The public library strives to foster information use by the public, cultural activities, reading, and life-long education. Public libraries are firmly rooted in local societies providing services that reflect the needs and characteristics of those local communities, while at the same time are structured in a coherent nation-wide network. This study examines practices of managing local cultural contents and proposes ways in which public libraries, as central information hubs in local communities, can provide diverse knowledge information and cultural programs, and local culture contents.

산수실경 뮤지컬 왕의 나라는 지역문화콘텐츠 경쟁력과 가능성 확보를 위한 문화콘텐츠 제작사업이다. 기존 문화자원 재생(Regeneration)을 통한 장소성 콘텐츠 제작에 따른 일자리 창출과 문화산업화를 위하여 지역모델사업으로 기획되었다. 있는 이야기, 있는 사람으로 제작된 왕의 나라 공연결과는 약 300여명의 문화적 일자리 창출과 지역경제 활성화, 48,000명의 관람객 등 지역문화콘텐츠의 가능성을 엿 본 작품이다. 향후 역사, 인물, 스토리를 중심으로 한 산수실경 뮤지컬 왕의 나라는 문화관광산업 발전에 기여하는 경상북도 대표 문화콘텐츠 아이콘이 되고자 한다.

In this study, as the role and function of university libraries have been expanded to become a base for local information services and local information service centers along with the demands of the times, this study seeks to find ways to revitalize university library services using local cultural contents. I did. As a result, first, university libraries select core cultural contents representing the region or contents related to people from the region as regional cultural contents, receive information from relevant institutions in the region, or directly It must perform social, cultural and educational functions based on culture and art. Second, when planning programs related to local cultural contents, university libraries should proceed in the form of combining local visits, learning, reading, and experiences. Third, university libraries should play a role as a repository of cultural resources and a hub of cultural resources through systematic and stable preservation of cultural resources and widespread service expansion through the establishment of a local cultural resource management system.

The world is interested and actively investing in culture and its cultural contents industry has grown very much. Cultural contents industry is the concentration of human creation and knowledge and the Internet and digital technology have greatly impacted such creation and knowledge. This paper presented a method of digitalization of regional cultural resources, voluntary digitalization strategies, and a method of building an innovative cluster of cultural contents industry. The proposed plan would become the future growth engine of cultural tourism industry.

The 21st century is often dubbed as a century of culture. Many eyes are on various cultures including global and national ones. In particular regional cultures have emerged as a major interest. Korea's Jeonnam province which has been regarded as a backward region is not an exception in this regard. Its cultural contents which are still intact due to lagging development are drawing much attention. Growing interests and efforts to develop traditional cultural items like Jeonju's traditional paper, Naju's natural dyeing or Damyang's bamboo are good examples. This study is to focus on Damyang's bamboo relying on scientific approach and develop educational contents which demonstrate connections between science and culture. Thus, the study presents region-oriented educational contents based on regional cultures, which will bring about pride and affection toward regions and cultures.

The purpose of this study was to develop regional dance contents in order to receive attention from the region and re-illuminate the peacock fan, the intangible cultural property of Seocheon, Chungnam, which has been preserved in history and has been preserved in the face of rapid urbanization and modernization. The representative four series are composed of one-person dance, two-person dance, military dance, and creative dance. The titles of each piece are basic dance , male and female love dance , military dance , and finally Korean creative dance . The commonality of the four series is the traditional dance using peacock fan, and each dance showed unique emotion and atmosphere through different themes and music, costumes, and stages. It was found that the development of regional dance contents re-created reflecting the characteristics of regional cultural heritage should create an environment that can be steadily revitalized through modernization. Through this study, it was found that the intangible cultural properties, which are our traditional cultural resources, have unlimited potential to contribute to enhancing regional and national competitiveness along with the growth potential of regional differentiation. Through such research, if existing cultural resources are preserved for globalization and produced as contents that can be easily accessed by the public, various contents besides regional dance using regional unique culture can be developed and utilized.

