청년창업가특성이 창업성과에 미치는 영향 요인 연구

  • 4차 산업혁명시대를 맞이해서 세계 각국이 경제 활성화를 위하여 창업을 장려하고 있는 추세이다. 글로벌 관점에서 재정위기가 있었던 지난 2008년 이후 여러 국가들의 산업전반에서 위기감이 고조되어 경제 활성화를 위하여 창업을 장려하는 사회적 공감대를 형성하는 등 세계 각국은 청년창업을 통한 경제성장에 주력하고 있다. 우리나라도 현재 세계적인 흐름에 맞추어 정부와 지방자치단체가 최우선의 정책과제로 청년층의 창업을 지원하는 등 창업 활성화 노력을 경주하고 있다. 한국경제의 활성화 및 청년실업의 문제를 해결하고 더 나아가 4차 산업혁명에 대비한 새로운 신성장 동력을 발굴하기 위하여 정부와 지방자치단체는 창업을 새로운 돌파구로 삼아 청년층의 창업을 지원하는 등 다양한 지원정책을 시행하고 있지만 상당수의 창업 지원정책들은 지역의 창업 실태를 면밀하게 파악하지 않은 상태에서 일반적인 창업 지원방안들이 수립, 집행되곤 하는 것이 현실로 가시적인 효과는 당장 나타나지 않고 있다. 특히 청년창업은 퇴직 이후의 생계형 창업과 달리 신성장 동력분야 및 기술·지식 집약적인 분야에 대한 창업으로 구성되는 경우가 많아 국가 산업적인 측면에서도 그 중요성은 매우 크다고 할 수 있다. 정부와 대학 및 학생 등은 ICT 중심의 창업 생태계를 구축하는 등 새로운 시도를 모색하여 창업 활성화를 통한 경제 활성화를 유도하기 위하여 일자리 창출과 신산업 육성에 다양한 정책을 추진하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 청년창업가가 창업성과를 높이기 위한 청년창업가 특성들이 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 네트워크 활동이 청년창업가 특성과 창업성과에서 매개역할을 하는지에 대해 실증분석 하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 향후 청년창업가들이 창업성과를 내기 위해 고려해야 하는 여러 요인 중 우선적으로 확보하거나 수행해야 하는 요인을 파악하여 자원을 효율적이고 효과적으로 사용할 수 있도록 기여하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

Case Study on Revising Curriculum of a Industrial High School through Analysis of Manufacturing Workforce demand focused on Chungnam Province in Korea (지역 기반 산업의 인력 수요 분석을 통한 공업 계열 특성화 고등학교의 교육과정 개편 사례 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to revise and reorganize the direction of the department of ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$Industrial High School though analysis of manufacturing status and workforce demand in Chungnam province focused on the Geumsan Area. In the study, ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$Industrial High School of the status and actual conditions were identified through interview, literature review and data analysis. Surveys of the school teachers, parents and students was conducted in order to investigate the awareness of renaming and reorganization of school departments, curriculum revision of the school. Statistical data was collected and analyzed in order to figure out manufacturing industry and its workforce demand of Chungnam Province in Korea. Findings of the study were as follows: Small and medium enterprises of manufacturing industry have been developed a lot in Geumsan Area in Chungnam province. Four major industries including (1) automobile parts, (2) electronic and information equipment, (3) Cutting edge culture, and (4) Agricultural-livestock and bio are intensively fostered as regional strategic industries in the Chungnam province. The manufacturing industry has a 33.6-percent, and then service-mining and manufacturing industry has a 80.0-percent of total number of employee in Geumsan Area. It is expected that industrial workforce demand of Geumsan Area come out of manufacturing and service-mining industrial sector. The following is recommended for the school curriculum revision: (1) focussing on mechanical control for the revision of computer applying mechanical department, (2) focussing on automation electric equipment for the revision of electric control department, (3) focussing on food process control for revising of bio-food industrial department. It's helpful to make a progress of the school that establish identification of industrial specialized high school as an institution of vocational education at the secondary level through supplying qualified workforce to Manufacturing industry in Chungnam Province.

