  • 정보시스템감리의 유용성과 중요성이 날로 점증하고 있는 시점에서 정보시스템감리인이 되고자 할 때 기본적인 공통지식에 대한 세밀한 정의가 부족하여 어려움을 겪는 사례가 많이 발생되고 있다. 본 논문은 정보시스템감리 관련 국내외 체계를 분석하고 국내의 감리 실무를 참조하여, 정보시스템감리의 공통 지식체계를 도출하고자 하였다. 아직까지는 높은 수준에서 분석이 이루어졌으나 추후 좀더 세밀한 연구가 진행되면 정보시스템감리 분야의 전문성 향상에 도움이 되리라 생각된다.

  • Assuming that the knowledge creation and retrieval functions could be the most important factors for a successful knowledge management(KM) especially during the promotion stage of KM, this study suggests an e-learning application as one of best methods for producing knowledge and also the integrated knowledge repository model in which learning, knowledge. and information objects can be semantically associated through topic map-based knowledge map. The traditional KM system provides a simple directory-based knowledge map. which can not provide the semantic links between topics or objects. The proposed model can be utilized as a solution to solve the above-mentioned disadvantages of the traditional models. In order to collect the basic data for the proposed model, first, case studies utilizing interviews and surveys were conducted targeting at three Korean insurance companies' knowledge managers(or e-learning managers) and librarians. Second, the related studies and other topic map-based pilot systems were investigated.

  • The future industry, intangible assets, like expertise, customer satisfaction, and employee's volition and capability, create more company value than any other components. The company's outcome mostly depends on managing these intangible knowledge assets. Construction industry is trying to adapt knowledge management system to manage their knowledge assets, but Hey do not build up knowledge assets definition and knowledge assets classification as much as other industries do. Most researches related knowledge assets classification are not concentrated on construction industry so it is need to define knowledge assets and establish knowledge assets classification of construction based on construction characteristics and informations. With this research result, construction knowledge assets classification can be the basis of knowledge asscts evaluation and knowledge map for knowledge management system.

  • Development of R&D Knowledge Management System for Science & Technology Research Institutes, which was initiated early 2001, was introduced. The project, funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology, is being carried out by several R&D institutes in cooperation With implementers. The purposes of the project are: sharing knowledge about on-going research progresses and existing research results, facilitating cooperative efforts among research staff, teams, and institutes, and improving the efficiency of research project administration. The system consists of 4 components that are highly intertwined: Knowledge Portal, Knowledge Repository, Project Administration System and Groupware. This 3-year project will benefit R&D researchers, and R&D project carrying-out institutes and government project administration organization by facilitating research and development activities, and improving management efficiency, respectively.

  • Production rule based knowledge representation method has many advantages, but has the difficulties in maintaining the consistency of knowledge. Since the consistency maintenance of knowledge exercises a marked effect on the reliability of inference results, the system for consistency maintenance of knowledge is indispensable to increase the reliability. In the most popular pairwise checking method among consistency verification methods, the valuable rules can be omitted and it takes much time in checking the consistency when the rules are numerous. So, this paper is to propose and implement the verification system which can remove the structural errors and semantic ones, making up for the defects of pairwise checking method by using the certain property list and eventual property list and improving the steps of verification.

  • 지금까지 수행된 대부분의 유가예측은 주고 계량 데이터를 기반으로 하는 여러 가지 계량 모델을 구성하여 수행되었으며, 그 결과 산유국 동향과 같은 국제 유가시장의 불확실성을 제대로 반영하지 못했다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 계량경제학적인 접근방법과 전문가시스템을 통합한 유가예측 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 즉, 계량 데이터를 기초로 유가예측 모델을 구성하고, 산유국동향과 같은 비계량적인 요인이 유가에 미치는 영향에 대한 실무자의 경험적인 지식은 지식베이스로 구축함으로써, 유가예측과 관련된 다양한 요인들을 폭넓게 고려할 수 있는 통합된 시스템을 개발하였다. 유가예측 모델로는 대표 유종의 유가 및 수급 전망을 위한 동적 선형연립 모델과 유종간 유가의 균형차액을 예측하기 위한 Fully Modified 공적분 회귀분석 모델을 구성하였으며, 유가예측 모델에서 반영하기 어려운 산유국 동향이나 OPEC정책, 선물시장 동향 등은 실무자의 경험적인 지식을 바탕으로 시스템 예측변수로 설정하여 유가예측에 반영할 수 있도록 지식베이스를 구축하였다. 또한, 본 시스템에서는 유가예측 이외에 석유 수급을 전망하고, 유가 및 수급과 관련된 다양한 정보를 제공하고 관리하는 기능을 제공하고 있다.

