The aim of this study is to analyze current level of knowledge management(KM) performance in major container terminals. To achieve this aim, the evaluation criteria and KM performance index from pervious research were adopted. and current levels of KM performance of four leading container terminal operators which is located in Busan port were measured. The results firstly showed that average of KM level of these terminal operators was 67.7. And also, from the results of data analysis, it revealed that the weak point of KM in Korean leading terminal operators is official system and programs such as incentive policies, learning programs, and IT support systems for organizational knowledge sharing and knowledge codification.

KM은 조직의 지식을 공유하는 차원에서 이미 많은 기업들이 도입하였고, 현재 도입 진행 중인기업들 또한 많다. 국내 기업은 대략 84개의 기업이 도입을 시행 검토하고 있다. 지식경영의 제 과정에서 가장 중요한 단계는 지식창조이다. 지식창조는 조직 구성원 개개인의 지식함양을 의미하는 것이 아니라, 조직지(Organizational Knowledge)의 창출을 의미한다. 조직지는 지식이 쓰이는 상황에 따라 중요성의 정도가 다르게 평가된다. 또한 조직내의 지식 공유는 한 도매인내에서 뿐 만 아니라 여러 도매인에 걸쳐서 이루어진다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 KM21 프로토타입(Prototype)을 구현하여 조직 내에서 지식 공유를 활성화하기 위한 지식 평가 Architecture를 제시하고자한다.

지식관리시스템은 기업들의 생산성을 높이기 위해 사내보유 지식을 획득, 관리하여 후속 업무 처리에 적극 활용하도록 지원하는 시스템이다. 현재 지식관리시스템들에서는 정형적 지식에 대한 추출은 잘 이루어지고 있으나, 조직원들의 암묵지에 대해서는 자발적 등록을 유도하는 보상제도 등의 방법에 의존하고 있다. 본 논문은 업무를 진행함과 동시에 조직원으로부터 지식을 의무적으로 획득할 수 있는 방법에 대해 연구하였다. 또한 지식을 온톨로지 기반으로 표현함으로써 지식을 단지 설명하는 차원의 지식베이스를 구축하는 것이 아니라 새로운 지식을 추론할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다.

우리가 살아가는 21 세기는 산업화시대와는 달리 급격한 경영환경의 변화 기술융합을 통한 끊임없는 신기술의 등장, 가치사슬의 변화, 프로세스(process)의 통합과 자동화로 인한 가격 등이 파괴되면서 생존을 위한 치열한 경쟁의 시대로 접어들고 있다. 이러한 사회환경의 변화에 따라 지식의 창출 못지 않게 지석의 보호도 중요하게 되었다. 그러나 공공기관의 지식은 체계적인 관리 체계가 이루어지지 않아 담당자의 인사.이동 혹은 퇴직 등으로 인하여 축적된 업무지식이 개인과 함께 그 조직에서 사라져 지식경쟁력이 약화되는 현상을 초래하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존의 단위업무시스템을 통합하여 새롭게 구축된 지식관리시스템을 조기에 정착시키고 이를 활용하여 무형자산의 가치를 극대화하기 위한 방안으로 $2002.12.01{\sim}2003.05.31$ 까지 6 개월 동안 지식관리시스템에 등록된 지식을 분석하여 지식경영을 활성화할 수 있는 방안과 미래사회의 핵심이 될 지석근로자를 양성할 수 있는 방안으로 자신의 능력을 극대화할 수 있는 3 가지 원리와 5 차원 전면교육학습법에 대하여 제시하였다.

강화학습이란 에이전트가 알려지지 않은 미지의 환경에서 행위와 보답을 주고받으며, 임의의 상태에서 가장 적절한 행위를 학습하는 방법이다. 만약 강화학습 중에 에이전트가 과거 문제들을 해결하면서 학습한 환경에 대한 지식을 이용할 수 있는 능력이 있다면 새로운 문제를 빠르게 해결할 수 있다. 이런 문제를 풀기 위한 방법으로 에이전트가 과거에 학습한 여러 문제들에 대한 환경 지식(Domain Knowledge)을 Local state feature라는 기억공간에 학습한 후 행위함수론 학습할 때 지식을 활용하는 방법이 연구되었다. 그러나 기존의 연구들은 주로 2차원 공간에 대한 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 환경 지식을 이용한 강화학습 알고리즘을 3차원 공간에 대해서도 수행 할 수 있도록하는 개선된 알고리즘을 제안하였으며, 제안된 알고리즘의 유효성을 검증하기 위해 초소형 비행체의 항공운항 학습에 대해 모의실험을 수행하였다.

