Water cycle evaluation of Bioretention based on hydrologic model (수문모형을 기반으로 한 식생저류지 물순환 평가)

  • 급격한 도시화 및 기후변화로 인한 물순환체계가 왜곡됨에 따라 자연수재해 피해가 급증하고 있어 대응방안으로 저영향개발(Low Impact Development, LID) 기법이 대두되고 있다. LID 요소 기술 중 하나인 식생저류지는 도시 유역내에서 발생하는 유출수를 저류 및 침투하여 우수유출수와 비점오염원으로 인한 오염저감 효과를 지니고 있는 LID 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 식생저류지의 우수유출수의 정량적 저감효과를 분석하기 위해 수문해석 프로그램인 K-LIDM(Korea Low Impact Development Model)을 이용하여 유역 내 식생저류지 배열과 저류용량에 따른 유출저감 효과를 분석하였다. 강우시나리오는 부산지점의 10년, 30년 발생빈도에 대하여 60분, 120분, 180분 확률강우시나리오를 선정하여 적용하였다. 모델링 분석결과 식생저류지 배치에 따라 5 ~ 15 % 이상의 유출저감효과가 산정되었으며, 식생저류지 저류용량에 따라 20 % 이상의 유출저감 효과가 산정되었다. 첨두유출 도달시간은 1.13 ~ 1.86배를 지연하는 결과가 산정되었다. 결과를 통해 식생저류지의 배열과 저류용량에 따라 유출량 저감효과와 첨두유출 도달시간에 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 추후에 다른 매개변수인 식생저류지의 저류깊이, 지반의 침투능 및 유출부의 직경 등 여러 매개변수들을 고려한 연구를 수행한다면 식생저류지의 정량적 물순환 평가가 수행될것으로 사료된다.

Detecting lies through suspect's nonverbal behaviors in the investigation scene (군 수사현장에서 용의자의 비언어적 행동을 이용한 거짓말 탐지)

  • This study was examined the effective nonverbal behavior cues of detecting suspects' lies in the investigation scene. In order to search the suspects who drank the alcohol liquor without a permission, 18 soldiers were interviewed. 8 solders had drunken alcohol and had lied when was asked(lie group). The other 10 soldiers hadn't drunken alcohol and had told the truth(truth group). The mean frequencies of nonverbal behaviors were compared lie group with truth group. The following behaviors were measured by frequency: vocal characteristics (high pitch of voice, speech hesitations, speech error, frequency of pauses, period of pauses, latency period), facial characteristics (gaze, smile, touching face, blinking, facial micro-expression), body movement (illustrators, hand and finger movement, leg and foot movement, head movement, trunk movement, shifting position). As results, this study found that deception cues were periods and frequencies of pause, micro-expression, head movements. The lie group had less periods and frequencies of pause, and more micro-expression, head movements than truth group. But, this study didn't found Othello's error cues.

Exploration on Possibility of the Disciplinary Convergence of the User Studies and the Research in Practice (이용자연구와 실용연구 분야의 학제적 융합 가능성 도출 연구)

  • This research aims to discover various aspects of the user studies and the research in practice and also to propose collaboration methods by empirical analysis of the data. To determine the application applicability of the user studies in other subject areas, the degree of keyword overlap between the user studies and the User Experience (UX), one of the research in practice discipline, was measured. The quantitative information science methods including simple frequency analysis were applied to more than ten thousand published papers to generate the network mapping and ranking as well as comparative analysis by time. The analysis result showed that there were slightly lesser overlap between the user studies and the UX in the domestically published articles than the international ones. It also revealed that there is a relationship between the actual occurrences of collaboration and the keyword overlap. The temporal analysis showed that there is increasingly more keyword overlap between two disciplines and thus it is possible to predict the active convergence in the future.

