There are worldwidely rising interests in food cluster as it has been perceived as a strategy for improving the competitiveness of food industry. This paper examines the potential of food industry at Gyeongsangnam-do for a regional clustering in terms of five cluster indices. These indices include the absolute size, the relative size of food industry, the level of its concentration, specialization, and market power exertion as an industrial cluster. The result shows that food industry at Gyeongsangnam-do has a potential for a regional clustering.

Since the world's economic and political structures have changed, the term 'globlization' has shown up as a dominant power and as a necessity for regional and national development. Each nation is responding to the globalization process economically and politically in various ways. In general, however, the economic response to the globalization is economic restructuring from the Fordist industries to 'flexible specialization'. And the political response to the globalization is 'global localization' as a new type of local politics(i.e., local policy activism or growth-enhancing local development policies). The crisis of Fordism shifted the role of local governments towards more involovement with local economic development. Local governments are mobilizing for loca economic development, they are taken into a process of institutional change that tends to redefine their responsibilities inside the state. Local governments thus tend to act as an entrepreneur in order to restructure theiir local economies and to compete with other national and international regions. State restructuring towards enerepreneurialism and efficient regional policy pursuing a pro-growth coalition trategy is chosen as a new mode of regulation for the post-Fordism at the local level. The flexible specialization as the post-Fordist economy and the local government as an entrepreneur are the global choice for globalization and a post-Fordist society. The paper focuses on the regulation theory which comprises the political economic perspective on resturcturing. Economic restructuring and state restructuring will be discussed in detail. And the paper tries to combine the economic globalization and the global localization as economic and political responses to globalization.

This study aims to further strengthen the medical expertise to offer specialized medical care specialization strategies to gain a competitive edge through the customer segmentation of the Regional Public Hospital. Investigation period was selected to study the inpatients 26,658 people January to December 2013. The method of analysis are Cluster analysis and Decision Tree Analysis. In conclusion, female, age over 60, and diseases in musculoskeletal system and connective tissue were commonly selected as identifiers of the target market of Regional Public Hospital. Customers in this target market are loyal to specialized medical service and keeping continuous relationship with these customers through communication and monitoring of results of provided medical service would be important because the effect of word of mouth propagated to other group of customers having equivalent scale of consumption is expected. And the concentration of the scope of medical service of Regional Public Hospital and the collaboration and mutual reliance of medical service under the strategic alliance with other institutions and private hospitals are also needed.

리조트의 콘텐츠는 개인의 선택과 생산성에 관련되어 상당히 분화되고 있고, 전문화되고 있는 특징이 발견된다. 특히 리조트를 하나의 라이프로 인식해 그의 지원체계를 강화하고, 주변지역과 함께 주변의 공유자산을 함께 육성해 나가는 체계는 중요한 변화적 동향이라 볼 수 있다. 따라서 금후의 리조트 개발 및 운영에 있어서는 이러한 리조트 라이프에 대응한 선택적 옵션과 지원체계, 그리고 리조트의 사회화 등을 위한 콘텐츠개발이 더욱 중요해 질 것으로 판단된다.

본 협회는 지난 5월 8일 여의도 소재 성모병원 강당에서 전국회원 70여명이 참석한 가운데 「가정의학제도 」를 주제로 세미나를 가지고 앞으로의 의료제도의 방향으로 유도되어 가고 있는 가정의학제도를 살펴보고 교회의료사업에서 본 가정의학의 의의를 모색했다. 전문의 위주의 세분화, 전문화된 의료제도는 지역주민과 가정에 대한 통합적, 지속적 건강관리에 장애가 됨으로서 외국에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 가정의제도가 발달되어 왔으며 우리나라에서도 이의 필요성을 느끼고 1985년에 가정의 제도를 도입하였다. 다음은 세미나에서 발표된 주제의 요약과 토의의 내용이다.

