This study induced ecological and cultural regeneration factors which can be introduced in island regions. And then, survey on recognition on importance was carried out with experts group. First of all, based on status and development trend of islands, farming and fishing village, ecological and marine city, eco-cultural regeneration factors fit to islands area were induced. Ecological regeneration factors were classified to land use, transportation system, buildings, and resources cycle. While cultural regeneration factors were classified to preservation, making tourism resources, and base facilities. This study compared recognition on importance by field such as occupation and major field. One-way ANOVA was used. As a result, this study compared recognition on importance about eco-cultural regeneration factors in island regions and suggested future direction.

In this study, the current status of the South Korean performance facilities was analyzed, and then the key tasks for the improvement of such facilities were identified. The study results show that the country's performance facilities are disproportionately concentrated in the Seoul region whereas the lack of performance facilities per unit area in the other regional provinces considerably lowers the accessibility of such facilities to the local residents. As part of the measures to solve such problems, this study proposed the development of a system that would enable the optimal placement of such performance facilities. It also proposed the development of another system that can simulate and suggest an optimal performance type for a given region because the ultimate goal of this study was to raise the utilization rate and financial self-reliance of the performance facilities in South Korea.

도시의 개발을 통한 발전방향은 지역별 기술력을 바탕으로 시대의 흐름과 문화, 경제, 도시정책 등에 따라 다양하다. 특히, 워터프론트는 도시와 가장 근접한 친수공간으로 단어자체에 도시'라는 개념이 포함되어 있다. 즉 도시가 큰 강이나 바다, 호수 등과 접하고 있는 공간을 말한다. 우리나라는 도시계획차원에서 도시 수변공간(urban waterfront)으로 설정하고, 레크레이션, 공원, 경관형성, 환경오염 저감, 정서함양, 생산 등의 다양한 기능을 갖고 있는 매우 공공성이 높은 도시지역의 주요 공간지역으로 의미를 부여하고 있다. 그러나 워터프론트를 개발계획을 수립하는 과정에서 교통계획, 홍수 등의 재해시설, 환경 등에 대한 평가가 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있으며(한국일보, 2011), 개발 계획 추진은 주민 공감대 형성, 사업타당성 검토 없는 '밀어부치기식' 개발 지상주의로 전락하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 워터프론트 개발사업 계획을 추진하고 있는 지역으로 인천 송도지역과 부산의 수산시장으로 유명한 자갈치시장 일대의 개발계획, 마산 도시재생지구의 항만 재개발계획 사례를 분석하여 개발계획의 문제점과 언론상에 비춰지는 개발의 현 실태, 지역개발의 효과 등에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다. 사례지역을 비롯한 대부분의 기존 워터프론트 개발은 경제성을 위해 규모가 큰 상업시설 위주로 개발이 이루어지고 있으며, 주거시설이나 문화시설을 비롯한 다양한 시설의 구성이 부족한 특수성을 갖추어 가고 있다. 또한, 기존의 유휴공간을 재개발하면서 도시와의 관계를 제대로 설정하지 못하여 도시와 분리된 폐쇄공간으로 개발이 이루어지고 있으며, 도시구조에 통합되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 무엇보다 워터프론트 개발사업에 관계된 여러 집단들, 즉 중앙정부, 지방자치단체, 개발주체, 시민 등 이들 사이에 합의 도출의 어려움이 많아 좋은 계획안이 무산되거나 사업이 지체 혹은 중단되는 사례가 많았다. 워터프론트 개발에 대한 지역민사회의 충분한 공감대가 결코 형성되지 않았음에도 오히려 요식적 여론수렴 절차를 강조하고 있으며, 친환경적 도시개발이라는 사업의 목적과 맞지 않는 계획이 많았다. 특히, 관련 사업 중 항만재개발사업에는 막대한 초기 투자비가 소요되어 재개발사업을 위한 자금의 확보가 어려운 경우가 많이 있었으며, 도시의 장기발전계획과 통합된 장기적인 개발전략이 필요한데 이를 소홀히 하는 경우가 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 기존 워터프론트 개발계획의 문제점과 향후 정비계획이 추구해야 하는 친수구역의 관리방법, 주민참여 방안의 대안제시가 이루어 질 수 있었으며, 이를 바탕으로 국내 친수공간 정비계획을 재 고찰 할 수 있는 기회가 되었으면 한다.

