This study utilized CART algorithm, a decision tree analysis method, to comparatively analyze factors affecting housing and residential environment satisfaction by region using data from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's housing survey in 2020. First, in terms of residential environment satisfaction, accessibility to medical facilities and school district showed higher importance in metropolitan cities and areas compared to other regions, whereas safety from accident showed the opposite trait, showing difference between region. Second, housing characteristics were important in housing satisfaction, indoor environment level satisfaction and indoor safety and hygiene being important in almost all regions, while residential environment characteristics were more important in residential environment satisfaction and influencing factors were relatively evenly distributed. In order to generalize these regional characteristics, research using time series data needs to be conducted later.

The Aim of this study lead to facilitating schemes of cultural program in public libraries. In order to present schemes, We analyzed status of operating cultural programs in domestic and outside the country. Research methods are literature investigation, survey and case analysis. As a result of this research, facilitating for cultural programs in public libraries is presented five schemes. We would like to use the result of this research as basic data for supporting policy of cultural program in public libraries.

Noerok is a green pigment made of mineral used the Gachil(priming coat) of wooden architecture in Chosun Dynasty era. It has been reported that various Noerok are discovered in Janggimyeon, Pohang. In this study, The Noerok from two places is compared and discussed. Noerok in the two places has blulsh-green to green color, and it is similar to their occurrences on fracture filling, vein and dike on outcrop. However, there are differences between two sites according to its petrological feature, mineral composition and geochemistry. While the Noeseongsan sample is mostly celadonite, Gwangjeongsan samples are characterized by celadonite with varying contents of cristobalite, tridymite, feldspar, along with some vitrified contents. In terms of major elements, the amount of $Al_2O_3$, $Fe_2O_3$, MgO and $K_2O$ decreases linearly with increasing $SiO_2$, whereas $Fe_2O_3$ is linearly proportional to MgO. In summary, Noerok in the study areas can be classified into 4 types (type 1, type 2, type 3-1, type 3-2) base on color, mineral composition, elemental composition, and vitrification grade.

The purpose of this study is to seek the methods of constructing a cultural information system based on GIS. It is impossible for regional culture to be formed apart from its surrounding space, so a study of culture should be based on realizing the features of its space. It is important to note that the elements composing a culture complicatedly interact with each other in their function and continuously change. Also they are interrelated in space and plentiful in their amount. Nevertheless, those studies practised so far in relation to culture and constructing cultural database are too limited in establishing cultural area or community life area required to recognize the regional identity. So it is now essential that we should study the methods of cultural expression surpassing objective historical and cultural site maps instead of simple maps depicting historical remains or sites. From this viewpoint, this study tries to find various cultural phenomena in relation to their space through seeking the methods of constructing the cultural database model using XML. In addition, this study tries to construct a base for increasing the utilization of information in making the cultural contents.

A historical and cultural map needs an overall reflection of the links based on time and space among the various composite factors, instead of requiring a simple collection of the respective relics in a particular region. The study of history, culture and living environment of river system area, a place that is known to as a cradle of civilization, will be able to undertake a role in the research and comparison with other cultural regions, reaching beyond the regional units until now and moreover investigation the international and intercontinental history of civilization. In this context, this research focuses on the establishment of a cultural information system for the public use and the insight to the regional identity and materialization of culture based on Korea's peculiar history and culture. Thus, the information system for Youngsan River area aims to create a form of electronic map that contains various cultural and historical information on river system area, which is a integrated information system based on Web GIS that is open to public use through the internet. The above mentioned system is a combined product from the basic research data on various fields of study, including archaeology, architecture, arts, ecological environment, history, folk customs, literature, and food, while it aims for not only its utilization in interdisciplinary studies but also creating new value as a public database. As a result, the expected effects due to the establishment of historical and cultural information system based on Web GIS of Youngsan River area are as follows: First, the study can contribute to verify a road map of the study on Youngsan River area. Second, it will take a role to stimulate the academical research on the dynamic structure and characteristics of the Youngsan River area. Third, we can also expect an effect of gaining a full foothold in providing an electronic academic source specialized for the study of the historical and cultural map.

