남녀 대학생들의 성격 지표에 따른 영양섭취실태와 식습관 점수

  • 본 연구는 남녀 대학생들의 성격유형 판별을 위해 많이 사용되고 있는 MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) 검사를 통한 성격 지표와 영양섭취실태와 식습관 사이의 관련성을 살펴보기 위해서 경기도 Y 대학교에 재학하고 있는 남녀대학생 283명을 대상으로 수행되었다. 조사대상자의 성격 유형은 남녀 모두에서 외향성(Extroversion, 55.8%)이 내향성 (Introversion, 44.2%)보다 조금 많았고, 감각형 (Sensing, 78.1%)이 직관형 (iNtuition, 21.9%)보다 많았으며, 사고형 (Thinking, 67.8%)이 감정형 (Feeling, 32.2%)보다 많고, 판단형 (Judging, 50.2%)과 인식형 (Perceiving,49.8%)은 비슷한 비율로 나타났다. 조사대상자들의 식습관 조사 결과 남학생이 100점 기준으로 46.1점, 여학생이 45.1점으로 유의한 차이가 없었고, 영양소 섭취 실태 조사 결과 남학생이 2,019㎉로 한국인 에너지 권장량의 80.8%, 여학생은 1,675㎉로 권장량의 83.7%를 섭취하고 있었다. 미량 영양소의 경우에는 남학생은 칼슘과 비타민 B$_2$, 여학생은 칼슘, 철, 비타민 C, 비타민 A를 권장량의 90% 미만으로 섭취하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 식습관과 여러 가지 영양소 섭취량은 양의 상관관계를 보여서 식습관 점수가 좋을수록 영양소 섭취량이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 성격 선호 경향에 따른 식습관 점수에서는 판단형의 사람들이 인식형보다 식습관 점수가 유의하게 높게 나타났고, 다른 성격유형의 경우에는 유의 차는 없지만, 외향성, 감각형, 사고형에서 그에 대조되는 성격 선호지표보다 식습관 점수가 높은 경향이었다. 성격 선호 경향에 따른 영양소 섭취실태에서는 남녀 모두에서 외향성이 내향성보다 영양섭취실태가 좋았고, 남학생의 경우에는 감정형이 사고형보다 영양 섭취실태가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 영양 밀도로 살펴보았을 때에는 사고형과 판단형이 그에 대조되는 감정형과 인식형보다 영양 밀도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 대학생의 성격 유형에 따라 판단형의 사람들이 인식형의 사람들보다 식습관이 좋고, 외향성의 사람들이 내향성의 사람들보다 영양섭취실태가 양호한 것으로 사료된다. 한 편, 감각형-직관형은 식습관이나 영양섭취실태와 뚜렷한 관련성을 보여주지 않았고, 사고형-감정형은 감정형의 경우 남학생에서 영양섭취실태가 좋았지만, 영양밀도나 식습관에서는 사고형이 더 좋은 경향을 보여주어서 일관된 경향을 찾기가 어려웠다. 앞으로 대학생을 대상으로 한 영양 상담시에 이들의 성격 유형을 참조하면 영양상담 대상자를 보다 잘 이해할 수 있으므로, 이에 적합한 영양 지도 방법을 제시하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

Appraisal of Lands Using Their Availability (농경지 및 임야지의 유용성과 감정평가)

  • This paper shows that the value of land can vary based on the future availability of the land. According to the Korean principles of land appraisal by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport (MOLIT), the value of a piece of land is derived mainly from the latter's fertility level or local environment. In practice, however, the values of lands may vary even though their fertility level is invariant. This paper investigates a fundamental question for many professional appraisers who argue that appraisal practices are different from the principles of appraisal. It highlights the appraisal practices for agricultural and forestry lands, which have similar agricultural productivity levels or environmental conditions. It is shown in this paper that even though the fertility level of lands is invariant, the values of lands may vary based on their locations. Therefore, this can complement the principles of land appraisal. In this paper, real cases in local areas in Gapyeong County, Kyounggi province are investigated. It can be seen from the cases in the local areas that two agricultural lands may have different values based on their locations even though they have almost similar fertility levels (e.g., their physical distance from each other is less than 0.5 km but their values differ by around 19%). This paper thus argues that the value of a piece of land can be determined by its availability.

