본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 17개 광역자치단체(시 도)별 문화기반시설과 문화향유여건 간의 영향력 관계를 살펴보기 위함이다. 이를 위해 지자체별 문예회관을 중심으로하여 문화기반시설 여건을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 광역지자체별로 문화기반시설과 문화향유여건의 영향력 관계를 살펴보았는데, 지자체 문화기반시설과 문화향유 활동이 영향을 받고 있다는 점을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과들은 향후 지자체의 문화기반시설 지원정책에 있어 지역문화향유기회확대를 위해서는 충분한 문화기반시설을 제공해야 한다는 실무적인 시사점을 보여주었다.

The goal of this study is to propose the contribution strategies of public library as cultural infrastructure to local cultural development in Korea. For this goal, researcher evaluated how public libraries contribute to the local cultural development in terms of interdependence of public library and local culture. Then, the researcher divided into the local culture to knowledge culture, reading culture, learning culture, living culture, and leisure culture, and suggested six contribution strategies(improving core competencies including the collection development and user service, strengthening education and support for digital information literacy, reading promotion and base expansion for everyday life, optimization of lifelong learning & culture program services, increasing openness and friendliness of the facilities and space, expansion of cooperation with relevant agencies) of public library for their development and promotion.

본 연구에서는 지역사회의 생활문화공동체 만들기 사업의 한 사례로 경상남도 화동군 화개면 대성리 의신마을의 노인주민들을 중심으로 이루어지는 문화유산 개발과 자발적(생산적) 문화주체발굴 및 양성을 하고자 한 사례연구이다. 2017년부터 2019년의 3년차 사업으로 지역의 마을회(영농회, 부녀회, 청년회, 노인회)와 체험시설 관리운영, 체험행사 관리, 가공시설장 활용, 체험 프로그램 기획/운영, 마을기반조성사업 및 관광체험을 주요활동으로 하는 영농조합법인의 유기적 협력을 통하여 주변의 특산물, 자연환경, 산업환경 및 지리산을 중심으로 구성된 지역역사 문화환경이 연계되어 진행되는 생활문화공동체 만들기 사업이다. 특히 농악/낙차 동아리, 사진동아리, 그림동아리, 압화동와리와 같은 동아리 활동을 통하여 산골의 지역적인 약점을 보완할 수 있으며, 문화예술을 향유하려는 시대적인 욕구를 충족할 수 있는 실질적인 문화예술프로그램을 통한 공동체 발전을 지속하고자 함이 취지이다. 지역 노인들을 대상으로 노인들의 감성지능의 변화에 의한 지역공동체의식과 6차산업 기업가 정신 및 노인들의 사회참여에 대한 인식을 알아보고자 한다.

This study examines the multi-functionality of the cultural facilities and explores the architectural characteristics of cultural facilities in city environment. For this purpose, 1 examine the major cultural facilities in USA and Singapore. Recently, the inter-cultural communication methods have been diversified and the cultural facilities need to be designed to effectively accommodate the public's interests in these activities. It is also necessary to reexamine cultural facilities' functions in terms of how the multi-functionality facilities reflect the surrounding environment. This study also sheds a new light on the meaning of the relationships between cultural activity, and the cultural facility design. For this, I primarily look at the various design categories of cultural buildings and their main functions. Finally, I demonstrate how both cultural activity and cultural facility design elements are embodied in the city environment.

The purpose of this study was to propose a measure for eco-cultural regeneration by a detailed examination of closed down schools, old defective residences, deteriorated industrial facilities and space no long in use located throughout Ijak-do. The reserch method utilized a selection of the major elements from the eco-cultural regeneration element of island regions and a measure for application and regeneration on the deteriorated facilities of Ijak-do was proposed.

This study aims at finding impact of cultural and sports characteristics on urban growth. For the empirical analysis, this study uses unique urban resources associated with four categories (Social, Traffic, Cultural and Sports, and Spatial characteristics) among 228 cities and towns using a semi-log multiple regression analysis. The result shows that various local resources have significant impacts on urban growth in terms of population, industry, and fiscal self-reliance ratio. Impressively, cultural and sports resources are relatively beneficial for the urban growth. For the population and industrial growth, expanding public sports facilities and professional sports facilities can be more efficient. For solid local finance, typically focusing on professional sports facilities that have far-reaching ripple effects are useful. The conclusion for this study shows that urban growth policy should prioritize the cultural and sports resources because it can be more effective way to enhance not only for urban growth but also for quality of citizens' life.

본 논문에서는 최근 서해안 지역을 중심으로 활발히 건설이 진행되고 있는 세 곳의 조류 탐사관의 건축 및 전시 디자인의 특징을 조사하였다. 조류탐사관은 그 전시물의 내용상 자연사 박물관에 가까운 형식을 갖는다. 그러나 주로 조류의 관찰과 생태에 그 초점을 두는 전문화된 전시관이라고 할 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 조류 탐사 시설은 최근의 지역주의와 관광 자원 개발의 유행에 따라 난개발의 우려를 가지고 있다. 이러한 기초 조사를 통해 지역의 문화유산을 보다 잘 보존하고 지역 문화 발전과 지역경제에 이바지하는 시설로 자리 잡는데 필요한 특성화의 방안을 살펴보고자 한다.

This paper explores whether there is significant difference or not in the empowerment of social workers, e.g. individual's business-oriented, business relationship, and compensation system, according to the organizational culture types of social welfare facilities such as community culture, development culture, hierarchical culture, and reasonableness culture. By means of survey, this research targeted the social workers of social welfare facilities. The culture types that social workers recognize are sorted into community culture, development culture, hierarchy culture, and reasonableness culture according to the division of Kimberly and Quinn (1984). This study shows that there is significant difference in individual’s business-oriented, business relationship, and compensation system according to the type of organization culture.
