The purpose of this study is to review the relationships among the determinants of knowledge management and knowledge management, and it's consequences, and the moderating effects of organizational culture on the relationship between the determinants of Knowledge Management and Knowledge Management, and the relationship between Knowledge Management and it's consequences. In the relationship between Knowledge Management and it's consequences, knowledge acquisition and knowledge transfer are positively related with personal and intra-organizational, and inter-organizational effectiveness.

This paper aims to clarify the change in industrial structure and industry itself, and makes suggestions for the industrial development direction at transitional periods in the Chungcheongbuk-do(province) region. Because profits of regional gross production in Chungcheongbuk-do region flow out of the region, basic industries must be brought up. For this phenomenon, main manufacturing must be developed for the industrial power of the next generation of high added values that combined with digital industry; the petrochemistry, semiconductor industry as major type of industry, and automobile industry as minor type of industry. Also for supporting industry, education service, health and welfare, research and development services that are knowledge-based service industries in Chungcheongbuk-do region, must be formated the network among corporations and constructed regional innovation system linked with educational institutions, precision chemistry industry and biology technology as major type of industry, and precision machinery and tools industry as minor type of industry.

This paper aims to understand the meaning of balanced development among regional economies and its importance in the s0-called knowledge-based economy. It is shown that the balanced allocation of human capital is necessary to achieve the efficient allocation of physical capital among regional economies, which makes the equality of marginal product of capital. And a simulation experiment is conducted to calculate the cost of unbalanced growth. It is shown that balanced growth among regional economies may increase the growth rate of whole national economy while unbalanced growth among them reduce it. The policy implication is that for an any economy to grow at a higher rate, the efficient allocation of physical and human capital both are necessary to have the balanced growth of regional economies in knowledge-based economy.

This paper criticized the recent Korean 'creative economy policies' focused on regional developmental implications. Even though the policies targeted to promote ICT new startups and build virtuous circle of ICT industrial ecosystem in Korea as a whole, the outside regions of the Seoul-Busan industrial axis where the bases of ICT industries are very weak would suffer from systematic exclusion in ICT investments and deepening regional disparities. Second, ICT-centered policies would selectively affect or operate commensurate with the size of regions in this low-growth, after-financial crisis age. Third, the possibilities of regional insularity and lock-in in these low levels of 'related variety' regions would worsen the industrial competitiveness. Lastly, the policies should be reoriented to fortify region-based creative economic ecosystem based upon triple helix learning region.

A new type of malware that extracts personal and account data over an extended period of time and that apparently is resistant to detection by vaccines has been identified. Generally, a malware is installed on a computer through network-to-network connections by utilizing Web vulnerabilities that contain injection, XSS, broken authentication and session management, or insecure direct-object references, among others. After the malware executes registration of an arbitrary service and an arbitrary process on a computer, it then periodically communicates the collected confidential information to a hacker. This paper is a systematic approach to analyzing a new type of malware called "winweng," a kind of worm that frequently made appearances during the first half of 2011. The research describes how the malware came to be in circulation, how it infects computers, how its operations expose its existence and suggests improvements in responses and countermeasures. This paper investigates how Kora steel industry has experienced technological diversification, organizational flexibility, and geographical dispersion, and analyzes how technology-knowledge network has formed. The network is constructed using mutual patent data. K-medoid clustering and brokerage analysis are applied. The results indicate actors in network are diversified and links between those who belong to the same cluster get stronger. Network formation reflects affiliation, competition, and cooperation in the industry, and brokerage roles of conglomerates, research institute, and small and medium sized companies are detected.

차세대 검색 엔진의 모형으로 일컬어지는 질의/응답 시스템을 개발하는데 있어서 보다 정확하고 유연한 검색 결과를 제공하기 위하여 개념망에 기반한 지식베이스 구축의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문은 기존의 개념망에 속성 구조를 추가한 확장 개념망과 속성에 의해 분류되는 정답문서 집합으로 구성되는 지식베이스를 이용한 질의/응답 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문의 지식베이스에서 정의한 속성은 질의/응답에서 정답문서를 효과적으로 연계시켜 사용자에게 보다 유연한 정답을 제공할 수 있게 한다. 본 논문에서는 경제 분야의 지식베이스의 활용예를 설명한다.

Knowledge has been one of the key factors influencing the companies' competitive power. Domestic construction industries have introduced Knowledge Management from 1990s around major construction companies. However, construction organizations have recently give a skeptical response about Knowledge Management. The existing Knowledge Management in construction industries does not satisfy the demands of workers. Furthermore it makes workers do double business. Therefore, this study investigates the workers' satisfaction of Knowledge Management, and becomes the preliminary study to suggest how to improve Construction Knowledge Management.

Construction companies recently have been highly interested in developing information system as following the advanced of IT technology. Especially, with advent of knowledge-based paradigm, Knowledge Management System(KMS) has been actively built. However, current KMS is not optimized and not satisfied because KMS is not integrated with existing information system and has problems of method of knowledge management. The objectives of this research is to develop integrated KMS, which synthesizes knowledge and functions of scattered information system. This research investigates current KMS and analyzes the requirements of KMS. Based on the requirements, the utilization of construction portal is suggested. And integrated knowledge management method, which has connections with applications in construction portal, is suggested and the system is developed.
