Knowledge network is considered to be an important factor in securing regional economic performance and competitiveness. In addition, research institutes that are capable of absorbing knowledge tend to form a global knowledge network regardless of geographical factors, and those that are not, are heavily influenced by regional factors. In this study, we examined how much influence of geographical factors of knowledge network is influenced by lower knowledge absorptive capacity in Korea. As a result, it was shown that the higher institutes of knowledge absorption, the more international collaborative research is being carried out. In other words, a region where science and technology has developed means that regional factors are no longer important factors. The results of this study correspond with the discussion of the preceding theories. In addition, it is worthy of study in that the precedent study was carried out in the case study in Korea.

This study purposes the research to present local government and theoretical implications by analyzing the dissatisfaction and the negative oral transmission with the service quality in local festival. For these purposes, authors summarized the current researches on the significance of the local festivals and dissatisfied attitude, dissatisfaction and negative oral transmission with the service quality in local festival. The following conclusions were derived Gangjin Celadon Festival. First, Gangjin Celadon Festival is affected directly by responsiveness and assurance of the service quality in local festival. Second, results of the summary of findings in hypothesis proves to be affected the most dissatisfaction. The analytic results of this study presented the theoretical implications and policy suggestions of the local festival.

최근 우리나라는 기후변화로 인한 이상기후 현상 중 가뭄에 대한 발생빈도가 증가하고 있다. 가뭄은 다른 자연재해에 비해 지속기간이 길고 규모가 광범위하여, 사회 경제적인 피해가 크게 발생한다. 이러한 가뭄에 대비하기 위해서는 지역적으로 적합한 가뭄 대책을 수립해야 하며, 이를 위해서는 가뭄 위험도 평가가 선행되어야 한다. 지역적 가뭄 위험도를 평가하기 위해서는 기상학적 요인뿐만 아니라 사회 경제적인 요인에 의한 영향을 고려하는 가뭄 취약성 평가가 수반되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 지역별 가뭄 취약성 평가를 수행하기 위해, 지역별 용수 수요 및 공급관련 인자와 선행연구에서 정의된 가뭄 위험인자들 중 8개(생활 농업 공업 용수공급량, 인구밀도, 1인당 가용수자원량, 물 자급률, 취수율, 물 이용 공평성)를 선택하였다. 베이지안 네트워크(Bayesian Network) 기법을 통해 선정된 사회 경제적 요인들과 가뭄과의 상관관계를 분석하여 각 지역의 특성을 고려한 가뭄 위험요인별 확률을 산정하였다. 최종적으로 산정된 주요 가뭄 위험요인별 확률을 우선순위에 따른 가중치를 적용하여 지역별 가뭄 취약성지수(Drought Vulnerability Index, DVI)를 산정하였고, 이를 이용하여 우리나라의 행정구역별로 취약성 평가를 수행하고 지도로 표시하였다. 지역별 가뭄 취약성 평가를 수행한 결과 익산, 상주, 완주 순으로 높게 나타났으며, 계룡, 과천, 종로순으로 가장 낮게 산정되었다. 또한 광역자치단체의 평균 가뭄 취약성지수를 산정한 결과 전라북도 지역이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 대구 및 대전광역시가 가장 낮게 나타났다.

This study presents a new retrieval system developed to consider various preferential requirements for buyers in the real estate market. The paper analyses essential factors affecting the price of real estate and then a set of factors are classified by region-related factor and individual-related factor. After endowing the buyer's selected factors with weights in the retrieval system, the optimal solutions have been drawn by comparing with the others through an entropy measure of Multi-attribute Decision Making. This retrieval system is applied to the Busan real estate market to estimate the solutions of retrieval. Evaluation results indicate that the retrieval system can provide useful information to analyse the price determination factors of real estate, as well as to save the searching cost of the buyers.

본 연구는 백화점 고객을 대상으로, 소비자 만족과 관련된 여러 선행요인 및 사후 행동의 관련성을 고찰함을 그 목적으로 하였다. 특히 본 연구는 기존 연구에서 다루어지지 않았던 지역공헌관련특징에 초점을 맞추어 이에 따르는 마케팅 시사점을 발견하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 기존 연구에서 분리되어 다루어진 만족평가 요인으로서의 매장관련특징과 서비스관련특징들을 통합하여 매장의 전체적인 만족에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하고, 새로운 사회적 쟁점으로 대두되고 있는 환경정책을 포함한 지역공헌관련특징이 매장만족 경로상에서 미칠 수 있는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해, 기존연구를 바탕으로 소비자 만족, 지역공헌관련 특징을 포함한 선행요인 및 사후행동에 대한 인과관계구조모형을 설정하였으며, 분석은 LISREL을 이용한 공변량구조분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 매장관련특징과 서비스관련특징은 매장의 전체적인 만족형성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 기존 연구와 일치함을 보여주었다. 또한 환경정책, 지역공헌정도를 포함한 지역공헌관련특징은 매장만족의 결과 변수로 사용되어진 구전의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석됨으로써 직접 매장에 대한 만족을 얻지 못한 소비자들이라도 지역공헌관련특징의 정도에 따라 구전의사에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것이라는 연구결과를 도출하였다. 이러한 연구는 새로운 경쟁관계에 직면한 최근 백화점업계의 마케팅 경쟁환경을 감안할 때 적지 않은 현실적 의미가 있으리라 생각되며, 나아가 국내 할인점과 외국계 할인점들간의 경쟁으로 인한 마케팅 전략의 수립 및 분석에도 시사하는 바가 클 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to understand major factors of site selection of convenience stores in Busan and Gyeong-nam Region. This will be done by analyzing correlations of sale, profit and localization factors and choosing the major correlation factors out of them and carrying out regression analysis to analyze each factor's influence extent. the competition factor : It is shown that the competition factor has significant result with the sale and the profit and the effect of that is proved the biggest among all location requirements. Therefore, the competition factor is the most important factors above all. By providing recently standards and implications of site selection of stores, this study suggests a guideline for site selection not only to prep entrepreneurs and store developers but also prep entrepreneurs of retail store.

지역단위의 분권화에 따라 각 지역적 상황과 산업적 시장적 환경과 내생적인 역량을 바탕으로 혁신클러스터 성장전략을 수립하는 것이 국가 및 지역의 발전전략에 필요한 보편적인 혁신전략이 되었다. 본 연구는 부산지역 혁신시스템의 구성요소인 대기업 및 벤처기업 근무자를 대상으로 혁신클러스터의 평가요인에 대하여 정책적 지원 제도, 사회적 인프라, 혁신주체 간 네트워크 환경과 각 요인별 세부 항목에 대하여 중요성을 판단하고 정책적인 시사점을 획득하고자 하였다. 방법적으로는 부산지역 대기업 및 벤처기업 종사자 20명을 대상으로 한 설문 응답 결과를 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 이용하여 결과를 도출하였고, 그 결과 혁신주체 간 네트워크 환경이 가장 중요한 요소이며 그 중 공동연구 및 기술협력 부문이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 부산지역의 특성을 충분히 고려한 지역혁신시스템의 강점과 취약점을 분석하고 정책적으로 더 강화시켜나가야 할 부분을 확인할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is finding the way of vitalizing local festival of Chung-buk through successful local festivals and local festivals of Chung-buk. Therefore this study analyzed case of local festivals Young dong with reference definitude, participation, foundation, organizing, capability of calling the people. And It is pointing out the problems of the local festivals and suggesting the ways of vitalizing local festival in Chung-buk.