최근 우리나라 조선산업의 모습과 장래 전망

  • 우리나라 조선산업이 21세기에 명실상부한 선진 조선국으로 발돋움하기 위해서는 단기적으로는 가격경쟁력의 강화가 요구되나 장기적으로는 기술자립화를 통해 과거 가격위주의 경쟁체제에서 기술위주의 경쟁체제로 전환함으로써 질적인 성장을 추구해야 할 것이다. 또한 우리나라의 조 선산업은 세계조선시장을 리드하는 선도국으로서 세계선박수급구조의 안정화에 노력하고 지구 해양환경보호를 위한 국제적인 프로그램에 적극 참여하는 한편, 후발조선국에 대한 기술협력, 기술지도 등 국제협력도 강화하여 명실상부한 선진조선국의 면모를 갖추어야 할 것이다. 이를 효과적으로 추진하기 위해서는 다음과 같은 과제를 해결해야 할 것이다. 첫째, 효율적 기술개발을 통한 건조기술의 재고가 그 무엇보다도 중요하다. 즉 단기적으로는 주요 대체수요 선박이면서 국내 주력건조선박인 탱커, 벌크케리어 등 재래단순형 선박에 대해 성에 너지화, 성인력화 및 표준선형화하고, 선박 생산공정의 개선, 생산성 향상을 통해 가격경쟁력을 지속적으로 확보해야할 것이다. 그러나 중장기적으로는 가스운반선,카페리선, 초고속선 등의 부가가치선박에 대한 건 조기술의 자립화로 이들 선종을 주력선종화하여 해외 수주 경쟁력을 재고시켜야 한다. 이와함께 심해탐사장비, 해양구조부유물 등의 해양개발장비의 개발로 사업영역을 확대해야할 것이다. 상 기의 각종 기술재발을 효율적으로 추진하기 위해서는 범국가적인 연구체제의 구성을 통한 산학연 공동연구형태로 추진하는 것이 바람직하다. 둘째, 핵심 조선기자재의 국산화와 품질 향상이 필 요하다. 향후 조선기자재의 국산화추진은 과거 개발 품목의 확대에서 벗어나 핵심적이고 부가 가치가 높은 품목 위주의 질적 국산화로 전환되어야 할 것이며, 이때 국산화이후 조선소의 적 극적인 구매가 전제되어야 할 것이다. 또한 기자재의 품질, 성능검사기능의 강화와 다수요 품목을 중심으로한 표준화, 규격화의 확대 추진으로 지속적인 품질향상과 원가절감을 도모해야한다. 특히 조선기자재업체의 영세상을 감안하여 조선소 인근지역에 단지화함으로써 생산설비의 현 대화, 자재의 공동구매, 물류비용의 절감 등을 기해 가격경쟁력을 강화해야 할 것이다. 또한 업계 공동의 해외판매망, A/S망의 직수출을 늘려야 할 것이다. 셋째, 국제협력 강화로 통상환경에 적극 대응해야 한다. 다자간조선협정 발효에 따른 제소 가능성에 대비하여 관민차원의 국제협 력을 강화하는 한편, 회계 기준의 통일, 제소사례의 연구 등을 업계 공동으로 추진하는 것이 바 람직하다. 또한 향후 2010년이후에 중국을 비롯한 후발조선국에 대해 조선협정에의 참여를 유도, 세계조선시장의 수급안정화에 노력해야할 것이다. 그외에 국제적으로 추진되는 지구그린화에 주도적 역할을 수행해야 할 것이다. 넷째, 선박금융제도의 개선과 신금융상품의 개발이 요구된다. 내수 수요인 계획조선의 지원조건을 개선하고 연불수출자금을 BBC자금으로 활용토록하여 국내 선주들의 신조를 유도해야 할 것이다. 그 외에 향후 금융개방화에 맞추어 해외자금을 활용한 리스금융, 상사금융 등의 민간신용제도를 더욱 활성화하고 선진국의 선박금융기법에 대한 연구 및 도입 등 선주들에게 다양한 선박건조자금을 제공하여 내수기반 확충에도 노력해야 할 것 이다.

  • While visual industry of the 21st century is becoming higher value-added industry, animation which is a representative genre of visual industry is also developed to the industry focused by government. Korea and China also pursue the development of animation as government executed animation industry promotion policy after the 2000s. However, its results are still under the expectation. Korea hopes advance of Chinese market because of the limitation of market and China is also one of the markets we want to grow together due to the vitalization of Korean visual market. Therefore, if examining characteristics of Korean and Chinese animation industry which is still influenced by government policy and analyzing characteristics of government policies of two countries so as to seek measures to exchange each other with mutual confidence, Korea showed manufacture supporting policies focusing on creation and design, but China focuses on support policies grasping markets of animation and establishing the space for production. Now, it has been about 10 years and Korean market of animation is unstable and it's difficult to release new manpower because of the insufficient space of creation. But, China secured animation market and established creation space in every region of the whole country, but there are not desirable outcomes because of the limitation of materials and characters and insufficient factors of designing and creation. If trying collaboration or joint production and sharing the market by utilizing characteristics of Korean and Chinese animation, both of two countries will obtain better outcomes.

Analysis on the Effect of Korea-China FTA in the Automobile Trade (한·중 FTA의 대중국 자동차 무역 영향 고찰)

  • After the establishment of WTO for strengthening of GATT in 1995, the world economy has gradually been integrating toward economic globalisation. Even though this multilateral agreement may be beneficial to many countries but it also interferes domestic policies of member countries and threatens the role of local government and policy independence. For these reasons, FTA between countries or regions has been increasing. According to this trend, Korea and China has reached a substantial agreement of Korea-China FTA for mutual benefits. In general, the Korean automobile industry will benefit from Korea-China FTA due to its competitiveness in the global market and improvement of market access. However in the provisional schedule of concessions and commitment reported by press, the automobile seems to be excluded in this schedule of concessions. Hence, Korean automobile industry can not use the price competitiveness from tariff elimination. Therefore, Korean automobile industry needs aggressive marketing strategies for enhancement of brand equity as well as development of environment-friendly cars for following environment policies of Chinese government. Furthermore, they should make efforts to create the efficient investment environment by the removal of non-tariff barriers.

