The purpose of this study was to analyze contents of the elementary school textbooks on 'Forest Education' based on the 2015 revised curriculum. This study is designed to determine the status of forest educationrelated content in the curriculum. Thetypesofforesteducationintextbooksweredividedintoanalysis. In addition, the standards of achievement of the curriculum were analyzed into the areas of forest education curriculum to determine the similarities between the curriculum and the achievement of forest education. This study shows that, first, the field of knowledge in forest education was included in all subjects and grades except mathematics. It noted that the curriculum includes areas of knowledge that directly convey knowledge related to forest education. This showed that the forest education knowledge area is linked to various courses. Second, the types of forest education included in the curriculum appeared differently depending on age. In the lower grades, there was the most information on the tools and sensibilities of forest education, and in the higher grades, the more knowledge and value-related areas were addressed. As the school year increases, so do forest education levels. Third, when analyzing the achievement criteria in the curriculum, the curriculum achievement criteria included key points in forest education. Thus, this study confirmed the link between the curriculum and forest education.

This paper describes the knowledge extraction for image understanding in knowledge based system. The current set of low level processes operate on the numerical pixel arrays, to segment the image into region and to convert the image into directional image, and to calculate feature for these regions. The current set of intermedate level processes operate on the results of earlier knowledge source to build more complex representations of the data. We have grouped into thee categories : feature based classification, geometric token relation, perceptual organization and grouping.

The smart factory is an important axis of the 4th industrial revolution. Smart factory is a system that induces the maximum efficiency and effectiveness of production using the IoT and intelligent sensing systems. The product lifecycle management technique is a method that can actively reflect the consumer's requirements in the smart factory and manage the entire process from the consumer to the post management. There have been many studies on product lifecycle management, but studies on how to organize product lifecycle management knowledge domains in preparation for the era of the 4th industrial revolution were insufficient. This study analyzed the opinions of a group of experts preparing for the 4th industrial revolution in terms of product lifecycle management. The impact of the 4th industrial revolution on the detailed knowledge areas of product lifecycle management was investigated. The changes in product lifecycle management were summarized using a qualitative data analysis technique for a group of experts. Based on the opinions of experts, the product lifecycle management, which consists of a total of 30 detailed knowledge areas, was prepared to supplement or prepare for the 4th industrial revolution. This study investigates changes in product lifecycle management in preparation for the 4th industrial revolution in the knowledge domain of the existing defined product life cycle management. In future research, it is necessary to redefine the knowledge domain of product life cycle management suitable for the era of the 4th industrial revolution and investigate the perception of experts. Considering the social culture and technological change factors of the 4th industrial revolution, the scope and scope of product life cycle management can be newly defined.

Majority of knowledge management(KM) studies in e-government have been confined to facilitate KM within an organization. But due to citizen-centric(citizen-driven) paradigm shift and advance of web 2.0 communication in recent years, KM between governments and citizen in e-government portals is becoming an important consideration. So a series of studies on knowledge enhanced e-government portal get under way by considering that it is necessary to enhance knowledge of e-government portal and assuming it improves the usability of portal. While the topics of knowledge enhancement and e-government(portal) are widely discussed in their own domains there is a paucity of studies that address these constructs in a joint context. This paper aims to propose conceptual framework of knowledge enhanced e-government portal through structuralization of theoretical discussion with holistic approach. This framework presents an evolutional path of knowledge enhanced e-government portal that consists of three phases and it will be used for realizing the knowledge enhanced portal project as a basic reference model.

Nam(2008a) suggested that the role of teacher for helping students to learn mathematical structures should be the manifestor of tacit knowledge. But there have been lack of researches on embodying the manifestation of tacit knowledge. This study embodies the manifestation of tacit knowledge by showing that exemplification is one way of manifestation of tacit knowledge in terms of goal, contents, and method. First, the goal of the manifestation of tacit knowledge through exemplification is helping students to learn mathematical structures. Second, the manifestation of tacit knowledge through exemplification intends to teach students mathematical structures in the tacit dimension by perceiving invariance in the midst of change. Third, the manifestation of tacit knowledge through exemplification intends to teach students mathematical structures in the tacit dimension by constructing explicit knowledge creatively, reflection on constructive activity and social interaction. In conclusion, exemplification could be seen one way of embodying the manifestation of tacit knowledge in terms of goal, contents, and method.

지식하부구조는 '능력'의 형태를 띠고 있다. 능력은 기본적으로 지식의 형태로 존재하게 된다. 그러나 이 지식은 기초연구 또는 교과서나 설계도와 같은 형식화된 지식만을 지칭하는 것이 아니라 공식언어로는 제대로 표현되지 않는 암묵적인 지식(tacit knowledge)까지 포괄하고 있다. 암묵적인 지식은 일반적으로 기업 특수적 성격을 지니고 있거나 산업 특수적인 성격을 지니고 있다. 암묵적인 지식은 공동의 경험을 지닌 사람들이나 조직들 사이에 공유되는 지식이기 때문이다. 이러한 측면에서 보았을 때, 능력으로서 존재하는 지식하부구조는 특정 산업이나 영역에서 국지성을 지니고 있다고 파악된다.

본 연구에서는 국내 정보 교사가 가지고 있는 교사 전문성의 특성에 대해 고찰하였다. 교사가 가져야 하는 전문성의 여러 종류 중 인지적 영역의 전문성은 학생 성취에 중요한 역할을 담당하기 때문에 가장 중요한 부분으로 볼 수 있다. 교사가 가지고 있는 인지적 영역의 전문성을 교과에 대한 지식, 일반적 교육학 지식, 교수 내용 지식으로 나누어 생각할 때 정보 교사는 세 가지의 전문성을 가지고 있다. 먼저 교과의 내용이 빠르게 변하기 때문의 지식의 개정이 빠르고, 교수내용지식의 많은 부분이 컴퓨팅 도구의 활용과 이에서 발생하는 오류에 대한 내용으로 구성된다는 점이다. 또한 이러한 이유 때문에 정보 교사의 교수내용지식 또한 꾸준히 변화하게 된다.

다목적함수 최적화를 효과적으로 수행하기 위하여 유전자 알고리즘과 직접탐색법을 결합하여 혼성형 최적화기법을 구현하였다. 이 방법은 유전자 알고리즘을 사용하여 최적점이 존재할 가능성이 높은 영역을 탐색한 후, 이 영역에서 직접탐색법을 사용하여 최종해를 찾는다. 따라서 탐색의 효율을 향상시키고 계산시간을 절약할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 그러나 최적화기법이 효율적이지만, 최적화기법을 사용하기 위해서는 전문가의 전문지식이 필요하다. 따라서 실제 최적화를 수행하기 위해서는 관련 분야의 전문지식과 최적화기법이 효율적으로 결합되는 것이 필요하다.

연속적인 절차를 필요로 하는 영역에서 사용자는 단계마다 검색과 정보 획득과정을 반복적으로 수행해야만 한다. 현재 인터넷으로 수행 가능성 영역의 절차에 대해서 검색과 확인 과정을 거치지 않고 시스템과 대화를 통해서 원하는 절차를 한번에 생성해주는 시스템을 개발하기 위해서는 이러한 개념을 수행해 줄 수 있는 지식 베이스 구축이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 적용하려는 절차의 특성에 다라 대화 모델에서 의도 파악을 위한 Plan-based 기술을 적용할 수 있는 Goal Level과 사용자의 제약 조건을 파악하기 위해 Frame-based 기술을 적용할 수 있는 Constraint Level의 2단계 구조를 갖는 지식 베이스 구조를 제안한다.