  • In this paper, dynamic elastic module of banded gneiss were calculated on the basis of SPS velocity logging data obtained from a geotechnical test-hole in Pungsan-dong, Hanam, Gyeonggi Province, Korea. This study mainly focuses on the velocity analysis, Q factor calculation relative to attenuation factor, and generation of crack information and its relation with seismic velocity. As a result, P-wave and S-wave velocity of fresh hard rock was 5,559m/s and 3,063m/s, respectively, with Poisson's ratio being 0.28. With these results, dynamic modules were prepared, and crack information analyzed by acoustic televiewer was incorporated to identify the correlation among and between delay of first arrival by crack amplitude ratio, and velocity. The results of this study revealed that the analyzed logging hole mainly consisted of micro crack and a number of cracks and the size of crack aperture, functioned as a variable to seismic velocity in the micro crack area of this type of hard rock.

  • 형태소를 공유하고 있는 어휘가 심성 어휘집(mental lexicon)에 어떻게 저장되어 있고 어떻게 어휘 접근되는지에 관하여 여러 설명이 제기되었다 첫 번째 가설은 형태소 공유 어휘는 심성 어휘집에 모두 같은 어근 혹은 어간을 중심으로 저장되어 있다는 것이다. 두 번째 가설은 어간이나 어근으로의 분석을 통해 활용된 단어를 이해하는 것이 아니라 일단 활용된 형태의 어휘를 심성 어휘집에서 찾고, 만일 해당되는 것이 발견되면, 그 활용된 어절의 이해가 끝나게 되고, 만일에 해당되는 것이 심성 어휘집에 존재하지 않는 경우에만 부수적인 과정으로 구성 형태소로의 분석이 이루어진다는 것이다. 세 번째 가설은 어휘의 품사, 어휘의 빈도, 형태소 활용의 규칙성 등에 따라 구성 형태소로의 분석을 통해 활용된 단어를 이해하거나 아니면 활용된 어휘의 직접적인 접근을 통해 활용된 단어를 이해한다는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 이 세 종류의 가설 중에 어느 가설이 옳은 것인지를 조사하기 위해, "먹은" 흑은 "쥐어"와 같은 한국어 어절을 이용하여 형태소 표상 양식과 이해 과정을 다루었다. 본 연구의 목적을 위해 점화 어휘 판단 과제(primed-lexical decision task)를 사용하였다. 실험 1은 "먹은"처럼 동사 "먹다"로도 해석이 가능하고 명사 "먹"으로도 가능한 중의적 어절을 점화 문자열로 제시하고 이 문자열이 두 의미와 관련된 목표 단어 재인에 어떤 영향을 끼치는지를 조사하였다. 만일에 "먹"이라는 어근 혹은 어간으로의 분석을 통해 이 어절을 이해한다면 두 종류의 의미와 관련된 조건 모두에서 촉진적 점화 효과(facilitatory priming effect)가 나타날 것이고, 어절 전체로의 어휘 접근 과정이 일어난다면 사용빈도에서 높은 동사 뜻과 관련된 조건에서만 촉진적 점화 효과가 나타날 것이다. 실험 1의 결과는 두 종류의 의미가 모두 활성화되는 것을 보여 주었다. 즉, "먹은"과 간은 어절 이해는 구성 형태소로의 분석과 구성 형태소 어휘 접근을 통해 어절 이해가 이루어진다는 가설을 지지하고 있다. 실험 2에서는 실험 1과 다르게 한 뜻으로만 안일 수밖에 없는 "쥐어"와 같은 어절을 사용하여 이런 경우에도(즉, 어절의 문맥이 특정 뜻으로 한정하는 경우) 구성 형태소로의 분석 과정이 일어나는지를 조사하였다. 실험 2의 결과는 실험 1의 결과와는 다르게 어간의 한가지 의미와 관련된 조건만 촉진적 점화 효과가 나타나는 것을 보여주었다. 특히, 실험 2에서 SOA가 1000msec일 경우, 두 의미의 활성화가 나타나는 것을 보여주었는데, 이 같은 결과는 어절 문맥이 특정한 의미로 한정시킬 경우는 심성어휘집에 활용형태로 들어있다는 것이다. 또한 명칭성 실어증 환자의 경우에는 즉시적 점화과제에서는 일반인과 같은 형태소 처리과정을 보였으나, 그이후의 처리과정이 일반인과 다른 형태를 보였다. 실험 1과 실험 2의 결과는 한국어 어절 분석이 구문분석 또는 활용형태를 통해 어휘 접근되는 가설을 지지하고 있다. 또 명칭성 실어증 환자의 경우에는 지연된 점화과제에서 형태소 처리가 일반인과 다르다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 이 결과가 옳다면 한국의 심성 어휘집은 어절 문맥에 따라서 어간이나 어근 또는 활용형 그 자체로 이루어져 있을 것이다.

