차세대 통신망이 AII-IP 기반으로 진화함에 따라 IP 기반의 이동성 프로토콜의 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 특히 차세대 통신망의 주요 서비스로 등장한 VoIP와 같은 실시간성이 요구되는 서비스를 지원하기 위한 심리스(Seamless) 이동성 지원 프로토콜에 대한 연구는 중요하다. 최근, 네트워크 계층에서의 이동성 지원 프로토콜과는 전철 다른 접근 방식인 트랜스포트 계층에서의 이동성 지원 방안으로 mSCTP가 제안되었으며 이에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 우선/이동 네트워크 환경에서 실시간 응용 서비스를 지원하기 위하여 mSCTP를 확장하는 방안을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안하는 방안의 성능을 네트워크 계층에서의 이동성 지원 방안들과 비교한 결과, 핸드오버에 의해 발생되는 패킷 손실률 측면에서는 제안하는 방안이 대부분의 IPv6 이동성 지원 프로토콜들보다 향상된 성능을 보이나 처리율 면에서는 IPv6 이동성 지원 프로토콜보다 조금 낮은 성능을 보임을 알 수 있었다.

This study identified necessary navigational support services to prevent accidents through an examination and a survey on the navigation and communication systems of non-SOLAS ships. The functional and operational requirements for the identified navigational support services were discussed accordingly. Among the navigational support services proposed are an Electronic Navigational Chart (ENC) service, a route planning service, an operation monitoring service, and collision prevention support services for ships in coastal areas. To facilitate the identified navigational support services, ship navigation system, shore supporting centre and maritime communication network were discussed as a digital infrastructure. The operational methode for the digital infrastructure were discussed in the service scenarios for ships carrying dangerous cargo, large ships over 200 meters in length and high speed passenger ships over 15 knots in speed. This study will facilitate the development of policies for the improvement of ship operation management in Korean coastal waters and will contribute to improving the navigational safety of non-SOLAS ships.

Due to the rapid change of corporate environment of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), there is an increasing needs for the effective utilization of knowledge intensive services. Current knowledge intensive services for SMEs include various activities including venturing, R&D planning, R&D support, marketing, and networking. However, these activities are not differentiated according to the institutions that provides those services. In response, this study aims to explore and identify core knowledge intensive services, and specify the target knowledge service. The case study was conducted for the Divison of SMEs innovation in Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI).

Objective : The purpose of this study is to provide practical guidelines for the better performance of the Occupational therapy services(OT services) in the Supporting Center for Special Education. The study is based upon the quality and satisfaction of the OT services, measured by interviewing parents whose children have taken the services provided by Ulsan Kang-Nam Supporting Center for Special Education. Methods : Five parents for the children having OT services since March, 2010 in the Kang-Nam Supporting Center were interviewed individually. The interview per each person took thirty to fifty minutes and was all audio-recorded. Results : The satisfaction of the qualification for the OT therapists working at the Kang-Nam Supporting Center was high. The quality for treatment facilities and the variety for treatment materials met the expectation for OT to be well-performed. The free OT treatment system was the one of significant features for the OT services provided by the Kang-Nam Supporting Center. However, the perception of the interviewed parents for the OT was very low.

This study aims to suggest development direction of smart city service support institutions for the development of smart cities. For this purpose, First of all, the necessity of smart city service support organization, legal basis and major functions were theoretically examined. Second, reviewed the functions of smart city service support institutions and conducted relative importance and in depth interviews with experts. Third, suggested development direction of smart city service support institutions which summarized the above results is suggested. The result of this study is meaningful in that it suggests roles, functions and future directions of smart city service support institutions.

This study discussed the trends and characteristics of mental health services in the public libraries of North America. To accomplish this, this study collected its data through literature surveys, observations and interviews with librarians within the Vancouver public library system. The results show that there were many cases in which patrons asked public libraries for information on their mental health problems and the public libraries helped the patrons cope with their problems. The public libraries' assistance programs for national tragedies and natural disasters were temporary services. On the other hand, public libraries were continuously advising and guiding patrons dealing with emotional and psychological problems through the readers' advisory and information services. Specifically, public libraries were actively assisting various sensitive issues that are generated in the development of children and youths(for example, adoption, divorce and separation, remarriage, family, friendship, disabilities, death, self-esteem, emotions, bulling, violence, abuse, suicide, illness, addiction, sexual health, youth pregnancy and so on). The key role of librarians under these circumstances was to guide and recommend appropriate books and professional institutions that help solve the problems.

The study aims to identify the problems of the research support service in presidential archives for users who use archives for scholarly purposes. For these purposes, the study conducted a literature survey. Moreover, this study compared and analyzed the content of presidential archives' Web sites between the U.S. and Korea. In addition, we examined the interviews via e-mail with an archivist working in the presidential archives in the U.S. and gained the materials from the presidential archives in Korea through a request of information disclosure. It was found that six improvements were considered by academic users to meet their needs. Consequently, based on the analysis, a research support services framework consisting of a service category was developed. With the proposed services, the academic utilization of presidential archives can be facilitated.

In 2010, it appears that Korean economic growth rate heavily depends on its international trade. Thus, a sustainable growth of the international trade is very important to Korea. To increase export, a continuous making profits is the most important to companies and TSO(Trade Support Organization) needs to provide a trade support services to the exporting firms. In this context, this study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the correlation between company performance and service quality, utilization and customer satisfaction of TSO. Some implications from the results of this study are suggested. First, TSO needs to boost the utilization of its services by enhancing systemizing, reliability and empathy of its service qualities. And then, TSO needs to encourage companies to focus on export-oriented business mind, since these companies have tendency to show a better practical application and high degree of performance as well. Third, TSO needs to develop some exceptional services for the companies with the low weight of export in turnover since those groups tend to have higher customer satisfaction. Our major findings contribute to the trade support service planning of TSO.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of care workers' assistance services on behavioral changes of the elderly. To achieve this, a survey was carried out on 100 elderly people, who receive the services from care workers in J area-based elderly care facilities, and elderly patient families. The results of this study are as follows. First, the effect of care workers' assistance services on the elderly's satisfaction of physical activities showed that the nursing and caregiving services have a significant positive effect on their satisfaction of physical activities(p<.05). Second, the effect of care workers' assistance services on the elderly's satisfaction of psycho-emotional activities showed that the caregiving services have a significant positive effect on their satisfaction of psycho-emotional activities(p<.01). Third, the effect of care workers' assistance services on the elderly's satisfaction of social cognition activities showed that the caregiving services have a significant positive effect on their satisfaction of social cognition activities(p<.01). Consequently, if the elderly receive the repetitive and continuous nursing and caregiving service in the limit that is forced to deteriorate the elderly's physical, psychological and cognitive development, and slow down their activities, there will be changes and promotion in their physical, psychological and cognitive behaviors. In other words, it is of use in that care workers' continuous assistance services can improve the elderly's life, driven by the changes of their physical, psychological and cognitive behaviors.

이 연구의 목적은 창업보육센터 입주기업 CEO의 기업가정신 및 시장지향성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 창업보육센터 지원서비스의 활용정도를 통해 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울권에 위치한 창업보육 센터를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 얻어진 연구 결과를 분석하고 창업보육센터 입주기업의 지원서비스 활용정도가 경영성과에 어느 정도 영향을 미치고, 입주기업의 지원 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
