재미 한인들의 급격한 증가와 더불어 미국 간호학의 한인들에 대한 문화적 지식의 유입을 필요로 하게 하였다. 더구나 기존 연구들은 한인들이 질병을 비효율적이며 부적절하게 관리하는 것으로 보고하고 있어 이에 대한 연구의 필요성이 더욱 증가하였다. 기존 연구에 의하면 초기 이민 경험은 이민자들의 건강과 질병 관리에 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구에서는 비평적 문헌 고찰을 통하여 초기 이민 경험이 재미 한인들의 질병관리에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 관하여 살펴보고 이에 근거하여 재미 한인들을 위한 적절한 간호의 방향을 제시하고자 했다. 의학도서 목록 전산망과 기타 문헌 자료를 이용하여 1966년부터 1995년까지의 의학, 보건학, 생물학, 심리학, 사회학 문헌들을 살펴보았다. 체계적인 문헌 고찰을 위하여 4개의 세부적인 주제 아래 문헌들을 구분하여 고찰하였다 첫째. 일반적인 이민자들의 초기 이민경험, 건강, 질병 관리가 고찰되었고. 둘째로 재미 한인들의 초기 이민 경험이 고찰되어졌으며, 셋째로, 재미 한인들의 건강. 질병관리가 고찰되어졌고, 마지막으로 이들을 위한 간호의 방향을 제시해 줄 기존의 간호 모델들이 고찰되어졌다. 문헌 고찰 결과, 재미 한인들의 부적절한 질병 관리는 그들의 초기 이민 경험들과 관련되는 것으로 나타났다 첫째 문화적으로 결정되어진 신념이나 태도들이 재미 한인들의 적절한 질병 관리를 방해하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 재미 한인들도 본국인들과 마찬가지로 질병관리를 위해 현대의학. 한방, 무속, 민간요법을 사용하는 것으로 나타났는데. 한방의 사용이나 이러한 치료법들의 흔용은 한인들의 적절한 질병 관리를 방해하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 문화적 차이, 언어장벽, 그리고 비언어적 의사소통의 차이점에서 오는 오해들이 재미 한인들의 질병 관리를 부적절하게 만드는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 이민생활에서 오는 여러 어려움들 또한 재미 한인들의 질병관리를 어렵게 만드는 것으로 나타났으며, 다섯째. 사회적 지지의 부족 역시 재미 한인들의 적절한 질병관리를 힘들게 하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 적절한 간호 모델의 부재가 이들을 위한 적절한 간호의 제공을 어렵게 하고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과에 근거를 두고 초기 이민 적응기에 있는 재미 한인들에게 적절한 간호를 제공하기 위한 몇 가지 제안들이 제시되었다. 첫째, 이민자들에게 적절한 간호가 제공되기 위해서도 문화적 배경을 고려해야 하겠다. 문화적으로 적절한 간호를 위해서 간호 제공자들은 자신들의 문화와 다른 간호 대상자의 문화도 존중해 주어야 하며, 문화적으로 결정되어진 건강 신념들과 질병 관리 행태도 생명을 위협하지 않는 한 존중해 주어야 할 것이다. 또한 간호제공자들은 자문화 중심적인 사고방식에서 벗어나야 하며, 간호 대상자들의 상황을 총괄적으로 이해하여야 하고 이민자들의 어려움에 대해 공감을 가지고 간호를 제공하여야 하겠다. 둘째, 간호 제공자들은 한방에 관한 지식을 가지고 한 의학 혼용으로 인한 위험으로부터 간호 대상자를 보호하여야 할 것이다. 셋째, 문화적 차이나 자민족 중심적 사고방식으로 인한 오해를 막기 위하여 간호 제공자들은 간호 대상자와 자주 상호 교류함으로써 배우는 자세로 간호 대상자를 대하여야 할 것이며, 자신의 자민족 중심적인 사고방식을 인지하고 언어적, 비언어적 의사소통의 문화 집단별 차이를 앎으로써 오해의 소지를 줄여야 할 것이다. 넷째, 적절한 간호의 제공을 위하여 의사소통을 위해 대화만을 직접 번역해 주는 통역자와는 달리 문화적 배경까지도 이해하고 해석해 주는 문화적 통역자의 도움을 밟아야 할 것이다. 다섯째, 한국문화는 가족 중심적 문화이므로 간호 대상자의 혈연관계를 이해하고 그에게 크게 영향을 주는 가족원을 간호 중재에 참여시킴으로써 치료 효과를 높여야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 효과적인 간호를 위하여 재미 한인을 위한 적절한 간호 모델을 개발함으로써 체계적인 간호의 방향을 제시할 수 있어야 할 것이다.

