  • 본문에서는 Pull/Push 서비스를 사용하여 스마트폰 기반의 OAM(Operation, Administration & Maintenance) 시스템에서 보다 빠르고 효율적인 메시지 전달 방법을 제안한다. OAM은 네트워크의 운영, 관리, 결함 표시, 성능 정보, 데이터와 진단기능을 제공하는 네트워크 관리 시스템이다. 최근 스마트폰의 사용이 활성화 되고 있고 이를 효율적 업무 환경 구축을 위해 활용하고자 하는 사회적 요구가 많이 늘어나고 있다. 현재 사용중인 OAM 시스템을 조사하고 기존의 Pull기술과 Push기술을 분석한 후 스마트폰 기반의 OAM 시스템을 위한 모델을 제시한다.

  • Process-based knowledge management is `have knowledge operation system based in the task process and provide the accumulated knowledge of an organization for its members performing their task through a system in an appropriate format.' If it is embodied in the organization it is expected to significantly enhance the task process and knowledge. Meanwhile, Maier and Remus realized that if the organization`s strategy is added to the existing objective of knowledge management promotion strategy, it is in accord with major objectives of the process management such as BPR or BPM. Based on this, Maier and Remus devised a framework for promotion strategy of process-based knowledge management. As a result of analyzing their framework by applying it to examples of knowledge management promotion of the Ministry of Labor, it was found that process-based knowledge management should be applied in order to solve the problems and reflect improvement suggestions which had been constantly pointed out. Furthermore, the direction to be applied in connection with the improvement suggestions was presented in this study.

  • A knowledge map as the taxonomy used in a knowledge repository should be structured to support and supplement knowledge activities of users who sequentially inquire and select knowledge for problem solving. The conventional knowledge map with a hierarchical structure has the advantage of systematically sorting out types and status of the knowledge to be managed, however it is not only irrelevant to knowledge user's process of cognition and utilization, but also incapable of supporting user's activity of querying and extracting knowledge. This study suggests a methodology for constructing a networked knowledge map that can support and reinforce the referential navigation, searching and selecting related and chained knowledge in term of contents, between knowledge. Regarding a keyword as the semantic information between knowledge, this research's networked knowledge map can be constructed by aggregating each set of knowledge links in an automated manner. Since a keyword has the meaning of representing contents of a document, documents with common keywords have a similarity in content, and therefore the keyword-based document networks plays the role of a map expressing interactions between related knowledge. In order to examine the feasibility of the proposed methodology, 50 research papers were randomly selected, and an exemplified networked knowledge map between them with content relevance was implemented using common keywords.

  • This study examines tile concept of knowledge management and research trends. This study, then, analyzes the factors influencing for knowledge sharing. Finally, it identifies facilitating factors for knowledge sharing in terms of knowledge characteristics, organizational culture, knowledge management support organization arrangement, reward system, and information technology. The suggestions of the study can be used to establish knowledge sharing in organizations.

Study on Integrated Plan for Records Management based on Knowledge Management (지식경영을 기반으로 하는 기록관리 통합 운영방안에 관한 연구)

  • Although Korea's records management has achieved administrative development not only in private companies but also in public institutions, administrators and employees still lack awareness in records management. Nevertheless, knowledge management has been studied for a long time as a pillar of administration. Thus, this study compared and analyzed the records management process suggested in ISO 15489-1:2016 and the knowledge management process. In addition, by comparing and analyzing the records management components suggested by ISO 30301 and those of knowledge management suggested by ISO 30401, it was confirmed whether records management could be an axis of management similar to knowledge management. Moreover, an integrated model of records management and knowledge management was presented based on the comparative analysis of processes and management elements, and its implementation was presented from administrative and information governance perspectives.

  • 우리 경제가 작금의 IMF 구제 금융체제를 조기에 극복하고, 21세기 선진국 경제체제로의 도약을 위해서는 글로벌 환경변화에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있는 산업의 국제경쟁력 제고가 절실하며, 특히 산업파급 효과가 크고 부가가치의 실현가능성이 높은 정보통신 산업 분야에서의 기술적/사업적 경쟁우위의 확보가 중요하다고 하겠다. 또한 선진국을 중심으로 전개되고 있는 지식기반 경제의 확립을 통한 지속적인 발전 및 세계적인 확산, 지식자원을 기반으로 한 국가 및 개별기업의 경쟁력 제고, 개인·산업·국가 수준의 네트워크 구축을 위한 제휴전략의 확대 등과 같은 새로운 페러다임의 형성에 효율적으로 대처하기 위해서는 제조업을 중심으로 한 대기업-중소기업이란 이분법적 구조에 따른 보유수준위주의 경쟁자원의 개념을 뛰어넘는 새로운 개념으로서, 벤처기업의 육성 및 지식자원의 ‘창출-변환-확산’을 통한 경쟁우위를 확보할 수 있는 효율적인 방안의 마련이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구원에서는 정보통신 기술 집약형 중소기업의 지식자원 확충을 통한 경쟁력 제고를 위한 방안 마련의 일환으로 전문 인력의 투입(지식창출), 전문 인력의 관리/유지시스템(지식변환), 전문인력 양성제도/정책(지식자원 확산인프라)의 3 측면에서 문제점과 개선점에 대한 분석, 및 효율적 정책방안을 제시하였다.

Development of the Knowledge-based Systems for Anti-money Laundering in the Korea Financial Intelligence Unit (자금세탁방지를 위한 지식기반시스템의 구축 : 금융정보분석원 사례)

  • This case study shows constructing the knowledge-based system using a rule-based approach for detecting illegal transactions regarding money laundering in the Korea Financial Intelligence Unit (KoFIU). To better manage the explosive increment of low risk suspicious transactions reporting from financial institutions, the adoption of a knowledge-based system in the KoFIU is essential. Also since different types of information from various organizations are converged into the KoFIU, constructing a knowledge-based system for practical use and data management regarding money laundering is definitely required. The success of the financial information system largely depends on how well we can build the knowledge-base for the context. Therefore we designed and constructed the knowledge-based system for anti-money laundering by committing domain experts of each specific financial industry co-worked with a knowledge engineer. The outcome of the knowledge base implementation, measured by the empirical ratio of Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) reported to law enforcements, shows that the knowledge-based system is filtering STRs in the primary analysis step efficiently, and so has made great contribution to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the analysis process. It can be said that establishing the foundation of the knowledge base under the entire framework of the knowledge-based system for consideration of knowledge creation and management is indeed valuable.
