal Patterns in Temporal Databases (시간지원 데이터베이스에서의 시간 계층을 이용한 일반화된 패턴 정보 탐사)

  • 이 논문에서는 시간지원 데이터베이스를 대상으로 하여 시간 간격과 시간 위상을 지닌 데이터에서의 정보를 탐사한다. 그리고 시간지원 데이터베이스에서의 시간 정보 유형을 제시하고 이에 따라 탐사되는 패턴의 유형을 분류한다. 또한 시간에 대한 계층적 구조인 시간 계층을 도입하고 이를 이용하여 각 항목의 유효시간 정보를 일반화시킨다. 시간 계층에 의한 유효시간의 일반화에 있어서 발생하는 시간 정보 유형의 변화와 패턴 유형의 변화를 살펴본다. 그리고 시간 간격 변화에 따른 패턴 정보의 발견을 예를 들어 기술한다. 이 논문에서는 시간 계층을 이용하여 시간 간격을 변화시킬 경우 발견되는 새로운 유형의 패턴 지식을 탐사하고 이를 제시한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out perception types of interested group in college on the education-welfare support for disabled college students by Q-methodology, then to search for political measures to support of disabled college students in the implication of the sorted subjective viewpoints. The result of this study showed that there are four major sorts of perception types on the education-welfare support for disabled college students: requests for realistic and comprehensive services for stable college life(Type1), requests for the disabled personalized services for the vocational life after graduation(Type2), lacks of understanding on the education-welfare support and disabled college students(Type3), and ambivalences on the education-welfare support(Type4). The findings of this study are summarized as several kinds.

  • 국내 여성벤처기업의 수는 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며, 우리 경제와 벤처업계에서 여성벤처기업의 역할과 중요성도 증대되고 있다. 그러나 여성벤처기업의 경영애로요인과 경영성과 간의 관계가 기업의 유형에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지에 대한 체계적인 연구는 수행되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 여선벤처기업에 대한 지원도 이러한 기업 유형을 고려하지 않은 채 이루어지는 경우가 많아 지원의 효율성에 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 여성벤처기업에 대한 효율적인 지원에 필요한 기초자료를 제시하기 위하여, 여성벤처기업의 경영애로요인과 경영성과 간의 관계가 기업의 유형 및 지원형태에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지를 실증적으로 분석할 연구모형을 제시하였다.

Subjectivity Study on the Employment Supporting for Students with Disabilities in College (대학의 장애학생 취업지원에 관한 주관성 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out subjective perception types and needs of interested group on the employment supporting for students with disabilities in college by Q methodology, then to search for political measures to support employment for students with disabilities in the implication of the sorted subjective perception types. The result of the study showed that there are four major sorts of subjectivities on the employment supporting for students with disabilities in college : external dependence(Type1), disability-friendly (Type2), demand tailored(Type3), internal role emphasis(Type4). The result of the study could check that there was necessary reconstruction to disability-friendly infrastructure based on interset and willness on the employment supporting for students with disabilities in college. In addition to that there was necessary to job creation of government, to build network of industry to successful labor market entry of students with disabilities.

The Study of Intergenerational Support Exchange between Older parents and Adult Children (노년기 부모-성인자녀간 지원유형에 관한 연구)

  • The authors aimed to identify the patterns of mutual support between aged parents and their adult offsprings and to analyze the demographic and social characteristics of each pattern and the quality of living for the aged parents. The data of the study were drawn from the 2008 Survey of the Living Conditions and Welfare for the Elderly published by the Ministry of the Health and Welfare. The sample of our analysis was 14,843 aged persons with their adult offsprings. A cluster analysis produced four types of mutual support patterns: High mutual supporters, parents as beneficiaries, parents as benefactors, ans low mutual supporters, with parents as benefactors as the most frequent pattern of mutual support. The study showed that the group of high mutual supporters was highest in the quality of life while the group of parents as beneficiaries lowest. This findings imply that the support relationship between old people and their adult offsprings may undergo transformation towards a two-way relation of mutual support.

  • In this paper, we propose ATM switch architecture including ALL type 2 switch which can efficiently transmit low-bit rate data, even if the network has many endpoints. We simulate the architecture of ATM switch fabric that is modeled in computer program and analyze the performance according to offered loads. ATM switch proposed in this paper can support cell switching for all types of m cells which consist of ALL type 1. ALL type 2, ALL type 3/4 and ALL type 5 cells. We propose two switch fabric methods; One supports the ALL type 2 cell processing per input port, the other global ALL type 2 cell processing for every input port. The simulation results show that the latter is superior to the former. But the former has a merit for easy implementation and extensibility. In this paper, the AAL Type 2 switch module which adapts the former method is designed using VHDL language and implemented in FPGA chip. The designed AAL Type 2 switch module operates at 52MHz. The proposed ATM switch fabric is widely applicable to mobile communication, narrow band services over ATM network and wireless ATM as well as general ATM switching fabric.

Acculturation Strategies of Immigrated Women and Adolescents' Career Development (이주 여성의 문화적응 유형과 청소년기 자녀 진로 지원)

  • This study examined the acculturation strategies of immigrant women and the relationship in adolescents' career development. The data were from 2016 Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study, 1,248 cases. The highest rate was the assimilation followed by integration, separation and marginalization among immigrant women' acculturation strategies. The parenting efficacy, behaviors for career development and parents' support were related with acculturation strategies. The adolescents' career attitudes and perceived career barriers were also related with the acculturation strategies of immigrant mothers. As compared other strategies, assimilation strategy had positive relationships with parenting efficacy, behaviors for career development, parents' support, adolescents' career attitudes and perceived career barriers. This study provided some implications for immigrant families with adolescents.

The Perception Types of the Directors on PCC Financial Management and its Improvements (민간보육시설 재정관리에 관한 시설장들의 인식유형과 개선방안)

  • This study is to grasp its characteristics by typing a subjective perception of directors on a private childcare center(PCC)' financial management. This study is used the selected 25 statements and 27 directors performed the Q sort. As this result, the three types were derived. Financial Independence Type perceived that a finance accounting rules for PCC has to revised, and it is in need of guarantee of PCC' independency. Public Childcare Type is a type that a government support on PCC is aided as much as support of a National/Public childcare center. Project Support Type is the type that a rule enactment and support is correspond to a scale and characteristics of PCC. Based on the result of research, I presented a implications and suggestions on a childcare policy.

  • This study aimed to assist the improvement of organizational commitment and the preparation of an action plan regarding support from the organization by examining the effects of organizational culture types and perceived organizational support on firefighters' organizational commitment. To this end, 205 fire-fighting officers from the northern area of Gyeonggi-do were surveyed using the purposive sampling method. The results demonstrated that among organizational culture types, the perception of group culture, rational culture, and organizational support held by firefighters had a significant influence on their organizational commitment. Based on these results, this study suggested various support plans at the organizational level for stimulating group culture and rational culture among firefighters, and improving organizational commitment.
