본 논문에서는 대학이 보유하고 있는 인적 물적 자원의 효율적인 관리와 지역사회 자원봉사활동 연계를 중심으로 지역사회에서의 대학의 역할과 자원봉사활동 강화 방안을 모색하고자 하는데 연구의 중점을 두었다. 먼저, 대학의 자원봉사활동을 지속적으로 발전시키기 위해서 다양한 정책개발이 필요하다. 둘째, 일상생활보조나 단순봉사활동 보다는 전문화된 자원봉사 프로그램이 필요하다. 셋째, 자원봉사 활동이 대학생들에게 반강제적으로 실시되는 측면도 있어, 자원봉사에 대한 인식 개선이 필요하다. 넷째, 대학생 자원봉사활동이 지역사회에서 지속적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 체계적인 자원봉사체제 확립이 이루어져야 한다.

This study aimed to establishing a support policy for enhancing corporate's competitiveness by analysing the resources linkage status of social enterprise. 67 Social enterprises In Chung-nam area were surveyed. The results are as follows. Social enterprise didn't link with community agencies in area of the capital, product and services outlets, technology development, human resources, infrastructure and education. And social enterprises is linking external resources with public agencies actively in the area of management, PR and marketing. But most social enterprises are operating without the linkage of community organizations. In the future, social enterprises need the network of public, corporate, and private organizations in the community by strengthening the role of the intermediate support organizations.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of organizational climate on the resource linking skills of social workers working in community welfare centers as well as the mediating effects of reflective thinking in these relationships. To test the mediating effects, we set up a research model based on previous studies on the organizational climate, resource linkage skills, and reflective thinking of social workers. The subjects of this study were social workers in community welfare centers in the Busan metropolitan city. Data were collected using mail surveys, and data from 526 respondents were used for the final analysis. The main results are as follows. First, the organizational climate of community welfare centers has a statistically significant impact on social workers' resource linkage skills. In other words, the more the social workers recognize positively about the organizational climate, the more the utilization of resource linkage skills increases. Second, reflective thinking has a mediating effect in the relationship between the organizational climate and resource linkage skills of social workers in community welfare centers. Based on the study results, practical suggestions for improved resource linkage skills and reflective thinking of social workers in community welfare centers were suggested, and practical implications and future research were discussed.

The objective of this study was to examine factors that affect service linkage and Satisfaction of Comprehensive child care services through Community resources linkage. The subjects were 370 child care center workers providing child care services in Busan. The results showed that: First, in personal factors, maintenance of service interchange for maintenance of relationship with other facilities had significant effect on the satisfaction level, Second, in the case of organizational factors, closeness with linkage facility, sufficient business capital, positiveness for linkage, and preparedness of internal provisions for linkage had significant effect on the satisfaction level. Third, in the case of environmental factors, proximity with linkage agencies, level of environment fostering, and level of cooperation with linkage agencies had significant influence.

Due to the growing awareness and demand for corporate social responsibility, the corporate activities designed to make a social contribution are becoming increasingly diversified. Nonetheless, according to a periodic survey, the public has become dissatisfied with the social contribution activities of domestic corporations. The perceptions of the social contribution activities of domestic corporations and the public were found to be quite different. In this study, the Social Contribution Activities were classified into three factors, "Socio-Cultural Resource Activities", "Indirect Social Resource activities" and "Economic Resource Activities", and the effect of each factor on the inter-firm connected activities and achievements of local development were analyzed. Firstly, the "Socio-Cultural Resource Activities" and "Indirect Social Resource Activities" were shown to have a positive effect on the Inter-firm connected activities in the community. Secondly, it was found that the more active the Inter-firm connected activities were in the community, the bigger their positive effect was on the achievements of local development. Thirdly, the "Economic Resource Activities" were shown to have a positive effect on the achievement of local development. Fourthly, "Socio-Cultural Resource Activities" and "Indirect Social Resource Activities" were shown to have a positive effect on the Inter-firm connected activities and an indirect positive effect on the achievement of local development. Based on this research, we quantitatively determine the relationship between the corporate social contribution activities and performance.

Since 2004, community childcare centers are legislated and the centers are running as the concept of community-oriented child welfare services. Recently child welfare paradigm are changed from simple "study room" for protection to the future capabilities of the "social welfare". For children who grow in their community, it must request to new construction with ecological system.

In this study, we searched for ways of the demand, the building up of strategic, collaborative networks plan activation of the local area network status by the current social enterprise and the direction of the future resources rinks, conducted by a case study of the (preliminary) social enterprise network-building activities based in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. By the study findings, local resources that the two regions social enterprise wants to connect are the most numerous in enterprise, public agencies and local media, followed by professionals' pro bo no, private organizations, volunteer groups. Hope for Information in conjunction is revealed in order by purchasing items, labor and financial support, public relations, purchasing service, marketing and a joint venture. For the conjunction, participating related events, the assistance of government agencies and related organizations joined, the role of chief engineer are emerged in order while they are performing work. By the findings, for the activation of local resources links of the social enterprises, it is necessary to impelled cooperation system between activating local profit companies, universities and one company ; a social enterprise and to uncovered volunteer activities of the community. Also, sparking, solidarity and building trust for social enterprises are derived as a ethical and alternative consumer movement.

우리나라 연안해역의 해양자원과 관광자원을 연계한 해양치유산업 기반구축 모델이 2017년부터 해양수산부 R&D 사업의 일환으로 '추진되고 있다. 동 R&D 사업을 통해 울진, 태안, 고성, 완도 등 4개 지역이 시범사업 대상지로 선정되었으며, 각 지역의 특성화된 해양치유 자원을 바탕으로 의학적 임상연구와 사회경제 현황과 연계한 비즈니스모델 수립 등이 추진되고 있다. 비즈니스모델 수립의 경우 지역 특성화 해양치유자원을 활용한 세부 프로그램 도출, 수요 추정, 도입시설의 규모 및 형태 등에 대한 사항을 도출함으로써 해양치유 활동이 이루어질 지역 해양치유센터(가칭)의 설립 기본계획 기초자료를 제공하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 4개 시범지역 중 울진해양치유센터를 대상으로 지역 특성화 해양치유자원으로 설정된 해양대기, 심층안반해수, 해사 등과 연계된 아토피 등 피부질환, 만성폐쇄성폐질환 등 호흡기계통질환 치유 프로그램을 제시하고 있다. 또한 해당 특성화 프로그램의 지속가능한 수요 창출을 위해 기본적 도입시설과 함께 요구되는 연계 인프라를 제시하였으며, 동 프로그램을 통해 예상되는 사회경제적 파급효과를 정량적으로 분석하여 제시하였다.

This study was intended to develop and investigate reliability and validity of a scale that can measure linkage capability of community resources of counselors. This study prepared a preliminary question consisting of a total of 42 questions in 5 areas. Then, the content validity and facial validity were verified by the counseling experts with a first-degree qualification as a counselor in Korean Counselling Psychological Association, and a total of 20 final questions of 4 areas. The final questions were conducted on psychological counselors(N=306) to investigate reliability and validity. As a result of conducting an exploratory factor analysis, validity of the two-factor structure have been verified. And In the confirmatory factor analysis, two factors were shown to be appropriate. The two-factors were named 'The collection and utilization of information' and 'Association with the Organization of Information'. Also, the scale of final selection of questions were found to have a good degree of concurrent validity, interitem consistency and test-retest reliability. The implications of the present study is significant in that it is a measure of community resources linkage capability scale of counselors. In addition, this scale is expected to be useful in Wee Class, Wee Center, Youth Counseling Welfare Center, and other counseling sites.
