이 논문에서는 기존의 지식관리시스템과 P2P방식을 접목한 P2P 지식관리시스템을 제안하고 제안된 시스템의 구조와 효율적으로 지식을 검색하기 위한 지능형 에이전트 대하여 기술하였다. 에이전트의 종류는 지식추출과 추천 에이전트가 있으며, 지식추출 에이전트는 대량의 데이터에서 지식을 추출하고, 개인 맞춤형 지식 추천 에이전트는 추출된 지식에서 사용자가 관심 있는 분야의 지식을 추천해 주는 것이다. 제안된 시스템의 구조와 에이전트 기법은 회사나 단체에 속한 사용자들이 방대한 데이터, 정보 또는 사용자들의 전문성과 경험으로 축적된 지식을 빠르고 쉽게 검색하게 해주어 양질의 지식을 사용자들이 추천 받아 사용하도록 함으로써 전체 구성원의 지식도를 높이며, 이러한 지식들을 재활용하여 더욱 많은 지식과 부가 가치를 창출하도록 지원하여 준다.

A knowledge-based expert system has been developed implementing the ambiguous process of conceptual design of flywheels in earlier design stage to assist the selection of proper flywheel types and dimensions. Knowledge for the flywheel design consists of the rules for conventional as well as super flywheels and other informations required for the design process. Those knowledges were extracted from literatures and some experts in the field. With these knowledges, an integrated knowledge based expert system was developed to help users with informations and facilities to design flywheels interactively using a commercial package of knowledge-based system called INSIGHT2 of backward chaining and proprietary package of forward chaining written in LISP language. The developed system consists of the knowledge base part and calculation park : the first one consists of main module and user level modules and the other one is to assist in analyzing the stress distribution in the flywheels and deciding the flywheel dimensions and specifications for various types of flywheels using proper data bases and graphic facilities. With this flywheel design software, several examples were tried generating acceptable design results.

오늘날 사회는 지식이 부가가치를 산출하는 지식기반사회로, 이러한 지식은 전통적인 교과적 지식과는 달리 신속성, 다양성, 복잡성을 가진 특성을 가지고 있으며, 생산, 저장, 공유 및 재생산의 과정을 거쳐가면서 가치를 더해 가는 것이다. 사회현장의 이러한 변화에 따라 인력을 양성하는 대학에서도 대학경영으로 변화할 것을 요구하고 있다. 즉, 대학은 기존 체제와 운영방식을 유지하는 것보다도, 팀 중심으로 기존의 지식을 공유하고 대화와 토론을 중시하는 학습조직화를 통하여 새로운 대학체제를 창조하는 지식경영적 접근이 요구된다. 이를 위해서 대학은 지역과 구성원의 특성을 살리면서도 미래의 변화에 부응하는 장기적인 통찰과 정책이 필요하다.

최근 급변하는 세계정세 속에 미래의 불확실성과 위협이 커져가는 실정에서 미래예측에 기반한 국정운영 시스템과 함께, 이를 과학적이고 체계적으로 지원할 수 있는 지식기반의 미래예측 인프라가 필요하다. 또한 기술 발달과 사회 환경의 미래 변화가 국가의 경쟁력으로 발현될 수 있도록 정책과 제도체계 마련이 선행되어야 혁신적 창의적 노력이 성공하고 기회를 선점할 수 있다. 결국, 지식기반과 국정 운영의 융합으로 지속가능한 국가선진화를 달성할 수 있을 것이다. 본고에서는 기술(공급), 사회(수요), 정책간의 상호작용을 중심으로 지식기반 국가선진화 전략을 제시하였다. 지식기반 국가선진화 전략은 국가 미래비전을 제시하고 추진하는 국정운영 인프라(Governance Infra), 지식기반 인프라(Knowledge Infra), 멘탈 인프라(Mental Infra)로 구성되어있다.

대학도서관이 수행해야 할 보다 적극적이고 활동적인 서비스 형태로 이용자 학술지원을 위한 지식관리시스템의 모형, 즉 T 대학의 특수교육분야 중에서 장애인의 전환교육에 관련한 지식관리시스템 모형을 설계하였다. 이러한 지식관리시스템은 기존의 도서관 서비스의 확장된 영역으로 T 대학의 특성화를 달성할 수 있는 전문화된 서비스를 제공할 수 있고 전환교육에 대한 형식적 지식과 함께 조직구성원의 암묵적 지식을 축적함으로써 최신성 있는 데이터베이스를 유지할 수 있다.

