본 연구는 검색의 궁극적인 니즈충족에 영향을 미치는 시맨틱 검색 시스템 품질 평가요인에 관한 실증적 연구이다. 시맨틱 검색 시스템 품질 평가요인을 위한 연구모델은 DeLone & McLean(2003)의 정보시스템 성공 모델을 기반하였다. 연구 결과, 상호작용성이 지식 충족도에, 정보의 재현성과 정보의 최신성이 각각 지식 충족도와 사용자 만족도에, 그리고 신뢰성이 사용자 만족도에 유의적인 영향을 보여주었으며, 또한 지식 충족도가 사용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제시한 모델은 시맨틱 검색 시스템 성공측정을 위한 유용한 평가 프레임워크로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Although Korea's records management has achieved administrative development not only in private companies but also in public institutions, administrators and employees still lack awareness in records management. Nevertheless, knowledge management has been studied for a long time as a pillar of administration. Thus, this study compared and analyzed the records management process suggested in ISO 15489-1:2016 and the knowledge management process. In addition, by comparing and analyzing the records management components suggested by ISO 30301 and those of knowledge management suggested by ISO 30401, it was confirmed whether records management could be an axis of management similar to knowledge management. Moreover, an integrated model of records management and knowledge management was presented based on the comparative analysis of processes and management elements, and its implementation was presented from administrative and information governance perspectives.

기업에서 보유한 전문 지식 정보가 급속도로 증가함에 따라 대량의 문서에 저장된 지식 정보를 효과적으로 탐색하여 기업 경영에 활용하기 위한 지식경영시스템 도입이 확산되고 있다. 이러한 지식경영시스템에서 핵심적인 구성 요소는 전문 분야의 지식 정보를 체계적으로 분류하고 효율적으로 검색하기 위한 지식 탐사 기법이다. 본 논문에서는 데이타마이닝 기법을 이용하여 문서를 자동적으로 분류하기 위한 새로운 모델을 제안하였다. 연관 규칙 탐사 알고리즘을 이용하여 학습용 문서 집합으로부터 세부 분야를 대표하는 색인어 집합을 구성하였다. 세부 분야별 색인어 집합에 대하여 전체 문서에 대한 비중에 따라 가중치 배열을 구성하여 문서를 자동으로 분류하기 위한 기준으로 삼았다. 임의의 문서를 자동적으로 분류하는 실험을 통하여 제안된 방법의 효율성을 검정하였다.

REA (Restricted Entity Aspect) model is a knowledge representation model to classify the aspect type, the EA model component, into five aspects (IS-A-aspect, A-PART-OF aspect, attribute aspect, role aspect, and operation aspect). EATPS, the knowledge representation system, consists of user interface module, knowledge creation module, instance management module, schema management module, and integrity checking module. EATPS creates and manages interactively REA model based knowledge base. This paper shows the structure and functions of EATPS, the design and interactive construction of the knowledge definition language EAKDL, the functions and algorithm of class creation module, and the functions and algorithm of instance creation module to include inheritance inference mechanism.

Many companies use models or knowledge management information that suit the industrial epoch. Far from benefiting these organizations, these outdated models seriously undermine their information strategies. This paper examines the key assumptions of any information strategy and demonstrates why they should be considered afresh. Based on this discussion, we proposes a new perspective on knowledge management and suggests how managers can effectively deploy it in the new world of E-business.

기존 연구에서 정보화전략계획(Information Strategy Planning)과 계획의 실현을 위한 절차와 산출물, 기법을 정형화하는 정보화전략계획 방법론(Methodology)에 관한 논의가 존재해 왔다. 그런데 이들은 기업 모델 도출을 위한 절차와 산출물 기법의 기술과 정형화에 그칠 뿐 그 하위 구성 요소인 데이터의 관리나 입출력 관계, 업무 지식, 경험에 대한 효과적인 관리에 관한 접근은 부족했던 실정이다. 게다가. 비 정형화된 지식이나 경험, 업무 성과 데이터 등의 정형화와 분류체계에 대한 전략적인 접근은 미비하다. 본 연구에서는 기업 자원을 프로세스. 조직. 환경. 정보시스템의 네 관점으로 분류한 기업 정보 분류 체계를 제시하고 그 구성, 내용, 범위를 살펴본다. 이렇게 분류된 데이터간 연관관계의 정의와 그 타당성 검증을 거쳐, 기업 자원의 전략적 관리를 위한 기업 모형 수립 방안을 제시하게 된다. 본 연구의 정보 관리 모델을 통해, 정형화된 데이터 뿐 아니라 비 정형화된 지식과 경험, 선진 업무 지식, 성과 지표를 효과적으로 활용하여 기업의 전략적 방향을 보여줄 수 있다.

The current economy is summarized by increasing business competitiveness and leaner organizations, and the risk and uncertainties inherent in such dynamic environments have increased the importance of managing organizational knowledge. Like the preceding, the construction industry is required to make an effort for survival and takeoff, and most construction companies recognize that knowledge management improves efficiency and effectiveness and the necessity on the innovation of business itself and it is the current of the times. But at this point in time, companies have doubts about performance following the introduction of KM, and set to show interest in developing a measurement method. So, This study analyzes the existing model for performance measurement and based on results derived, presents the method for performance measurement.

Knowledge management was introduced as a new strategy in many construction companies aiming at paradigm shift since Asian financial Crisis. However, intensive focusing on acquiring and sharing knowledge couldn't keep pace with the primary goal. Increasing financial profits. That is because clear strategic process and performance measurement are absent in time of the introduction of knowledge management. Based on case analysis in domestic construction industry, this research work presents an alternative plan on Balanced Scorecard(BSC) model. The objective of this study is to develop a model of strategic performance measurement in knowledge management by sorting and grasping core operational knowledge, which can draw key performance indicators accompanied by knowledge map from case study.

재무성과와 지식자산을 함께 관리할 수 있는 통합적 성과평가 방법을 도입함으로써 미래 기업가치를 제고시킬 수 있는 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 국제적인 추세에 발맞추어 본 연구의 목적은 지식자산 평가에 대한 기존 연구와 Kaplan & Norton이 주창(1992)한 균형잡힌 성과기록표(Balanced Score Card : BSC)를 이용하여 지식자산 평가 지표 개발과 이러한 평가를 위해 Saaty가 개발한(1980) 계층적 분석과정(Analytic Hierarchy Process : AHP)방법론을 적용한 평가모델을 제시하고, 국내 A은행을 대상으로 지점을 평가하는 연구를 수행하였다.

의사결정에 관련된 지식을 선별하고 이를 효과적으로 활용하기 위하여 많은 기업들이 지식관리시스템을 도입하여 활용하고 있다. 방대한 지식에서 사용자에게 적합한 지식을 제공하는 지식추천 기능은 지식관리시스템의 주요한 기능 중의 하나이다. 대부분의 시스템들이 사용자에게 직접 관심분야를 입력받고 이 정보를 바탕으로 지식추천을 하고 있으나, 사용자가 과거 지식관리시스템을 활용하면서 보인 관심표명 행동들을 활용한 지능적인 지식 주전 방안에 대한 연구는 미진한 편이다. 본 연구에서는 지식 카테고리 또는 문서 키워드를 활용하여 지식을 추천하는 방안과 사용자의 관심분야를 표현하는 프로파일 생성을 위한 다양한 방안을 설계하고 각 방안들의 지식추천 성과를 비교하였다.
