The purpose of this study is to explain the neighborhood region "gimpo northwest area" connection development make use of a core tourist area "kanghwado" of visitor behavior characteristics. this is a foundation data for research of kanghwado behavior characteristics. For this research, the description of the current study were as follows. First kanghwado revisitors of high potentialities visit gimpo northwest area. so its demanded same or different attraction development and make an target marketing from kanghwado revisitors. Second the gimpo northwest keep the accent on development history and experience education of housewives families. Third publicity board parking area and infrastructure is demanded on the 48th street. Forth Han river and Imjin river meeting point gimpo north area, each other kanghwado gimpo west put opposite Yeomha river there can see point the west sea. therefore we need waterside attraction.

연안지역은 강우, 조위, 월파 등 다양한 재해 요소에 의해 침수될 수 있다. 또한, 이러한 재해 요소는 동시에 발생하여 큰 침수 피해를 유발하기도 한다. 하지만 각각의 재해 요소를 대상으로 하는 기술 분야가 상이하기 때문에 물리 모형 기반의 과학적 방법으로 복합적인 재해 요소를 고려한 침수 분석에 관한 연구는 제약되었다. 이 연구는 강우-유출 및 2차원 지표면 흐름 해석의 수공학적 분석 기술과 조석, 파랑, 월파 등의 해양공학적 기술을 연계하여 연안지역에 대한 복합 외력을 고려한 침수 분석 기술을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 우선, 먼 바다로부터 예상되는 파랑, 조위 분석에는 ADCIRC와 UnSWAN 모형을 연계한 ADCSWAN이 사용되었다. 연안 주변의 복잡한 흐름 해석과 해안 구조물을 범람하여 발생하는 월파량 산정에는 FLOW-3D 모형을 이용하였다. 그리고 강우-유출 분석과 바다의 조위 및 월파량을 고려할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 2차원 지표면 침수 해석이 가능한 XP-SWMM을 이용하여 연안지역의 침수 모의를 수행하였다. 모형 간 연계에 의한침수 해석의 적절성을 검토하기 위해 2016년 10월의 태풍 차바 시 대대적인 침수가 발생한 부산 마린시티 지역에 대하여 적용하였다. 침수 모의 결과는 당시의 현장 사진, 침수흔적도와 비교하여 검토되었고, 실제 침수 현상과 유사한 결과가 도출되었다. 이 연구는 연안지역의 복합적인 재해요인에 대한 침수 해석에 수문 분야와 해양공학 분야의 기술 연계를 통해 실제 현상의 재현성을 높인 것에 의의가 있다. 또한, 이 연구에서 제시한 해석 방법은 다양한 연안지역의 침수 원인 분석과 적절한 재해 방지 대책 수립에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Inter-Korean cooperative tourism business has turned mutual confrontation and tension between two Koreas for the past 50 years to a peace, stability, mutual understanding and co-prosperity. Currently, with a million tourists visiting Mt. Kumgang, a new chapter for reconciliation and peace opened in inter-Korean cooperation. This study was initiated as an attempt to discern how inter-korean cooperative tourism business can effectively promote local tourism and economy. The purposes of this study are (1) to explore the present tourism situation of Goseong in Gangwon province such as tourism policy, tourism ressources and infrastructure, tourism products and tourist arrivals; (2) to examine the effect of Mt. Kumgang Tourism Business on the tourism development of Goseong; and (3) to investigate any significant relationship among its factors. This study examines the experiences of 189 Goseong resident groups. The findings of this study will provide future policy makers with useful implications in tourism planning and management.

This paper reviews literature on urban connectivity, and reconsiders the concept of polycentric urban region and its analysis methods, and then, applying them, explores the inter-city flight connectivity and polycentricity in the Yeongnam Region. As results of analysis, it has been identified that the entropy index shows a relatively dispersing pattern of the urban network of the region, and that the dominance index reveals a more polycentric (that is, less hierarchic) character of the region than that of the Capital Region, while some differences are found among individual cities in the symmetry of connectivity and the dominance and/or dependence index. Even though flows of products in textile, basic metals, and automobile industries in sub-divisions of manufacture appear a pattern of concentring into the first central city, the urban network of the Yeongnam Region in general can be characterized as a polycentrism, and policy for polycentric regional development would be suggested.

연계지역 전력시장 간의 에너지 거래는 전체 전력시장의 사회적 편익을 향상시키기 위해 이루어진다. 기존의 연계지역 전력시장 간시장 최적화 문제를 다루는 중앙처리 접근방식은 경쟁적 전력시장 환경하에서 적합한 모델이 아니다. 본 논문은 연계지역 전력시장 문제를 다루기 위해 보완 라그랑지안 승수 기법(Augmented Lagrangian Relaxation) 기반의 분산처리 최적화 방법을 제시한다. Block Coordinate Descent(BCD) 분산처리 기법이 보완 라그랑지안 승수의 최적화 문제를 분리하기 위해 적용된다. 연계시장 모델을 구현한 사례연구를 통해 제시된 알고리즘의 효용성을 입증한다.