  • Knowledge management has been spread rapidly since Knowledge is regarded as a crucial asset in future. Once, Knowledge had been obtained freely but hard to be shared. Studies on importance and share of knowledge have been taking place and it leads to development of knowledge management systems. However, decision makers still have problems even though they are using knowledge management systems. Eventually, for the decision makers are needed concentrated knowledge which is unconscious and embodied, when they make a decision. This is wisdom. Thus, wisdom is superior to knowledge for the decision makers. There are some researches on wisdom but wisdom management were overlooked. This study presents differences between knowledge and wisdom with theoretical research and empirical analysis on the wisdom management.

  • In this paper, I describe a knowledge-based question-answering system and significance of the system with a view to constructing a fact database. The knowledge-based system takes advantage of existing NLP-resources such as conceptual structures of ontologies along with morphotogical, syntactic and semantic analysis. The use of conceptual structures allows us to select right answers through inferences basically made by expansions of concepts. However, the work of constructing factual knowledge requires a great amount of acquisition time in large-scale applications because of the nature of human interference. This is why the procedure of acquiring factual knowledge cannot be fully automated. Apart from efficiency considerations. the knowledge-based system deserves serious consideration, I point out benefits of the system and describe the whole procedure of building the system in terms of a fact database.

A Study on the Current Situations of Knowledge Management Systems Introduction in Korean University Libraries (우리 나라 대학도서관의 지식관리시스템 도입현황에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to present the factors needed to introduce knowledge management systems to university libraries in Korea, to suggest various methods needed to offer much more improved services of a library than now by investigating the current situations about introducing such factors in national and pubic university libraries in Korea. Almost all of the 33 university libraries selected the subject of investigation have offered the on-line reference service, e-mail pushing service, and full text constructions out of the 11 knowledge management system elements presented in this study, but the other services else have been offered by less than half the number of the libraries. The findings suggest to greatly improve the current services of libraries such as information education and selective dissemination of information, and immediately to introduce new systems including e-book and wireless service systems in order to the university competitiveness. The study implies that each library has already introduced the knowledge management systems, in proportion to a budget of the library, ifs librarian number, and a degree restructuring organization, and that an introduction of knowledge management systems such as policy and culture of organization, its librarian number, and its related security of budget takes the most important role in improving services of a library.

  • 지식서비스에서는 최근 자사의 지식정보에 대해 대표적인 지식 구축 채널로 발전중인 블로그(Blog)와의 연계를 추구하기 위해 트랙백(Trackback) 서비스 제공하고 있으며 이를 통해 자사를 넘어 다양한 블로그 서비스를 통해 지식 정보를 제공하고 있는 블로그 사이트들 과의 지식 체인(Knowledge Chain)을 형성하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지식 체인 서비스를 제공하고 있는 다음 커뮤니케이션사의 지식 서비스에 대한 트랙백 주소 확보를 위한 구조 및 환경에 대해 분석 제공하고 있으며, 앞서 언급한 지식서비스와 블로그간의 지식 체인 형성시 필수적으로 요구되는 트랙백 주소 확보를 보다 용이하게 할 수 있도록 웹 기반의 비동기적 통신 스크립트 기술인 AJAX를 이용하는 클라이언트 측의 웹 어플리케이션 형태의 "트랙백 주소 추출 시스템"을 제시 구현하고 있다.
