With the spread of interment, the digitalization and knowledge-based information are in progress. Specially, numerous users make the various works and use the services on the web. For the most part, these works make use of the XML. The XML shines the reusing of the Documents because it is separated from contents and styles. Also, it can re-define the logic structure of the Document for requirement of the developer. However, the XML document's size is much larger than common text document because it basically handles the document type and adds numerous tags for representing structure of the document. To utilize the limited storage of Palmtop, PDA and so on, it is necessary to compress and handle the documents efficiently. Recently, the compression techniques for efficiently handling and compressing the XML documents are in progress to solve this problem. But the existing research doesn't support the query processing for that. In this paper, we design and implement the XML compression algorithm that compresses the XML document and processes the quay of compressed XML document faster and mote effciently than the previous techniques.

Vast amount of XML documents raise interests in how they will be used and how far their usage can be expanded. This paper has two central goals: 1) easy and fast retrieval of XML documents or relevant elements; and 2) efficient and stable management of large-size XML documents. The keys to develop such a practical system are how to segment a large XML document to smaller fragments and how to store them. In order to achieve these goals, we designed SCOF(Service-centric Object Fragmentation) model, which is a semi-decomposition method based on conversion rules provided by XML database managers. Keyword-based search using SCOF model then retrieves the specific elements or attributes of XML documents, just as typical XML query language does. Even though this approach needs the wisdom of managers in XML document collection, SCOF model makes it efficient both retrieval and management of massive XML documents.

The creation of new economic paradigm shift in creative economy age have influence on the characteristics of social networks and space, it leads to the formation of new relationship in space depending on social network service development. In this paper, it gives a name to 'social network resource' the power affecting these features and to find the meaning of spatial changes in the economic geography perspectives. 'Social network resource' shows the characteristics of openness, sharing, participation and cooperation, with features of encompassing all the features of local and global characteristics in space. This features are related the meaning of 'trans-locality' and can be found in the case of 'WikiSeoul.com (http:/www.wikiseoul.com)', Seoul's social knowledge sharing web platform. In particular, physical resources, human resources, information resources, and the characteristics of the relationship as a resource features was found and these features appear in space is projected to the space of social relations, it reflects the characteristics of qualitative space regarding social network resource.

To answer whether it is proper to adopt wetland education as a part of the formal school curriculum, this study analyzed research trends and topics on wetland education and identified cases of adopting wetland education as a part of the formal school curriculum. Analyzing trends and topics on wetlands resulted in a recent shift of the focus of wetland education from the awareness and attitude towards wetlands to the ecological functions and ecosystem services that wetlands provide. In 2002, 18 Contracting Parties of the Ramsar Convention had adopted wetland education in the formal school curriculum. As of August 2020, the number has increased up to 42 countries. The globally increased awareness on the importance of wetlands seems to have led the positive change. Most of the cases analyzed and reflected in this study showed that the curricula were designed and applied not nationally but locally or school basis for efficiency.

The purpose of this research is to suggest appropriate directions for the desirable ecotourist attraction management through the investigation of the tourist's satisfaction with ecotourism in case of Geumgang birdwatching destination. This research focus on the identification of the determinants of the ecotourist's satisfaction and the estimated regression model. The results of this study for the tourist's satisfaction with the ecotourism are summarized as follows. First, as a result of the factor analysis of the tourist's satisfaction variables, five factors like 'knowledge information', 'experience', 'ecological value', 'guide service', 'facilities environment' are deduced. Second, as a result of the test of significance, the difference of the satisfaction with ecotourism in aspect of the tourist's demographic characteristics like age and academic background is confirmed to be statistically significant except sex. Third, the tourist's satisfaction with ecotourism appears to be positively correlative with the tourist's overall satisfaction.

The level and motivational basis of consumer involvement have been recognized as having important effects on purchase behavior. To explore the importance of hedonic aspects of involvement upon consumer purchase behavior, survey data on involvement degree and type concerning 8 product classes from 388 respondents was analyzed. Major findings of this study are summarized as follow. First of all, hedonic factor is evidenced as an important component of consumer involvement. In addition, hedonic dimension of involvement is proved to have significant effects on consumer purchase behavior in general. Secondly, analysis of the difference in behavioral tendencies between purchasing product with hedonic value(coffee) and utilitarian motive(washing machine) shows that consumers have relatively high in degree of brand differentiation, brand commitment, product knowledge in purchasing product with hedonic value. This means that hedonic aspect of product and thus hedonic involvement has not less important in predicting consumer behavior. Finally, several interactive effects, which suppot to and conflict against the previous research findings, between level and type of involvement upon purchase behaviors are detacted. This implies that hedonically induced involvement has moderating roles in the effects of consumer involvement on purchase behavior.

This study is about development of technology for electronic government of S. Korea with cloud computing analysed by the application of scenario planning. As a society of knowledge and information has been developed rapidly, because of changing from web environment to ubiquitous environment, a lot of countries across the world as well as S. Korea for e-Government have a variety of changes with cloud computing service. So this research focused on the strategy consulting of e-Government of S. Korea with development of cloud computing technology analysed by the application of 'scenario planning' as a foresight method. As a result, the future policy for development of cloud computing technology for electronic government of S. Korea is to further spur the development of technology for hard ware and internet data center as SLA(Service Level Agreement) and service provisioning, more improvement of level of technology with soft ware solution as resource virtualization, open API(Application Programming Interface).

According to the rapid changing of modern Society, the portion and influence of the industries which are related to IT(Information Technology) have being Increased. Therefore, we need to recognize and learn to the new technologies such as ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) because they are very closely related to our living environments. Unfortunately, people who are not expertized to the ITS have had hard time to understand these systems. In this paper, we introduce a multimedia courseware which requires only simple operations of mouse and keyboard for education of ITS. This courseware includes not only the areas of services for user but also scopes and components, and applications of ITS, which make possible to understand what the ITS are When we apply this courseware to the people who we not specialized to ITS, they can understand the ITS more easily.

The aim of this study is to provide a direction for future research by examining research trends on women in social welfare field in recent years. This study has theoretical significance in terms of expanding the horizon of social welfare knowledge by accumulating new research results based on previous research results on this topic. Using content analysis, we analyzed 37 studies on women published in Korean Journal of Social Welfare during 2009 ~ 2017 focusing on research subjects, research topics, and methods. The results of analyzing the research subjects indicated that women were described as client, family, and worker. In terms of the research topics, the results revealed a total of thirteen themes. In addition, the results showed that empirical research methods were dominant. It is suggested that more efforts should be made in future studies to broaden the scope of research subjects, topics, and methodologies in this filed.