This article is aimed at evaluating the comic industries cluster in the cartoonists' perspective in terms of benefits, innovation milieu and loyalty. This article surveyed the 105 cartoonists in the Bucheon comic industries cluster, which has been established since 1998. As a result of analysis, cartoonists evaluated the comic industries cluster in term of facilities, knowledge and information, and social relationship in the positive way. However, the business network with the comic companies, the other contents industries is not established. The communication and collaboration between the cartoonists and local communities is not active in the Bucheon comic industries cluster. In addition, while comic industries cluster is effective in terms of city branding, the comic industries cluster is not effective in terms of economic impacts. In general, cartoonists' loyalty to the comic industries cluster is highly evaluated. The five factors such as knowledge, policy, urban regeneration, facilities are very significant in terms of the cartoonists' loyalty. This article concludes with a discussion of the sustainable strategies of the comic industries cluster in the context of creative city through comic resources.

본 연구는 지역균형발전과 지역경쟁력강화라는 지역정책 목표의 특징의 이해하고 나아가, 측정지표 획득의 수월성에 중점을 두고 분석하였다. 그 결과 경제분야 지수의 최고치는 경기도가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 다음으로는 충청남로서 경기도의 약 94%를 보이고 있다. 사회분야의 지수에서는 경기도가 전국 광역자치단체 중에서 최고의 지수를 보였으며 다음으로 서울시가 광역자치 단체 중에서 2위를 나타내고 있다. 문화기반시설 지수에서는 제주도가 가장 높게 나타났으며 2위를 차지하고 있는 강원도보다도 무려 58%나 높은 수치를 보였다.

Public policies in regard to developing reading culture programs and the contents, and in running public libraries have been used to overcome existing social issues such as regional self-centeredness and cultural lagging. It means that public libraries are playing an important role to encourage communications within local communities. The purpose of this research is therefore to analyze the concept of local community, and develop reading culture and contents to reinforce the concept. This research also targeted to analyze the required contents in reading culture. Through the case study of "G" city, the research analyzed their citizenship and sense of local community and the requests. As a result, the requited subjects were for economics, unemployment, poverty, aging, and housing order. For the subjects of environment were environment pollution and energy order. For the subjects of human rights, disabilities, and multi-cultural were requested. For the subject of education, school violence, tutoring, and truly teaching were requested. Based on the requirements, 221 items of reading lists, DVD clips, and abstracts are developed as well as 4 programs of reading culture.

It is a matter of fact that Susan, doesn't have enough systematic history and culture, has face on very difficult situation. A competitive and fashionable tourist theme park need to be constructed to develop their historical theme park, and to make own culture which is related to Busan' tradition. The subject of this study is to suggest the basic knowledge about number of customer to be estimated When cultural theme park is built up. The questionaries to customer is consist of the propensity of leasure, the use of similar facility, the type of theme park, and inclination of visitation to foreign and domestic tourist.

서울시 동작구에서는 동작구 지역 이미지에 부합하며, 지역문화의 수준을 향상시키고, 지역주민의 안녕을 위한 복지시설을 건립하기 위한 구민회관 및 보건소 청사 현상설계경기를 실시하여 총 8개 작품이 응모한 결과 주수일건축+소람ㆍ두가건축안을 당선작으로 선정, 지난 6월 23일 발표하였다. 이번 설계경기의 우수작은 범일건축(이수형)안이, 가작으로는 공간인식건축(양상준)안이 각각 선정됐다.

This paper is to analyze the relationships among the service quality of regional festival, revisiting the festival, which is a customer loyalty, and orally transmitted effect in Jeonju International Film Festival (JIFF), which is a regional festival. It is significant in that the satisfaction of service quality effects on the overall satisfaction in the film festival Major factors for film festival service quality such as facility convienence, souvuior, program, PR, information and accessbility is significant in the statistics. It is estimated that overall satisfaction for service quality and royality affect each other positively.
