  • 인터넷을 통한 제품 소개와 더찰어 판매자가 구매자로부터 해당 제품에 대하여 주문을 받고 물건을 파는 상거래 행위도 최근 크게 증가하고 있다. 맞벌이 부부의 증가, 교통난, 주차난 등 현대 사회의 여러 제약 조건에 의해 야간 쇼핑 및 통신을 통한 홈쇼핑의 수요가 크게 증가하고 있다. [3] 홈쇼핑에 있어 상대방과의 신용확인 및 지속적인 거래를 위해서는 단순 상품진열보다는 상대방과의 대화를 통한 서로간의 활동적인 거래가 이루어 져야 할 것이다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 모델은 인터넷기반의 전자상거래 시스템을 구축하여 유통적인 예약시스템을 통해 인터넷상에서의 대화 및 거래를 어떻게 상호 작용할 수 있는 지 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 예약형 면단 시스템은 단순 직무의 감축으로 인한 소형거래 상에서 유용하게 쓰여질 수 있으며 국제 무역에서 전문적 상품의 거래서비스나 유통서비스 등에 다양한 응용을 할 수 있다.

  • 본 연구는 무선인터넷 컨텐츠 중 가장 많은 비중을 차지하고 있는 모바일 게임의 고객 충성도 형성요인을 고찰하였다. 모바일 게임 산업은 그동안 각 이동통신사에 종속된 게임업체들이 게임 컨텐츠를 공급함으로써 게임업체에 지속적인 충성도를 가지는 고객을 확보하기가 어려웠다. 그러나 이제 무선망 개방과 더불어 이동 통신회사와는 관계없이 자유롭게 무선인터넷 접속이 가능해짐에 따라 많은 변화가 예상된다. 즉, 시장의 장벽이 사라지게 되어 모바일 게임업체들 간의 경쟁은 더 한층 심화될 것이며, 결국 안정적인 고객을 확보한 몇몇 기업만이 살아남게 될 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 모바일 게임의 충성도 형성에 영향을 미치는 변수들에는 어떠한 것이 있는지 조사해 보고자 한다. 기존의 온라인 게임이나 컴퓨터 게임의 충성도에 관한 연구들을 참조하여 모바일 게임만의 특성을 고려한 연구모형을 설정하였다. 먼저 모바일 게임의 충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 게임의 내적 요인과 외적 요인으로 구분하였다. 모바일 게임의 내적 요인으로는 게임 컨텐츠 자체의 참신성, 조작용이성을, 게임 외적 요인으로는 브랜드 인지도와 사회적 상호작용성을 선정하였다. 이러한 변수들이 모바일 게임 만족도에 영향을 미치고 또 이 만족도가 모바일 게임에 대한 고객 충성도로 이어진다는 모델과 가설을 제시하였다.

  • 유출수문곡선은 강우량, 강우강도, 강우지속시간, 강우이동방향 및 이동속도와 같은 강우발생특성과 강수대의 공간적 이류방향과 유역형상과의 상호작용에 의하여 영향을 받으며, 특히 강우의 이류과정에서 나타나는 시간적, 공간적인 분포는 유출에 영향을 미치는 중요한 인자이다. 일반적으로 유출해석 기본이론은 연속방정식과 운동방정식으로서 운동파가정(kinematic wave analogy)을 기반으로 한 집중수문모형(lumped hydrologic model)에 의하여 수행되고 있지만 집중형 모형은 한 매개변수에 여러 가지의 물리적 과정을 개념화하여 담고 있기 때문에 유출과정에 대한 섬세한 모형화의 제약으로 인하여 강우의 이류과정에 따른 유출변화특성을 모의하기가 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 완전 분포형 수문동력학적 강우-유출 모형을 사용하여 강우의 이류특성을 반영할 수 있는 유출 모델을 구성하고, 강우의 이류특성에 따른 유역 출구에서의 유출수문곡선의 변화과정을 살펴보고 상관관계를 분석하였다.

  • 좁은 국토와 한정된 자원, 주변 국가와의 외래 관광객 유치 경쟁의 심화 등의 이유로 관광산업의 지속적인 발전이 힘들다는 전망이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 날로 다양해지는 관광소비자의 욕구를 정확하게 분석하고, 국내외 관광시장의 흐름을 파악해야 하며, 이러한 관점에서 분석한 결과, 국내 관광지에는 관광객을 유혹할만한 정보를 얻기 힘들고, 이미 통용되고 있는 관광정보 또한 기본적이고 단순한 정보에 지나지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 이야기가 있는 관광지의 정보를 제공하여 보다 흥미 있는 관광정보를 제공하고, 여행자 개개인의 적극적 참여를 유도하기 위해 콘텐츠에 이야기, 애니메이션 및 게임을 제공하고, 주변상점과의 제휴를 통해 상호작용이 가능한 콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 또한 모바일 기기를 기반으로 하여 칼라코드, SMS등의 이용으로 보다 흥미롭고 사용이 편리한 콘텐츠를 개발하고자 노력하였으며, 캐릭터를 개발하여 과학적인 마케팅 전략의 수립으로 지속적인 제주관광발전을 도모하고자 하였다.

