The National Competency Standards (NCS) is a standard that allows korea to efficiently organize the training of national talents by systematically classifying the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for the job of industry groups. Ontology is a discipline that allows the abstract information in the human concept to be expressed in a form that enables computing to be done. There is a need to formalize the knowledge management by converting the NCS system currently stored in the simple DB into an ontology. This study design and implement NCS ontology for the task of "Application SW Engineering" among vast NCS jobs, enabling intelligent knowledge management and inference search of the job. In addition, it provides consistency with the formalization specification of the learning contents structure of the competency unit elements of the job, and provides the basis for extension to the whole NCS job ontology.

The purpose of this study is to investigate mathematics content knowledge(MCK) of pre-service teachers about the area of a circle. 53 pre-service teachers were asked to perform four tasks based on the central ideas of measurement for the area of a circle. The results of this study are as follows. First, pre-service teachers had some difficulty in describing the meaning of the area of a circle. Quite a few of them didn't recognize the necessity of counting the number of area units. Secondly, pre-service teachers had insufficient content knowledge about the central ideas of measurement for the area of a circle such as partitioning, unit iteration, rearranging, structuring an array and approximation. Lastly, few pre-service teachers understood the concept of actual infinity. Most students regarded the rectangle as the figure having the approximation error instead of the limitation from rearranging the parts of a circle.

There has been many researches in TopicMap and RDF which are approach to handle data efficiently with metadata. However, No researches has been performed to service and implement except for presentation and description. In this paper, We suggest the caching mechanism to support an efficient access of knowledgemap and practical knowledgemap service with implementation of TopicMap system. First, We propose a method to navigate Knowledgemap efficiently that includes advantage of former methods. Then, To transmit TopicMap efficiently, We suggest caching mechanism for knowledgemap. This method is that user will be able to navigate knowledgemap efficiently in the viewpoint of human, not application. Therefor the mechanism doesn't cash topics by logical or physical locality but clustering by information and characteristic value of TopicMap. Lastly, we suggest replace mechanism by using graph structure of TopicMap for efficiency of transmission.

Industrial cluster is adopted as a key policy for the development of regional and national economies in many developed or under-developing countries. The industrial cluster is basically concerned with knowledge sharing and exchanges among diverse functions such as firms, research institutions, and universities in a regional or innovation-network context. Therefore, activities to promote knowledge sharing and exchanges in an industrial cluster become very important activities to reach to the original purpose of an industrial cluster. In this study, factors affecting performance of those activities to promote knowledge sharing and exchanges in an industrial cluster are defined and the effects are examined through empirical study. For this research, surveys on enterprisers and employees in industrial cluster were conducted and statistical analysis methods such as correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and canonical correlation analysis were adopted for analyses.

As an empirical study focused on how transactive memory concept influence the four processes of knowledge growth, this study aimed at explaining the function of transactive memory in the dynamic process of knowledge growth. To verify the research model, this study carried out a path analysis of 130 team memebers and as a result, part of the team transactive memory measurements does affect the knowledge growth. Consequentially, transactive memory especially based on team level, is relevant with knowledge growth. According to team level, this study targeted at the team members, and by adopting the team transactive memory concept in Cognitive Psycology, theoretically explained and analysed how to approach personal knowledge in internal organizations. To accelerate the knowledge process, the work should be modified collaboratively by trusting the team members' duty relations more than specialized knowledge. Furthermore, managers had better assign team members the work where they can make the most of their personal knowledge, and this study presented that the whole team performance could be improved by doing that.

통상적인 언어 처리의 분석 과정은 전처리, 형태소분석, 품사 태깅, 복합 단위 인식, 구문 분석, 그리고 의미 분석 등의 여러 단계로 이루어진다. 분석의 매 단계에서 중의성(Ambiguity)가 발생하며, 이를 해결하기 위한 노력으로 구문 분석 이전의 분석 단계에서도 정확률(Precision)을 높이기 위해, 어휘(Lexical) 정보, 품사정보 그리고 구문 정보 등을 이용한다. 각 단계에서 고급 정보로서의 구문 정보 이용은 구문분석의 중복성과 분석 지식의 중복성을 야기한다. 또한, 기존의 처리 흐름에서는 각 분석 단계에서의 결과는 최종적인 것으로, 이로 인해 다음 분석 단계에 분석 오류를 전파한다. 본 논문에서는 구문 분석기를 분석 결과의 최종 판단자로 이용할 것을 제안한다. 즉, 구문 분석 전단계의 모든 분석 정보는 구문 분석기에 제공되고, 구문분석기는 상향식 구문분석을 수행하면서 이들 정보들로부터 최종의 그리고 최적의 분석 후보를 결정한다. 이를 위해 구문분석기는 한 문장 단위를 입력 받는 기존의 제한을 따르지 않는다. 제안된 방법은 구문분석 앞 단계에서의 잘못된 정보 제공(예: 문장 분리 오류, 품사 오류, 복합단위 인식 오류 등)으로부터 자유로우며, 이를 통해 분석 실패의 가능성을 최대로 줄인다.

본 연구에서는 정보컨설팅시스템과 지식베이스 관리시스템을 이용하여 연구자에게 연구과제 단위로 정보를 제공해 주는 연구컨설팅시스템을 인터넷 웹상에서 구현하였다. 시스템 평가를 위해 먼저 정보컨설팅시스템에 대한 이용자의 만족도를 조사한 다음 본 시스템을 맨체스터대학의 NetEc와 문헌과 웹사이트 등을 조사하여 비교 분석해 보았다.

본 고에서는 멀티미디어 서비스를 위한 인터넷 QoS(Quality of Service) 기술요소를 살펴보았다. 즉 Intserv/RSVP 기반의 플로우 단위의 품질보장기술, Diffserv에 의한 CoS(class of service) 기술, SBM과 같은 대역폭관리기술 등을 살펴보고 이들 요소기술이 조합된 예를 살펴보았다. 또한 차세대 인터넷에서의 SLS(Service Level Specification)를 고찰했다.

공장자동화에 있어서 PLC의 용도를 적용사례 중심으로 알아보았다. PLC는 FA공정제어 장치의 기초단위로서 매우 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있으며, 기존의 릴레이제어반의 단점을 매우 효율적 으로 해결할 수 있게 해준다. 또한, 특히 기계기술자의 입장에서 볼 때, PLC 자체가 FA공정제 어용 전용 컴퓨터로서, 표준화장비이므로, 전기 및 전자공학적인 깊은 지식이 없이도 쉽게 그 사용법을 이해할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다.