The Relationship Between Emotional Labor, Job Burnout and Job Satisfaction in Fitness Center Instructors (휘트니스센터 지도자의 감정노동과 직무소진 및 직무만족의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between emotional labor, job burnout and job satisfaction in instructors. The data were collected from 323 fitness center instructors using multistage stratified cluster random sampling method. With the collected data, factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, model fit tested, and structural equation model were performed by SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 20.0. The result of the analysis were summarized as follows. First, the emotional labor(inner behavior) impacts negative influence on job burnout of fitness center instructors. Second, the emotional labor(surface behavior) impacts positive influence on job satisfaction of fitness center instructors. Third, the job burnout impacts negative influence on job satisfaction of fitness center instructors. Fourth, the emotional labor(inner behavior) impacts positive influence on job satisfaction of fitness center instructors. Fifth, the emotional labor(surface behavior) does not influence on job satisfaction of fitness center instructors.

  • This research has analyzed the influence of Goyang Flower Exhibition Festival's service quality on emotion, perceived value, satisfaction, and re-visit intention. First of all, the service quality scale was composed with four factors : subsidiary service, exhibition contents, guidance service, space convenience. As the results of influence analysis, four factors had significant influence on attendee's perceived value and positive emotion respectively. Among those four factors, space convenience and guidance service showed high impact. Toward positive emotion. exhibition contents showed most influence while four factors are significantly related. Three factors of exhibition contents, guidance service, space convenience had significant effect on negative emotion. Also, positive emotion and perceived value was analyzed to have significant influence on re-visit intention.

The Effect of the Beauty salon worker's emotional labor, job stress, job burnout and social support on turnover intention (미용실 종사자의 감정노동, 직무스트레스, 직무소진 및 사회적 지지가 이직의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study analyzed the effects of job stress, job burnout, and social support on turnover intention for beauty salon workers in Busan. First, the younger, the higher levels of emotional labor; the younger, the lower education levels, the shorter career, and the lower position, the higher job stress and the higher job burnout; and the younger, the lower education levels, and the fewer days off, the higher turnover intention. Second, directors, designers and the staff had emotional labor, job stress, job burnout, and social support associated with turnover intention. Third, owners and designers had their turnover intention in general affected by emotional control, role stress, supervisor support, and colleague support and had their workplace-related turnover intention affected by emotional control, role stress, colleague support, and depersonalization, while the staff had their turnover intention in general and workplace-related turnover intention affected by supervisor support, colleague support, and depersonalization and had their job-related turnover intention affected by supervisor support.

A Study on Emotional Labor and Burnout in Dental Hygienist (치과위생사의 감정노동과 소진에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of service education to the emotional labor of dental hygienists and influential factors for their job burnout. The subjects in this study were 155 dental hygienists, on whom a survey was conducted. The findings of the study were as follows: The respondents who ever received service education and were satisfied with that education were better at emotional regulation. After job burnout was classified into physical symptoms and psychological symptoms, a multiple regression analysis was carried out to explore what variables would affect the two subfactors. And it's found that psychological symptoms were positively affected by emotional dissonance. The above-mentioned findings illustrated that service education had something to do with the emotional labor of the dental hygienists, and that the emotional labor of the dental hygienists had an impact on their job burnout.

The Relationship between the Emotional Labor and the Job Satisfaction of Workers in Senior Employment Agencies: Mediating Effect of Self-efficacy (노인일자리전담기관 종사자의 감정노동과 직무만족의 관계: 자기효능감의 매개효과)

  • This paper verified the relationship between the emotional labor and the job satisfaction of workers in senior employment agencies. And this paper verified the mediating effect of self-efficacy between the both variables. We conducted a survey of 261 employees of the 21 agencies in Daejeon and Chungcheong area. According to the analysis : 1) employees' emotional labor influenced job satisfaction negatively. 2) the self-efficacy mediated between emotional labor and job satisfaction. As a result, we need to establish a management system for emotional labor, to carry out a crisis intervention of prompt therapy, and to provide education to cope with emotional labor for decreasing the emotional labor. It is important to lower the proportion of irregular workers, to improve the level of treatment, and cultivate self-leadership for promoting self-efficacy.
