최근 들어, 건강에 대한 관심이 고조됨에 따라 일상생활에서 식품을 통해 단순하게 영양섭취나 기호성을 만족하기보다는 식품섭취를 통해 건강을 향상시킬 수 있는 기능성 식품을 선호하게 되었다. 현재까지의 우리나라의 기능성 식품시장은 영세할 뿐 아니라 개발된 기능성 식품의 과학적인 연구들도 또한 미비한 실정이다. Saccharomyces cerevisiea 가수 분해물은 여러 가지 영양성분이 풍부하여 자율신경 조절기능 향상으로 인한 항스트레스와 항피로 및 면역기능 강화 효과가 있으며 불안증 환자와 월경전증후군을 경험한 여성의 증상을 경감시킨다고 알려져 있다.(중략)

This study aimed to examine and compare housing conditions and satisfaction degree of working college students in Seoul metropolitan area, depending on their stress level from economic burden and living housing type. The interview using the questionnaire was conducted. The subjects were 199 working college students aged between 19 and 35. The two-tier cluster sampling method were used, the region and representative university within the region. The comparison of satisfaction degree per type of housing of working college students has been conducted to find 3 characteristic patterns of satisfaction degree per housing condition from the stress of preparing the fund for rent, and students with high degree of stress from arranging rent showed relatively low degree of satisfaction in most items. 6 patterns have been identified in terms of housing types, and most of the students living in the Gosiwon, the poorest condition and housing type, showed the lowest degree of satisfaction, while those residing in the officetel turned out to the most satisfied. This study gives implications of housing welfare for working college students.

This study aims to reveal how a port affects the living conditions of its neighborhood area with a case study of Pusan New Port and to suggest several implications to port policy. PLS-SEM reflective measurement model satisfies the criteria on reliability and validity, and also structural model meets the criteria in terms of R2, path coefficients' significance and predictive relevance(Q2). The results of PLS-SEM support the hypotheses of this study: The expansion of Pusan New Port contributes to the improvement of living conditions of Gangseo-gu(nearby area) through its significant and sequential effects on the employment and population increase of Gangseo-gu. The originality of this study can be found in enunciating that a port plays a role as a driving force of the betterment of living conditions of its nearby Gu-level area. In terms of policy, central and local governments and port related companies should cooperate with each other to reinforce the acceptability of port policy through the improvement of the living conditions of port neighborhood area. To evaluate comprehensively the influence of a port on its neighborhood area, a further study needs to identify how a port affects the quality of life of the area or what kinds of socio-economic effects a port has on the area.

Job satisfaction can affect not only physical and mental health in an individual's life but also productivity and job performance in an organzational setting. This study investigate the level of the academic librarians' job satisfaction in Korea. As the results of this investigation, the librarian or the university administrator and futhermore the government autorities must attempt to know of needs of academic librarians to improve of job satisfaction. Consequence of this study is conducive to the establishment of the academic librarians's personnel management and the advancement of academic library in Korea.

This research aimed to empirically investigate the effects of satisfaction in Elderly Care Facilities (ECF) and daily stresses of aged people on their depression and self-esteem. Subjects were 271 visitors to 8 ECFs located in Central Korea including Seoul. The data was collected by the survey on them, conducted from March 3 to August 25, 2013. By analyzing the data, we found that the satisfaction with service utilization in ECF can reduce depression, while the satisfaction with medical rehabilitation service may increase depression and that the satisfaction with physical environment can reduce self-esteem. Also, the results showed that the stress related to family relationship has a positive effect on depression and a negative effect on self-esteem. and that the stress concerning residential environment can decrease self-esteem. Depression and self-esteem of the elderly can be predicted by satisfaction in ECFs, but not better than by their daily stresses. Among the predictors of depression and self-esteem, in this study, stress concerning family relationship is the most significant and the strongest.

