  • 이 연구는 환자의 치위생학적 지식 및 실천 정도가 구강건강과 관련된 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 측정하고자 평가도구중 하나인 구강건강 영향지수(OHIP)를 사용하여 평가하였다. 그 결과 예방적인 지식이나 일상에서 매일 사용하는 구강용품지식 및 사용방법 지식이 높아야 주관적으로 느끼는 삶의 질이 높게 나타났다. 그리고 진료 형태별 지식과 같이 경험으로 습득한 지식은 높을수록 주관적으로 느끼는 삶의질이 낮게 나타났다. 반면 심미치료중의 하나인 미백치료지식은 높을수록 주관적으로 느끼는 삶의 질이 높게 나타났다. 즉 예방적이고 심미적인 지식이 구강건강영향지수에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석된다.

  • Product Lifecycle Management is a well-defined management method consisting of 8 knowledge areas. Since the 4th industrial revolution is closely related to smart factories, the importance of product lifecycle management, which effectively manages the entire process from product idea generation to disposal, is emerging. This study analyzed the current and future applications of the knowledge domain of product life cycle management from the perspective of the 4th industrial revolution for experts in the field of product life cycle management. The expert's perception was analyzed from the current point of view and the future point of view to see how the product life cycle management knowledge area is applied in the field. The current and future application degree of the knowledge domain of product life cycle management was analyzed, and whether there was a difference between the knowledge domains in terms of the level of application was analyzed. Based on the analyzed results, its meaning and future flow are presented.

The Competence and Satisfaction on Inventory Management of the Operating Room Nurses (수술실 간호사의 물품관리 업무역량과 업무만족도 연구)

  • The study verified the work capacity (job performance, perception, knowledge) and satisfaction on managing the inventory of operating room nurses working in a more than 700-bed hospital. The purpose of this study was to provide basic data of education for work capacity and satisfaction and quality insurance by analyzing the scores between the three different operating rooms and the correlation between the work capacity and satisfaction by investigating the related factors. This study presented a structured and self-administered questionnaire to 181 nurses who had been working in the operating room more than six months. The mean and standard deviation of the job performance, perception, knowledge, and satisfaction were 4.2(${\pm}0.56$), 3.4(${\pm}0.76$), 3.5(${\pm}0.40$), and 3.4(${\pm}0.55$), respectively. The work capacity and satisfaction of each group did not show a statistically significant difference. The correlations between the job performance and knowledge, knowledge and perception, perception and satisfaction were positive (r=.627, p<0.01), (r=.663, p<0.01) and (r=.485, p<0.01), respectively. Among the factors related to the general characteristics of operating room nurses, only age significantly affected their job performance. This study provides basic data on the maintenance and improvement of their competence and satisfaction by being served as a resource for sustainable human resources management and training, and efficient management of the communication channel between hospitals.

A Empirical Study on the estimation of Knowledge Production Function in Korea (지식생산함수(知識生産函數)에 관한 실증분석(實證分析))

  • 본 연구는 1982년부터 2002년까지 우리나라 15개 산업부분의 패널자료를 이용하여 지식생산함수추정을 시도하였다. 해당 산업부문의 지식생산활동에서 서로 다른 산업부문간에 산호작용영향이 중요하다는 관점을 고려하여 Mark et al. (2005)이 제시한 DSUR(Dynamic Seemingly Unrelated Regression)추정량을 이용하여 관련된 지식생산함수의 모수를 추정하였다. 본 연구의 추정결과를 살펴보면, 우리나라 지식생산함수에서 연구원 규모가 지식생산에 기여하는 탄력성정도는 0.25이며, 기존 지식축적량이 기여하는 탄력성정도는 0.353으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증분석 결과는 우리나라의 경우에 기존 지식축적량이 새로운 지식생산에 기여하는 탄력성정도가 1보다 작음을 보여준다. 지식생산함수의 관하여 추정된 계수의 크기가 시사하는 바는 우리나라의 장기적 경제성장률은 제품 및 서비스생산함수에 관련된 탄력성과 인구성장증가율에 따라서 결정되기 때문에 정부의 직접적인 R&D정책개입보다는 지식관리 및 보급 그리고 공유체계정비라는 간접적 R&D정잭개입을 통하여 지속적인 경제성장전략을 추진해야한다는 주장을 뒷받침한다고 볼 수 있다.

  • 전문가의 지식을 지식베이스화하여 의사결정지원시스템으로 사용하려는 노력이 증대하고 있다. 특히 투자의사결정과 같은 원인결과의 관계를 명확히 규정할 수 없는 복작한 영역에서 전문가의 지식베이스는 비전문가의 의사결정에 중요한 조언을 제공할 수 있다. 불확실한 지식을 지식베이스화하는 한 방법으로 퍼지프러덕션시스템이 널리 사용되고 있다. 주식시장과 같은 동태적인 시스템에서 어떤 정보의 중요성은 상황에 따라 변화하는데 이를 정태적인 프로덕션시스템의 규칙으로 지식베이스화하는 것은 불가능하다. 그러나 추론을 수행하는 과정에서 수행당시 각 정보의 중요도에 부응하는 가중치를 부여하여 평가함으로써 정태적인 지식베이스에 동태적인 실제시스템의 특성을 반영할 수 있다. 이는 가중치가 높은 정보에 해당하는 조건명제의 충족정도가 해당규칙의 전체평가결과에 더욱 중요하게 반영되게 하여 좀더 현실성 있는 추론 결과를 얻게 한다. AHP(Analytic Hierachy Process) 방법에 의하여 얻어진 정보의 상대적 중요도에 따른 가중치 (w)를 해당 정보와 조건명제의 합치정도(Degree of Match : DM)에 (DM)w 의 형식으로 적용함으로써 퍼지프러덕션시스템에서 정보의 중요도를 반영하여 프러덕션규칙을 평가하는 방법을 제시한다.

