Demands in a sustainable coffee certification program have increased steadily in the global coffee market. Along with this trend, recently the introduction of sustainable coffee certification programs in Vietnam has increased significantly. However, Vietnam's the coffee certification programs led by a single state-owned company, which is called Vinacafe, shows some differentiations from other sustainable coffee programs certified in other countries. The structure of exclusive decision-making in Vinacafe has been interfered with economic impacts in accordance with the introduction of sustainable coffee certification programs in Vietnam. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to identify changes in and limits of the value chain of the coffee industry with the introduction of Vietnam's sustainable coffee certification program by investigating the case of Vinacafe. To this end, the research has attempted 1) to concern with the role of Vinacafe in the process of growth in the coffee industry in central highland of Vietnam, 2) to analyze changes stemmed from the introduction of Vinacafe's sustainable coffee certification programs, and 3) to examine the limits to the introduction of sustainable coffee certification programs in Vietnam. As a result, it found out that Vinacafe subsidiaries shifted the losses resulted in the payment of additional environmental costs to produce sustainable certification coffee onto coffee farmers depended on Vinacafe subsidiaries, because the price of premium emerged from supports for certificated coffee production has not been guaranteed by Vinacafe mother firm.

최근 들어 소득과 교육 수준의 향상으로 인하여 생활환경과 여가시간 그리고 건강에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 U-City와 지속 가능한 생태 도시에 대한 사람들의 관심이 증가되고 있다. 이러한 삶의 질 향상에 따라 최근 국토 해양부에서는 U-City에 더불어 지속 가능한 생태계 순환기능과 첨단 IT기술이 결합된 U-Eco City에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. U-Eco City는 첨단의 IT기술을 집대성한 유비쿼터스 기술과 생태계 순환기능 등의 생태 기술이 인간, 자연 그리고 공간으로 연결되는 혁신적이고 창의적인 도시환경과 무한한 도시가치를 창출하는 지속가능한 미래형 첨단 친환경 생태도시를 말한다. U-Eco City는 보다나은 생활환경을 추구하고자 하는 인간의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 미래형 지속가능한 생태환경 도시로서 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 특히 미국과 영국에서는 활발한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. U-Eco City는 더 나은 삶을 향한 인간의 끝임 없는 욕구 충족을 위해서 지속적인 연구가 필요하다. 하지만 아직은 U-Eco City를 도시 브랜드화 하기 위한 체계적인 연구가 미비한 상황이며, 특히 U-Eco City를 도시 브랜드화 하기위한 필수적인 단계인 인증과 관련된 부문에 연구가 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 현재 통용되는 인증 제도를 통한 체계적인 제도의 정립, 인증 기준의 마련뿐만 아니라 인증을 위한 세부 지침의 마련 등이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 U-Eco City 개발 기발 요소 기술들을 기존의 인증기관을 통해 인정을 받을 수 방법들을 제시하고, 그 외의 요소기술들은 인증 기준을 제시하고, 인증기관을 인정하기 위하여 세부기준을 마련하도록 하였다, 다음은 신기술, 신제품 등, 인증을 받을 수 있는 제도적, 법적, 절차를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 인증제도를 통하여 U-Eco City를 도시 브랜드화를 하여 국내외 시장에 공급하고, 향후 개발될 U-Eco 기술인증업무를 지속적으로 수행하도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.

This study aims to suggest a direction to develop Korea's certification system by comparing the evaluation items between Korea's G-SEED (Green Standard for Energy & Environmental Design) and Germany's sustainable building certification. A number of eco-friendly building certification systems are being implemented globally. On the other hand, mutually comparable evaluation items have not been suggested up until now. Therefore, international standards have been trying to establish evaluation criteria for eco-friendly buildings, and Germany's sustainable building certification is the first certification standard that has accepted those evaluation criteria. According to the result of comparing Korea's green building certification with Germany's sustainable certification, the green building certification has evaluation items not only on environmentality (62.6%), but also on social aspects (25.4%) and economic aspects (3.0%). This suggests a crucial direction to the development of evaluation items regarding the social and economic aspects of green building certification.

인터넷의 보편화와 사용자 증가는 현실 생활들의 대부분에 활동을 인터넷에서 가능토록하고 있다. 특히, 인터넷 뱅킹은 자금이 전자적으로 이동하는 중요 행위로서, 지속적으로 증가하는 보안위협으로부터 대응하기 위해 수많은 인증방법이 고안되어 사용되고 있다. 인터넷 뱅킹의 전체적인 보안성을 향상하기 위해서 사용자 인증 방법으로부터, 안전한 전송방법에 이르기까지 다양한 보안 솔루션들이 종단간 유기적으로 구성되어 제공되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기술들 중 국내외에서 사용되는 다양한 인증 기법들을 조사하여 분석하고, 지속적으로 증가하는 보안위협에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 대응 기술에 대한 사례를 제시한다.

1995년 세계 최초로 미국의 SFNB(Security First Network Bank)가 온라인뱅킹 서비스를 시작한 이래, 온라인뱅킹의 보급률은 전 세계적으로 급격한 성장세를 보이고 있으며, 이러한 성장세는 스마트폰, IPTV 등 새로운 전자금융 환경이 형성되면서 앞으로도 지속 될 것으로 판단된다. 온라인뱅킹이 이렇게 성장할 수 있었던 이면에는 보안성이 확보된 인증기술의 지속적인 개발이 큰 역할을 했다. 최근 우리나라는 인증기술의 보안성, 편의성, 다양성을 높이기 위한 다양한 노력들이 일어나고 있다. 특히 인터넷 익스플로러 기반의 공인인증서를 대체하기 위해 적극적인 연구가 진행 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 금융 선진국이라고 할 수 있는 해외 주요 선진국들의 온라인뱅킹에서의 인증기술들을 살펴보고, 이러한 인증기술들의 비교, 분석을 통해 앞으로 등장 가능한 인증기술을 전망하며 향후 온라인뱅킹 인증기술과 관련된 연구에 기반이 되고자 한자.

To prevent the use of one's smartphone by another user, the authentication checks the owner in several ways. However, whenever the owner does use his/her smartphone, this authentication requires an unnecessary action, and sometimes he/she finally decides not to use an authentication method. This can cause a fatal problem in the smartphone's security. We propose a sustainable android platform-based authentication mode to solve this security issue and to facilitate secure authentication. In the proposed model, a smartphone identifies the current situation and then performs the authentication. In order to define the risk of the situation, we conducted a survey and analyzed the survey results by age, location, behavior, etc. Finally, a demonstration program was implemented to show the relationship between risk and security authentication methods.

In order to block the access of the information in the smartphone of a user by other users, it is checked if the current user is the owner or not in the smartphone authentication process, whenever a user begins to use a smartphone. This makes smartphone users in front of frequent smartphone authentications, which leads significant inconvenience to them. Because of such inconvenience, users tend not to use the smartphone authentication anymore. Finally, their smartphones become very vulnerable against malicious access. This paper proposes a progressive authentication method on the android-platform in order to solve the problem described above. With the proposed method, smartphones can identify relevant risks based on users' past experiences and determine whether an authentication is needed. Because authentication occurs only when the identified risk level is high, it can achieve both a high-level of security in the high-level risk situation and user convenience in the low-level risk situation.