Traditional cultural resources in the region have unique cultural characteristics and are highly likely to be differentiated content resources. Therefore, when local cultural resources are developed as content, they can be given a role as a brand symbolizing the region together with economic value creation. In this paper, we propose a method to utilize traditional cultural resources in Jeonnam region as content material and to strengthen the connection with 'Namdo Renaissance' project contents in Jeonnam province. We propose seven regions as a region with content relevance for inter-regional collaboration through resource elements and analysis of Jeonnam cities and counties. We suggest "Story SarangBang" so that we can uncover and systematize stories with symbolic character by region. The developed story resources are developed as experiential contents through realistic media production technology and virtual reality platform and expanded to tourism contents and expanded to the window effect of contents. Also, by expanding cooperation governance between regions, it is possible to enhance opportunities for development of joint contents and enhance utilization as tourist contents, thereby contributing to regional economic development and related industries development.

콘텐츠는 다양한 문화적인 특징을 내포하고 있으며, 어떤 환경이건 그 지역의 문화를 콘텐츠로 하고 있다. 이러한 문화적 콘텐츠는 우리생활에 영향을 끼친다. 본 연구는 부산 해양관광지를 중심으로 해양도시의 자연환경을 활용한 특색 있는 감성 문화 콘텐츠의 발전 가능성에 대해 고찰하고, 해변에서의 여가활동 증진에 새로운 디자인 시스템으로 도움이 되고자 하는 연구이다. 이론적 고찰을 통해 감성문화에 대해 알아보았으며, 감성문화사례를 통해 각 지역의 특색을 느낄 수 있는 '테마길', '지역성이 반영된 스탬프 투어' 등이 있다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. 추후 과제에서는 부산 해양관광지를 중심으로 현장조사를 통한 분석과정을 이행할 것이며, '길'이라는 테마에 대한 분석과 평가를 통하여, 그에 대응 하는 문화적인 콘텐츠로의 연계방안에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

The reactivation for Art & Culture Content Space in Gangwon province need new turning point according to new approach with internal and external change. That should be established in sustainable possibility model with preexisted natural advantage instead of economical depression and global warming of in these days. That is not a choice to get a successful construction of art & culture content space in Gangwon province. Throughout of reactivation of art & culture content space in Gangwon province, this proposal should go on with diversity of culture and concrete art & culture educational program absolutely to get a goal in regional economical success and social good influence. Already Yeongwol region had lots of art & cultural spaces and developmental strategy compared with other regions in decade. In these points, I choose this region and would like to research Yeongwol region in limit. Thus I would examine and study about art & culture content space in Yeongwol region. And I will concretely suggest that this proposal is composed with economical creating employment and incoming. The reactivation for Art &Culture Content Space in Yeongwol will build up social and cultural influences to this region to get a new modern cultural images and improvement of common life of regional people by and large. In the way of the process to globalization, this reactivation project for Art &Culture Content Space in Yeongwol should go on the base of regional culture background as a mean of glocalization paradigm strategically. Ahead of developing model for globalization in macroscopic view point, we have to research the demend of reginal situation of cultural content and build up its own strength points. Because Art & Culture Content Space in Yeongwol is the place of people in Yeongwol directly as itself. And managing plans of reactivation of art & culture content space in Yeongwol should build up with diversity of culture and environmental circumstances.

최근 지역에서 문화소비가 아닌 문화생산적인 마인드로 지역단위로 문화콘텐츠가 제작되고 있다. 문화콘텐츠는 지역민들에게 자부심과 정체성을 심어주고 문화소비를 촉진시키고 있다. 경상북도 안동시는 2009년부터 사모, 락, 부용지애, 왕의 나라 등 실경 콘텐츠가 실제 제작 및 운영이 되면서 도시 브랜드화와 관광수입을 통한 지역문화산업이 두각을 나타내고 있다. 이를 통해 실경공연이 주는 파급효과와 한계점을 분석하고 차후 발전 전략을 알아보고자 한다.