  • Knowledge contents acquisition has received very little attention in the study of knowledge management, unlike knowledge sharing and utilization. For an organization to generate and preserve a competitive advantage, it is vital that its knowledge contents be acquired. This study analyzes, by quantitative approach of surveys, the degree of activities of knowledge contents acquisition for the employees of a local government organization. The results show that the employees of a local government are not aggressively involved in knowledge contents acquisition activities. Lessons and implications of this study for management leadership are presented.

  • Information center represents an important source which seems very well suited for knowledge management investigation. Information center is knowledge intensive and the use of advanced technology may transform the knowledge of business processes for delivering an unique capabilities in an organization. To exam knowledge management, organization culture, importance of knowledge, and support of information technology were identified as potential predictors of knowledge management support in information center. Three hypotheses have been tested with 43 database management specialist surveys. This study presents that the level of information sharing and knowledge exchange is significantly influenced by the extent support of information technology.

Analysis on cognitive variables affecting proportion problem solving ability with different level of structuredness (비례 문제 해결에 영향을 주는 인지적 변인 분석)

  • The purpose of the study is to verify what cognitive variables have significant effect on proportional problem solving. For this aim, the study classified proportional problem into well-structured, moderately-structured, ill-structured problem by the level of structuredness, then classified the cognitive variables as well into factual algorithm knowledge, conceptual knowledge, knowledge of problem type, quantity change recognition and meta-cognition(meta-regulation and meta-knowledge). Then, it verified what cognitive variables have significant effects on 6th graders' proportional problem solving abilities through multiple regression analysis technique. As a result of the analysis, different cognitive variables effect on solving proportional problem classified by the level of structuredness. Through the results, the study suggest how to teach and assess proportional reasoning and problem solving in elementary mathematics class.

Relationships between Knowledge, Attitude and Practice on Breast Self-Examination among Female University Students (일 지역 여대생의 유방자가검진에 대한 지식, 태도 및 실천의 관계)

  • Purpose: The study was to identify the relationships between knowledge, attitude and practice on breast self-examination among female university students. Methods: This descriptive study was conducted with a convenient sample of 330 female university students. Results: The mean score for knowledge of breast self-examination was 6.60/17 and attitude toward breast self-examination 42.34/64 and Practice level for breast self-examination was 13.23/24. The level of knowledge was differed significantly by Age(t=11.013 p<.001), Grade(t=12.725, p<.001), hearing experience of BSE(t=6.661, p<.001), experience of recommendation by others about BSE(t=3.426, p<.001), Educational experience of BSE(t=5.825, p<.001), experience of performance of BSE(t=2.789, p=.005). Practice level was differed significantly by hearing experience of BSE(t=5.250, p<.001), Educational experience of BSE(t=4.493, p<.001), Plan of BSE(F=3.910, p=.013). Slightly positive correlations were found between knowledge and attitude, knowledge and practice. Conclusion: The study suggested that we need to develop effective educational program for breast self examination to promote practice level of female students in university.

Analysis of the Oral Health Knowledge and Practice of Teachers in Some Early Childhood Education Institutions (일부 유아교육기관 교사의 구강보건지식 및 실천정도 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the oral health knowledge and oral health practice of teachers in early childhood education institutions. The subjects in this study were 169 teachers who worked in early childhood education institutions. After a survey was conducted, the collected data were analyzed with a SPSSWIN 14.0 program. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. Concerning oral health knowledge, they got a mean of 7.97(9), 2.66(3), 2.86(5), 2.42(5) and 1.04(2) respectively in knowledge on dental caries, toothbrushing, periodontitis, fluoride and diet. Overall, they got a mean of 16.98 in 24 items, and the score corresponded to approximately 70 out of 100 points. 2. As for oral health practice, tongue cleaning(4.22) was what they did the most to take care of their oral health, and they just got 2.60 in regular dental checkup. Overall, they got about 3.11 in oral health practice. 3. Regarding relationship between general characteristics and oral health knowledge, the teachers who were in their 30s got 17.47 in overall oral health knowledge, and those with a career of five to less than 10 years got 17.50. The teachers who received college or higher education got 17.27, and the principals got 18.26. Those who had ever received education on oral health got 17.01. But the gaps between them and the others were not statistically significant. 4. As to connections between general characteristics including age and oral health practice, restricted sugar intake, regular dental checkup, the use of oral hygiene supplies, tongue cleaning and overall oral health practice were more prevailing among the older teachers, and the gaps between them and the younger teachers were statistically significant. 5. In terms of relationship between oral health knowledge and oral health practice, there was no statistically significant relationship between the two on the whole, but better oral health knowledge led to better oral health practice in each part. This study shows that various oral health education programs for the kindergarten teachers should be developed and continuous education through the programs is important to improve the knowledge of oral health and to change oral health behavior.
