  • Business simulation learning is a business education method of the software applications that applied for the university's management training. Its interest is increasing as management training tools to simulate the virtual enterprise and to learn the business management knowledge, management skills, experience and problem-solving. This research was done for the feasibility analysis and management education model design of the business simulation learning. As a prior research to the introduction and operation of the university's business simulation learning curriculum, the need and literature research on the possibility recognition of classes for college students and corporate executives, a demand survey research and analysis was done and discussed the necessity and possibility of the business simulation learning for the industry and universities education area. In addition, we designed a curriculum of the business simulation learning and presented some of education models of management for the university's management training purpose by using the results of the survey research and literature analysis.

  • Due to the high level of information supportive function of Internet, the management environment change is accelerating. The Patients are able to have the chances of Hospital- and Doctor-shopping. So the Customer Relationship Management skill or Patient -oriented management is becoming one of the important management method of Hospital. To adapt these trend, many Hospital invest the money and efforts for the implementation of Hospital CRM system. But the Performance of HCRM is not satisfactory for the investor from many reasons. In this paper we try to find out which kinds of factors have the Influences on the Implementation of HCRM, and how is the relation between these factors. We use the Structural Equation Model to clarify these relationships. The result of this paper will contribute in the decision making of the implementation of HCRM in the field, and in providing the knowledge base.

  • 본 사례연구는 한국정보사회진흥원에서 개발한 디지털콘텐츠의 표준식별체계인 UCI(Universal Content Identifier)를 (주)누리미디어 보유의 약33만 건 콘텐츠에 적용한 사례와 비즈니스 모델을 소개하고 있다. UCI란 '디지털콘텐츠의 유통활성화' 를 이룩하기 위한 목적으로 도입하는 기술로 개별 디지털콘텐츠에 식별기호를 부여하는 기술이다. 본 사업은 UCI코드 체계를 이용하여 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 구축하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. UCI-RA시스템 구축이후 기대효과로는 콘텐츠 제공과 관련된 업무에 인적, 물적 비용을 절감하고, 신규 콘텐츠 발굴 및 개발이 용이하도록 하였다. 또한 서비스 운영과정에서는 기 확보된 콘텐츠를 비즈니스화 하여 신규 수익창출의 모델로 육성할 수 있다. 한편 콘텐츠 소비과정에서는 콘텐츠 검색의 용이성 및 구매 용이성 증대를 통해 양질의 콘텐츠를 유통하는 것이다. 아울러 운영기업의 콘텐츠 등록 및 운영과정에서의 유료콘텐츠 정산주기율 단축, 콘텐츠 품질 고객만족도 제고 등의 효율성을 증가할 수 있다.

  • 최근 우리나라에서 도요타를 벤치마킹하여 TPS를 도입하는 회사가 늘어나고 있다. 다품종 소량생산의 Lean 생산방식을 적용하기 위해서는 셋업시간의 단축 뿐만 아니라 이에 따른 셋업 품질능력이 향상되어야 한다. 따라서, 공정을 셋업하는 작업자들에게 이러한 Complex Target & Control Chart를 적용한다면, 통계적인 지식 없이도 공정의 불량을 예방 할 수 있으리라 확신한다. 이러한 관리도를 사용하여 공정능력을 향상한다면, 일본과 같은 높은 수준의 공정능력을 확보 할 수 있을 것이다. 단, 본 관리도는 현장 작업자를 위한 불량예방을 위한 품질관리 도구이며, 공정변동을 관리하기 위해서는 엔지니어 측면에서 관리도의 활용도 병행되어야 한다.

  • 노인인구의 증가로 이에 대한 건강문제와 성인병의 증대 및 바쁜 일상생활로 인하여 본인의 건강상태를 수시로 스스로 확인할 수 있는 방안으로 무선데이터를 이용한 원격진료 시스템에 대한 요구가 크게 일어나고 있다. 이를 위해서 양방향 데이터 전송이 가능한 기기 (예를 들어 무선호출기나 휴대폰을 개량한 기기)를 이용해 실시간으로 혈당치나 혈압 측정치 등 종합적인 건강정보를 전송하고 이를 자동진단프로그램으로 위험여부를 판별해 경고하는 동시에 자신의 주치의에게 통보되는 시스템을 구현하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 혈당치와 혈압 측정치의 데이터에 대하여 자동진단프로그램을 이용하여 관리도를 자동 생성하고 이를 전 문의사의 지식에 의한 진단프로그램과 연계하여 관리 한계선을 벗어나면 위험을 알리게 되고, 전문가시스템을 도입한 1대 1 대화형으로 자체진단을 하게 하는 인터넷 기반 진단프로그램을 개발하여 고객의 건강상태를 진단하게 한다. 본 연구는 기존의 이동통신기술을 혈압측정기와 결합시켜 의료기관과 연결시키는 데이터 전송기술을 응용하고, 의사가 실제 환자 앞에서 행하는 진료 과정을 원격으로 실시하는 원격진료 시스템의 프로토타입 개발을 목표로 하고 있다.