Discourse of Library Trilemma in the Context of Global Megatrend (글로벌 메가트렌드와 도서관 트릴레마 담론)

  • In most countries, public libraries have played a role as a hub of knowledge and information, complex culture of local communities, and a third place for meeting and communication. And recent public libraries are focusing on enhancing their core competencies and expanding services using digital technologies to meet the era of digital transformation and the 4th industrial revolution. However, after the COVID-19 pandemic occurred, all public libraries are repeatedly closed, reopened, and partially closed, and all resources are devoted to providing non-contact, digital and online alternative services, and are expected to continue in the future. As a result, future public libraries are bound to face a trilemma in which digital expandability, complex cultural space, and importance as a place of knowledge and information service are conflicting. This study discoursed on the public library trilemma in the post-COVID-19 era and suggested ways to overcome it. The orientation of the future public library is the fusion and harmony of multiplicity and multipurpose, place and space, knowledge & information and complex culture, face-to-face service and remote service. The main body of a public library is not the finger (digital and non-contact), but the moon (knowledge information center).

Key Trends in Smart Agriculture Policies and Their Geographical Implication (스마트농업의 주요 정책 동향과 지리적 시사점)

  • Smart agriculture has emerged to be a solution to the global food crisis and a new growth engine in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The purpose of this study is to reveal the spatiality of smart agriculture by analyzing smart agriculture policies in major countries and examining how major's agricultural knowledge and experience are expressed in specific agricultural environment. I selected China, Japan, the Netherlands, and the United States as representative examples. In the analysis of agricultural policy, the direction, governance and main areas and technologies were focused. As a result, it is found both standardization strategy and the localization strategy work at the same time. Standardization strategies decontextualize technologies and policies from the economic, social, cultural, and ecological contexts of region. The regionalization strategy builds a smart agricultural model for each country with reflecting geographical characteristics. This study could be for facilitating further researches on geographies of agricultural technology and agricultural knowledge production.

Study on the Sector for Enterprise Support of the Industry of Transportation, Machinery, Materials and Parts in Chungbuk through Statistical Analysis (충북 수송기계소재부품산업 통계분석을 통한 기업지원영역 연구)

  • The main industries in Chungcheongbuk-do are the smart IT parts; bio-health; and transportation machinery, materials and parts. The transportation, machinery, materials and parts (TMMP) industry is a key source technology for environmentally friendly and intelligent vehicles related to future vehicles in the machinery sector. Business support projects to improve this industry are currently underway. In this study, the number of enterprises, number of employees, amount of shipment, and added value of the enterprises in Chungbuk area were analyzed for the downstream and rear industries of the transportation, machinery, materials, and parts industry to set targets and directions for the technical support projects during the enterprise support. In particular, for the SMEs with less than 50 employees, the changes in the value added per enterprise were analyzed according to the period from the year of foundation. In the case of the rear industry, the value added by companies within three years after foundation has decreased gradually each year, so technical support is needed at the beginning of the startup. Companies between the ages of five and nine years are showing a fluctuating trend each year. Therefore, it is necessary to support business diversification or find new items.

  • Many cities are utilizing their cultural capital as a means for urban regeneration and tourist attraction. Museums form an essential component in these culture-based urban regeneration efforts, the Guggenheim Bilbao being a frequently cited example of success. The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has benchmarked the Bilbao case study as they were looking for alternative income-generating industries in the post-oil era, embarking on a city-building project on the Saadiyat Island where resorts and cultural institutions of massive scale are being constructed. The Louvre Abu Dhabi and the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi were pursued under this scheme, aiming at attracting tourism and elevating their status in the region as a cultural capital. This study examines the political, economic, and cultural background behind the Saadiyat city project and the pending issues behind the construction of the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi. This study purports that besides funding and an ambitious plan, social and cultural developments in the region over time will be essential for a successful localization of a Western brand museum in the region.

A Study on the Characteristics and Policy Demand of the Unmanned Vehicle Industry in Gyeonggi-do (경기도 무인이동체 산업 특성과 정책수요)

  • As the intelligent revolution triggered by digital technology, unmanned vehicles such as self-driving cars, robots, and drones appeared, which brought about innovative changes in the industry. Gyeonggi Local government has established both an ordinance and a basic plan regarding unmanned vehicles. It is time to prepare a data-based policy by understanding the current state of the unmanned vehicle industry in the province. As a result of the survey, the unmanned vehicle industry in Gyeonggi Province is 25% of the nationwide, and more than 88% is concentrated in the southern part of Gyeonggi Province. The land sector such as the robot and autonomous vehicles are focused on 71.4% and the aviation sector such as drones are 26.7%. However, unmanned vehicle companies in Gyeonggi-do are mostly small-sized businesses with less than 10 years of experience and are in the stage of introduction and growth level. They have a plan to improve technology through continuous R&D by hiring human resources. Therefore, Gyeonggi-do needs to consider policy support for sustainable growth of start-up and small enterprises and for fostering professional manpower and technical skills as well as for establishing an unmanned vehicle industry network to create, share, and spread knowledge.
