This study aims to investigate the effect of walking exercise on the improvement of housewives' Self-esteem, Stress, or Depression. Among 35-45 year-old housewives 24 subjects were divided into experimental and control groups of 12. Total of 45 experiments on walking exercise program were conducted three times a week, for 15 weeks, lasted over 30 min to 10,000 steps. The result is as follows. About the improvement of Self-esteem, Stress, Depression, there was significant difference of not only the main effect between the groups but also the main effect between prior and post. And there was significant difference of the interaction effects between groups and periods. From the results, we can know walking exercise have a positive effect on the improvement of Self-esteem, Stress, or Depression for housewives of no sustained exercise. As regular physical activity, regarding convergence, is good for emotional development, we suggest housewives may have to join in physical activities consistently.

The material industry is an important infrastructure industry that uses process technology in order to produce parts applied to the final product and determine the quality of the finished product. However, the market environment, which has been recognized as a 3D industry, has deteriorated recently and lost competitiveness compared to other material industry countries. This study analyzed the characteristics of forging companies and The study found that three characteristics of the forging industry, facility-oriented, order-based, and field-centered, and internal failure cost and external failure costs were set as the range of quality cost. A total of eight quality tasks were selected by applying the quality cost management system and continuous quality improvement process developed for large-scale A forging company, and improvement activity proved its effectiveness reducing quality costs by 63.3% compared to the previous year. The research helps forging companies establish a quality management strategy by systematically managing and analyzing quality costs.

One recurrent theme within the literature on 6 sigma was the study of its effect on organizational performance. Nonetheless, most research were focused on analyzing the relationships between the implementation of different elements and several types of performance. This research incorporated the effect of organizational environment as a variable for explaining the impact of 6 sigma on business results. The model was tested using regression analyses, employing a survey of employees of hotels' cuisine departments involved in 6 sigma. The causal analysis results showed that dynamism, munificence and complexity influenced the degree of implementation of the main 6 sigma principles. Similarly, the dimensions of 6 sigma had an impact on employees' work commitment. The model could be used by hotels to assess their level of 6 sigma success depending on specific environmental characteristics.

HACCP is the one of best tool to prevent biological, chemical and physical hazards of livestock products. In Korea, HACCP is implementing all livestock industry including animal farm. According to the result of HACCP assessment in animal farm for three years, we have found a high non-compliance rate in some evaluation items of HACCP. To improve this problem, revision of HACCP evaluation items, difficult HACCP terms change to easy understand and development of intensive HACCP training program are needed.

최근 많은 기업들은 효과적인 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 위해 SPICE와 CMMI 프로세스 심사 표준을 도입하려는 노력을 하고 있다. 이러한 표준을 통해 효과적인 개선하기 위해서는 개선점과 위험을 식별하고 이들 이슈들을 소프트웨어 개발환경(software development environment)에 적용시켜서 조직의 비젼(organization vision)에 대응한 작업성능(work performance)를 높여야한다. 지속적인 개선을 필요로 하는 조직은 현재의 작업성능을 측정하고 이를 개선하기 위한 개선점을 찾아내는 능력과 경험을 축적하여 체계적으로 관리하는 것이 중요하다. 하지만 기존의 SPI 모델들은 무엇을 수행해야 하는지에 대한 지침은 제공하고 있지만, 정량적인 작업성능 측정 및 특정 환경의 소프트웨어 개발 조직의 SPI를 위해 필요한 구체적인 지침을 제시하고 있지는 않다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이러한 조직의 작업성능 측정 및 조직의 개선경험을 축적하여 프로세스를 개선전략에 반영하여 조직의 비젼에 최적한 전략을 제공해주는 OTEM(Opportunity Tree Enterprise Model)을 제안한다.

Evaluation of capsulated yogurt for bowels was carried out. To the twenty volunteers who has selfconsciousness of constipation, thc two bottles of capsulated yogurt were applied daily for two weeks. By the results, totally 90% of volunteers replied that their constipation was loosing during the application and 95% after the 2 weeks of stopping the application.

Not only the government, but private corporations have contributed a lot to growth and development of culture. Corporations have mainly made charitable, dispensational Macenat activities which are separate from their business activities. Such an one-sided and charitable method of supporting culture cannot last long - Part of the reason why the number of corporations supporting culture is decreasing lies in it. In order to have sustainable partnership with culture, first, corporations should figure out needs of the other party. Second, the activities of corporations to support culture should be corporate citizenship activities which are linked to their business activities. In particular, the existing concepts of CSR and CSV have some limits. CSR separates business activities of corporations and their social contribution activities, and CSV mainly assumes corporate social activities helpful to their business activities. But, the concept of corporate citizenship suggested in this study assumes corporate activities where corporations do their best not only in their business activities, but in solution of social problems. Accordingly, searching for the ways to practice corporate citizenship, this study analyzed global agendas of UN, UNESCO, and UCLG which suggest sustainable development with culture and corporate citizenship activities related with culture among corporations in Korea and other countries. The findings and hints of the analysis are as follows. First, corporate citizenship activities can contribute to building of unique images of corporations and improvement of brand identities. Second, such activities can help corporations to be born again as life style companies by using local cultures and their attractiveness. Third, corporations should have partnership with cultural associations creating shared values and provide them with continuous and stable support. And, cultural associations should try to grow with corporations through efforts to develop attractive contents and programs harmonious with management purposes of corporations.

목록이 새로운 정보환경에서도 효과적인 정보서비스에 기여하기 위해서는 그 내용과 형식 모두에 대한 개선이 절실하게 요구된다. 특히 지속적인 내용의 개선사항을 반영하고 네트워크 환경에서의 융통성있는 사용을 위해서는 새로운 목록데이터 형식이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 MARC 포맷의 개선을 위해 메타언어인 SGML의 응용 타당성을 제시하고, 이를 바탕으로 KORMARC에 대한 DTD 및 KORMARC/SGML 두 형식간 양방향 변환프로그램을 개발하였다.

최근 소프트웨어 프로세스를 개선하여 소프트웨어의 품질 및 생산성을 높이고 조직의 업무를 효과적으로 달성 할 수 있는 프로세스 모델과 체계적인 프로세스를 수집하고 지속적으로 프로세스를 개선함으로서 프로세스의 수행능력을 향상시키기 위한 접근 방법에 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선 및 심사 모델로서 ISO에서 표준으로 제정중인 ISO 15504(SPICE)와 2000년 발표된 CMMI 모델에 관하여 비교 연구 하고 사례연구로 형상관리 프로세스에 대하여 그 활동을 비교 분석한다.

대한설비건설협회는 하도급자인 회원사의 권리보호와 원도급자의 불법 불공정 하도급 거래행위를 개선코자 국회, 국토교통부, 공정거래위원회 등 여러 관련 부처에 지속적으로 제도개선을 추진하고 있다. 특히, 원도급자가 하도급자에게 일방적으로 불이익을 강요하는 부당한 특약을 설정하거나, 원도급자의 하도급지급보증 사고발생 시 하도급자의 보증금 청구에도 보증기관이 보증금을 지급하지 않아 하도급자인 회원사의 피해가 빈번함에 따라 제도개선을 추진해 왔다. 이러한 노력으로 최근 공정거래위원회에서는 하도급법을 개정하여 하도급공사의 부당특약 금지조항을 신설하고, 하도급대금지급 보증기관의 보증금 지급사유를 법률에 명시하게 됐다.