Satisfaction with Online Classes of Nursing Students: Focused on Nursing Theoretical Courses

  • In this paper, I propose the level of satisfaction with online classes of nursing students and its influencing factors. The participants was 175 nursing students who had enrolled in H university located at Chungcheongbuk-do. The data was collected using a questionnaire which consisted of satisfaction with online classes, learner's efforts, instructor's efforts, interpersonal interaction, and university's supports. The mean score for satisfaction with online classes(scores ranged form 1 to 5) was 3.99. The influencing factors of satisfaction with online classes were intention of using online(p<.001), academic achievement(p=.003), instructor's effort(p=.038), and evaluation of class and management(p=.044), and its explanatory power was 50.2%. The most important things to improve online learning were instructor in problem of operation and server capacity and sound in problem of techniques. Based on the theses results, in order to increase satisfaction with online classes, it is needed to develop strategies to improve intention of using online and academic achievement. Also, instructor's efforts and university's active supports were considered to increase satisfaction with online classes among nursing students.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of community characteristics of induced participants on values, attitudes, and behaviors (VAB) and intention to continue participation. Convenience sampling (n=192) was used to sample the research subjects, and confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling were conducted using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0. The results of this study are as follows. 1) Among the community attributes of the participants, reputation, enjoyment, interaction, and social connection had a significant impact. 2) Value-Attitude-Behavior (VAB) was found to have a significant hierarchical impact. 3) Behavioral intention was found to have a significant effect on continuation intention. Through this, the Judo community needs to build a participant-centered organizational culture that can create positive value in order to increase participants' participation in Judo.

Triple Helix of University-Industry-Government Relations in Biotechnology Cluster: the Case of Singapore (바이오 클러스터에서의 트리플 힐릭스 관계 연구: 싱가포르 사례를 중심으로)

  • This paper is a theoretically grounded empirical study aimed at shedding light on the Triple Helix of University-Industry-Government (U-I-G) relations in biotechnology cluster of Singapore. It questions the issue about the gap between theoretical consideration of the Triple Helix of U-I-G relations and the actual reality in biotechnology cluster, and the experience of Singapore was investigated. In terms of evolutionary perspective, biotechnology cluster in Singapore has gone through ongoing processes from a certain stage to other, and within the processes the Triple Helix nexus has been found. Analysis of the empirical study reveals significant findings: first, the government policies play a critical role in the operation of U-I-G relations rather than universities; second, therefore, the binding force of U-I-G relationships is based on the government policies being comprehensive including researchers immigration, student scholarship for local students, and tax and non-tax incentives for firms, rather than focusing on a targeted policy; third, the role of government starts from an initial stage, and it's role is ongoing processes by supporting infrastructure, human sources and continuous nourishment enabling the triple helix of U-I-G relations.

  • Recently, global economic recession has a significant influence on promoting launch of start-ups around the world. As is often the case, powerful and bright entrepreneurship is required so that the start-ups may be successful in their target markets. Despite the fact that numerous studies about impact of the entrepreneurship on start-ups exist in literature, there is no study attempting to recognize importance of social learning about entrepreneurship on individual creativity of those who have intentions to become entrepreneurs of start-ups. In this sense, this study proposes a new research model in which social learning about entrepreneurship is assumed to have an influence on individual creativity of start-ups candidates. For the sake of proving the proposed research model more rigorously, we include those constructs such as para-social interaction, imitation of role model, and internal motivation. We garnered 89 valid questionnaires from college students who were invited to the experiments designed for this study. Results proved that para-social interaction and imitation of role model affect internal motivation significantly, which in turn affects individual creativity positively. These results also provide theoretical directions revealing the embedding process of entrepreneurial capital among society.

  • With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, various technologies have received much attention. Technologies related to the 4th industry include the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, artificial intelligence, virtual reality (VR), 3D printers, and robotics, and these technologies are often converged. In particular, the robotics field is combined with technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, VR, and digital twins. Accordingly, much research using robotics is being conducted, which is applied to distribution, airports, hotels, restaurants, and transportation fields. In the given situation, research on human-robot interaction is attracting attention, but it has not yet reached the level of user satisfaction. However, research on robots capable of perfect communication is steadily being conducted, and it is expected that it will be able to replace human emotional labor. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss whether the current human-robot interaction technology can be applied to business. To this end, this study first examines the trend of human-robot interaction technology. Second, we compare LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) topic modeling and BERTopic topic modeling methods. As a result, we found that the concept of human-robot interaction and basic interaction was discussed in the studies from 1992 to 2002. From 2003 to 2012, many studies on social expression were conducted, and studies related to judgment such as face detection and recognition were conducted. In the studies from 2013 to 2022, service topics such as elderly nursing, education, and autism treatment appeared, and research on social expression continued. However, it seems that it has not yet reached the level that can be applied to business. As a result of comparing LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) topic modeling and the BERTopic topic modeling method, it was confirmed that BERTopic is a superior method to LDA.

  • In this study, we propose the application of exhibition contents using virtual environment technology in exhibition space. Research on the virtual environment is continuing. Particularly, research on virtual reality technology is one of the most active research fields. As researches and developments of augmented reality technologies have been carried out with the spread of smart phones, researches on virtual reality technologies have also made a lot of progress with emphasis on games and interactivity. Especially, development of hardware, software, and content is accelerating this year, including the development of various types of physical reality devices, especially HMD (Head Mounted Device) equipment and new product announcements. We want to study and apply the environment in which the system based on this virtual reality technology can approach and experience more user friendly in the exhibition space.
