부산남항은 부산도심의 중심지에 위치한 연안항으로서 지난 1세기동안 수산업, 수리조선업을 토대로 성장해왔다. 하지만 항만기능의 축소, 항만시설 노후화, 수변과의 단절. 주변지역 침체 등으로 항만에 대한 부정적 인식이 증가하고 남항을 둘러싼 주변 여건이 급격하게 변하며 지역사회를 중심으로 부산남항의 기능재편 및 공간개선에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 남항에 대한 부정적인 인식을 변화시키고 새로운 가치를 창출하는 매력적인 공간으로 변모시키기 위해서는 항만이 차지하던 수변을 친수공간을 비롯한 다목적 도시공간으로 재개발하여 시민과 관광객을 위한 열린 공간으로 재창조해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 수변공간, 수변경관, 수변활용을 종합적으로 고려하여 부산남항의 재창조를 위한 수변공간계획안을 제시하였다.

Currently, the adoption of FTZ( Free Trade Zone) has been recognized as one of the most important strategies for becoming hub port in the world. For this reason, various policies for successful implementation and adoption of FTZ have been presented, and u special law related this FTZ was actually built in 1999. In the mean time, a port logistics industry is deeply related to the successful implementation of FTZ. However, although many research about FTZ have been conducted, there have been little previous studies about port logistics firms and FTZ. Thus, the aim of this study is to investigate a market structure of firms related to Port Logistics effectively and to analyze the perception of these firms about FTZ in Busan.

The aim of this research is to analyze the concentration and deconcentration development of cruise ports in the Mediterranean area by utilizing the concentration ratio (CR), the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index (HHI), the Gini coefficient, and shift share analysis (SSA). The results of analysis indicated a concentration trend in the West Mediterranean. The cruise ports located in Venice, Piraeus, Naples and Livrno in Adriatic and East Med region lost cruise passengers, while the those in West Mediterranean gained the passengers and showed the trend of concentration. This paper providing the shifting passengers among cruise ports that indicates the competitiveness of cruise ports for industrial stake holders to better understand the cruise ports such as tourist boards, ship agents, and port agents.

본 연구에서는 국내 해안지역 건축물의 태풍 및 침수피해 사례를 조사하였으며, 국내 해안지역 주민의 의식조사를 실시하여 현재 해안지역의 방재대책에 대한 문제점을 조사하였다. 그리고 건설현장의 전문가에 대한 설문조사를 실시하여 해안지역 건축물의 문제점을 분석하였다.

해상운송에 있어서 컨테이너 운송수요의 증가와 변화에 효율적으로 대응하기 위해서는 공 컨테이너(Empty Container)의 효율적인 관리 및 최적화 할 수 있는 기술이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다품목을 고려한 다수의 포트간의 공 컨테이너 재배치문제를 다루고자 한다. 공 컨테이너의 효율적인 관리 및 운영을 위한 수리 모형을 통해 지역간의 공 컨테이너 재배치량과 지역내 데포간의 공 컨테이너 재배치량을 결정하고자 한다. 간단한 수치실험을 통해 해상 지역내와 해상 지역간을 통합한 다 지역간의 재배치 방안의 효율성올 보이고자 한다.