Objectives: The purpose of the study was to examine the correlation between leisure activity recognition and campus life satisfaction of dental hygiene students in the Chungnam area. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 494 dental hygiene students at eight universities from January 11 to January 29, 2016. The questionnaire used a five point Likert scale to measure campus life satisfaction and perception towards leisure activities. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics of variables, independent t-test, one way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis. Results: The mean for satisfaction with campus life and perception towards leisure activities were 3.15 and 3.73, respectively, wich were both higher than the average. The campus life satisfaction of facilities, study, life showed positive correlations with leisure activity recognition. Conclusions: Perception towards leisure activities was associated with satisfaction with campus life. These results suggest that university authorities should encourage students to use active leisure time such as by establishing leisure programs and club activities in order to improve students' awareness of leisure activities and encourage them to make the most of university life.

본 연구는 방사성폐기물 처분시설(radioactive waste repository)의 입지를 가정하여, 처분시설이 경상북도 경주시에 발생시키는 경제적, 사회적 효과를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 정부는 처분장 유치의 유인책(incentives)으로서 경주 지역주민들을 위하여 다양한 정책적 수단을 마련하였다. 처분시설 입지에 따른 특별지원금 3,000 억원 지원, 수거물 반입 수수료 지원(년당 50-100억원), 한국수력원자력(주) 본사이전, 양성자가속기 사업 추진 등이 그것이다. 이들 지원사업들이 가져오는 변화를 시스템 다이내믹스(System Dynamics) 기법을 적용하여 지역사회의 인구, 산업, 토지, SOC, 지방재정 등이 어떻게 변화하는지 추적해 봄으로써 도시체제의 동태성(urban system dynamics)을 이해하고 처분장 시설이 지역에 입지했을때, 미래에 발생 가능한 문제점이 없는지 밝혀내고자한다. 이를 위하여 시뮬레이션 모델링에 입지 지역의 특성과 현황을 반영하여 처분장입지에 따른 지역의 동태적인 변화과정과 경향을 추정해 보고, 현재 예정되어 있는 지원사업이 충분한지, 이외에 다른 정책적 지원이 필요한지를 알아본다. 본 연구의 의미는 이처럼 경주지역 주민들이 처분장의 지역입지를 만족스럽게 행각하고 소외감 없이 생활을 영위할 수 있도록 정책적 지원 프로그램을 작성하는데 기초가 되는 연구라는 점에 있다고 하겠다.

Housing environments of individuals and families can have considerable influence on their quality of life. This study examines the factors influencing housing satisfaction and compares them between rural and urban areas. A total of 3,958 households collected from a nationwide survey were analyzed using an ordered probit model. The results indicate that housing satisfaction was influenced by individual, housing, and neighborhood attributes. The factors that differentiated between rural and urban models were sex, housing type, and relationships with neighbors. The results have important policy issues for improving rural housing.

본 연구의 목적은 국공립 보육시설과 사립 보육시설을 구조적, 과정적, 소비자 관점의 질 등 세 가지 질의 관점에서 비교하고, 이들 세 가지 유형의 보육의 질 간의 관계를 알아보는 것이었다. 이를 위하여 서울시에 위치한 국공립 보육시설 8개소와 사립 보육시설 8개소를 관찰하고, 이 보육시설들을 이용하는 어머니 293명을 대상으로 질문지 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 국공립 보육시설과 사립보육시설은 구조적 질과 소비자 관점의 질 측면에서는 유의한 차이가 있지만 과정적 질 측면에서는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 공립과 사립 보육시설의 과정적 질이 유사함에도 불구하고 소비자로서의 부모들은 공립 보육시설에 더 만족하는 것으로 발견되었다. 또한 보육시설의 구조적인 질은 과정적 질, 소비자 관점의 질과 상관이 있으나 과정적인 질은 소비자 관점의 질과 유의한 상관이 없었다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the difference between service quality satisfactions according to tourists' preference and segmentation by various motivations. Data were collected from 442 farm stay visitors by field surveys in rural areas. A factor-clustering method identified three distinct segments; want-it-all, overall low motivation, relaxation. MANOVA was used to examine the differences of service quality satisfaction for farm stay visitors' preference and segmentation by motivation. Results show that the type of guest room more significantly influenced farm stay visitors' satisfaction according to those three clusters. It should be noted that we have information on the characteristics and type of satisfaction of the consumers in order to improve the quality of farmstay's service in rural tourism.
