The types of cartoon market are classified with publishing cartoon(a cartoon magazine & comics) and webtoon. The revitalization of the cartoon market makes cartoonist create many cartoons. By studying many methods for the revitalization of the cartoon market, this paper argues the expanded methods of comics market which is a sort of publishing cartoon market. The expanded methods of comics market are two kinds, one is the revitalization of the comics market and the other is the creation of the comics market. This paper focuses on Genre-mixed Knowledge-Cartoon in order to extend the cartoon market. Also, After studying the Creation Proceed of cartoon market through Genre-mixed Knowledge-Cartoon, we would like to develope the New Creation Model of Cartoon Market. We selected three case(the Real Estate Agency expressed as Cartoon, Let's find an answer in sided figure blank, miraculous English grammar) for this study. With this, we analyzed the case that the matters for analysis is the essential particulars of plan-publishing-distribution's proceed. As a result, we found out the possibility of new cartoon market's creation through Genre-mixed Knowledge-Cartoon. For that reason, we was able to develop 'the New Creation Model of Cartoon Market through Genre-mixed Knowledge-Cartoon'. This paper provides the possibility about the New Creation Model of Cartoon Market through Genre-mixed Knowledge-Cartoon. With this, we will make many plans for creation of Genre-mixed Knowledge-Cartoons. Therefore, This plans will help cartoonists to create the Genre-mixed cartoons.

The purpose of this study is to improve the academic information flow systems in university environment. By its nature, software part of the construction industry such as engineering and so forth has been kept secret to outside, as it determines a company$^{\circ}{\phi}s$ competitiveness. The objective of this study is to develop the knowledge management (BM) learning model tuned in to construction area in order to manage project-related knowledge and promote the knowledge management. This study presented a learning model for knowledge management in the construction field, with the aim to integrate a series of processes. The model is composed of EIP, EDMS, knowledge and failure cases management, CoP and e-Learning.

With the rapid development of information technology and internet in these days, resources of knowledge information have been digitalized and distributed on the internet, However, the location of digital content and a change of content have generated problems for users access and services. In line with this regard, the research on the identification of digital content utilizing standardized identification system and distribution system is necessary. This study intends to contribute to the implementation of information system based on standard digital identifier for the effective management and safe distribution of digital contents. 연구개발에 필요한 정보의 생성 주기가 빨라지고 그 양이 방대해지는 것은 물론 다양한 주제와 분야의 연구가 진행되면서 연구자간의 연구 교류와 연구 성과물에 대한 공유의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 연구자각 개인들이 컴퓨터에 소장하고 있는 지식정보는 연구자에 의해 생성되거나 또는 핵심자원으로 선별 분석된 것이므로, 개인이 소장하고 있는 지식정보 자원의 효율적인 공유와 유통은 연구자들의 연구를 촉진시키고, 결과적으로 해당 분야의 연구협력의 기회를 증진시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 URI 기반 과학기술 온톨로지로 표현된 성과물을 대상으로 연구자, 기관, 지역 간의 연구 활동은 물론 다양한 관점에서 성과물정보를 제공함으로써 연구자들의 연구 활동을 지원하는 정보유통 인터페이스를 설계하였다.

This study is to present practical plan to stimulate Parallel Import Policies, Which is one of the government policies to drop import prices of imported goods. Although, preliminary studies focused on legal aspects related to Intellectual Property Right, from the perspective of trade, we conducted a study on economic aspects through parallel import, consumer welfare, etc. For this study, the parallel import system of the United States and Japan was compared with Korea and the domestic parallel import market status was analyzed by comparing market price. According to the study, the current parallel import system lacked the limits of government regulation and distribution market structure. It proposed practical plans such as political suggestions and changes in distribution structure. This study is meaningful in analyzing the problem of parallel imports that currently occur in the Korea market based on data concerning parallel imports in practical terms