본 연구는 임의의 지역을 선정하여 그 지역의 환경 색채를 분석한 후 NCS색체계와 히스토그래밍을 이용하여 주조색, 보조색, 강조색을 추출한 후 그 지역의 특성에 맞는 배색코드들을 제안한다. 이를 위해 색채조화론에 근거한 Color Dictionary를 제작하였으며 특정 지역을 3D모델링 한 최적의 배색 코드를 추출하여 주변 환경과 잘 어울리는 색채 시뮬레이션을 제시하고 Web3D 표준기술을 이용하여 상호작용과 다양한 뷰포인트에서 시연할 수 있는 프로그램 환경을 구축하였다. 이에 따른 기대효과는 첫째, 국가 홍보에 있어서 경쟁력 제고를 위한 효과. 둘째, 도시환경 색채계획의 기준틀 제시. 셋째, 색채계획의 단순화. 넷째, 도시문화를 형성. 다섯째, 색채계획에 관련된 학문에 응용 가능. 여섯째, 국가 문화산업, 콘덴츠 등 발전에 기여할 것으로 생각된다.

Thousands of festivals are held all around the country each year but most of them do not show any distinctive characteristics as they are all alike. It is the aim of this study to select a core element of each festival that suit the need of its characteristics which will lead to the continuity and success. This endeavor will also play an important role in setting up a brand identity. Delphi technique will be adopted to suggest a core program element of MEDI FESTA to be the representing festival of Daegu.

This study is aimed to analyse the performances and market positions of Korean products at the Central and South America where recently come into the spotlight for the emerging markets with FTA. The main problems were not the communication or geographical distance but the faint Central and South American specific support of the government and indifferent market approaching concepts. New cultural merchandising approach, Korean enterprise can maintain the competitive advantage against with chinese low products which is main opponent in this market. In order to achieve the close cultural approach, Korean enterprise should use the 'elite groups' in the Central and South america whom are multi cultural leaders in there and also needs to use the Korean CQO merchandisers in the Central and South America. And the new FTA with rest of countries in the Central and South America more aggressively will be the inmost objet of maintaining competitive advantage and we could change the concept of the this market from 'big indifferent market' to 'strategic market' as a hopeful market for achieve the diversification of export.

국가 발전과 국민생활수준 향상으로 조경수를 이용한 경관조림이 생태공원, 도시숲, 학교숲. 거리숲 등의 이름으로 확대되어가는 현상을 보게 된다. 경관조림지를 보면서 행정가의 눈에 의한 행정적 조림, 작업원의 눈에 의한 사업적 조림은 있으나 전문가에 의한 경관조림기술이 부족하다는 것을 느끼곤 하였다. 수많은 조경수들 중에서 본연의 형태와 생태적 요구 특성에 알맞고, 입지특성 및 지역의 문화사회적 특성을 고려한 수종을 선택하고 배치하는 일은 물론 쉬운 일은 아닐 것이다. 그러나 경관조성과 관리사업에 대한 사회적 수요는 지속적으로 늘어날 전망이고, 경관의 질도 향상시켜 나감은 물론 경관조성사업의 투자 효율도 증대시키는 측면에서 조경수 배치 설계사 양성의 필요성을 제안해 보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to select a specialized topic that meets the needs of the local contents and the local people, based on this, the study develops practical guidelines for operating specialized libraries. For this purpose, forty-three libraries in domestic and foreign were selected to derive their implications by surveying the specialized libraries building process, regional characteristics, specialized books, budget, personnel, network, facilities, environment, programs, and publicity. Based on the suggestions reached, we proposed four stages of operation guidelines: the preparation stage for establishing a system to support specialized services and selecting regional specific topics, the stage for the establishment of the library environment in order to serve the selected specialized subjects, the operational stage of planning and providing information complex cultural services related to specialized subjects, and the diffusion stage that communicates with external institutions of the library for upgrading and expanding services.