Strategies for regional development has been implemented by facilitating the cultural industry since the mid 1990s. The government of Gyeongbuk attempted to establish the cluster of cultural industries and to enhance the capability of cultural industries. However, infrastructure of the industries is still weak. The most cultural industries are small-sized enterprises and are in low value-added production link in the value chain. This research examines the situation of cultural industries and then to recommend the direction of cluster of cultural industries in Gyeongbuk. The cluster of cultural industries in Gyeongbuk needs to be decentralized integration. Cultural industries in Gyeongbuk are found in dispersed regions with own cultural and industrial characteristics. The hub of cluster of cultural industries should be formulated to promote network among cultural industrial complexes in dispersed regions; thus, the hub is able to provide knowledge and information for the cultural industrial firms in Gyeongbuk. The supporting center as the hub of cluster has to input more energy to establish the on-line and off-line network among firms, and between firms and innovation agencies such as universities, cultural industrial organizations, and local governments. The cultural industrial cluster should be linked with IT cluster in Gumi and cluster of Daegu cultural industries to upgrade the value chain of cultural industries.

본 연구는 공공도서관의 지식정보취약계층 서비스 이용에 미치는 영향요인을 분석한 것이다. 연구대상은 서울, 인천 경기지역의 공공도서관 382곳이며, 자료는 국가도서관통계시스템을 통해 2016년도 통계자료를 수집하였다. 분석결과, 지식정보취약계층 서비스 이용은 총 15개의 변수 중 9개가 유의하지 않았으며, 지식취약계층관련 예산, 사서 수, 문화프로그램 실시횟수, 자원봉사자 수, 자료구입비 예산, 노인 및 장애인 열람석 수의 총 6개 변수가 종속변수인 지식정보취약계층서비스 이용자 수에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 회귀모형의 전체적인 설명력은 43.2%이며, 자료구입비 예산은 유일하게 부(-)의 영향을 미치고 있다. 이를 제외한 5개의 변수는 종속변수와 정(+)의 관계가 있고, 특히, 지식취약계층관련 예산이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과는 추후 공공도서관에서 지식정보취약계층 서비스 활성화를 위한 방안을 수립할 때 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

In this paper we propose a knowledge management plan for the home shopping industry. Among whole business areas we focus on the business area of the Broadcasting Management and Operation(BM&O). We analyze problems embedded in the business area BM&O, design a knowledge management model (including business processes, information systems, organizations, regulations, and culture) for overcoming the problems, and finally make an action plan for implementing the model into the home shopping company. We expect the proposed model and action plan will be used as an useful reference model for maintaining one's competitive power in the home shopping markets.

The purpose of this study is to examine the causal relationships among knowledge management(KM) influence factors(leadership, learning culture, member' attitude, reward, knowledge quality, KMS quality), KM activities(knowledge creation, knowledge sharing), KM performance in public enterprise. The results of data analysis by structured equation model(SEM) indicate that learning culture, knowledge quality and KMS quality significantly influence the knowledge creation and sharing. Member' attitude has significant influences on the knowledge creation. And knowledge creation and sharing have a significant affect on KM performance. Based on the results, the potential implications of the strategy for effective knowledge management are discussed.