This study was to investigate novice teachers' Specialized Content Knowledge for Teaching in High School Calculus Lessons. The lessons of two novice teachers in Kyunggi Do were observed from July, 2011 to Feb. 2012. All observed lessons were audeotaped and transcribed into word files. Their calculus lessons were analyzed into three kinds of knowledge consisting of SCKT. Their SCKT just copied the contents of the textbook and other additional SCKT were not found for teaching. Even though students asked a question that they did not understand, the teacher just repeated the previous contents that already he used. But this study included possible contents of SCKT within the areas these teachers covered so that teachers in school may use for teaching of Calculus. The novice teacher do not have sufficient experience, the program of the college of education and the contents of the teacher certificate-examination should include multi-dimensional approaches in SCKT to pre-service teachers in order to raise better specialized teachers in mathematics.

매년 여성낙농인 목장경영전문화 교육과 연계, 우수교육 이수자들을 선발하여 실시되고 있는 여성낙농인 해외선진지 연수과정이 올해는 10월 27일~11월 3일, 6박 8일 일정으로 실시됐다. 연수국가는 유럽 중서부 지역에 해당되는 프랑스, 스위스, 독일로서 주로 견학한 목장들은 규모이며 경영형태가 우리네와 다른 양태를 보여주고 있지만, 섭외시 각 국가별 낙농의 보편적 특성을 지니면서도 발상의 전환을 꾀할 수 있는 모델을 보여줄 수 있는 곳으로 잡을 수 있도록 준비하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine three bird-watching science museums near the Yellow-sea area. The bird-watching science museum is similar to conventional science museum in terms of exhibiting objects, but in detail the bird-watching science museum is specialized in bird-watching and study it's ecology. So the sight should be near the place where the bird can be seen easily and the building should be built in ecological way. Now establishing museum in local area as a community development is pretty popular in Korea. as tourism purpose. But the main purpose of bird-watching museum should be educational and cultural way and next tourism. So in this study I tried to pick designing point of architecture and exhibition of bird-watching museum.

이 논문은 서울시 광고관련산업의 집적지 형성과정과 생산네트워크의 특성을 밝히고자 한다. 고차생산자서비스로서 광고관련산업의 서비스생산과정에서 관련업체와 생산네트워크가 중요한 기반임을 확인할 수 있었다. 인쇄광고관련업체와 방송광고관련업체의 집적지가 각각 도심의 충무로와 영동의 신사동지역에 형성되어 있었다. 이러한 집적지의 형성은 광고관련산업의 전반적인 유연적 전문화 과정과 연관이 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 관련 전문기능의 집적은 계속 강화되리라 예상된다. 광고회사는 주로 기획과 전략을 담당하고, 실제적인 제작 업무는 전무제작사들이 담당하는 공간적 분업과 생산의 네트워크화를 통해 광고하는 서비스가 생산되고 있었다. 그리고 각 집적지의 이득을 광고회사가 공간적 거리에 상관없이 충분히 활용하고 있었다. 결국 서울이라는 전체 공간이 함께 협력함으로써 서비스가 생산이 되는 모습을 보이고 있다. 이는 각 집적지내에서 관련 기능들이 서로 네트워크를 형성함으로써 네트워크의 이득을 활용하고 있으며, 또한 집적지 외부에 있는 기능이 공간적으로는 떨어져 있으나 다시 각 집적자와 네트워크를 형성함으로써 집적이득을 충분히 이용하는 국지적 집적효과가 아닌 지역적 집적효과를 활용하는 모습을 보이고 있었다.

최근 정책적 한계점에 직면한 서울시 새마을 이동문고의 운영 실태분석을 통한 활성화방안을 제시하고자 한다. 운영방법은 봉사대상 계층을 다양화, 전문화하고 순회시기는 지역별에서 이용자 확대를 위해 AM10-12. 50.6% PM 2-4, 38.2% 비율을 보인다. 순회지역은 유효봉사 반경기준을 200m로 제한 할것과 문고 차량에 컴퓨터, FAX, 복사기, 전화, CD-ROMㆍ리더기 등 탑재할 것을 요청하고 있다. 이동문고당 대출실적 아파트지역 76%, 일반주택 12%, 신규이용율 18%, 재이용 33% 증가되었다. 운영부서는 일정비율을 할당할 것등을 분석결과로 밝히고 있다.
