코로나 바이러스 감염증-19(COVID-19)의 감소 추세로 방역 해제되면서 점차 일상생활로 돌아오게 되었다. 매출 감소로 큰 피해를 겪은 소상공인이 다시 사업체 운영을 정상적으로 하게 되면서 손님 수가 증가하였다. 본 연구는 앞으로 맛집을 찾는 사용자들이 점차 증가하면서 그 추세에 맞는 앱 개발을 하기 위해 요식업을 대상으로 하였다. 사용자들의 맛집을 공유하고 기록하기 위한 리스트 작성을 주기능으로 개발하였다. 이를 바탕으로 맛집을 추천하고 정보를 공유하며 지역 경제의 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Dam is built to supply water necessary for life stably and reduce the damage caused by heavy rains. Recently there has been required the analysis and utilization of spatial information on the area around the dam because construction of the dam gives a great impact on the environment of the surrounding area. In this study, we build spatial information about the submerged district due to dam construction using drone and propose the effective method for analysis of the spatial information. As a result, orthoimage and DSM of study area were constructed effectively. Change of submerged district of this area was calculated according to the analysis of spatial information. Building and analyzing spatial information carried out in this study are expected to be utilized as the basis in related fields.

The free learning semester system focuses on the activation of career education of middle school students as an educational policy that links career recognition in elementary school, career search in middle school, and career planning in high school. This system was fully implemented in 2016 and public libraries also provided various programs. This study analyzed the free learning semester system programs of public libraries in Busan city and demonstrated the contribution of local development. As a result, career and job search, career exploration and experience, and information literacy enhancement programs contributed to local knowledge culture, reading culture, learning culture, living culture and leisure culture. However, contribution of reading exhibitions, job experience, information literacy enhancement to the leisure culture and local economy were limited. Therefore, it is desirable that all libraries should add programs related to knowledge ecosystem structure, digital information gap, human healing, social environment issues, future job prospects, and provide information literacy programs.

대학 입학생의 수가 급격히 감소하면서 각 대학 당국에서는 많은 입학생 유치와 학교 운영의 문제를 개선하기 위하여 다양한 방안을 모색하고 있다. 특히 대학의 입시 및 입학현황 자료는 대학당국의 입학 및 홍보정책을 결정하고, 나아가 학교생활복지를 향상하는데 있어서 중요성이 매우 높은 자료이다. 따라서 다양한 입시 및 입학 관련 현황 자료와 대학 결정 요인을 고려한 효율적인 분석이 이루어질 수 있는 입학관리시스템의 도입이 절실히 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 기본지리정보 데이터를 바탕으로 대학입시 지원자, 합격자 및 등록자의 자료에 대하여 분석할 수 있는 대학입학관리시스템을 개발하였으며, 해당 시스템을 이용하여 지역별 지원자, 지역별 합격자, 지역별 등록자, 지원자 대비 합격률 및 최근 3년간 지원자 변화율을 분석할 수 있었다. 또한 대학의 입학홍보정책 및 학교운영에 요구되는 합리적이고 적합한 자료를 제공할 것으로 판단된다.

본 논문에서는 현재 우리 나라에서 사용하는 해양무선통신을 육상국을 중심으로 주파수, 서비스의 종류, 통신의 종류, 항만의 분포 둥을 조사 분석하였다. 특히 1998년 5월부터 서비스가 시작된 초단파대역의 해양이동전화에 대한 내용을 중점적으로 조사하여 기재하고 있다. 해양이동전화의 경우, 기지국의 위치, 망구축, 번호의 이용과 단말기의 보급, 서비스계획, 주요제원, 서비스의 특징 둥을 조사 분석하여, 새롭게 시작하는 해상이동전화에 대한 이해를 도모하였다. 일본에서는 1979년 3월부터 자동교환접속에 의한 해상이동전화서비스가 시작된 것과 비교해볼 때, 우리 나라의 해상이동전화서비스는 매우 늦은 감이 있지만, 도서지역 주민들에 대한 생활수준의 향상 둥에 많은 기여를 할 것으로 생각된다. 이러한 해상이동전화 서비스의 시작은 지역간 정보통신서비스제공의 불균형을 해소하고 낙후된 해안ㆍ도서지역의 통신서비스개선에 큰 역할을 담당할 것이다.