The goal of this study is to suggest policy tasks for the public library in Seoul. For this goal, researcher compared macroscopically the gap between the Seoul city and the global competitiveness city using the core index of the public library, and analyzed microscopically the level of the Seoul city and the metropolitan cities and provinces focusing on the public library infrastructure and service index. Next, researcher evaluated the public library policies by linking the "2030 Seoul City Master Plan" and the "Library and Reading Culture Revitalization Plan". Based on the results, researcher proposed branding for global knowledge culture capitals, advancement of core competencies and systems of libraries, composition of citizen centered knowledge culture ecosystem, maximization of citizen's service satisfaction and expected benefits as future-oriented policy tasks of public libraries in Seoul.

Library and information science(LIS) research has been dominated by functionalistic orientation as one of the postulates of positivism. As a result, it has often been criticized that LIS research does not take into account the social, cultural, political, and economic contexts on which the theories and the practices of LIS are based. In this regard, this paper seeks to establish and apply critical inquiry through a review of the relevant aspects of critical theory and application of those insights to current research and practice in LIS. Connections of LIS research to relevant political, social and economic issues are particularly stressed.

최근 등장한 Large Language Models (LLM)은 자연어 처리 분야에서 눈에 띄는 성과를 보여주었지만, 주로 영어 중심의 연구로 진행되어 그 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 사전 학습된 LLM의 언어별 지식 전이 가능성을 한국어를 중심으로 탐구하였다. 이를 위해 한국어와 영어로 구성된 코드 스위칭 코퍼스를 구축하였으며, 기본 모델인 LLAMA-2와 코드 스위칭 코퍼스를 추가 학습한 모델 간의 성능 비교를 수행하였다. 결과적으로, 제안하는 방법론으로 학습한 모델은 두 언어 간의 희미론적 정보가 효과적으로 전이됐으며, 두 언어 간의 지식 정보 연계가 가능했다. 이 연구는 다양한 언어와 문화를 반영하는 다국어 LLM 연구와, 소수 언어를 포함한 AI 기술의 확산 및 민주화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The Power and Knowledge are attractive materials that could be used in all of cultural content genre with storytelling. Because he, whether or not own knowledge, could be an important tool of narrative strategy for popularity keeping with a confrontation and conflict. This study aimed to explore the power and knowledge appearing in . For this purpose, it used the structuralistic methodologies of Saussure and Levi-Strauss, analyzing binary oppositions between the characters mainly connected with the knowledge and power. Three categories was analytic object, 'Place(abbey, book repository)' 'Debate on laughter', 'The argument for heresy.' As a result, we found the three materials had narrative strategy fully following binary oppositional structure. In that movie, which was deployed in a basis with knowledge and power, we eventually found that contemporary reality veiled the truth was paradoxically revealed with these narrative strategy. And we confirmed that it was very important the attribute of knowledge and power in narrative processing.

중국에서 고등 교육이 보편화되고 취업 경쟁이 나날이 치열해지면서, 쉴 새 없이 갈고 닦은 개인의 지식 시스템이 경쟁력의 주요 원동력이 되었고 직장에서도 '공부'가 점차 새로운 키워드로 부상하고 있다. 그러한 까닭에 문화형 1인미디어의 발전 전략에 점점 더 많은 이들의 이목이 집중되고 있다. 본 논문은 뤄지쓰웨이의 사례 분석을 통해 중국의 문화형 1인미디어 시청자의 수요와 발전 추세를 관찰했다. 또한 뤄지쓰웨이가 브랜드 구축 시 어떠한 브랜드 디자인 전략을 펼쳤는지에 대해서도 알아보았다. 지불방식, 지식 커뮤니티 형성, 신용 시스템 구축 등을 통해 시장의 경쟁 속에서 양호하고 신뢰할 수 있는 브랜드 이미지를 형성한다.