  • A company needs low cost and high efficient S/W tools to improve the white color productivity in daily operation, These needs may be satisfied by end-user knowledge management system to be suggested in this paper. We suggest that the end-user knowledge management is not made by specialized developer but directly made by end-users of some related managers using company-wide DB and department DB. We expect that this end-user knowledge management system will increase the efficiency of end-user daily operation and minimize the total life cycle cost of end-user computing system in industry. The suggested end-user knowledge management system has been tested in some companies through the training course.

A Study on the Development of an Instrument for Knowledge Contribution Assessment (조직 구성원의 지식기여도 평가 도구 개발에 관한 연구)

  • This paper defines appraisal items and weights of the items for the purpose of developing an appraisal instrument that objectively measures employee's effectiveness of knowledge contribution. Deductive research is used for the development of appraisal items and delphi method for the development of weights of the items. In the deductive research the term, "effectiveness of knowledge contribution" is first defined. Then knowledge contribution activities are classified as "dimension of explicit contribution" and " dimension of tacit contribution" due to the characteristics of knowledge. Each dimension is divided again by components. The dimension of explicit contribution is divided according to the content of knowledge, and the dimension of tacit contribution is divided according to the extent of tacitness of knowledge contribution. The total components of dimensions are 7. The dimension of explicit contribution is composed of factual knowledge and procedural knowledge. The factual knowledge is made up of "procedural knowledge outcome" and "other factual knowledge". The procedural knowledge is made up of "procedural knowledge manual" and "lessons-learned procedural knowledge". The dimension of tacit contribution is composed of "agency", "model" and "Q&A". The basic framework for measuring 7 components of knowledge contribution is quantitative and qualitative approach. This paper is premised on the assumption that the outcomes of employee's knowledge contribution activities are recorded in the knowledge management systems in order to evaluate them objectively. The appraisal items are defined as follows: at the dimension of explicit contribution, in quantitative approach, "the upload number" or "performance number", and in qualitative approach, other employee's "referred number" and other employee's "content and format satisfaction evaluation"; at the dimension of tacit contribution, "demanded number of performance" After the development of appraisal items by the deductive method, delphi method was used for the analysis of the weights of the items with the total degree of knowledge contribution, 100. This research does not include the standard marks of the appraisal items. It is because when companies apply this appraisal instrument, they could use their own standard appraisal marks of the appraisal items considering their present situations and companies' goals. Through this almost desert-like research about the appraisal instrument of employee's knowledge contribution effectiveness, it proposes a cornerstone in the research field of appraisal instrument, which provides a standard for employee's knowledge contribution appraisal, and appraisal items that make organizational knowledge to be managed more systemically in business sites.

Reciprocity Structure, Solidarity, and Exchange Benefits in Online Communities (온라인 커뮤니티 교환구조, 결속력, 교환혜택에 관한 연구)

  • Only a few studies investigated the relationship between exchange structure and solidarity in online communities and even reported conflicting results. This study attempts to shed lights on this relationship by introducing a moderating variable, i.e., exchange benefits, based on the social exchange theory. Also, distributed knowledge is considered as a determinant of exchange structure. The results of a field study from 380 online communities show that both direct and generalized exchange structures have positive effects on community solidarity, but their effects vary depending on the level of exchange benefits. When exchange benefits are high, generalized exchange influences community solidarity more than direct exchange does, whereas at a low level of benefits there are no significant differences between the two exchange structures. Also distributed knowledge turns out to be a significant influencer of generalized exchange.

  • Recently, interests in the notion of PKMS(Process based on Knowledge Management System) utilizing BPMS(Business Process Management System) and KMS(Knowledge Management System) have been significantly increased. Specially, most public organizations require their own effective knowledge management strategies since public business service needs various knowledge types. Based on a comprehensive framework that reflects lifecycle requirements of KMS and BPMS, we propose an PKMS system architecture, which performs step-by-step knowledge-providing strategy in public organization. To propose a PKMS architecture, this paper first investigates inter-relationships between public business and various knowledge types, and classifies knowledge types into three groups and then we suggest knowledge management strategies considering priority order among knowledge groups. Based on the proposed knowledge management, a PKMS system architecture can combine the advantages of the KM and BPM paradigms. This paper presents the PKMS system applied to employment insurance business part in real environment and demonstrated the advantages via inter-relationships between KM and BPM requirements.

Investigation into the Factors Affecting the Voluntary Information Security Compliance Behavior: Compliance Behavioral Belief, Compliance Knowledge, and Compliance Relevance to Job (자발적인 정보보안 컴플라이언스에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 준법에 대한 신념, 준법 관련 지식, 그리고 업무의 준법 연관성을 중심으로)

  • Based on a comprehensive literature review on Theory of Planned Behavior and Social Cognitive Theory, this study proposes and empirically examines a structural model consisting of factors affecting voluntary information security compliance behavior. To test the proposed research model, the study analyzes survey results from employees of a major Korean energy company, which employs an enterprise compliance support system. Results indicate three factors: compliance behavioral belief and compliance knowledge affect compliance behavior; compliance knowledge works as a mediator in the relationship between compliance behavioral belief and compliance behavior; and the more relevant the compliance is to an employee's job, the more the employee prioritizes compliance knowledge. This study suggests methods for encouraging employees to embrace voluntary, positive information security compliance standards. By doing so, this article aims to promote a more effective corporate compliance system for information security and enhance sustainable management practices.