The purpose of this study are as follows : First, This study conceptually provide an insight of reasons that organizations seek to create, acquire, store and distribute knowledge at the level of an organization and of process how they can transform or evolve to knowledge based organizations. Second, this study confirms examine what theories can be used to knowledge management, how such theories can be useful to analyse knowledge management and provide a theoretical foundation for knowledge management research. Applied to the theories of knowledge based and resource based view and institutional theory, the essence of knowledge management confirms that the organization finds job-related knowledge and know-how retained by individual of organizational members systematically and shares common knowledge within the organization and explains knowledge creation, multi-dimensional knowledge transition and share in all dimension of individual, group, and organization. As a result of comparative analysis of theory of organizational knowledge creation theory, In knowledge management, building of knowledge-creative culture, transitional process of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, knowledge creation and knowledge operation are important. In the basis on these study results, we discussed how the organizational knowledge creation theory can be used to manage knowledge in the organization, and also proposed hypotheses based on some arguments against the universal acceptance of the theory.

MRI 영상은 뇌의 해부학적 정보와 기능적인 정보를 제공하는 유용한 도구이다. MR 뇌 영상은 2차원 영상뿐만 아니라 3차원 영상도 임상적으로 중요하다. MR 영상에서 뇌영역의 추출방법으로는 형태학적인 방법, 히스토그램을 이용한 방법, 에지 정보를 이용한 방법, 지식 기반을 이용한 방법들이 있다. 본 논문에서는 region growing을 이용하여 MR 영상에서 뇌 영역을 추출하였다. 3차원 가시화를 위하여 오픈 소스인 VTK를 이용하여 Ray Casting 알고리즘으로 구현하였다. 그리고 의료영상에서 사용되는 각종 단면을 3차원 뇌 영상에서 재구성하였다. 256×256 크기의 71 뇌MR 영상 70장을 이용하여 실험하였다. 향후 연구과제로 MR 영상에서 뇌 영역추출방법과 원영상의 전처리 과정의 연구가 필요하다.

진보와 함께 기업들이 지식의 가치를 인식하면서 지식을 창출, 공유 그리고 활용하는 "지식경영"이라는 새로운 패러다임이 다음 세기 초를 주도할 새로운 경영 방식으로 각광받고 있다. 지식경영이란 조직과 그 구성원들 속에 내재해 있는 지식의 가치를 인식하고, 이를 기업 전체 차원의 자산으로 구체화시켜 관리, 공유, 활용하려는 의도에서 비롯된 폭 넓은 의미의 경영 방식이다. 본 고에서는 "지식경영"의 중요성을 인식하고, 선진 기업들이 "지식경영"을 성공적으로 수행하는데 있어 그 요인들은 무엇이며 그 중에서도 "정보관리 전문가"에 대해 논하고자 한다. 그리고 정보 관리자가 정보화, 지식화 라고 하는 시대의 절대적인 흐름에 어떻게 대처해야 하는가를 모색해 보고자 한다.

In the glocalization a common phenomenon of several nations reveals knowledge innovation and growth by the important subject of region and state and is studied at theory and practice. the successful cases of regional development in an advanced country have leading innovation through regional innovation system and cluster. therefore we are necessary to analyse how the knowledge spillovers in innovative cluster as the reduced model of regional innovation system guide firm innovation and region growth. this article reviews theories and empirical studies of the knowledge spillovers in the regional innovation system and innovative cluster of innovative geography and proposes a new research issues for further explorations of the knowledge spillovers. Previous studies assist that knowledge spillovers exist in knowledge-based industries of specific local area and local innovation accomplishes through pure knowledge spillover. but limits of these studies include narrow region and technological area, few analytical variable and exclusion of rent knowledge spillover. therefore new research topics related with that exemplifies geographical dimension(concentration and decentralization), technological dimension(knowledge based industry), category of analytic variables(previous indicators, time, and social capital), conceptualization(appropriation means, markets for technology) etc.

기술로드맵의 가장 큰 가치는 기술로드맵 자체보다는 그것을 작성하기 위한 일련의 활동과정이라 할 수 있다. 기술전략의 실제적 Tool로서 효과를 발휘, 기술전략수립에 활용되기 위하여, 국가적으로 산업별 로드맵 작성에 적극 나서서 각 산업별, 기술별 발전방향을 제시하기 위하여. 올해 지식경제부는 "지식경제 통합기술청사진"을 발표하였다. 본 논문에서는 "지식경제 통합기술청사진"에 관하여 전반적인 사항들에 관하여 집어보고, 국가 정보 자원관리 차원에서 통합기술청사진을 IT서비스 차원에서의 체계화를 통하여, 관리 및 운영방안에 대한 전략적인 접근을 하고자 한다. 통합 TRM 기반의 IT서비스 관리 및 운영방안에 관련된 부분들을 분석하여 효율적으로 관리 및 활용할 수 있는 운영 방안을 제안한다.