본 논문에서는 먼저 영남지역의 장기적인 전력부족을 해결하기 위하여 일본의 규슈지역과 남한의 부산지역을 KVDC로 계통연계를 위한 시나리오 및 전력 조류의 분포도를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히 경인지역과 영남지역은 부하의 중심지라고 할 수 있으며, 영남지역은 현재의 경우에도 발전량보다 부하량이 많은 것으로 나타나 있다. 이러한 추세는 향후 계속적인 전력수요의 증가로 인해 더욱 문제가 될 것이며, 이런 증가하는 발전력의 부족을 해결할 만한 마땅한 대책이 없으리라 여겨진다. 본 논문의 시나리오에서는 영남지역에 전력을 공급할 목적으로 되어있기 때문에 일본측을 컨버터로 한국측을 인버터로 하여 일본에서 한반도 방향으로 전력을 흘려보내도록 하였다. 양국의 HVDC 전력 계통연계는 가상으로 시나리오를 작성한 후, PSS/E Tool을 사용하여 조류 계산을 시행하여 전력 분포도를 살펴보았다.

This study investigated the agglomeration process of the towel industry in the Daejeon and Chungcheong regions, which are located in the mid-western part of South Korea, focusing in particular on industrial restructuring. Moreover, it aimed to identify the spatial features of the towel industry by analyzing the subcontracting linkages and to discover the implications of such linkages on government policy. The towel industry in the Daejeon and Chungcheong regions began to grow from the end of the Korean War when textile technicians from North Korea settled down in this area, spreading their techniques and know-how within the region. Later, in the 1980s, the industry underwent restructuring when companies within the region strengthened their linkages through corporate specialization based on the concept of social division of labor. Accordingly, the industrial linkages and linkage spaces, as well as characteristics of the industry, should all be considered to develop and implement policies for the regions of the towel industry.

The purpose of this study was to examine the necessity of collaboration between local community and college, and to develop a sport socialization model through the collaboration of local community and college. It's basically meant to create a leisure culture easily accessible to local residents and to suggest some of the right directions for the symbiotic development of local communities and colleges. As for data collection, a data research analysis was implemented by consulting relevant literature and reports, and a content analysis was additionally carried out. The findings of the study were as follows: A sport socialization model was presented to represent the mutual relationship between local community and college by preparing sport socialization programs(a youth sport program and a dementia-preventive exercise program) that were respectively of circulatory relationship type and of reciprocal type. Sport intervention through the collaboration of local community and college(a youth sport program and a dementia-preventive exercise program) serves to accelerate socialization into sport, which leads, in turn, to socialization via sport and then is followed by desocialization from sport.

The object of this research is to explain types and factors of locations and regional linkages of manufacturing firms in rural areas using Eumsung County as a case of rural areas. Eumsung County is now vigorously industrializing owing to the government policy dispersing factories in the Capital region. The results of the survey conducted on industrial firms in Eumsung County through questionnaires reveal that individual sites are dominantly preferred by factory owners in comparison to the designated industrial complexes because the former is cheaper in land price. The main factors of industrial location in Eumsung County are cheap land cost, convenient highway accessibility, and the dispersion policy of the Capital region. In terms of the regional linkage, the proportion of the linkage with other regions is larger than that within the local region in case of purchasing raw materials, but the linkage with other regions is lower than that within the local regions in case of selling products. Also most white collar employees in Eumsung County were revealed to reside in and around the Capital region. In order to develop and maintain industrial firms in rural areas so as to avoid "dependency development," efforts for improving of the linkages between the local firms and expanding of social overhead capital are necessary.necessary.

본 논문에서는 남-북한의 수도권 및 영남 지역의 장기 전력 부족을 해결하기 위한 가설 방안을 제시한다. 이러한 방안은 첫째로 현재 건설중인 신포 원자력발전소에서 765kV로 승압하여 북한의 일부 부하집중 지역 (특히 평양주변)에 공급하면서 동시에 남한의 수도권지역 (서울주변)에 전력을 공급하는 것이며, 두 번째 방안으로 일본 최남단 규슈와의 HVDC 전력연계를 시도하여 영남지역에 전력을 공급하는 것이다. 특히 남한은 향후 계속적인 전력 수요의 증가로 인한 발전력의 부족을 해결하는데 많은 어려움이 있으리라 예상된다. 본 논문은 가설 시나리오에 의하여 일본의 규슈와 남한의 영남 부산지역을 HVDC로, 한반도의 두 수도권은 765kV HVAC로 연계하는 가설 시나리오를 구성한 후 PTI사의 PSS/E Tool을 사용하여 조류계산을 실시한 다음 전력 분포도를 살펴보는 것이다.