Currently, managers and researchers have come to recognize the importance of knowledge as an asset to the organization. Knowledge Management System (KMS) is developed as a tool to manage the organizational knowledge. A significant literature about Knowledge Management in the private, but not public sector. The purpose of the study is to analyze the influencing factors for KMS utilization in a public sector, Jeju Provincial Government Organization. This study performed an empirical research on factors that affect the use of KMS using Knowledge Management system capability and individual & organizational capability criteria. Survey was conducted with 150 employees from Jeju Provincial Government Organization. The Results show that an ability to create knowledge, and knowledge infrastructure are significant factors in determining the level of usage of Knowledge Management system. In particular, the most important factor that influences the usage of Knowledge Management is knowledge creation. and then knowledge infrastructure. The result also shows that the usage of KMS is affected by management's support willingness.

This study analyzed the types of knowledge building discourse and knowledge building processes in small group learning using augmented reality. Eight 8th grade students took classes using augmented reality in solubility, boiling and melting points. These classes were carried out twice and all the classes were videotaped and recorded. Every student participated in a semi-structured interview. In the types of knowledge building discourse, the proportion of knowledge sharing and knowledge construction was similar. Beneath the knowledge sharing, the proportion of introductory level discussion was higher than identifying key elements of augmented reality. Recalling existing knowledge rarely appeared. Under the knowledge construction, the proportion of advanced level discussion was the highest and the proportion of sharing and critiquing ideas at a different level and efforts to rise above current levels of explanation was similar. The introductory level discussion and identifying key elements of augmented reality were developed into efforts to rise above current levels of explanation and sharing and critiquing ideas at a different level. Visualized results of knowledge building processes showed all the students' graph drew an upward curve, though cumulative number of impact value was different by each student. As a result of the study, effective ways of improving small group learning using augmented reality are discussed.

기술지식으로서의 특허가 과학지식으로서의 과학논문을 많이 인용하면 할수록 과학지식과 기술지식의 상호작용이 많다고 해석할 수 있고, 또한 인용까지의 평균시차가 짧으면 짧을수록 과학지식과 기술지식의 확산속도가 그만큼 빠른 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 과학논문과 특허를 대상으로 과학집약도가 높은 기술분야, 여러 학문분야를 가장 많이 인용하고 있는 기술분야, 그리고 여러 기술분야에서 가장 많이 인용되는 학문분야를 발견할 수 있다. 또한 하나의 특허가 다른 특허에 인용되는 관계를 통해 피인용특허의 기술분야와 인용특허의 산업분야에 대한 연계 매트릭스를 구성함으로써 기술지식이 파급 연계되는 산업분야를 확인할 수 있다. 여기에서는 이러한 과학기술 지식의 연계관계를 규명함으로써 어떤 유형의 지식이 기술혁신에 있어 가장 기초가 되는지, 어떤 기술 분야가 과학적 지식을 가장 역동적으로 활용하는지, 그리고 산업계의 요구와 가장 긴밀한 관계를 맺고 있는 학문분야는 어떤 분야인지를 분석하고자 한다.

This purpose of this study is for an Airline company to discover and utilize new knowledge because knowledge and information are considered core tools for achieving high performance and competitive advantage, and achieving high performance and competitive advantage will surely determine the long-term survival of airline companies. Therefore, this study aims to reveal the causal relationships among different types of organizational culture, the knowledge sharing activities and the effectiveness of organizational work by airline members from a holistic viewpoint. The results of analysis are as follows. First, when examining the effects of the organizational culture types of airline members on knowledge sharing, a creative innovation culture, a relational group culture and a hierarchical orientation culture all showed positive effects on knowledge sharing. Second, the knowledge sharing by airline members showed a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of organizational work. Third, the creative innovation culture, the relational group culture and the hierarchical orientation culture all showed positive effects on the effectiveness of organizational work. Fourth, knowledge sharing did not have a mediating effect on the relationship between organizational culture and the effectiveness of organizational work.