본 연구에서는 현재 생활 속 위치정보의 중요성이 강조되고 있고 각종 GPS 단말기들의 보급이 증가되고 있는 상황에서 휴대용 GPS의 주어진 사양과 성능 및 정확도의 검증을 수행하여 보았다. 도심지역과 산악지역을 RTK 방식으로 측정한 위치좌표를 기준으로 하여 3종의 휴대용 GPS 단말기를 통해 측정한 위치좌표를 비교한 후 각 단말기의 위치별 정확도를 통계적 분석 후 지도상에 범례를 사용하여 표현하였다. 그 결과, 도심지역의 경우는 주위의 건물에 의해 정확도에 영향을 많이 받았으며 산악 지역의 경우에는 수목이 우거진 정도에 따라 정확도가 다르게 나타났다. 이러한 정확도를 지도로 표현한 데이터를 이용하여 정확도에 따른 휴대용 GPS의 활용방안에 대하여 사용자에게 제시할 수 있을 것이며 앞으로도 시각 장애인 네비게이션 개발 등에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

This study aims to make continuedly the community culture and art development to promote the use of a cultural facility through the art program of an art museum. This increases the satisfaction of the citizens' life by it and excavates the faithful users' culture and art. It contributes the culture and art development of Pusan in the future. We analyzed the data of the social index related Pusan's culture and leisure to investigate the basic concept of art museum education based on previous research. We reviewed the degree of use of facility for culture and art based on it. We present a community culture and art development plan through connection program displayed art museum. We expect the basis to increase the community culture level in Pusan.

가뭄관련 의사결정 시 필요한 정보는 기상 현황 및 전망, 수원현황, 생공·농업 수요현황, 공급계통 등으로서 지자체담당자가 일일이 취득하기에는 번거롭고 어려운 업무라고 할 수 있다. K-water 국가가뭄정보분석센터에서는 이러한 지자체의 업무지원을 위하여 통합 가뭄의사결정 종합상황판을 개발하고 2021년 3월부터 정식오픈하였다. 2019년부터 서비스했던 이전 상황판에서 제공하지 못했던 정보들을 보다 상세하게 제공함으로써 지자체 담당자가 지역에서 발생되는 가뭄을 보다 효율적으로 파악하고 적절한 대응을 하는데 도움이 될 수 있도록 구성하였다. 통합 가뭄의사결정 종합상황판은 국가가뭄정보포털(https://www.drought.go.kr)에 접속하고 GPKI 인증서로 로그인을 하면 접근할 수 있다. 접속한 인증서의 지역을 기준으로 초기 정보가 제공되고 사용자가 선택한 지역을 기준으로 제공되는 정보가 동시에 변경되도록 되어 있어 원하는 지역의 가뭄 관련 정보를 획득하는데 매우 편리하다. 상황판은 다양한 분야의 정보를 요약해서 제공하는 메인화면과 각 분야의 상세 정보를 차트와 통계 형태로 제공하는 3개의 상세화면으로 구성되어 있다. 메인화면에서는 기상현황, 생활 및 공업 현황, 가뭄현황 및 전망, 가뭄대응과 관련된 통계정보와 현황정보를 제공하여 사용자는 해당지역의 가뭄현황을 통합적으로 판단할 수 있다. 특히, 중앙화면에 수원현황, 용수공급체계, 시설현황, 가뭄119정보를 GIS 인터페이스로 제공하여 사용자가 편리하게 속성정보를 획득할 수 있도록 되어 있다. 또한, 4개의 화면에서 제공하는 모든 정보는 Excel 파일로 다운로드하여 활용할 수 있도록 구성하여 담당자가 보고서 등 작성 시 매우 유용하게 활용할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 지자체담당자는 개선된 상황판을 활용함으로써 가뭄관련 업무 시 보다 손쉽게 관련 정보를 획득하고 대응할 수 있을 것으로 예상되며, 이는 가뭄을 실제 담당하는 지자체의 가뭄 대응능력 향상으로 귀결되어 국가적인 가뭄정책 추진 시 많은 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

A community center is situated near the residential areas and is the public facility that acts as the core of local cultural activities. A community center, as the general cultural activities increases, is transforming into a facility that promotes the community restoration and living convenience such as welfare, sports, art activities, and education etc. beyond location of simple leisurely activities. This study considers local residents' accessibility through the renovation of preexisting community center.

Despite the recent social interest, academic discussions about life culture festival in Korea are still not actively discussed. Therefore, on this study we intends to conduct an empirical analysis on the satisfaction, loyalty, and effects of life culture festival by using structural equation model. Before the analysis, we reviewed conceptual definitions about life culture and its previous studies for set up detailed factors to be used for. This study is based on the survey which distributed in 2016 Bucheon City life culture festival "DaRak". With collected survey, we analyzed data by using structural equation model. As a results, festival loyalty shows significant impact on festival effects(0.92). Both program factor(0.59) and operation-information factor(0.29) also shows significant result about festival effects as lower factor of festival satisfaction, but its only when they mediated by festival loyalty factor.