Study on Pretreatment Methods to Prevent Tissue Softening of Heated Onion (가열 양파의 조직 연화 방지를 위한 전처리 방법에 관한 연구)

  • Various pretreatment methods were evaluated to prevent tissue softening of heated onion. Changes in onion tissue firmness during heating were explained by 3-mechanism model consisting of texture hardening at low temperature ($60-80^{\circ}C$) and substrate softening at high temperature. Preheating of onion in a $Ca^{2+}$-containing solution significantly improved its texture after high-temperature heating. The improvement of firmness by preheating at low temperature was related to the formation of strong cross-linking between carboxyl groups and $Ca^{2+}$ by the action of pectin methylesterase in onion. The highest firmness was obtained by pre-heating at $70^{\circ}C$ for 120 min in 0.5% calcium solution. This result was supported by chemical analysis showing that the amount of bound calcium was the highest at $70^{\circ}C$. Further investigation should be carried out to establish the optimal conditions to prevent the softening of various vegetables.

우유투여가 N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG) 유발 위십이지장 암 발생에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

  • An experimental study on the effect of milk diet on carcinogenesis induced by N-methyl-N-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG) was designed in rats to elucidate its mechanism. A total of 136 Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 6 groups according to the milk dosagnes in each diet. The entire group of 136 rats was fed the MNNG (100 g/ml) and milk for the initial 28 weeks. Thereafter for the next 12 weeks the group was fed a normal diet only. After this 40 week experiment 109 rats survived. These rats were then dissected with the results being summarized as follows: Suppression of gastroduodenal malignancy was evidenced by the increase of milk concentration in the diet except for the group given MNNG and the lowest concentration of milk (6% milk). Significant differences in the rate of cancer association were present between the regenerative hyperplasia (22.2%) and adenomatous hyperplasia (57.9%). The incidence of benign lesions increased proportionally with the concentration of milk in the diet, especially in regenerative hyperplasia. In the group which had been given the lowest concentration of milk there was a significant increase of the serum gastrin level in the rats with gastric cancer or precancerous benign lesions like regenerative hyperplasia or adenomatous hyperplasia.

  • Air transport today is a means of transport that is optimized for exchanges between nations. Around the world, has experienced an increase in operating and the number of airline route expansion that has entered into the international aviation agreements in order to take advantage of the air transport efficient, but the possibility of the occurrence of air transport accidents increased. When compared to the accident of other means of transport, development of air transport accidents, not high, but it leads to catastrophe aviation accident occurs. Air Transport accident many international transportation accident than domestic transportation accident, in the event of an accident, the analysis of the legal responsibility of the shipper or the like is necessary or passenger air carrier. Judgment of the legal order of discipline of air transport accident is a classification of the type of air transport agreement. Depending on the object, air transport agreements are classified into the contract of carriage of aviation of the air passenger transportation contract. For casualties occurs, air passenger transportation accident is a need more discussion of legal discipline for this particular. Korean Commercial Code, it is possible to reflect in accordance with the actual situation of South Korea the contents of the treaty, which is utilized worldwide in international air transport, even on the system, to control land, sea, air transport and welcoming to international standards. However, Korean Commercial Code, the problem of the Montreal Convention has occurred as it is primarily reflecting the Montreal Convention. As a cause of liability for damages, under the Commercial Code of Korea and the contents of the treaty precedent is reflected, the concept of accident is necessary definition of the exact concept for damages of passengers in particular. Cause of personal injury or death of passengers, in the event of an accident to the "working for the elevation" or "aircraft" on, the Montreal Convention is the mother method of Korea Commercial Code, liability for damages of air carrier defines.
